  Pas un apathotel typique, car très agréable et luxueux. Service hyper professionnel. Les appartements sont spacieux et confortables : séjour avec balcon, cuisine à usage payant, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain entièrement équipée avec baignoire et bidet. Un restaurant servant le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner au plus haut niveau. Endroit fantastique - paix, calme, emplacement idéal.

  Le personnel est excellent nous a fait sentir comme chez nous, nous sommes venus avec 2 petits enfants. Je souligne la gentillesse et la chaleur de Federico. Nous serons de retour.

  Nous avons été plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel. Dernièrement nous n'y allons plus car les prix ont beaucoup augmenté, de plus les chambres sont vieilles, elles ne sont pas rénovées et pour le prix qu'elles ont elles n'offrent même pas de chaussons jetables Il existe d'autres hôtels 4 étoiles beaucoup moins chers et à part cela ils sont rénovés et proposent des chaussons jetables

  Excellent séjour dans un hôtel qui a largement dépassé mes attentes. Les chambres, toutes des suites, sont vastes et très bien équipées. Le restaurant est très agréable, et le repas qualitatifs et variés. Le personnel a l’accueil est extrêmement efficace et cordial. Un grand merci particulièrement à Giselle ainsi qu’à la directrice de l’établissement, Belén, pour leur amabilité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

  ¡No es posible cenar en el hotel! sólo después de las 20.00. Hasta ese momento, puede pedir comida en la habitación, pero esto no se puede llamar comida, ¡no es comestible! Hay 5 platos a elegir, César le dicen hierba rancia con pollo hervido en salsa (mayonesa y mostaza)…hmmm… Y el bocadillo Bikini parece que sobró de la cena anterior… ((( decepcion total..

  Fine hotel. Good and friendly staff. Situated near camp nou. The hotel is situated in a partial private apartment building. The 7th floor is the top floor of the hotel. Above are private apartments. We had a room on the 7th floor. During our two night stay there was a lot of noise from the apartments at night. Family noises, and night music and dancing. Solution avoid the seventh floor and you'll be fine

  Staff was extremely helpful, friendly , and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable, as well as surprisingly large. Food in their restaurant was exceptional and of gourmet quality, certainly more than expected in a hotel dining room. The lemon pie was the height of the meal as it was in the shape of a half lemon and was exceptionally delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Il semble presque caché, un hôtel avec un bon plan à côté d'un restaurant avec une meilleure vue. Vous pouvez vous demander où est le luxe, et chacun aura son avis. Le mien est l'espace, l'attention, le calme, le temps, le silence, la décoration, le passage du temps, la température, le service, l'intangible des choses qui nous entourent provoquant calme et détente.

  I enjoyed the space of the King Jr. Suite. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. Be aware there is no air conditioning during certain months. Also there is an unexpected extra charge if you wish to use the kitchen. Front Desk staff are very friendly and willing to help. On the TV there was only one Engly channel (CNN) and no English subtitles on the other channels. The hotel is about 1/3 mile from nearest subway station.

  Me alojé en el hotel por motivos de trabajo y repetiría sin duda. Amplio espacio para poder trabajar en la habitación sin tener que estar con el ordenador en la cama. Hice uso del servicio del habitaciones y recomiendo muy mucho el pollo asado, ¡buenísimo! El gimnasio un poco pequeño. Me sirvió para lo que iba buscando que era descargar un poco, pero quizás esperaba algo más. En general muy bien y si tengo que quedarme por la zona repetiré sin duda.

  Very modern and sleek hotel. I love Marriott and this hotel did not disappoint. My previous hotel reservations were cancelled by my travel agent and I had to make my own last minute reservations. My go to hotel is Marriott so I booked my room and it was beautiful! I was exhausted from my cruise and we arrived around 8am but fortunately we had a room ready for us to check in. I would definitely stay there again and there is an American cuisine restaurant Fosters Hollywood in walking distance great food!

  Great hotel in the suburbs! Near the metro station and airport. Only minutes away from Barcelona city center by train or bus. Ample upscale shopping and restaurants nearby eventhough it is in a residential area. Only take away is that there is no pool which would have nice to cool off at in the hot summer months. Would definitely recommend if you want some quietness of the suburbs away from noisy touristy areas of Barcelona.

  We loved this hotel. While away from downtown the appeal was the spacious suite perfect for our family of 3. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and nice. The rooms were great and very nicely appointed. The food at the restaurant was very good and the bar made nice cocktails. I would stay here again for sure!

  Nous sommes arrivés et la réceptionniste, une jeune fille aux cheveux bruns, nous a accueillis très gentiment et nous a très bien accueillis, en plus de tout expliquer clairement et en détail. Un excellent traitement, vous ne pouvez pas demander plus. D'autre part, nous avons adoré la chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné, non seulement pour le confort qu'elle offre mais aussi pour les petits détails qui font la différence. En bref : un hôtel hautement recommandé avec un service exceptionnel. Nous serons de retour!

  As a frequent visitor to Barcelona, we often choose not to stay in the center or near La Rambla, and instead choosing a hotel in the area near Camp Nou. Like many other hotels in the area, AC Hotel provided a comfortable accommodation. The only disappointment was although we'd booked a suite with a balcony, on which we'd hope to have breakfast each morning, only after we arrived at the hotel, we found out we got a room without one. When you travel as often as we do, I can definitely understand misunderstandings/misbookings happen; however, the young lady who checked us in not only completely fail to recognize or mention the difference in the rooms, but merely argued that the room with a balcony that we'd booked and paid for "could not be guaranteed" Fortunately, we spoke with the manager Andrea the next morning who understood and sympathized with our situation/frustration and did a great job to alleviate the problem. We really appreciated her attitude and hope that the rest of her staff will be better trained to respond to guests’ issues and problems hospitably as she did.

  We stayed here two nights and enjoyed our stay for the most part. We had AC issues the first night so were switched to another room for the 2nd night and that was much more pleasant. The staff is helpful and the neighborhood is nice and residential and a short walk to the Metro station.

  Our suite was comfortable and clean and pretty. The bed was very comfy. Our room was noisy, from outside parties and people. Shower is slippery. I put a towel down on the floor and that helped. There is no grab bars. The heat and air was off. The maid brought us a plug in heater. The people that work there were fantastic. The bar and restaurant had wonderful service and great food.   We Enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the welcome and accomadating reception from the girls at check in to the equally accommodating late check out. The room we received was on the 11th floor and was very spacious with a large size bathroom and tub. The view was not so appealing, but the roof top seating was enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful and the croissants were superb. All in all this hotel was an excellent stay in a location close to the metro and late night eating places.

  Fabulous staff, amazing room, the biggest most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, reasonably close to public transport that is easy to use. If this hotel had a pool (because it was hot & the hotel is a long way from the beach) I would give it the maximum stars but because it does not I can’t unfortunately because this is such a great hotel. We didn’t dine in at the restaurant because it was rather expensive & there are a few restaurants nearby & a large supermarket not too far away

  The AC Hotel was fabulous! The rooms are very spacious. The staff was A+, probably the best staff I have ever seen while traveling. The restaurant they had at the hotel had some of the best foods my partner and I tasted in Spain. If you have never traveled to Spain or if you have been there a 100 times I would definitely recommend staying here. You will leave talking about how wonderful your experience was! I was so impressed I got a Barcelona flower as a tattoo.

  El hotel está situado muy cerca de la Avda. Diagonal y de las Universidades de Barcelona. La habitación está limpia, es amplísima y cuenta con todos los servicios, además tiene una mesa de despacho muy amplia para trabajar, internet, y un saloncito con sofá bastante amplio para ver cómodamente la TV. La cama es muy grande y cómoda, y la calidad del sueño es inmejorable ya que el hotel se encuentra en un barrio muy tranquilo y silencioso por la noche. El hotel es recomendable ya sea para viaje de negocios, en pareja o en familia ya que cuenta con suites que tienen varias habitaciones, salón y mini-cocina bien equipada.

  Stayed here recently as a birthday surprise for my husband. The location was ideal for going to a football game, and was a short walk to buses, metro and tram to go into the city for other attractions. In fact, the city siteseeing bus stops about 50m away at the end of the road (blue route). The staff were very professional and accommodating, and I felt they would have helped in any way possible. We had two rooms - both excellent and clean. Our rate included breakfast, and breakfast was more than adequate and fresh. There was a nespresso machine and fridge in both rooms, coffee and earl grey tea available. I would prefer more variety of tea if I had the choice. Our daughters had their own room and could not fault it either. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evenings as we were out seeing the sights so cannot comment on the meals available. I would have no hesitation in staying here again if visiting Barcelona - it was very convenient especially for nou camp - a 10 minute walk away.

  Surprise gem located near the university. Easy access to metro, bus and Hop On Hop Off. Feel like you're staying in a neighborhood not a tourist trap but with great access to the city. Front desk staff very helpful and the suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was average, nice atmosphere but on the nights with a limited menu the selection was very limited. Breakfast was good but expensive. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.

  I attended a clinic nearby for embryo transfer and was told to rest for the day. I sat out on the terrace with book which was very relaxing. That night at 9:00pm as I was settling down to sleep as we had early flight booked for next morning, what I can only describe is a music concert in the locality began.There was singing, drums, shouting and screaming. Not very relaxing. We had doors, windows, blinds closed trying to block out the sound but to no avail. I phoned reception on 2 occasions asking them as to when this music would stop or could we re locate to a quieter room in the other side of the hotel. She said this was not possible. This noise did not stop till 3:00am. The hotel knew we were there with the fertility clinic and I feel they should have made our stay as comfortable as possible as we were going through a stressful time. I would never stay there again, it was the worst night I ever stayed in a hotel.....

  Check in: My reservation was for two studio suites for one night. Due to my request for interconnected rooms we were placed in one big room and other small one both have one external door, was ok for my one night with kids. Services: I wonder how it is rated as 4 stars, no lobby, entrance is just a desk. No bell personnel, you need to carry your luggage to your room!! Elevators are too old and very small. Strange smell of humidity and old wood but disappear in the room. Rooms: The rooms were super clean and nicely kept. No view since we are in a residential area. Bathrooms are nicely designed but too small, amenities were so good. Staff were nice although too few Location is ok if you like walking Breakfast was very limited Wi-fi too slow Big shame: Unfortunately my son forget his backpack and mobile phone in the hotel. It was a big shame the hotel replied that no one has seen it, with limited number of staff this shouldn't happen actually!

  My travel companions and I arrived and as usual had, we received a warm welcome. The check in was smooth and our requested accomodations were in place. The room was warm prior to entering, as it was unoccupied, however, it essentially stayed the same throughout our stay. We notified the staff about the A.C.that evening as we returned from our outing and a staff memeber quickly came to our to check it for us. Prior to the staffs departure, the air was blowing, but very weak, and the room never completely cooled off. We notified the front desk the next morning and maintenance was to come review our unit. When we returned later that day, we were told maintenance cleaned the vents and some other items and that the room should be satisfactory. Needless to say, that night and the following remained the same and we slept uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. Easy location to access and close to public transit but unfortunately, our room was just too hot on this trip.

  Hôtel bien situé, dans un quartier calme. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, mais la literie n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4*. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Enfin, je recommanderai au personnel de l'hôtel de prendre plus attention à la réservation et aux préférences des clients.

  This location it is great for individuals that want to visit the F C Barcelona stadium. Does not have a swimming pool nor a hot tub. Not much to do at the hotel but very spacious suites with great views if you are overlooking the garden where the restaurant is. Very quiet which gives you a much needed rest when going from site to site in Barcelona. Enjoy the very comfy beds and the Nesspresso coffee machine in the morning.

  Fuimos a pasar una noche en una de las suites del hotel. La habitación era preciosa, grande, con sofá. Nos tuvieron el detalle de una botella de cava con un trozo de pastel por ser el aniversario de mi pareja, fue todo un detalle. La única pega que le pondría, es que las cortinas que habían en nuestra habitación no encajaban bien del todo con lo que nos entró claridad y nos desvelamos al amanecer. El resto perfecto. La habitación cuenta con minibar, y con una máquina Nespresso. Los lavabos son muy grandes (con plato de ducha y bañera incluida). Además teníamos albornoz y unas zapatillas que nos hizo más comfortable nuestra estancia.

  We arrived to the AC Victoria Suite via metro to be greeted by an amicable staff. Our check in was a breeze since we used mobile check in. The staff were extremely helpful providing directions and maps of the city. Once we opened the door to our suite we were amazed at the modern and spacious layout. The beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant was located on he main floor and we had a superb breakfast. We enjoyed our stay; when we return to Barcelona we will definitely book at AC Victoria.

  Excelente ubicación dependiendo de lo que se tenga planificado hacer en Barcelona, zona tranquila y cerca de muchos servicios, el hotel es de gran calidad y las suites son amplias, limpias y bien decoradas. El desayuno es bueno. El servicio y trato del personal es excelente y de una gran profesionalidad. Le faltaría tener una piscina para el verano, en invierno no se echa en falta. Relación calidad precio muy buena, dentro de que Barcelona es una ciudad cara.

  Mi estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Suites amplias, cómodas, bien iluminadas y silenciosas. Desayuno bastante bueno, aunque la tortilla de patatas la encuentro muy normaliza y no hay huevos duros ni pasados por agua. Es un cuatro estrellas de muy buena calidad, casi tirando a cinco en muchos sentidos.

  There were good and bad things about our stay. Let me address the bad. First, the room was hot and stuffy when we checked in, so I tried to turn on the air conditioning, and it did not work. I tried the fan, and it did not work. The front desk told me that the AC was off for the season. I was not told that in advance that there would be no AC and there was nothing in Marriott's information or on your web site to warn us of that. We were told to open the windows. That is a bad solution because there are no screens on the windows and bugs flew in. Also, the occupants of the building next door are loud and have barking dogs. Keeping the windows open let the noise in and interrupted our sleep. I really did not like that. Second, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it was hot, humid, and steamy in there. Third, we asked for a wake up call and a person entered our room and tapped my son on the shoulder to wake him up. That was shocking. Also, we asked for a wake up call at a certain time, like 7:00AM, and the knock at the door came 15 minutes late each time. That is not right. Why can't you just call at the prescribed time? Fourth, your buffet breakfast is overpriced. Fifth, you really need to upgrade the computer you have in the lobby for guests to use. It is slow and out of date. For the good, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful most of the time. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel is in a good location. The hotel is modern and nice. The best thing was that we were able to check in early upon our arrival.

  Recently spent 3 nights at AC Victoria Suites and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The spacious room met our every need. The hotel is well placed near many historical sights as well as many business enterprises. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan a few days in Barcelona.

  My family and I enjoyed our 1 week stay at the AC Victoria. We had the family suite and it was nice as there were two bedrooms; one with two twin beds for our kids and the other for my wife and I. The suite is modern and very clean. Location is ok as it's away from the busy tourist attractions but the Hop-on Hop-Off tourist bus does have a stop that's about 5-min walk from hotel. So it was convenient for the one day that we did the tour bus. There's also a metro station (Maria Cristina) a little less than 10-minutes walk away. Breakfast had a good selection. Note that for Marriott Rewards members, breakfast was not free for gold or platinum members. They did provide a discount for breakfast. Did try to go to the restsurant one evening around 7:30 pm and was disappointed to learn that it wasn't going to be open for food till later in the evening. There's a few ok restaurants nearby. Did not have time to check out the fitness facility but I think the pool was under construction. At night was surprised that some people outside were still mingling around 2-3 am. The jack hammer at 7 am also woke us up one morning, but besides that it was a goof stay.

  We stayed at the AC Victoria Suites before we started a cruise through the Mediterranean. Staff was helpful with our sightseeing and the rooms were really nice. A few things to note. All cab drivers had no clue where the hotel was. If you just say the name of the hotel they looked at you crazy. I had to have the address and cross streets for them. Also the breakfast in the morning was REALLY expensive for the food quality. We wanted to go somewhere else in the area but there was nothing else in walking distance.

  The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. We were having treatment at the Institute Marques and were recommended this hotel - we would recommend it wholeheartedly. The room was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! There was a welcome pack from the Institute Marques on arrival and is located just round the corner. We will definitely be using this hotel again on all future visits to Barcelona. Cannot recommend more highly.

  Although we had frustrations with our booking and dealing with Marriott head office, our stay at the hotel was great. The front desk staff were responsive to our needs and requests, its closeness to the hop-on hop-off bus was perfect, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. More restaurants/shops in the area would have been nice, but it was a safe and quiet neighbourhood and we enjoyed our two nights there.

  The hotel is comfortable and well located. Could be improved by microwaves in the rooms and a pull out couch in the living area. As gold elite members we thought we would get free breakfast but that was not the case. However aside from that the staff was pleasant courteous and helpful.

  Creo que solo necesitan mejorar un poco la calidad de la alimentacion (room service y restaurante en general). Tambien falta algo de coordinacion para tener bien mantenidas las habitaciones, no dejar un room service mas de 12 horas en la puerta de un cliente, limpieza a tiempo, y mantenimiento en general. Repito: calidad de personal y trato excelentes. Falta invertir en personal d mantenimiento y limpieza y si la Comida fuese mejor casi se prodría vivir en el hotel. Gracias

  A quiet hotel not far from the centre of Barcelona. A nice welcome from a helpful receptionist. A modest room, do not expect too much. Leisure facilities difficult to judge for me, as the gym was not in the grounds, opened too late for business purposes, so I could not say what it is like, and the outdoor swimming pool was near the road, and not inviting. Close to Diagonal, which is good for running. Breakfast schedule not convenient for business use, so I do not know what it was like. The bar food was definitely above average and bar service is good. Make sure you have written the address down on a piece of paper, as taxi drivers will otherwise not find it.

  Solid hotel, slightly off the beaten path as far as touristy hotels go. A short walk to the L3 took us to 90% of what we wanted to see. We stayed here hoping to use the kitchenette so we wouldn't have to eat out every meal, however, the kitchenette is near useless: there were no utensils or anything like that anywhere, not even to borrow from the front desk. However, the service was very nice, the rooms were clean and neat, and the price was right.

  Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Loved the large junior suite. The quality and the size of the room, together with the pool and excellent breakfast, make up for its location, which is 15 minutes by metro to Placa Espagna, and the beginning of the historical center (including the 5 minute walk to the metro). We would definitely stay here again.
