  Positiv: Die Wohnung ist für eine Person perfekt. Sie ist schön, und eine Spülmaschine gibts auch. :-) Der Weg zur Messe war kurz und einen Parkplatz für unseren Bus haben wir in den Straßen drumherum auch immer gefunden.. Negativ: Die Wohnung ist für mehr als eine Person zu klein, vielleicht auch noch zu zweit für 2 Nächte... aber nicht für 11 Nächte zu zweit. Bett zu klein, Bad zu klein, Schrank zu klein. Wird sogar für 4 Personen zur Verfügung gestellt ...??? Aussicht: Hinterhof, Mülltonnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Von Apartment Ben 30 konnte man jedes Wort verstehen. Schade, sind ständig in Airbnb Unterkünften und waren bisher ausnahmslos zufrieden..

  Positif: Situation géographique pratique, proche d'un transport en commun. Accès facile pour la récupération des clés. Quartier calme. Des voisins proches mais corrects au niveau bruits. Le lave vaisselle, la vaisselle et l'équipement pour cuisine et entretien très satisfaisant. Chauffage OK. Chambre OK.. Négatif: La faible largeur du canapé lit (cependant confortable). Le tapis dans la cuisine et sous le canapé lit. Le local poubelles pourrait peut être ? être masqué par des arbustes..

  חיובי: דירה נחמדה בקומת קרקע בבית דירות. אזור שקט וסימפטי. הדירה מצוידת בכל הנדרש לארוחות קלות. מקלחת ושירותים נקיים ונוחים מאוד. חדר שינה צר יחסית וסלון גדול. התמונות המפורסמות באתר משקפות במדויק את הדירה. המיקום קרוב מאוד לתחנות אוטובוסים ורכבת. מרחק של פחות מחמש דקות הליכה.. שלילי: מיטה בחדר השינה מאוד גבוהה יחסית לרצפה, אינה מתאימה לאנשים מבוגרים מאוד..

  Positive: A lot of white towels, nice white bedding, quite good location, awesome to have Netflix, Amazon etc. and a dishwasher. Great bathroom mirror!. Negative: I think, the clean service left used bedsheet on the couch - there was a random one when we came in. Some not so clean dishes left in the dishwasher..

  Positiv: Gute Lage in Bezug auf den Nahverkehr.. Negativ: Sehr irreführende Bebilderung - größtenteils nur Bilder des deutlich größereren Appartments - Grundriss erst beim Buchungsvorgang - grenzwertig für 4 Personen - sehr hellhörig zum 2ten Appartement, sonst ruhig.

  Θετικό: Ωραία διακοσμημένο άνετο σπίτι. Ανακαινισμένο. Ησυχη γειτονιά κ πολυκατοικία. Κοντά στην στάση του λεωφορείου. Κοντά σε μια λίμνη για βόλτα κ παιδική χαρά για τα παιδιά.. Αρνητικό: Ήταν ελαχιστα κρύο την πρώτη μέρα αλλά μετά από επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη τακτοποιήθηκε..

  Negative: The flat has been divided into two apartments and the partition is paper thin - you can hear the neighbors talking, coughing and even their footsteps echoing through the apartments. Had issues with the water heating and the water was either scalding hot or cold. Then they had some issues with the water heater which was resolved quickly as the machine needed to be reset..

  Négatif: Ce n'est adapté pour 3 personnes Il n'y a rien pour poser dans la salle de bain La cloison de séparation entre les deux logements n'est pas isolante. Nous avons été gêné par les locataires de l'appartement accolé.

  Negazione: Letto matrimoniale incastrato tra le due pareti con base di pallet bianchi, per poter aprire e chiudere le tende bisogna salire per forza sul letto. Non c è un punto luce da dove poter spegnere la luce vagando nel buio e rischiando di perderci le caviglie sui pallet che formano la base del letto. Porta del bagno molto bassa e non segnalata, se siete alti come me 1,85 occhio alla testa...... 3 e 4 letto in divani proprio di emergenza .... non per lunghi periodi. Pulizia migliorabile con molte ragnatele datate... la posizione se si deve andare in fiera è ideale.

  Положительный: Небольшие уютные апартаменты, одну большую квартиру в старом доме разделили на двое апартаментов. Высокие потолки создают хорошее впечатление. Будьте готовы, что в квартире присутствует специфический запах возраста дома, но он не напрягает. Немного неудобный вход с прогулочной коляской, но это не беда. Шумоизоляция в принципе терпимая) Окна выходят на загороженное место с мусорными контейнерами, иногда сквозь окна слышно как выбрасывают или забирают мусор. Из кухонных принадлежностей есть все необходимое. Wi-Fi отличный. В шаговой доступности (9 минут) супермаркет. До общественного транспорта 3-5минут Хозяева предоставили детскую кроватку и стульчик, за что спасибо. Для нашей семьи с маленьким ребенком (1,4года) нас все устроило, рекомендуем.. Негативный: Чуть смутили размеры ванной комнаты, но мы поместились. Окна выходящие на мусорные баки..
