Apartment in the City

Positive: This is a nice apartment, spacious and light, in a very lively and vibrant quarter of Cologne. The décor is pleasant and comfortable, with interesting lighting effects. The kitchen area is clean and adequately supplied. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom also light with a small balcony outside. The owner Dietmar was very welcoming and helpful, over my check in and check out arrangements. The location is the best facet however. The building is about than 1 minutes away from Rudofplatz with its tram and bus connections and a wealth of cafes, bars and restaurants of every description in all the surrounding streets . There is also a nice supermarket almost opposite, open until midnight. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here.. Negative: A minor point, but the shower attachment needs a bracket to hold it in place..

Positiv: Super Lage, netter Vermieter, schön einfach und unkompliziert :).

Positiv: Das Appartement ist sehr zentral am Friesenwall gelegen, nur wenige Meter zur Altstadt und zur Partymeile. Es ist entsprechend auch nicht ultra ruhig, aber nachts war es gut auszuhalten, da das Schlafzimmer nach hinten rausgehen. Das Appartment ist riesig und hell und auch die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Negativ: Zwar war oberflächlich alles vorhanden, aber man könnte aus dem guten Appartment mit ein paar Handgriffen ein sehr gutes machen. Z.B. ist die Küche nicht wirklich sauber gewesen. Damit meine ich nicht Besteck und Tassen (die ja in der Regel der Vormieter reinigt), sondern Schubladen, Fußboden etc. (vgl. Bild). Auch die Dusche im Bad könnte mal eine gründliche Reinigung mit Schimmelspray vertragen. Der Abfluss lief dort so gut wie gar nicht mehr ab. Der Toaster funktionierte gar nicht mehr. Trotz Steckverbindung in der Dose keine Reaktion beim Runterdrücken. Da es auch keinen Backofen gibt, haben wir unsere Brötchen mit Fett in der Pfanne erhitzt. Bügelutensilien waren angegeben - allerdings kein Bügeleisen vorhanden (nur ein Brett). Wir haben das moniert und uns wurde ein Bügeleisen vor die Tür gelegt, da war unser Termin mit schicken Klamotten allerdings schon vorbei..

Positiv: Super Lage und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Großer Balkon und die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt..

Positive: Nice appartement and nice place.

Positiv: Die Lage ist super und vor allem der Kontakt dort sehr nett! Das Apartment ist grosszügig geschnitten und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Neue Küche mit allem was man braucht.. Negativ: Das Apartment isch schon ein bisschen älter und an der einen oder anderen Ecke sieht man ein bisschen die Abnutzung. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht ganz gut. In der Badezimmer-Schankablage war zum Beispiel alles dreckig. Etc..

Positive: Perfect area in the city center. Spacious apartment.. Negative: Cleaning of the apartment is not good..

Positiv: Warme, ruhige und geräumige Zimmer mit guten Betten. Freundlicher Empfang und Entgegenkommen beim Preis für Handtücher und Bettwäsche. WLAN sehr gut.. Negativ: In der Küche wäre ein Toaster ganz gut. Kapselmaschinen sind weniger umweltfreundlich. Eine Befestigung für die Handbrause im Bad würde das entspannte duschen erleichtern. Viel Wasser auf dem Boden nach dem Duschen. Extrakosten für Handtücher und Bettwäsche, obwohl beim ersten Blick in der Ausstattungsliste aufgeführt..

Positive: Posizione ottima. Quartiere tranquillo. Casa pulita. Proprietario disponibile..

Negative: No towels.

Positive: The apartment has a very good location, it’s also too big. Negative: the cleaning in some areas of the house was not the best and it was evident that it was not cleaned long ago.

负面: 客厅没开暖气，厨房不能煮东西，卫生一般般吧，房东还算热情，送了三瓶啤酒，地段还可以，出去就是商业街，楼下有泰国餐厅. 正面: 不能煮东西的民宿不是民宿，沙发床太软还很倾斜，睡得不好，早上楼下很吵，窗户隔音不好.

Positiva: Llegué al apartamento una hora antes de lo previsto y Dietmar, el propietario del edificio, me acogió muy amablemente. Aunque no haya ascensor, me sorprendieron mucho las dimensiones del apartamento. Está en el tercer piso y tiene todo lo necesario para poder coclnar, incluidos los ingredientes básicos así como microondas y cafetera Nespresso. En la nevera encontré una botella de agua y una cerveza y eso se agradece mucho. La cama es enorme con colchones muy cómodos y me gustó la lámpara de techo con juegos de luces. El baño tiene una bañera de diseño y también una terracita con sillas y mesa. En la televisión digital encontré canales españoles. Para repetir.. Negativa: Pagar 10 € más para las toallas y las sábanas. Se deberían incluir en el precio..

Positiva: La ubicación y la tranquilidad. Negativa: El acceso. Solo escalera, y estrecha.

Positiva: La ubicacion.. Negativa: La limpieza en especil de la cocina y la falta de copas y tazas iguales..

Positive: Posizione Tranquillità Appartamento molto bello e comodo.

Positive: L'appartamento è molto confortevole, ampio e in una zona bella, ben collegata, ristoranti e supermercati nel giro di 20 mt. Sono stato in un periodo ( Gennaio, in coincidenza con una fiera alimentare molto importante ) in cui i prezzi per un alloggio a Colonia triplicano rispetto alla normalità. Quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo, soprattutto considerato il periodo, è decisamente buono. Il proprietario, Herr Dietmar, è molto gentile e accogliente e, nonostante avessimo fatto il check-in oltre l'orario consentito, si è reso disponibile. Fatevi consigliare da lui anche per i pasti!. Negazione: L'unico appunto che posso fare, volendo essere proprio puntiglioso, è che il bagno non era pulitissimo. Altro dettaglio, che per qualcuno può essere rilevante, è che l'appartamento è al secondo piano e non c'è ascensore.

Appartement bien situé très proche du centre !

Bonne situation géographique (Cartier non calme la nuit), proche de station métro (200 m), personnel aimable, grande chambre et salle de bain spacieuse mais kitchenette très sérée. Ascenseur moderne et propreté moyenne.

Позитивен: Разположен в центъра на града.. Негативен: Тясно стълбище с остри и високи стъпала, неудобно за движение с багаж..

Bon emplacement et bel appartement.
