    Positivo: Cama confortável, quarto grande, apesar de ser casa de banho partilhada no quarto tem um choveiro mt bom. É um apartamento com vários quartos e uma sala partilhada, não tem cozinha. Muito perto do centro, no geral gostei mt..

    Chambre privée, chambre de bonne taille pour 2 personnes, proche de plusieurs commerces, bonne situation, accueil très attentionné. Accès facile aux principales avenues et attractions. Nous avons marché jusqu'à l'endroit où nous voulions aller. Bon rapport qualité prix.

    Positiva: La Ubicación. Negativa: No te dan ningún recibo cuando pagas la habitación, no te limpian la habitación, ni si quiera el baño de la misma, pagas más por seleccionar una habitación con baño privado y no te lo limpian ni tienes nada. Después de pasar el día fuera, llegamos a la habitación y no nos habían hecho ni la cama ni nos habían limpiado el baño, llamamos para informar y nos contestan que ellos no nos limpian la habitación, que no lo pone en ningún sitio que deban hacerlo y que como caso excepcional al día siguiente nos limpiarían el baño (cantidad extra que se paga por tenerlo dentro y que no te limpian ni te dejan nada para hacerlo... una guarrada) que teníamos que coger las toallas limpias del baño fuera (poco higiénico con el problema actual del Covid, ya que no sabes quién ha podido tocar ahi, por lo tanto no están usando los métodos de prevención mínimos), sorprendidos vamos a por las toallas y solo quedaba 1, los demás huéspedes las cogen para el baño compartido también. Al día siguiente nos vamos y cuando volvemos nos encontramos que han limpiado el baño por encima, pero el resto nada, ni camas ni barrer el suelo de la habitación, ni quitar la arena... y lo peor es que no hay nada, ni una escoba para poder limpiarla. Creo que la limpieza de los baños es algo primordial, más en estos momentos de pandemia y en baños que son compartidos más aún y si NO SE ENCARGAN DE LA LIMPIEZA, deberían ponerlo en el anuncio, ya que LA LIMPIEZA VIENE POR DEFECTO EN TODOS LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS Y NO HAY QUE ESPECIFICARLO, lo que hay que especificar es lo contrario, QUE NO HAY SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA NI EN LOS BAÑOS. UNA GUARRADA Y MÁS EN TIEMPOS DE COVID.

    Positiva: Estaba todo muy limpio y la atención por parte del jefe y de la chica empleada, cuando necesitamos algo (secador, microondas..) nos ayudaron. Negativa: Nada realmente.

    Positive: Good location.. Negative: Two problems: first, there was enough hot water only for two people to have a shower. After that, it was cold. It´s a three bedroom apartment, we were five people. Not good. Secondly, we were not told that from 8 a.m. there were building works, lots of noise, not what you want when you're on holiday. Wouldn´t go back..

    Petit hôtel au centre d'Ibiza. Les chambres sont disponibles avec salle de bain privée ou commune. Les liaisons de transport sont très bonnes et la réceptionniste est extrêmement sympathique et serviable.

    Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal. Wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle zu allen wichtigen Orten. / The location is perfect. There is a bus station a few metres away which leads you to all important places.. Negativ: Das Badezimmer ist etwas beengend. / The bathroom has not very much space..

    Positif: Proximité du centre ville, à côté du bus, la clim. Négatif: Un bruit indescriptible dans l armoire électrique la nuit qui se produit de temps en temps. Assez pénible la nuit.

    Positif: Localisation, petit frigidaire (collectif pour 5 chambres) coffre fort. Négatif: La chambre 1 (single) est très désagréable du fait des bruits de la rue en particulier les camions de ramassage d'ordures ménagères (les, pas le, en fonction des containers de tri des déchets) à partir de 3h du matin juste en dessous Pas de ménage pendant 4 jours.

    Pozytywna: Cudowny personel, w dzień kiedy miałem opuścić lokum po prostu pogubiłem się z dniami, mimo to dostałem możliwość spokojnego powrotu i zapakowania swoich rzeczy. Kiedy coś potrzebowałem wystarczyło skontaktować się z personelem i odrazu wszystko było na miejscu. Centrum miasta skąd wszędzie jest blisko czy to autobusem czy taxi lub nawet na piechotę. Przez cały pobyt nikt nie wchodzi do pokoju do momentu opuszczenia go i wymeldowania się. Zdecydowanie polecam.. Negatywna: Centrum miasta, więc trzeba liczyć się z tym, że jest głośno..

    Positiv: Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin.........Zimmer OK...sauber .... Dusche im Raum ...WC am Gang....netter Aufenthaltsraum mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank.... Negativ: Matratze hart.

    Si on pouvait on mettrait 1O* !! La fille de la pension était très gentille et serviable. Tout propre et accueillant. C'est au centre et tout est à portée de main. Nous le recommandons !! Merci!!'

    Positif: Tout était super. Wifi fonctionne très bien. Personnel très sympa.. Négatif: Pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, il aurait été apprécié que le ménage dans la chambre soit fait chaque jour..

    Très bien situé, personnel sympathique et serviable. Ameublement moderne et essentiel, environnements propres et parfumés. Petite maison d'hôtes 2.0!
