Le Spa dispose de plusieurs douches avec différentes fonctions, d'un bain turc, d'un sauna, d'un jacuzzi et de deux petites piscines romaines. De tout ce qui précède, seuls le sauna, le jacuzzi et les piscines romaines fonctionnaient, c'est-à-dire que littéralement 50% du spa était hors service. Dans cette situation, si cela dépendait de moi, je garderais le spa fermé ou ferais une remise sur son prix, mais dans tous les cas, avertissant toujours les clients potentiels que la moitié de l'installation n'est pas opérationnelle. Concernant les sections disponibles : boutons cassés, clés détachées du mur et rouillées, fissures et bien d'autres dégâts, donnant le sentiment d'un certain abandon. Cela, selon le lieu et le prix, ne devrait pas poser de problème, puisque j'attends toujours un service en fonction du prix et du contexte, tant pour le meilleur que pour le pire. Dans ce cas, il me semble que le spa n'est pas du tout conforme à l'hôtel où il se situe et au prix d'entrée. Pour l'instant le pire rapport qualité prix que j'ai trouvé.

Excellent hôtel ! Le personnel est très attentionné, la chambre était parfaite, le petit déjeuner et le diner proposé était somptueux. Il n'y a pas moins de quatre restaurants dans l'hôtel, un spa, plusieurs piscines... Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel. En amoureux, entre amis, ou en famille, c'est l'hôtel parfait.

Pourrait être un super hôtel 5*. Grand jardin et piscine bien entretenus. Buffet du matin et du soir Mais l'hôtel lui-même, à l'exception du hall, est très vieux et les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées.

Je ne peux rien dire d'autre comme hôtel parfait ! Chambres très spacieuses, salle de bain idem idem. Beau balcon spacieux. Piscines grandes, chauffées. Bain de soleil côté mer et autour des deux piscines. Hôtel soigné et classe. Tout à fait bon pour nous !

Stayed here with my kids for a week. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were fab, bathrooms amazing. The staff were so friendly. The food was really great quality and choice. Brilliant location. The pool area was beautiful and loved the salt water pool. Can’t wait to go back.

My family including kids ages 11-4, visited Tenerife for our spring break, first time to the island. We really liked the hotel. The rooms were really pretty and the bathroom was very spacious. I liked that two of the pools were warm for the kids and one of the spools was spacious and only .75 meters deep which my younger children enjoyed. The breakfast was good and the lunch near the pool was awesome (we enjoyed the fish and chips). All the adult drinks were tasty as well. The only drawbacks I found was that the older kids club was not operational due to covid and there were not a lot of kid activities to do other than the pool and a small mini golf. However, If you are planning to do activities outside of the hotel it's great due to is proximity to a lot of activities like SIAM park, Aqualand and downtown. So, it was usually just a short taxi ride to activities. If you are looking to stay at the resort for only a few days it may be hard to keep the kids entertained. If you are going with only adults, it's a great hotel.

I have stayed at the Sheraton before, but this time I went with my husband. It did not disappoint this time again. I love the space in this hotel and the way that the public areas are always spotless. There is always somewhere to sit and be private. Even though the hotel was full, it never felt like that. We could always get a bed by the pool and as usual, the staff at the pool bar were fantastic. A big shout out to Joe who is always very helpful. We love the breakfast here - there is something for every taste. We had a terrace room on one of the upper floors with a view over the sea. It was really wonderful. It wasn’t that big, but it had good facilities, with a turn down service every night, plentiful water and great toiletries, which were constantly replenished. I used the gym, which was quiet and had great equipment. The hotel is in a fantastic location right by the beach with access to the restaurants near Bahia Del Duque and La Caleta. All round, another great stay. Will try and visit again soon.

A large and well run hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but it's hard to navigate the pricing across the various sizes and positions. When it rains there is an unacceptable smell of drains. The buffet is disappointing for both breakfast and supper. Hot food simply not hot enough. Drinks seem over priced.

We had a nice stay as a couple with our 6 month old. I had read the reviews and was a bit anxious that we wouldn’t have a lovely time, but we did. I am a Marriott platinum member. I was upgraded to a partial sea view. The room was really spacious. I had to ask for the upgrade at check in rather than it being done automatically, I know not a big deal, but international travel with a 6 month old for hours - it would have been nice if this was preempted and just thought out. It meant that they had to move items that were set for the original room to the new one. Breakfast was great every morning. Pool areas are clean and plentiful and didn’t have any issues getting a sun bed. What I didn’t like was when we needed a cork screw for a bottle of wine, the bar tried to charge us €15 to open it! I went on the app to ask for a cork screw, they said it would be €5 to deliver it. I said I would come get it for no charge - to the same bar, to the same people who wanted to charge €15. Sometimes things are made unnecessarily complicated when it doesn’t need to be. It would be great to just use common sense. The dinner food wasn’t great in the evenings so we didn’t dine much in the hotel. It’s also terribly overpriced… the buffet was €36pp with different themes each night. It wasn’t worth that. Parking was complimentary, so that was nice. This hotel is in a great location and very safe. The staff (apart from the bar staff that night we wanted a bottle opened) were lovely and accommodating. We would (and hope to) return.

We can see why nearly everyone we spoke to were repeat guests at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage space and good sized bathrooms. Lovely views over garden out to sea. Choice of swimming pools and dining options. Definitely plan to return next year.

This was my first time staying at the Sheraton La Caleta and I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area but there’s a lovely walk along a seafront promenade to either the busier part of the Costa Adeje or to the quieter La Caleta. The grounds of the hotel are very pretty and well maintained. All staff wore masks inside and outside and there was a very high standard of cleanliness in the hotel. The selection at breakfast was good and restaurant staff were very pleasant and friendly. Overall it was a very relaxing stay and I hope to return.

Well equipped room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, very good breakfast, nice poolside area. Very strict on mask wearing which was a big plus. Fault with lamp and safe in room attended to very promptly. Loungers very hard and uncomfortable as there were no mattresses on them…due to COVID. However other hotels in the area supplied mattresses for their clients! No good indoor bar for cold evenings. Cocktails and drinks served in plastic cups at the pool not very tempting.

Super warm and friendly staff, nice clean rooms, lovely pools and tranquil location next to the sea. I’d love for them to improve the food quality at the hotel- though the Japanese restaurant was fabulous. Overall the staff made it a wonderful stay.

Once again the hotel lived up to the high standard we have experienced previously - albeit with some cut backs entirely as a result of ongoing Covid restrictions. The staff from the pool people to the managers - and everyone in-between - were wonderful. The only complaint I have expressed to management is the poor quality of the heating used to keep food hot in the morning and evening buffets: it's simply not good enough and must be improved.

We stayed 5 days at the resort; breakfast is continental with extra egg dishes to order; The (smaller) private breakfast by the pool is recommended with amazing options and service; staff was very friendly and helpful; seems to be a good resort for families with kids.

This was our third stay! Basically its in a great location, standard Sheraton/Marriott rooms as one would expect. Super breakfasts - make sure this is part of your package. Staff are very well trained but not quite recognising Gold Marriott members unless pushed. I could argue about some small maintenance issues like a new coat of paint here and there but compared to 6 months ago not an issue

I stay with friends in this hotel to have a short golf break. All details from the hotel are correct. When we order a taxi it's there in 5 min. All bookings for the golf courses we book over the hotel are correct. This hotel is perfect with a high service level, big rooms, great breakfast and in a good price range !

We'd booked a 'Premium Terrace, 1 King, Sea View, High Floor Terrace' room. This meant that we had a great central position looking straight across the hotel gardens to the sea. The terrace was not overlooked by any other room and had two loungers, two chairs and a table so we could sunbathe in peace. The room had a lot of storage space and was spacious. The coffee machine was efficient; very fast and hot. Only paper cups provided though, with wooden stirrers. Not very 5 star. We occasionally smelt sewage from the sinks and shower. There was a good range of toiletries, no major brands, but they were replenished quickly. Two useful things were the large illuminated vanity mirror and over the bath a retractable washing line. There was a very wide range of foods at breakfast, all good quality however the hot buffet foods were always only lukewarm. The hot drinks were from a machine. We tried several options but they were all dire. This was a major deficiency as we both enjoy a decent cup of coffee at breakfast. Also, there were often queues at the machines. Not what you would expect from a five star hotel. Sachets of Nescafe were available so we made ourselves cups of instant coffee. Not great, but a lot better than the machine made. The staff were all professional, attentive and very friendly, all happy to help. Other reviews have mentioned the problem of sun loungers being reserved. The hotel tried to address this whilst we were there, with a letter to all rooms saying that the practice of reserving sun loungers was not allowed and that any towels left unattended would be removed. This seemed to help somewhat, but many loungers were still being reserved, only later in the day. The sun loungers were a mesh fabric and did not have any mattresses on. This made them quite hard. Again, this is not a five star standard. Overall a very good hotel with marvellous staff, let down by a few annoying, what appeared to be cost saving, measures.

As a gold elite customer, I was told I was entitled to a room upgrade, but there were none available, as per usual. But after I had passed over a nice tip, I was given a choice of three premium rooms on higher floors. Also when on one day we left our room and at reception realised we had forgotten our masks, I asked the duty manager Sharon, to save us going back up to our room if she had a couple of masks for us. She stated that the large box of masks at reception were for staff only and accused us very loudly, in front of all her own staff of trying to acquire 2 free masks. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and certainly would not expect it in a five star hotel, so consequently I will never, ever stay at a Marriott hotel again.

We’ve been coming to the Sheraton La Caleta since the week it opened … this was our 12th visit. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The grounds are lovely with plenty places to sit and relax. The rooms are really spacious, as are the bathrooms. The decor is a little dated now and could do with a bit of a makeover but that doesn’t stop us returning.

Its very nice hotel, next to the beach, for families and good place to stay with small children. They have very safe area for kids and also babysitters in the are. We love their garden,which is green( grass and trees) and big enough. Good breakfast. And happy hours in the bar with 50% discount from 17:00-19:00. Grate hotel!

It was lovely and wonderful, we enjoyed every minute of it! The breakfast was amazing and so was the staff! It was My boyfriends birthday during our stay so I asked for a cake or something, we got a lovely one and a bottle of cava from the house… really thoughtful! Great pool area, spacious room and bathroom. Loved the area, could make long walks on the prominade, peaceful little village nearby as well. Lovely people/guests and staff (!) and overall a really great stay…!

We had a nice week at the Sheraton la Caleta which in my opinion fullfill the Sheraton standards. Location is quiet, very nice and peaceful, it is a very good location for some break. Staff is overall very good and responsive, in particular Karim, Nathalie, Erick and the main bartender at the Coral. First experience also very satisfying with the kids club. Breakfast is pleasant, but restaurants shall improve (in particular Vivace and to a lower extent, La Venta). I rather recommend this place.

All Staff very attentive and welcoming. My room 360 beautiful. Cleaning staff very friendly and efficient. Bar staff good. Food both breakfast and at dinner could be better. Most food was served cold or at it best warm. Waiting Service very good. Spa disappointing. No dates for massage and spa not open. As a solo guest the over cost for accommodation is very expensive a better discount if possible would be helpful especially if the hotel is only 50/75% full.

On both occasions we were treated so well from the moment we arrived. The rooms were great - complimentary upgrades to Club rooms based on Bonvoy Titanium status. We only had breakfast in the hotel but it was fantastic both times. We’ll be back

Hotel was nice but is a 3/4 star and not a 5 star. The rooms and communal areas could really do with being modernised. Lots of un-repaired damage to walls and doors etc. Also the pool side service is non existent. Average wait time is around 30mins for a few beverages as it seems that they have the same staff trying to serve in the restaurant too? This wasn’t just us, it was the same service for others too. Staff were pleasant though. Cleanliness overall was good however lots of dust on the floor in our room….not great considering the enhanced hygiene protocols which are supposed to be in place due to covid. Makes one question if standards are slipping in other areas? Spa was nice but basic. Again this needs upgrading and modernisation. Also there was no atmosphere in the evenings as most restaurants in the hotel were closed. Good location for walking to other restaurants though. We enjoyed the week break but I wouldn’t be rushing back here. Very pricey for what we got.

You don't feel you're a platinum member. No welcome gift or card, receptionists did not treat me as a loyal member at all. No room upgrade even though the app shows there are rooms which are bookable. Executive lounge and spa are closed due to Covid which is understandable. No pillow options. Hotel does not receive room service request from Marriott app. Location is a bit out of the town. Would not recommend for the price.

Amazing staff helping with baby food requirements. Very friendly and helpful - calling taxis, giving restaurant recommendations, entertaining my baby - making her laugh etc. Slow check in process, long wait for the room even after requesting early check in. No upgrade to a suite and no alternatives even though requested a long time before arrival. The staff and hotel services made up for difficulties with the room. Would definitely recommend to stay in Sheraton but be prepared to wait when checking in.

Sehr enttäuscht von diesem Sheraton Hotel. Leider nur wenige Pluspunkte. Der Garten und die Aussenanlage ist sehr schön. Das Hotel selber veraltet. Wir hatten mit Upgrade ein Zimmer ohne jeden Sonnenstrahl mit Blick auf das Meer aber in der Ecke....sehr enttäuschend, kalt und dunkel. Essen sehr mässig. Frühstücksraum dunkel riesig und das Frühstück im kleinen Rahmen kostet zusätzlich täglich 9 Euro pro Person (was wir dann gemacht haben) Personal freundlich oder total uninteressiert - das war Personen abhängig. Bel hôtel, grande chambre avec bain et douche séparée. Deux fois par jour, votre chambre sera refaite avec des serviettes propres et des bouteilles d'eau, de café et/ou de thé. Lay chocolat sur le lit le soir. Personnel incroyablement sympathique. Bonne nourriture, restaurant buffet espagnol et japonais. Happy hour entre 17h et 19h. Lits suffisants avec service de serviettes. Le déjeuner et les boissons sont apportés à votre lit. Hôtel vraiment fantastique avec un personnel super.

Vous ne serez pas déçu, nous avons été séduits par l’établissement et son personnel aux petits soins, il est idéalement placé en bord de plage et à deux pas d’un petit village de pêcheurs doté de restaurants offrant de bons plats.

The hotel is well placed, quiet in large grounds leading to pathways at sea edge, with nice pools, plenty of beds and drink\food areas. Very good service, accommodation and food but most of all was the outstanding quality of the staff we came into at all levels. We really enjoyed our first stay at the hotel, will return and we recommend it to anyone seeking a five stay in a very high quality hotel.

Wonderful stay in lovely hotel. Only minor problem was that 'happy hour' time changed during our visit but we didn't get informed of this in advance and expected our drinks to be cheaper at the previous time. We were shown an A4 size notice with the new time in small print, which just appeared to be a general notice for happy hour. On complaint our drinks were adjusted to reflect the previous prices. Guests should be officially informed of these changes at check in and notices provided saying about the time change, rather than just a happy hour general notice. We didn't mind the price change but the lack of information.

We have stayed at The Sheraton La Caleta on many occasions, the rooms are very large - the balcony is a great size with views of the ocean. The facilities are excellent, with an extensive buffet breakfast, which was a highlight for my teenage son. The Hotel is situated in a perfect position. Coral Bar and Restaurant staff are all very friendly - only issue this year was Glorietta Bar staff, who were extremely slow. I would however recommend staying at this Hotel.

Sehr schönes Urlaubshotel. Sehr gut gelegen, direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer waren top, immer sauber! Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Optik des Hotels sehr ansprechend. Frühstück war sehr gut. Aufgrund des Status durften wir am Poolrestaurant frühstücken, einfach wunderbar! Buffettrestaurant, sehr gut! Das japanische Restaurant hat uns leider nicht überzeugt, die Qualität der Speisen war teilweise mangelhaft. Und, morgentlich wurden alle Liegen durch die Gäste besetzt, sodaß um 10.00 Uhr keine einzige Liege frei war… das geht leider gar nicht!

Staff always greet you as you pass them in the hotel. They all look and sound so happy at their work. Hotel is well maintained and always has a fragrance of freshness about it. It seems that the hotel is continually reinvesting in new furniture and amenities. Rooms are serviced beautifully. I have stayed many times and I will be back - very soon!

The hotel was really nice, good room size and really clean and well maintained. Pools are lovely and really close to the beach. Breakfast was good, but the rest of the food at the hotel wasn't really up to standard, some simple changes would make it a lot better.

The hotel is staffed with friendly professionals who care about your stay. The location is perfect as it is at the quiet end of the pedestrian walk, while close enough to easily walk there for food and entertainment. There is a wide assortment of restaurants from which to choose right on site. The pool is large and the grounds immaculate. I was impressed to be honest.

This hotel is not out of this world but everything works. Rooms have everything one needs, everywhere is spotless even pre COVID-19. Staff are lovely, food and drink good. Pools are lovely and plenty of towels. If I had to find a complaint it would be some of pool towels passed there use by and the towels in the room could be larger - I am sure they used to be.

We had a great stay, the room was fantastic and we even got an upgrade on the room. This was our first time away with our 2 month old baby and the staff was very accommodating and we had an extra bed plus a crib in the room. The bathroom was fantastic. The only downside was that we did not enjoy the food at the main restaurant, and the waiters did not listen to our complaints and just gave us the bill. However the reception staff and manager on check out were very helpful and we did not pay for the dinner. Breakfast and lunch were lovely and the spa is definitely worth a visit! We will be back.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Not too busy which we really enjoyed. Pools are good, especially the salt water one. Beds at the pool are comfortabel. The lounge area in the evening is pleasant ( and a surprisingly good rosé wine).

Le personnel de l’hôtel notamment à la restauration est accueillant et souriant. Par contre la réception n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoile aucune empathie et pas très à l’écoute. Malgré un bon séjour c’était le petit grain de sable qui nous laisse un goût amer, Sharon manager n’a pas du tout été à la hauteur ni à l’écoute de nos doléances. Dommage…

The staff are great, even got a room upgrade as gold Marriott member. The grounds are amazing (two pools including a heated one. Enjoyed the food. The bar has great cocktails and happy hour gets a good vibe. Looking for more, outside the hotel there’s plenty to go around. To me the big downside to really selling the place to others is the sunbed reservation system that is not 5star audience worthy (and tolerated by staff&management). Apart from that I noticed that the consistency is so so, depending on who you meet will determine the experience. So I’d say it’s a gem that needs to get a good polish. Nothing the management can’t change with team development to make this a true dream holiday resort.

We were well looked after, with our status recognised by a room upgrade and breakfast, which was delicious. All the staff we encountered were friendly, responsive and professional. The pool area is great, but they should enforce the "no reserving of sunbeds" as some selfish people seem to think it's OK to put towels on sunbeds and then not turn up for four hours, while others have to search for a space. A great first stay and we will definitely be back!

Toujours de très bon accueil et organisation. Le petit regret est sans doute sur la nourriture avec les mises sous boîtes de plastic pour le buffet d'entrée et de dessert. Mais l'effort contre le covid est louable ! Moins de choix et de plaisir pour dîner que sur la période avant covid mais globalement toujours très satisfait.

After one year of no travelling due to Covid restrictions we were looking forward so much to our vacation. The hotel staff was very nice from the phone call to make our reservation to the moment when we were leaving the hotel. We got a nice room upgrade as a gift which was unexpected and very much appreciated. Due to having less tourists during the week on Sunday-Thursday evenings the buffet dinners replaced with meals at the La Venta restaurant which were mostly ok ( though we surely prefer the buffets). The room was spacious and the cleaning staff made sure it's always crystal clean and that no supplies are missing from the room at any time. All in call - an amazing stay!

Nous aimons beaucoup,en premier, l'aspect extérieur de l’hôtel. Sa couleur,sa forme. Ensuite très beau jardin,belles piscines. Chambre grande,propre, bien équipée, beau balcon donnant sur la mer et la piscine. Très silencieuse. Accueil très agréable et grande disponibilité de tout le personnel. Petit déjeuner et lunch, bien, mais déçus par le buffet du soir.

Hotel, pool, location and parking possibility (garage) were perfect, little shopping center nearby and direct access to the seaside with all the restaurants (only 10 minutes walking distance to La Caletta as well). Very nice and helpful staff. We got a lovely upgrade with side sea view as a birthday present and felt very comfortable in this room. Very helpul receptionist which helped us with T-Time bookings. The bar was great, restaurant La Venta was good as well, but could improve (service between dishes too quick, side dishes are too small and without fantasy). As not all the restaurants were open, the choice was limited. Information and communication needs improvement, e.g. we were not informed about happy hour and figured out by coincidence. During our 10 day visit, we have never been contacted if everything was ok and we didn't 'feel' the management and haven't seen the G.M. eather. It would be a nice guesture, when this managing team would visit or pass by once in a while during the day. Even when paying the bill, we haven't been asked about satisfactory. Apart from this tiny 'minus', we were very happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Coming back to Tenerife, we will stay there again. Many thanks to the team!

Repas très bon mais service olé olé, d'où la note de 3 et non 4. En arrivant on nous exige un test PCR de moins de 3 jours, jusque là pas de soucis, il faut faire attention c'est très bien. Mais ensuite, on nous demande également nos billets d'avion. Curieux car aucun autre établissement ne nous l'a demandé. Heureusement, nous les avions sur notre téléphone. Nous commandons deux entrées, le gérant se trompe et ne commande qu'une entrée. L'information remonte et pourtant personne ne vient s'excuser. Le service est très long (40min pour l'entrée puis 45min pour la suite du repas). Entre temps, nous avons également dû commander 4 fois une bouteille de vin car les serveurs l'ont oubliée (ceci à duré 25min). Il y avait 20 clients dans le restaurant et 4 serveurs complètement débordés. Hallucinant. Les plats étaient pourtant très bons c'est dommage.

Hotel is well located, very welcoming and front staff. Overall a good choice with a few minor shortcoming. Buffet breatfast could be better if hot foods was hot but overall choices were good and made to order eggs were well done. Pools were nice but family groups had one member place towels on ten chairs each taking over entire heated pool area. LaVenta nice, excellent service and food, thank you Marlene. Jurgen and service at pool area very good, loved the Caesar salad and chicken soup. Miguel at upper bar very good Overall excellent with a few minor issues. Housekeeping needs a few tweeks.

Der richtige Ort um trotz COVID19 einen sonnigen Wohlfühlurlaub im Januar zu verbringen. Tolle Gartenanlage, traumhafter Salzwasser-Pool mit zusätzlichem gewärmten Whirlpool. Toller Service und gutes Essen. Sicheres Reisen durch ein vorbildliches Hygiene-Konzept. An der Reception hat uns Piotr ganz hervorragend und sympathisch betreut. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Housekeeping arbeitet hervorragend. Die Terrasse unserer Suite hat uns wunderbare private Sonnenstunden geschenkt. Neue Außenmöblierung, sehr bequem und praktisch. Wer im Meer schwimmen will, ist in 3 Minuten am feinen schwarzen Sandstrand mit geschützter Bucht. Auf dem Promenadenweg kann man barrierefrei spazieren. Hervorragendes WI-FI, große TV-Geräte, umfangreiche Senderauswahl, perfekt! Wir hatten glücklicherweise die Zeit unseren Urlaub um eine Woche zu verlängern...wenn man schon mal so schön wohnt, bleibt man doch gerne etwas länger!

Accueil courtois , personnel poli et serviable Petit déjeuner varié Restaurant La Venta parfait Chambre Club avec tout le confort ... et en fin de compte mieux choisir Club terrace car espace terrace plus vaste et vision non limitée par un muret .. ou alors rester en chambre standard .. pour le peu de temps que l’on profite de la terrace .. Piscine chauffée .. Hôtel bien entretenu .. à taille humaine Bonne situation .. à proximité de La Caleta et de playa Del Duque

Un super séjour en famille, le kids club était très bien, nos jumeaux de 5 ans étaient très contents d’y retourner chaque jours. Tous les employés étaient très sympathiques et avenants, les différents restaurants très bons. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Super séjour au Sheraton , luxueux mais chaleureux, avec des superbes piscines jardins et un cadre génial. Le personnel était super , on s'y es sentis chez nous. Les balades dans les alentours le soirs étaient très agréables . A refaire des que possible 😊

Personnel charmant et disponible par contre pour le petit déjeuner et le buffet du soir ce n était pas très bon et toujours la même chose mieux vaut prendre le japonais excellent ou l italien pour quelque euros de plus une piscine privatisée PAR les enfants et l autre eau de mer ou les p!aces sont dures à prendre hôtel trop bruyant le soir dans les couloirs à cause des enfants qui crient bref je n y retournerai pas sans compter la location de la voiture à la borne une catastrophe!

Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes mis à part quelques défaillances au niveau du service au restaurant El Parador. Confort absolu, entretien et situation idéale. A recomander aux familles , mais aussi aux couples.

Hôtel bien situé, avec des chambres spacieuses même si la déco est un peu vieillotte. Le personnel est gentil et le Spa est propre. La proximité de la plage est un vrai plus. Point négatif : déçue par le buffet qui n’est pas diversifié et qui manque de saveur. C’est dommage pour un hôtel 5 étoiles…
