  Positivo: Apartamento super confortável com uma vista excepcional ! Para além disso senhora foi bastante prestável durante todo o tempo que estivemos hospedados. Voltaria com toda a certeza!.

  Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist genauso, wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt wird. Das Hygiene-Konzept war gut. Die Aussicht ein Traum (oberes App.). Alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.... Negativ: Das Bett war leider für uns klein. Geschätzte 130x190 cm. Deshalb haben wir auf dem Schlafsofa übernachtet, was aber klasse war....

  Positiva: Todo súper limpio y desinfectado. El apartamento está reformado y es muy bonito. Las vistas justo encima del mar son impresionantes. Carolina fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. A 8 min del aeropuerto y 5 min de Ponta Delgada, nos resultó muy cómodo para movernos por toda la isla..

  Positivo: Vista da cozinha/sala é fabulosa. Negativo: Quarto está voltado para rua movimentada, o barulho do trânsito é incomodativo..

  Positive: Beautiful apartment and beautiful view. Negative: There were a few essentials missing in the kitchen that would make a big difference like potatoes peeler and orange juice squeezer:)...although there was a liquidifier.

  Positivo: Trata-se de um apartamento soberbo; muito bem localizado, com uma fantástica vista de mar e com uma piscina natural a 10 metros da varanda. Acordar com o relaxante barulho do mar, com aquela vista e com um mergulho no mar é, sem dúvida nenhuma, física e psicologicamente revigorante. Por outro lado, o apartamento fica a 3 minutos a pé de uma farmácia, supermercado, frutaria, cafés e restaurantes. O percurso para Ponta Delgada também é muito agradável (pode-se ir de bicicleta, a pé ou a correr, uma vez que uma ciclovia junto ao mar em todo o percurso e existe sempre a opção do carro, cujo aluguer é essencial para quem quiser visitar a ilha toda). Enfim, éramos 4 e gostámos imenso. A finalizar, uma merecida nota para a Carolina, pela sua simpatia, gestão extraordinariamente eficiente e preocupação constante com todas as nossas necessidades, dúvidas e interesses. Uma gestora 5 estrelas! E realmente uma grande mais-valia para quem aluga a Islet House. Parabéns e muito obrigado.. Negativo: Absolutamente nada.

  Pozitív: Panoráma, erkély. Negatív: Minden tökéletes volt, ha egy rosszat kellene mondani akkor annyi lenne, hogy 11 nap alatt 2 db wc papírt adtak..

  Positief: Locatie was adembenemend, met zonsopgang over de oceaan in de ochtend en een groot balkon aan de minibaai achter het appartement. Inrichting en voorzieningen zijn absoluut top! Islet House ligt prima; aan de rand van de grootste stad op Sao Miguel, Ponte Delgado. Maar je bent ook binnen 1 minuut op de autosnelweg. De host was attent en zeer vriendelijke. Daarnaast kwam ze met een heel handig lijstje met praktische én favoriete plekjes om te bezoeken. Een huurauto is wel noodzaak als je iets meer van het eiland wil zien.. Negatief: Eigenlijk niks. De weg waar de voordeur van Islet House aan ligt is druk. Maar daar heb je verder geen last van..

  Positiv: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Küche war sehr modern eingerichtet, von Mixer über Pürierstab - alles vorhanden. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :).

  Positief: De plek was fantastisch! We hadden een prachtig uitzicht in een zeer verzorgd appartement. Onze vertraging werd heel soepel opgelost. Geen enkele wanklank! Locatie is op slechts 10 minuten rijafstand van het vliegveld en 8 minuten van centrum stad.. Negatief: We moesten wel wennen aan het verkeer en het parkeren. De plaatselijke bevolking zet de auto gewoon op de straat, maar wij vonden dat toch wel wat minder. Een puntje van aandacht, het bed was hard en kleiner dan dat we gewend zijn. Gelukkig konden we uitwijken naar de slaapbank met uitzicht op zee. Dat was een gouden greep!!.

  Positiva: El apartamento, aunque el barrio parece cutre, no lo es en absoluto. Está bien ubicado, cerca de las playas y de la salida a la autopista. Se puede aparcar en las aceras, por cierto. Por dentro está genial, tiene todo lo necesario y más, y unas vistas increíbles. Delante hay una zona de baño que no pudimos utilizar porque el mar no estaba bien, una pena. Es acogedor y muy bonito. La preocupación de Carolina por que todo estuviera bien, es otro punto a favor. Muy recomendable..

  Positief: Heel hartelijke ontvangst, snelle reacties op mails of berichten, mooi appartement, mooi uitzicht, mooi en praktisch ingericht.. Negatief: Het bed in de slaapkamer was wat smaller dan we gewoon zijn..

  Positif: La vue est magnifique, l’appartement est neuf et bien décoré.. Négatif: Il y a beaucoup de bruits a l’extérieur autant en avant avec les voitures qui passent à 2 pieds de la fenêtre de la chambre a coucher qu’en arrière où les locaux se réunissent et parlent très fort jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Il y a même eu une bagarre lors de notre séjour. Il y a aussi une odeur d’humidité désagréable dans tout le logement qui a imprégné tous nos vêtements. J’ai trouvé cher payé le logis pour la qualité de notre séjour..

  Positive: Everything! The view was above all expectations!! I even loved cooking there with the ocean at a few meters from me. The apartment is well equipped and decorated with style. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. It really feels like home at Azores!.

  Positive: Modern apartment with nice design. We lived in the ground floor Rock apartment - our balcony was just few meters from the ocean! We had magnificent view of ocean waves bumping the rocks and spreading into drops, breathtaking! It is possible to go swimming from this smal stone pier in front of the house, but mostly fishermen is there. Very quiet and sandy Sao Roque beach is just 10 min walk from the apartment. Sao Roque is a quiet village (suburb of Ponta Delgada), though you can not keep balcony door open at night (not recommended at ground floor). From the side of the bedroom window comes to Main Street - noisy at night, with tightly closed window it’s ok. You can sleep both in the bedroom and the sofa in the living room (so totally ok for 2-4 people). The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed! We easily cooked breakfasts and fresh fish every evening (catch of the day is sold in the small fish shop closer to main square of the village - 10 min walk from apartment), also nearby is a supermarket . You can also walk by foot to Ponta Delgada center (2,5 km) all the way along the ocean embankment, or take a taxi. The host welcoming us was super! Very positive and helpful, it was the most comprehensive induction to the apartment I ever had! :). Negative: Everything was perfect! Just would be great to have some mosquito net on the balcony door, against flying insects..

  Положительный: Квартира с видом на океан, который начинается сразу за балконом - раздвигающиеся двери, шум прибоя - все это незабываемо! Удобная отдельная спальня, кухня со всем необходимым оборудованием, большой холодильник, качественная посуда, посудомойка, кофемашина, духовка, миксер и блендер - всего и не использовали! Удобный душ, раковина, фен. Парковка вдоль дороги прямо у входа. И комплимент от хозяев! Вполне можно жить долго, мы были неделю и показалось мало.. Негативный: Разве что стиральной машины не хватает.

  Positif: Bel appartement avec belle vue sur la mer, assez bien équipé avec lave-vaisselle. Places de parc non privatives, mais en suffisance à proximité.. Négatif: Appartement petit pour 4 personnes et chambre à coucher très bruyante donnant directement sur une route très fréquentée (les volets sont toujours restés fermés)..

  Positiva: Atención perfecta, vistas maravillosas y con una piscina natural justo delante. Tenia de todo, te sientes como en casa. Aunque es un poco mas caro que otros, lo volveria a pagar!. Negativa: Todo perfecto, tenia la cama un poco pequeña pero es lo de menos.
