  Le service était très bon. Nous avons pu voir les feux d'artifice à Disneyland depuis l'extérieur de l'hôtel !

  Belle (*´-`) Il n'y avait pas de brosses à dents dans les commodités, Il y avait un marché familial devant le terminal des ferries ! Deux bouteilles d'eau pour boire et du dentifrice ? Il y en avait deux !

  ホテルキャストの方は感じが良く、困っているとすぐに声を掛けて下さり、とても親切でした。また、お部屋のお掃除をしてくださった際に、お手紙をわざわざ書いて、置いていってくれました。すごく満足度の高いホテルです。

  Le contrôle de sécurité à l'entrée est super invincible et grossier ! ! Sécurité du parc très médiocre! ! Shanghai Disneyland, il faut vraiment bien former son personnel ! Les installations du parc sont bonnes, mais le personnel du parc a vraiment besoin de renforcer sa formation, de mauvaises manières, pas de sourire, pas assez professionnel. Expérience à prix très réduit ! Le pire Disney de tous les temps!

  La salle permet aux adultes et aux enfants de se sentir beaux et confortables. Chaque personnel de la réception est très gentil et enthousiaste. Il y a des spectacles en direct et des poupées Disney sortent pour se rencontrer et prendre des photos. Toute la salle est un très bon endroit pour prendre des photos. Peu importe comment vous prenez des photos, c'est magnifique Sortez sur la terrasse de la salle Vous pouvez aussi surplomber le Disneyland au loin, et vous pouvez aussi voir les feux d'artifice la nuit

  Le prix est élevé, mais l'hôtel a un excellent service. Depuis l'hôtel, vous pouvez vous rendre gratuitement à Land en ferry ou en bus. Lorsque vous entrez par l'entrée, il y a une réception, mais elle se trouve au 3ème étage de l'hôtel. Vous recevrez une clé de chambre en souvenir lors de votre départ.

  Parce que le bus et le ferry sont utilisables pour se rendre à Shanghai Disneyland, c'est pratique. Vous pouvez profiter du spectacle nocturne Ignite depuis le toit du 9ème étage, même si c'est un peu loin !

  Everything is good, the only problem that make me unhappy was Trip.com forgot to help me add on the breakfast, the room I booked was with breakfast but the hotel informed me that we have no breakfast, it really make me super unhappy, the funny thing is ask me to pay for the breakfast first and claim from them, that’s mean I have to use my extra money to pay it, the money I brought to shanghai is main for my expenses, like that I have to change extra money, the currency rate will be different, don’t understand why I have to help them to solve their mistake?

  荷物を持ってロビーに降りると声をかけてくれトイストーリーホテルに荷物を送る対応をすぐにしてくれました日本語で受付はしてくれませんでした船でディズニーランド側に行くことができます声をかけなくても教えてくれたりしてとても親切でしたシャワーの出し方が珍しいため最初は戸惑いました

  八歳四歳一歳の子供たちを連れて一泊してディズニーランドに行きました。立地もいいし、ホテルのプールも楽しんで子供たちは大満足でした。船でディズニーランドまでいけるのはここでしか味わえない体験なのでぜひ船に乗ることをオススメします。

  I have never stayed in such a nice hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Bags were taken from our hands and sent to our room. They were very accommodating with ordering us a cab to the airport and stowing luggage while we were in the park after we had checked out. All the staff spoke very good English and were very kind and welcoming. The grounds are fantastic. Lots of flowers and places to walk. Its next to a ***-made lake that is adjacent to the park. They have a ferry that takes you across the lake, or you can walk or take the free shuttle from the hotel itself. The room was very upscale. Nice wooden furniture, beautiful tile mosaics in the bathroom, fantastic amenities, a headboard that would light up with Disney magic at the press of a button, and the bed was amazingly comfy. We are so glad we spent the extra money to stay here compared to other hotels in the area. If you are looking for a true Disney vacation, then I would strongly recommend this hotel. If I come back to Shanghai Disney, I know that this is where I will want to stay!

  ホテルからディズニーランドへ船で行けたのは面白かった。しかし、ホテル内の地下のレストランはあまりおいしくなく、８階のフランスレストランは高過ぎて入れなかった。夢の国ディズニーでもう少し子供が入れるようなレストランがあっても良いと思いました。,"ベッドが快適"

  ホテルは、基本英語でしたが1人だけ少し話せるスタッフがいて助かりました。朝食とディナーを頂きましたがとても美味しかったです。日本のディズニーホテルよりもレベルが高かったです！また伺いたいです！

  "環境が良い","サービスが良い"フロント受付当日、日本語スタッフがおらずチェックインにかなり手間取りました。ホテル宿泊者特典などの説明があまり理解できなくて戸惑いました。でも、ホテルその物も設備も良くてとても最高でした。トイストーリーからディズニーホテル間の荷物移動は、自分でした方が良いと思います。

  ディズニーホテルだけあってサービスレベルは別格。プールが休みだったのは残念ですが、ゆっくりすることができました。館内の食事はコストパフォーマンスが悪いので、グリーティングにこだわらなければ、小鎮のチーズケーキファクトリーがオススメです。

  The staff. Room. Service. Park. They are all good. But with the price is too expensive. We cannot meet character at the hotel. The swimming pool is closed. You better use the money to spend another day in disneyland. The location a little bit far from disneyland. 10 minute by shuttle bus from hotel

  ディズニーランドから船ですぐの立地でわかりやすい。近くにファミリーマートがあるので便利。ルミエールキッチンの朝食ではミッキー達が何回も回って来てくれた。ホテルのロビーや食堂でもフォトパスのカメラマンが写真を撮ってくれる。
