  Avantages: L'enregistrement a eu lieu plus tôt que l'heure indiquée, les chambres sont propres et confortables, chaleureuses, il y a une petite salle de fitness, un parking souterrain, l'hôtel est situé dans le centre, le petit déjeuner est un buffet correct, un grand choix de boissons pour le petit déjeuner , une terrasse pour les fumeurs. Les inconvénients: Ascenseurs (pas assez), si les fenêtres donnent sur la route, ce sera bruyant la nuit.

  La chambre est très agréable, et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est proche des restaurants et des commerces, mais le service de chambre est très mauvais, donc si vous voulez quelque chose, vous devez dire à la réception de vous donner et il n'y a pas de nettoyage de chambre à moins que je ne le dise l'accueil et le petit déjeuner ne sont pas variés

  Je m'attendais à plus. La performance des prix n'est pas correcte. Mauvais service à l'arrivée. Petit déjeuner décevant. Vous ne vous sentiez pas comme un invité. Seul l'emplacement est bon.

  Les avantages: L'hôtel est tout à fait excellent, propre, sûr et adapté aux familles Et à proximité de la rue commerçante Zeil. De plus, au premier étage, vous pouvez les remplir d'eau gratuitement . Négatifs : Lors du départ, l'employé a dit que vous devez payer le montant de votre séjour car la carte a été rejetée !!! Après que je lui ai donné ma réservation par e-mail, elle a rétracté cette affaire et n'a pas présenté d'excuses ou quoi que ce soit. . Elle devrait faire attention à cette chose !! Le petit déjeuner est très normal Mon expérience est de 9 jours vivant là-bas

  Commençons par le positif : Distributeur d'eau gratuit. Excellent emplacement, proche du centre-ville et de la rivière Main à environ 25 minutes à pied. Excellent Wi-Fi. Négatif: Personnel peu aimable. Petit déjeuner varié mais de mauvaise qualité, plats aux œufs sales et malodorants tous les jours. Tables de petit-déjeuner souvent sales et collantes. Chambres chères, pas très spacieuses et pas nettoyées quotidiennement. Vu le nom de la chaîne à laquelle il appartient, les attentes étaient bien plus élevées que ce qui s'est passé. La propriété est recommandée pour les longs séjours et les attentes réduites.

  Nous avons dû attendre 45 minutes pour nous enregistrer, au lieu d'un lit double, il y avait deux lits simples. Il n'y avait que des excuses sans enthousiasme de la part du personnel. Conclusion : plus jamais.

  Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement. Bien qu'au milieu de la ville, nous avions un appartement calme et confortable avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Lits confortables, belle salle de bain. Nous avons eu le long week-end comme cadeau de la famille et nous l'avons vraiment apprécié. Malheureusement, en tant qu'étudiants, nous ne pouvons pas nous permettre les prix. Mais volontiers à nouveau s'il y a des offres spéciales. Merci pour le séjour

  Une très belle chambre et un grand flair dans l'hôtel. Il faut être pragmatique en mangeant. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de personnel de service mais tout le monde est très gentil et serviable. Vous pouvez marcher directement en ville via le Moxy. Je reviendrai ici à tout moment.

  L'emplacement est génial, mais l'hôtel est sans âme. Le petit déjeuner gratuit est à peu près le strict minimum de qualité et les chambres sont super petites et manquent de caractère. La chambre n'est pas nettoyée, même si deux nuits coûtent ~500 EUR. Le check-in se fait le soir via un autre hôtel, ils sont sympas :) 4 étoiles c'est que sur papier, alors prenez un autre hôtel, ils sont en plein centre, moins chers et plus sympas (par exemple Fleming). Surtout, je suis désolé pour les gens qui (doivent) travailler dans un tel endroit tous les jours….

  Gestion de l'hôtel non professionnelle et mauvaise, ainsi que réceptionniste masculin très hostile. Aussi, très mauvaise communication en anglais. Mon partenaire et moi-même avons séjourné dans plus de 30 hôtels différents de Marriott et nous aurons bientôt le statut Gold, mais cet hôtel est vraiment une honte pour Marriott en termes de service. Cependant, Moxy et Marriott Hotel à Francfort n'ont pas ces problèmes... Long temps d'attente à l'arrivée et au départ et aucune explication sur le petit déjeuner etc...

  C'était surtout le chaos au petit déjeuner. Des invités qui ont dégusté avec les doigts directement au buffet. Tables sales. La chambre était correcte mais rien d'extraordinaire. Ce Marriott lui prête son nom.

  This was a great choice if staying in Frankfurt for several days. It's about 1km from the main train station (the area around the train station did not appear to be very safe, especially at night), and well worth the trip. It's located very close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

  The hotel was the quality you expect from a Marriott. Very clean. Amazing mattress and pillows and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also your typical with eggs, bacon / sausages, bread selection and cereals. As a celiac I wish for a better gluten free repertoire. They had gluten free bread that was individually packed and already available without extra demand. BUT! The bread was cold, probably thawed from frozen and like it was pretty much inedible. There was no option to warm it up. I’ve been in smaller hotels who had more options. You are doing good, but I’d expect more from a Marriott.

  Un excellent hôtel moderne avec un excellent emplacement au milieu du centre-ville. Tout est à côté de vous, ne vous fatiguez pas, et aussi la sécurité, car l'entrée du portail à la chambre se fait par carte. Convient aux familles

  Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück durchschnittlich, für den Preis könnte es besser sein. In allgemein fand ich das Hotel gut aber den Preis etwas hoch.

  From the moment you check-in to the check-out, the overall experience is amazing. The rooms are ready earlier, they are clean and are top notch. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The price is really good too for the space the rooms offer. Will clearly come back at my next FFM visit !

  Les chambres sont super mais (!) : 1.Le petit déjeuner est un désastre ! C'est vraiment très gérable et pour un hébergement 4 étoiles, à notre avis, inacceptable. Les œufs durs étaient bleus bouillis. Les crêpes étaient dures sur les bords. Les deux types de jus au choix avaient le goût d'un jus dilué dans une auberge de jeunesse. Sans parler du choix des garnitures (seulement 2 types de fromages, pas de moutarde aux figues, 2 types de saucisses, pas d'alternatives végétariennes/végétaliennes, pas de poisson). 2. Il n'y avait pratiquement pas de sièges dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Nous avons dû attendre jusqu'à ce que nous puissions même avoir une place. Celui-ci n'a pas été désinfecté sur place. Nous avons demandé à la réception et toutes les tables sauf la nôtre ont été désinfectées. Moitié aussi sauvage. Pourtant, cela n'a pas fait bonne impression.

  Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral in der City. Jedoch ein extremer Lärm auszumachen. Ausstattung top. (Bad Markenhersteller). Die Küchenteile perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Frühstück auch ausreichend. Wenn wir wieder in FFM übernachten dann nur in diesen Hotel.

  Sehr freundliches und wirklich zuvorkommendes Personal. Lage des Residence Inn City Center perfekt für Leisure Aufenthalte. Größe der Suiten lässt ein wenig nach gegenüber ähnlichen Angeboten von Mitbewerbern in Frankfurt. Vor Allem fehlt den Balkon-Suiten im obersten Stockwerk eine kleine Überdachung. Wesentlichster Kritikpunkt ist an das Housekeeping zu richten: Nicht gewischte Spiegel, Staub in und auf Lampen - imsgesamt in diesem Punkt noch OK, aber eben nicht Marriott. Großes Lob an die Haustechnik, der Herr hat sich mühevoll und freundlich an einem Feiertag um meinen falsch eingestellten Fernseher gekümmert und das Problem auch gelöst. Das ist Marriott wie man es erwartet. Im schönen, modernen Zimmer fehlt eine bequeme Arbeitsstelle für die Arbeit mit einem Laptop. Wie bereits erwähnt ist die Lage perfekt in der Mitte der City aber das hat auch Auswirkung auf die nächtliche Geräuschkulisse, hat mich persönlich nicht gestört, wer aber einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte darüber nachdenken. Die Kombination in einem Gebäudekomplex mit dem benachbarten Moxy und der dort betriebenen 24/7 Bar ist recht angenehm. Über Alles kann man das RI durchaus empfehlen, in der kleinen Küche ist alles wesentliche vorhanden. Für längere Aufenthalte sind die Zimmer allerdings zu klein und damit stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier leider nicht.

  Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich. Die Leistung an der Hotelbar leider unterirdisch schlecht. Die Cocktails verdienen den Namen nicht und bei zwei von dreien wurden Zutaten vertauscht und die Qualität und Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die bestellten Drinks mussten nach ewigem Warten selbst abgeholt werden. Der schmutzige Tisch wurde erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage dürftig geputzt. Das Personal schien unqualifiziert zu sein. Zum Übernachten ist das Hotel geeignet aber wer mehr erwartet ist hier falsch.

  Residence was an excellent choice for our recent stay in Frankfurt. it is literally two mins walk from Zeil and Galeria and also only 4 mins from Hauptwache station meaning 30 mins from the airport when we arrived. The room was of really high standard in terms of quality and cleanliness and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast was really good also! It was also very well arranged from a Covid perspective and we felt really safe there from that respect. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Frankfurt.

  It was ok, nice staff, convenient parking, good breakfast, even though there was no option for allergics. Cleanliness could improve, we found mold on the shower floor and stained bed sheets. No water in the room (complimentary or paid).

  Ideal gelegen zu Einkaufsstraßen , Historischer Innenstadt, Alte Oper, Schauspielhaus. Zimmer gut ausgestattet mit kleiner Küche, leise zum Innenhof gelegen, gute Matratzen. Guter Fitnessraum mit hochwertigen Geräten. Helle großzügige Tiefgarage. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!

  I Write this review as an X-marriott F&B manager and as a customer My wife and I stayed from friday the 8th untill sunday the 10th, our experience was very nice. we would specialy like to thank Mr. Christian form the front office whom made our stay a much more memerable one, he took the time to explain a few of the city atractions for families and was very acomodating with helping us with some things we needed for our 1 year old baby, he definetly has the spirit to serve! the breakfast bufet could be a bit better, the scrambled eggs were cold, the breads were stale (I tecomend having a warm bread area, perhaps with a heating light) and what really was terrible was the juices, the quality of the juices was really wattered down and no fresh option. also there was no change at all from the options from saturday tu sunday. other than that, the property is in great shape, the rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly.   Stayed at this hotel during my month long Germany trip (business) and I have mixed emotion about it. First and foremost, the staff (including the Hotel Leader Anne) is SUPER nice. The parking situation at this hotel is horrendous. The hotel itself does not have parking but relies on a underground parking lot, which is often dirty, nasty and trash filled. It's not good for the brand. There is often empty food bags, empty wine bottles and empty beer cans in the garage during my stay and at one point someone defecated in the pay area in the garage, I understand this is a public parking but come on, to be fair I did let Anne know and she took action immediately. The rooms were nice, the "upgraded" room was so so, the problem I had is my room faced the street so every night I heard parties and sirens going off so, take that as you will. The Moxy hotel is adjacent to the mall which is good, but if you stay in the Residence Inn, you need to go down the super small elevator, out in the courtyard, down another set of stairs and rinse and repeat. It's a very awkward layout for a Residence Inn. The breakfast was nice but.. it was the same during my stay, there was no change in variety and it got boring really quickly. I'm grateful that they offered food in the first place but... sausage, eggs and pancakes every day got dull.. really quickly. To be fair they did offer pretzels and other stuff which was nice. Personally, I won't be staying again at this hotel if my needs force me back to Germany but it's decent enough if you have business in Frankfurt.

  We were at the Residence Inn, Frankfurt for 22 nights…it was an extremely comfortable stay…the hotel is very well appointed and every detail is taken care of. . The entire team and especially hotel leader Anne Drescher are incredible! They are warm and helpful and make the experience at the Residence Inn delightful ! For us it truly was a home away from home. Thank you for an amazing stay!

  Angenehmer Check-in, tolles Zimmer zwar zur Straßenseite, war aber trotzdem gut zu schlafen. Sehr sauber, schönes Design, tolle Ausstattung. Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine und allem was dazugehört. Sogar mit Bügeleisen und Brett Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis. 111 inkl. Frühstück für eine Familie

  The location of this hotel is near one of the old city gates (Eschenheimer Turm) and near great shopping and restaurants. There is a U-bahn subway station just across the street, so there is easy access to the airport and anywhere in the city. However, the rooms are fairly small and the TV is in an awkward place. Fine for a day or two, but uncomfortable if you need to stay awhile. The entrance to the hotel is rather odd, an automatic door right off the street down a hallway and through another door to the elevators. No desk, furniture, or luggage carts. Several times I had to assure people that they were in the right place. The lobby is up one floor, but the reception desk was closed while we were there, so you had to go to the hotel next door to check-in and out, or ask for anything. We stayed from the end of July through most of August and the hotel was seriously understaffed, though the staff that was there was working hard. There was a decent breakfast served each morning but no service to speak of (totally self-help), and the menu was the same each day. Again, fine for a couple of days of business, but not the service level we expect as Marriott Bonvoy members.

  I would like to voice my absolute dissatisfaction at the service provided during my last stay with my family at Marriott Residence Inn Frankfurt City Centre. We booked a triple room and ask for a baby cot and a bath upon reservation. I also called your help line in advance to double check this was going to be the case. Problem 1: On arrival, we were shocked as the Marriott reception desk was completely closed and just a sign asking to check-in at another hotel (Moxy) across the court yard. Here the 'reception desk' is sitting on the bar and the reception staff is no one other than bar men serving drinks while assisting you. Problem 2: The room was completely different from what was reserved. There was no bed for my son (just one king/queen bed), there was no baby cot for my daughter and the room had a shower not a bath. Went back down to reception (i.e. the bar) and the excuse of the bar man was that our room was swapped with another room with the same surname. So we waited for the couple with the same surname to arrive and checked that room and it was still wrong as there was no bed for my son and cot for my daughter (but this one had a bath). Went back down to reception and the bar man said he cannot do anything as the house-keeping comes in the morning only. After more arguements and telling him that it is dangerour for a baby to sleep in an adult's bed, he gave us a 3rd room to check and managed to find a cot. This caused us a lot of anxiety as it was late evening, kids were tired and total check-in time and to settle the chaos took over 1 hour. Problem 3: Our room was never cleaned during the duration of our stay. During our last night we had to go down to the bar again and ask for towels and carry the towels in our hand back to the room. Bathroom was stinky with smell of old, used towels as our room was not even cleaned once. Conclusion: Based on this horrible experience I expect nothing less than a FULL REFUND.

  Sauberes Hotel, Saubere Zimmer, regelmäßiger Service in den Zimmern, freundliches Personal (Kennie die Crewleader*in), die sich hauptsächlich um meine Anliegen gekümmert hat- Vielen Dank! Eine sehr gute Lage, unkomplizierter Check in Check out, dir Bar Abends im Moxy, welches sich in selben Gebäude befindet, da es ein Riesen Komplex ist, ist auch sehr angenehm und nice eingerichtet. Das Internet ist gut!

  Très confortable, il y une petite cuisine toute équipée avec des couverts, frigo, congélateur. Une prise éléctrique est équipée de port USB pour charger les appareils. les lits sont immenses. le petit-déjeuner est complet. Le personnel très sympa. Il est situé au centre à 5 min. à pied des commerces et 10min. des sites touristiques.

  All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Residence Inn very much, as the room was very tastefully decorated and - despite some exceptions - also very clean. The cleaning service did it's job very throroughly and also the staff was very nice and always keen to make us feel welcome. However, the breakfast was very basic and in my opinion it didn't meet the requirements, a four-star hotel should easily be able to.

  This hotel should NOT be branded a "residence Inn" One very small sofa and table is it for the "living space". Tiny room. there is a small kitchenette. Residence Inn lobby is CLOSED! You need to schlep all your luggage next door the the Moxy to do anything. None of this is advertised. Good location, though. If not for the location, I would warn you away from this place.

  We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 p.m. we were told, we cannot check in till 15:00 p.m. So we came back at 15:00 p.m. and we needed to wait around an hour before we got to check-in, because there were too many customers and only 2 check-in windows for the both hotels moxy and mariott. The room was on the 5th floor. The floor and the room's odor was awfully. It has smelled like urine on the whole floor. Very bad maintenance. I have never had so bad hotel for this price in my life. I would never ever book in this hotel again.

  We will stay here again. Everything was clean and great. We were impressed with the room and the safe sleep space (crib) available for our baby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well equipped. We only stayed one night, but we will be back.

  Some people might find the hotel costly, but there is a saying that you pay for what you get. This is very true here, The Hotel stay is worth every penny. Think about that journey your taking and you need a place to stay, this has to be relaxing and clean, with pleasant staff and clientele. This is so true with this Hotel, had a welcoming an safe stay here. Highly Recommended.

  Wir waren 2 Nächte und hatten 2 Zimmer. Zimmer sind schön, gross und sauber. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Verbindungstür gebucht, leider war die Verbindungstür zu als wir im Zimmer kamen. Wir haben die Rezeption 2 mal anrufen müssten bis sie jemanden geschickt haben uns die Verbindungstür aufzumachen. Als der Mann kam, kam er ohne „guten Tag zu sagen und ohne sich zu entschuldigen“. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Eigentlich wollten wir ins Marriott, aber da Marriott im Moment zu ist dachten wir, wir gehen ins Residence Inn. War keine gute Idee. Zum übernachten reicht es, mehr nicht. Wer hier erwartet Bademantel im Badezimmer oder anständige Personal, ist hier falsch.

  The Residence Inn has become home away from Home. I’ve stayed here for a couple months now and I don’t have a single negative thing to say. Staff, from front desk to cleaning and lady, is always super friendly, up for a chat and very welcoming. I love the balcony rooms in the summer providing a great view towards Frankfurt skyline and the spacious family rooms for cozy winter nights. I really love the beds considering I’ve slept almost 180 nights here in 2020. It’s pretty much close to everything so it’s got a very conventional location especially for business travelers and shopping lovers. To many more amazing stays here at the Residence Inn.

  Room is spacious and comfortable. But there’s no slippers or shower cap provided. They don’t make up room everyday but at least taking out trash would be good. Breakfast selection is quite limited. But overall this hotel is good value of money!!

  Upon check in at the Residence Inn Frankfurt City Center we were greated by the Reception staff with smiles. They were quick and efficient at checking us in and letting us know where to park and how to validate our parking. We were given a room on the 7th floor. The view was amazing and the room was clean and very nice. The bed was huge and comfy. We were very close walking distance to the Shopping district (5 mins) which was great. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Room was quiet for sleeping, couldn't hear anything outside of the room. Free breakfast was continental buffet style and had tons of selection! The staff were quick about refilling anything getting low. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close to shopping and food choices!

  Good location. Awkward entrance which for safety, ease of entrance and accessibility needs to be noted as sub standard. Breakfast buffet is good. Front desk staff lovely. Rooms are new and fresh. Had small issues ( lack of hot water and 1 of 2 elevators was out the entire week) which the manager seemed less than inclined to help with.

  This hotel is located directly downtown within steps from the major stores and restaurants. It's an absolutely ideal location and relatively easy to reach by car or subway. Despite being downtown, the rooms were very quiet and relatively unaffected by street noise. The suites were spacious and clean -- and fairly new given that the hotel has only been open for a few months. Staff was phenomenal -- friendly and very helpful. There are usually 2 people working, so I never waited longer than a few minutes in line. The rooms are serviced every 3rd day -- which allows for a little more privacy. But if you are expecting a daily cleaning, you'll have to pay extra. The breakfast was good -- but remains the exact same each day. A little variety might be something to consider in the future. The entrance to the hotel is a bit unassuming. There is a Residence Inn sign and you go thru a sliding glass door into an empty hallway. From the hallway you go thru another door and take the elevator up one floor to reach the reception area. It's a bit confusing if it's your first time. Overall my stay was excellent and I would definitely stay here again. You just can't beat the location and the new rooms!

  Nous avons passé un agréable weekend en famille dans cet hôtel complètement neuf. Le personnel est à votre écoute et à votre service. Super petit déjeuner également. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

  When we arrived, we asked for a quiet room and we were told that this wouldn't be a problem since I have Gold Elite status with Marriott. Instead, we were assigned to a room that was just down the hall from the reception desk on the first floor. This was easily the loudest hotel room I've ever stayed in, for three reasons. First, we were low in the building so we heard the street noise all night long. Second, we were right next to the kitchen, which began prepping breakfast at 4:00 a.m. They also propped open the door between the hallway and the dining area (why?), so we got all the noise from the breakfast area too. Third, the ground floor of the building is still under construction so we got all the drilling, hammering, and other loud noises coming from below us beginning at 7:00 a.m. We tried to relax in the sauna area but found that it was closed. The breakfast area was a mess at 9:00 a.m. with not enough room for people, and both coffee machines breaking at the same time. When I complained about the above at checkout the lady at reception was very rude and repeatedly lied to me. She first tried to tell me that the hotel was full (which I proved wrong by showing her availability online). Then she tried to tell me that I had been upgraded, as if to say "we were nice to you" (which I again proved wrong by showing my booking confirmation, and we got the room we paid for). I requested a partial refund or points as compensation, and she declined. She was rude and repeatedly lied to escape from taking responsibility for the hotel's mistakes. I would avoid this hotel at all costs, and instead find another hotel that cares about their guests.

  Das Hotel liegt hervorragend. Parken in der hellen, neuen und sauberen Tiefgarage ist - im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels - ein Vergnügen. Das Personal ist ehrlich engagiert. Die Zimmer sauber und alles funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker und wird stets aufgefüllt gehalten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

  Une résidence au top. Beau décors et une bonne ambiance de détente et de sophistication. Une chambre à la hauteur de mes attentes et un personnel vraiment au top et d’une gentillesse comme on les aimes. Un bon petit déjeuner copieux dans un super cadre de détente avec une ambiance relaxante. Chambre très propre et spacieuse.
