  ❌ Lorsque je suis entré dans la chambre, il restait de la saleté dans la cuvette des toilettes. terrible. ❌Comme c'était une chambre au 1er étage, j'étais inquiet pour la sécurité. Il n'y a pas de clôture sur la fenêtre, et si elle est cassée, elle sera facilement envahie dans la pièce. ⭕ Le Wi-Fi n'est pas si mal, et il y a une navette aéroport (5 minutes et 35 minutes de l'hôtel toutes les heures), donc le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas mauvais.

  Excellent hôtel. Situé à 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Navette gratuite entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel. A peu de temps des belles plages de Manhattan beach et Hermosa beach. À proximité des centres commerciaux, des restaurants et de nombreux établissements de restauration rapide. Il y a un supermarché en face, où vous pouvez utiliser le réfrigérateur pour stocker les produits du petit-déjeuner. Nous avons été très bien pris en charge par Anthony et Stéphanie toujours souriants et prêts à aider avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Il y a un bar happy hour, une salle de sport petite mais suffisante, une piscine et nous n'avons rien manqué de notre semaine dans cet hôtel. Je recommande fortement.

  L'hôtel est magnifique comme indiqué. Les photos, quand je suis arrivée à 12h du soir avec mes filles elles n'ont pas trouvé ma réservation à mon nom et j'ai appelé 1 semaine avant pour confirmer et 5h avant mon vol. À mon arrivée, ma réservation a été intégralement payée pendant une semaine et pourtant, à mon arrivée, ils ont demandé une carte de crédit pour bloquer un acompte de 500 dollars, je n'ai jamais eu cet argent car c'était quelques jours prévus en totalité, l'argent qu'ils voulaient bloquer était Celui que j'ai pris pour profiter avec mes deux filles, ma carte de la même manière que je devais leur passer, elles n'étaient pas du tout intéressées par ma situation et le fait que j'avais payé en totalité la chambre, j'ai demandé un chambre avec petit-déjeuner et ils m'ont dit que je n'avais pas pris de petit-déjeuner, que je payais un supplément par protection contre l'annulation par passager et qu'ils ne s'y conformaient même pas, la chambre n'a jamais été nettoyée par le personnel. Je devais aller chercher les femmes de ménage pour leur donner le des ordures dans la chambre et demander des serviettes propres Je ne recommanderais jamais cet hôtel jamais

  Great location for us as we wanted to spend time around Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica. The pool was heated to a great temperature for the early part of our stay when it was in the 70s, and was much needed for the days where it hit high 90s. The card reader for the parking lot was not working the entire week we were there, so it was a bit of a hassle to have to call the front desk to open the gate for us. I am Platinum Bonvoy, which includes complimentary breakfast. However, we were restricted to continental breakfast even though it did not say that on the vouchers. It didn't make sense since the continental breakfast was $15 whereas most of the hot entrees were under $10, but they would not allow us to choose from that menu.

  The Alfot El Segundo was awesome. My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary by traveling to LA and our stay was great. The staff was really friendly and attentive, the look and vibe of the hotel was great and the location was perfect since it was near so many restaurants and stores.

  I was stranded at the airport overnight. The aloft was so amazing that I found it to grab a shower and a nap while waiting for my flight in the morning. Mariah was super helpful and professional. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. They bring you to and from the airport which is extremely helpful considering the spike in ride share fees . Thank you to aloft and their staff. I highly recommend staying here.

  Positive: Beautiful room and setup¿. Feels like your on a train and the doors open to look out. Quick check in. Walking distance to Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Walgreens, Denny¿s and so much more. Negative: Room was very small and cold. They did provide us with a space heater. The cost of parking I just feel you shouldn¿t have to pay everyday you stay. $100 just for parking¿. I felt like just sleeping in the car. Also for the price of the room breakf

  Great hotel! Room was very small and cold… but they did provide a space heater. Room was very very clean. Shower was awesome they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Parking cost every night. I feel you shouldn’t have to pay but hey a one time fee would do. Spent $100 on just parking smh. Hotel is walking distance to my favorites…. Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Denny’s, Walgreens and much more. Free breakfast and i would’ve given them a 10. Also the setup n design of the room is Awesome…. Train vibes with Doors the open to let in some Fresh Air

  The staff was kind and efficient checking us in. The place was clean and lively - people were enjoying the bar, lobby, and pool. The heated pool was wonderful on a cool night, especially surrounded by all the lights. Our beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We were very satisfied and would return again!

  I stayed here from Thursday till Sunday. Front desk service is excellent. When I phoned to tell them I'd be arriving late they offered to send a shuttle to LAX to save me the $47 Uber. the room was modern and very clean. Extra towels were brought the next day upon request. I literally only slept and showered here but it was an excellent experience none the less. I was on the third floor which is th main floor and a dog was barking constantly in a room near mine in the afternoon/early evening. I called the front desk and soon after the barking stopped. Will be staying there again.

  I really love the hip decor the rooms the pool and most everything about the place. What I don’t like is the greed of the prices on everything else. $15 for a snack breakfast is ridiculous, $12 dollars for a cocktail that every other bar charges $8. I won’t be back because of this only.

  Positive: Convenient to the airport and equidistant between Disneyland and Universal Studios. Despite being close to the airport, there was not airplane noise that was noticeable. Plenty of USB outlets available in the outlets themselves. Negative: Walls were pretty thin and made it easy to hear neighbors. They only cleaned the room 1x in our 3 night stay, which meant we needed to ask the front desk for more coffee, etc. for our room.

  Stayed two nights at this hotel and was overall very pleased with everything. The hotel is decently modern and clean. Overnight was quiet. Could not hear street noise or aircraft from nearby LAX. The area seemed safe. The front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. There's an airport shuttle that runs twice an hour 24/7 which is very helpful. Also noticed a lot of flight crews who stayed here which is reassuring.

  Aloft at LAX is the perfect spot for business or pleasure. What sets it apart is the staff. The front desk is attentive and responsive. The bartender Daria is a pure delight. She remembered me from previous stays and made me feel welcome and special. Great energy. I’ll keep coming back.

  Rundown a loft, have fasted quicker upper hotel. Water not flowing right, bathroom looks like it was rushed to complete. Ac not pushing out air properly needs filter change for sure. Good luck during super bowl weekend.

  The hotel is conveniently located and close to the airport. Check-in was not bad however my profile was not viewed thus causing me to change rooms after arriving from Dubai. The coffee maker was not strategically placed nor was there a microwave in the room. In the cafe area, the hot water thermos was empty at one point and so was the coffee. There is not enough personal care and consumer thought at this hotel.

  Affordable, functional, convenient, friendly, and cool. Full of amenities like a free pool table and Jenga at the bar. Great gym and nice pool. Very friendly staff. Spacious and updated room. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Lots of food options within walking distance - including a full grocery store and drugstore across the street. We will definitely come back!

  Place is relatively nice if you like the design. Lots of neon lights, very night club in feel. Best part was the beds were pretty comfortable, we slept well. The balcony doors/ view are cool. Location is very convenient. Parking is available but charged. Worst part for me was the sliding bathroom door that didn’t offer much bathroom time privacy. You can hear pretty much everything happening in there. Something’s should remain a mystery :| I think I’d like it more if I was staying in the room alone and in my 20’s.

  My husband and I stayed here (about our 5th time) to visit our daughter, who lives close by. We love the vibe, the decor is amazing. Clean room, friendly staff, great workout room. However, we don't like the $20 per night parking in their lot. There is street parking either in front or back, which is what we prefer to do. Seems like a pretty safe area. On our previous stay, we were charged an extra night. Glad I caught that. Otherwise, we will definitely come back.

  The front desk staff we're great but beware that this hotel does not have any heat in the whole hotel. Although the staff provided a little space heater I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have heat. I understand that California is a warm state but the temperatures do still drop there. Very disappointing since this is a Marriott and I've felt that it was lacking the Marriott satisfaction.

  Overall, enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located near restaurants, which made evening dining convenient. I had to wait several minutes a few times to be acknowledged and helped by front desk staff while they were chatting amongst themselves, which was a little frustrating. The room was clean, in-room coffee wasn't bad, and the bed was very comfortable. I would have much preferred a couch over a giant beanbag, and the lighting was very dim. All this being said, I would still come back to stay again on a future trip to El Segundo.

  I enjoyed my time at the Aloft. The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind. With the hotel housing a bar, you're going to get some noise especially if you stay on the first lobby level. There was not a free breakfast option, but there was wifi and food across the street. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. No real complaints.

  Our experience was wonderful! Everything looked and felt updated and well maintained. We had bit of trouble with our room smelling of pot due to a neighboring guest but the speed in which our need was taken care of was excellent. The front desk immediately offered us a room change and sent housekeeping up to help resolve the issue. Everyone was friendly and I’ll definitely recommend this location for future visits.

  We got to our room and it smelled like cigarettes. It was horrible and noxious. I had to leave the door open for several hours to make it bearable. The shower had a Bliss dispenser that was almost empty and when I asked for a refill the next day, they removed it and replaced it with DryBar amenities. The front desk also told me I could take the pool towels to the beach and when I tried to do that the next day, the manager scolded me for trying to take them off property. The fire sprinkler in the bathroom was detoriated and rusted with rust water coming down the wall. Overall, it was a pretty substandard experience from what I was used to. This Aloft experience is unlike any other Aloft I've stayed at.

  I’ve become kind of addicted to hybrid mattresses, part springs , part memory foam. Do these days, I really need a pillow top mattress or something with a little memory foam to have a good night’s sleep. That’s what I have at home and I just sleep better with that kind of set up. So, while I liked everything about the hotel, my only wish was that the beds were a little less firm and had the type of bed I described. Other than that, the Aloft is cute, hip, clean, well maintained, stylish, across the street from a Starbuck’s and a a grocery store, with a pleasant and efficient staff. Last thing breakfast ends at 9:00 am. In this day and age , especially if you’re not serving a true lunch menu, which they are not, I think breakfast should extend to 11:00 am. Also great complimentary coffee, strong and flavorful. I never went across the street to the Starbucks.

  I was pleased with the staff for their friendliness and attentiveness to our needs. Was happy to arrive at the hotel being greeted by an awesome team after a long trip! The manager Hugo was also accommodating and helpful on the phone. However, the room itself may have lacked the Marriott experience. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling off and was not fully cleaned, plus did not have body soap available. But when I requested for addition soap, the staff was super responsive and gave us a few soap bars. Again, appreciate the staff and thank you for making our stay pleasant, but had a higher expectations of the room.

  This was a wonderful stay! The staff was SO friendly, stellar service!! The pool was beautiful and perfect weather right near the beach (not too hot, not too cold) with tons of food options walking distance, and DoorDash delivers right to the hotel room! Of course, right near the airport too with free 24h shuttles. I had such a lovely experience, I’m so glad I chose them! The hotel has fun, young vibes and honestly the staff is the friendliest, most helpful I’ve ever experienced! Also rooms are surprisingly spacious, lots of counter space/surface area to keep things on in bathroom and bedroom.

  I enjoyed my stay. Great staff, great location and I loved how close we were to Manhattan Beach. The grocery store and Starbucks across the street and free shuttle to and from the airport was greatly appreciated. And, out of all the surrounding hotels, parking at the aloft was the cheapest! The only complaint that I have is that housekeeping was not available due to COVID. I stayed for four days and my room was not cleaned or sanitized at all! I had to hunt down someone for fresh towels and bedding. I also wish that the pool and bar stayed open later.

  The overall room was nice but there was hair on the linen and in bathroom. The room was hot but the maintenance brought us a fan. We had a nice view of the pool area with a kind of walk out balcony. Our parking fee were waived but it 20 a day for park. It’s a 100 hold deposit that we was not aware of until we made it to check in but it is refundable. All of the staff was very nice and greeted us coming and going. Hotel was in a great location every where we wanted to go was 20 mins or less.

  Très mauvais accueil ils ne facturent pas les montant annoncé prétextant qu'il vous donne une chambre pour handicapé dont vous n'avez pas besoin. La plupart des chambres sont sur rue et très bruyantes.A éviter !!!!
