  Je ne sais pas vraiment par où commencer, mon conjoint et moi avons passé une de nos pires nuits, à chaque fois que nous nous sommes endormis nous nous sommes réveillés pleins de piqûres, nous ne savions absolument pas quel insecte pouvait nous piquer de cette façon, à minuit, nous nous sommes levés pour mettre un anti-moustique en supposant que ce serait des moustiques, mais rien, il était 3h30 du matin et impossible de s'endormir à cause des démangeaisons. J'ai dû dormir par terre parce que je soupçonnais qu'il pouvait y avoir des insectes dans le lit. A 6h30 du matin, fatigués de ne pas pouvoir dormir, nous avons décidé de retourner tout le lit à la recherche de l'insecte qui pourrait nous piquer, ce à quoi nous ne nous attendions pas c'est que le lit était effectivement plein de punaises. Ce n'est que dans une simple recherche que nous avons pu en localiser plus de 5, certains grands et d'autres petits. Nous comprenons que les moustiques ne peuvent pas être évités, mais de là à trouver plusieurs punaises de lit dans le matelas, il ne me semble pas que cela respecte tout type de réglementation sanitaire. J'écris cette critique pour essayer d'empêcher les autres clients de passer une nuit aussi horrible que la nôtre. J'ai terminé la nuit avec 36 piqûres et mon partenaire avec plus de 25. Une semaine plus tard, nous avons encore des marques de morsures.

  Positive: Nice and modern. Negative: It would have helped if the details of how to get into the property with key code were shared before arrival. As the property is not signposted from street I had to make contact to confirm address and also how to get into building which naturally took a bit of time. I was told the wrong room number too so walked in on a couple in bed.

  Negative: It is not acceptable that there is no sign on the building about hostel. Also we were not informed about procedure for check in. The doesn't speak English at all and there is nobody to accept you..

  Positive: The room was clean and comfortable with good natural light and good space to store suitcases etc. The bathroom was clean and although we didn't use it, so was the kitchen. The location was good - not a long walk to centre and also close to a metro station. The internet was fast and reliable.. Negative: It was perfectly fine, especially for the price, but if I HAD to note something I would say 1) the staff should have the change for the tourist tax there and then, especially if they are chasing you for it - nobody is going to have 16 euros exactly and so will obviously pay with a 20 euro note. We got the change the next day, and it really is not an issue 2) there was some building works on the other side of the road outside our window but this had nothing to do with the hotel 3) the wall with the shared toilet was a little thin but nothing extreme. I would still definitely stay again though..

  Kladný: Pokoj odpovídal popisu a fotkám. Čisto. Dobrá lokalita v okolí je dost kaváren a nedaleko je metro.. Záporný: V pokoji byla dost zima a nikde nebylo žádné topení :-(.

  Positivo: É perto do metro, o espaço é acolhedor, boas instalações. A cozinha e a casa de banho renovadas.. Negativo: A entrada do edifício não era das melhores, assusta um pouco. No entanto o interior do apartamento compensa. Faltava só um aquecedor pois o quarto é um pouco frio..

  Positivo: La habitación era como la de las fotos, muy luminosa y limpia. El baño pequeño pero limpio y bien equipado.. Negativo: La cama era algo dura y cada vez que te movías hacía mucho ruido. El checkout es muy temprano (10:00 am), me habría gustado haber disfrutado algo más la habitación..

  Pozytywna: Widać, że mieszkanie po remoncie, odświeżone. W miarę czysto w pokoju, mimo, że zabookowaliśmy rano na ten sam dzień. Pachnąca i mięciutka pościel, ręczniki, kosmetyki w łazience.. Negatywna: Łazienka mogłaby być trochę lepiej posprzątana. Karaluchy w kuchni...koszmar, ale nie wiem czy to nie z sąsiednich mieszkań, bo na klatce był mega syf, chyba ktoś robił remont, chociaż kamienica jest stara i klatka przypomina wewnątrz jakieś slumsy... A! no i baaaardzo skrzypiące łóżko;/.

  Positive: La posizione a pochi passo dalla metro, noi non l'abbiamo mai presa e abbiamo esplorato Lisbona partendo a piedi dall'appartamento. Tutto vicino, anche ottimi ristoranti, bar e negozi. Il terrazzino che dava sul cortile interno, ottimo per fumare o bere un bicchiere di vino la sera.. Negazione: Forse un bagno per 3 camere è un po' poco e c'è poco spazio per cenare nelle camere. Ma per il prezzo pagato andava bene anche così..

  Негативный: Very noisy. Noise isolation is not. At all. Cockroaches walk (even in the refrigerator). Clean 1 time in 2-3 days. Garbage is crowded everywhere. There is dirt in the porch. There is no elevator and a very narrow staircase. With a suitcase, this is a REAL problem. Очень шумно. Шумоизоляции нет. Вообще. Тараканы ходят пешком ( даже в холодильнике). Убирают 1 раз в 2-3 дня. Мусор переполнен везде. В подъезде грязище. Лифта нет и очень узкая лестница. С чемоданом это РЕАЛЬНАЯ проблема..

  Pozytywna: Dobra lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, niezła suszarka oraz możliwość zostawienia walizek po wymeldowaniu.. Negatywna: Opis zdecydowanie wprowadza w błąd. Pokój nie ma 30m2 i nie ma łazienki w pokoju. Jest wspólna, dzielona z 2 innymi pokojami. W sumie jest 1, na 6 osób, a sam pokój jest bardzo mały. Nadaje się jedynie do tego, żeby się przespać i z niego wyjść. Ściany cienkie, więc i współlokatorzy uciążliwi. Czy czysto? Schludnie to chyba najlepsze określenie. A! I mimo opisu, że wszystkie opłaty wliczone w cenę, to jednak trzeba zapłacić na miejscu 2€/os./dzień..

  Negatief: Een erg gehorig gebouw waar nog verbouwd werd. Iedere ochtend om 8:00 uur uit je bed getimmerd te worden is nou niet echt ons idee van vakantie vieren. Ondanks dit aan te hebben gegeven bij de contactpersoon werd er niets mee gedaan, alleen excuses aangeboden voor de overlast waarna er de opvolgende dagen precies hetzelfde gebeurde. Dit is al langer bekend, meerdere mensen hebben dit al aangeven alleen wordt er niets over vermeld op de site en is er ook geen prijscompensatie..

  Positiva: Zonas comunes limpias. Metro cerca.. Negativa: La propietaria me reclamó 8€ de tasas turísticas que supuestamente no me había cobrado mediante Booking. El “método de pago” que me propuso fue dejarle el dinero en un cajón de la cocina y ella lo recogería al día siguiente. Por un mensaje a través de Booking me reclamó que no le había dejado los 8€. En ningún momento se presentó durante nuestra estancia, ni siquiera la vimos. El colchón muy incómodo..

  Positiva: Apartamento limpio y en buena localización. Negativa: Llegué pasadas las 23:00 h y me cobraron un recargo por un check-in tardío, a pesar de que la entrada a la casa se hacía por medio de códigos y en ningún momento tuvieron que hacerse cargo de mi entrada a la vivienda, ni siquiera les vi. No entiendo en qué se justifica el recargo, puesto que yo ya había pagado por esa noche, la habitación estaba reservada para mí, y al poder entrar con un código, no se justifica para nada el recargo que me cobraron..

  Positiv: Flexibler Check-in und Check-out. Negativ: - Katastrophal unbequemes Bett, man hat jede Metallfeder gespürt - Bad und Klo ist zusammen und wird mit allen geteilt - sehr kleines Zimmer - hellhörig.

  Positiv: Ganz tolles Personal! Die junge Dame die uns (früher als gebucht) rein gelassen hat war super nett. Das Bett war bequem, alles war sauber.. Negativ: Die Straße war gut befahren und nachts relativ laut. Wer einen sehr leichten Schlaf hat wird nicht einschlafen können..
