  Thought we booked in another location. Unfortunately there is nothing around this hotel to walk to, and it’s not in the greatest neighborhood. Building is over 50 years old, needs to be renovated or torn down, I would not recommend staying here.

  Hôtel un peu vieillot mais fonctionnel. Toutes les chambres avec vue sur la mer et, malheureusement, avec vue sur la route très fréquentée. Wifi à oublier ne fonctionne pas du tout. Personnel courtois et efficace

  Es un hotel bonito, accesible y limpio. Disfrutamos mi fiesta de cumpleaños 50 en el venue que es muy elegante. Agradecida por haberlo pasado bien sin ningún contratiempo ni problema. Lo recomiendo 100%.

  We had to switch rooms because the safe in the room didn't work. The A/C kept breaking and also the shower would fill up. The hotel staff also didn't clean our room 3 of the 7 days, despite us expressly asking twice for someone to come and clean the room.

  J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 10 jours et j'ai adoré, c'était super confortable et le personnel était très sympathique. Quelque chose que je dois dire, c'est que dans la zone House Keeping, il y a une fille nommée Mary qui est adorable et fait un excellent travail, merci beaucoup Mary.

  This is a mirror of a previous review, as service has been impeccable. A huge shout out to the entire Team, Hk, Kitchen and Front desk staff(especially Robert Rodriguez) for the excellent service provided. Been here 11 days all together and looking forward to extending my stay some more!

  Hotel was dated and in need of a make over. Traffic noise was so loud at night. Could use storm grade or noise insulated doors/windows on balcony. Room and lobby need a deep cleaning and lobby furniture was badly stained and worn. Beach across the street was beautiful at a distance. Upon arrival is was filled with litter and not maintained.

  J'adore l'endroit. Personnel très sympathique, chambre propre et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner super complet illimité. Espace piscine confortable et calme. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, mais ils vous permettent d'emporter votre glacière à la plage. Ils sont prévenants à ce sujet. Je le recommande à 100%

  Près de tout. Accès à la piscine et à quelques pas de la zone de baignade de Punta Salina. Chambre petite, pas de micro-onde ni frigo en box. De la chambre, vous pouvez entendre les voitures sur l'autoroute. Trop de bruit et il n'y a aucun moyen que le bruit n'entre pas dans la pièce. L'espace piscine est agréable. Le balcon a des murs tachés. Le parking avait des ordures partout sur le sol. De tout le bruit c'est le pire. Si vous voulez vous reposer ce n'est pas l'hôtel qu'il vous faut.

  Bathroom was the size of a closet. Child size toilet, not suitable for an adult. Overcharged for room. Another guest's invoice was slipped under the door with my invoice. I was supposed to receive a reduced "government rate." The other person had a lower rate than mine. Called this to the attention of the front desk clerk. Pretty much no response. Annoying motor noise near the room during the entire stay, rising and lowering in pitch. Could hardly open the door due to the setting on the door closer.

  Great location. Close to many businesses and tourist locations. Natives spoke English and was tourist friendly. Beautiful ocean view from room. No fridge in room, compact parking spaces, housekeeping only cleans every 3 days and price is above average.

  Desde afuera no se ve muy hermoso. Sin embargo, una vez entras al estacionamiento, te reciben unas plantas llamadas pétreas que se ven hermosas. El lobby es pequeño pero acogedor y lxs empleadxs son muy amables. Una vez en la habitación, resultó ser cómoda, limpia y con una vista preciosa del mar. Sobre el desayuno continental puedo decir, que de todos los hoteles en los que me he quedado, el café ha sido el mejor que he tomado!!! En fin, fue una experiencia agradable.

  Le personnel de la réception très sympathique m'a dit que je pouvais partir à 12h00 mais déjà à 11h30 les portes du ménage m'ont frappé et ils m'ont dit que c'était à 11h00 (ils ont précisé cela sans manquer le je respecte). Quand j'ai demandé à nouveau, ils ont confirmé qu'à midi Excellents petits déjeuners; Mais le responsable a une attitude compliquée. J'ai vu comment il traitait (pas très bien) un invité qui ne parlait pas espagnol. Cela m'a déçu car je vis aux USA depuis longtemps et je sais combien il est difficile d'essayer de s'exprimer dans une autre langue que la vôtre. C'est pourquoi seulement trois étoiles ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

  Habitaciones impecables y piscina, pero la barra la cierran temprano. Además, considero que para no contar con mucho espacio para diversas atracciones al huésped, el precio por noche es alto. El check in debería ser más temprano para poder disfrutar aunque sea de la piscina, y el bartender debería estar capacitado para preparar tragos. El cafe en el desayuno estaba muy cargado y no tienen variedad de frutas.

  Tout va bien! La seule chose qu'ils doivent améliorer, c'est que lorsqu'ils effectuent les frais de sécurité sur la carte, ils doivent effectuer le remboursement sur la carte dès que vous passez à la caisse. J'ai demandé quand je suis parti et la fille m'a dit que dès que la chambre serait vérifiée, ils me rembourseraient. Ne voyant pas le remboursement, j'appelle à nouveau et maintenant ils me disent que le remboursement dépend de la banque et peut prendre des jours 5 à 7. Je pense qu'ils devraient le faire tout de suite ou au moins 1 jour ouvrable.

  Le personnel est très sympathique, mais plusieurs choses doivent être améliorées. La porte de ma chambre qui donnait sur le balcon ne fermait pas, le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Après avoir insisté, ils m'ont changé de chambre. La chambre n'a jamais été nettoyée. Ils ont changé mes serviettes et emporté les poubelles parce que j'ai appelé. C'est inconfortable d'être dans un hôtel à se plaindre tout le temps de ces détails qu'ils doivent avoir sous contrôle. Mon séjour a duré 5 nuits et 6 jours, il est difficile de rester autant de nuits sans un ménage plus approprié pour les chambres.

There's better hotels for the same price average its the second time i have stayed and its gotten better since my first stay that I actually asked for a refund and left that first time. I would have not stayed a second time if it wasn’t because other hotels were full but I might recommend as a last resort because it was not bad its just pricey for what you get

  Positive: for what we paid this HOTEL not resort was marginal at best. Hotel policy is eviction of any guest smoking inside and despite repeated complaints the same person continued to smoke on the balcony over the pool. Because of this we were not able to use pool Negative: This marginal excuse for a hotel imposed an additional $75 per room resort fee and the ONLY amenity they have is a pool. I will NEVER book with COMFORT (less) Inns again!

  The main room was pretty nice along with the view of the nearby beach. However the bathroom was unsatisfactory. There was no barrier between the shower and the surrounding bathroom area. I ended up laying down towels to ensure the floors were dry. The bathroom was very small as well.

  La habitacion era de no fumadores pero el olor a cigarrillo era muy fuerte. No tenia microhondas, tampoco refrigerator. Me quede dos noches y no me llevaron toallas limpias y menos limpiaron la habitacion. Para el precio x noche esperaba mucho mas.

  J'adore la région ! Mais je ne comprenais pas leur philosophie envers les clients. En deux semaines, le lit a été fait quatre fois, dont deux fois ils ont mis les draps pliés sur mon lit. La douche était nettoyée tous les jours !

  Not much around like stated when I called. You have to Uber everywhere if you don't have a car. The regular cabs always double charge for everything. The housekeeping is not up to par. They need to do better. Internet sucks. My son always had to log in to my hot spot to do online school. The girls at the desk were very nice, especially kyara. I would stay again but it needs work. Thank u.

  The staff was friendly but lack the feeling of going above and beyond or the interest of making your guest feel welcomed instead of being just a job. It was fine but with no microwave and no fridge, I feel that I missed those things. I was traveling with a baby and to warm up a bottle having to go to a different floor out of my room found it a little impersonal. No fridge in the room also made it hard for me since have a medical condition, I need the fridge to store my medication. The option they gave me was that they would leave the cafeteria open for me to be able to access my own medications. It’s in the first floor, I was on the third. Having to go downstairs for a medical treatment or if I had an emergency it was to dangerous for me to do. Had to buy a mini fridge to make dues for my trip. All in all they can do better the rooms have the space for extra things to commentate their guest. Never changed the sheets After I asked for them. I had kids with me and they made a mess on the sheets and had to sleep on them. Again after having to asking for things. One gives up

  El hotel es meramente para ir a descansar. Las habitaciones son bonitas, aunque los baños sumamente pequeños. Por otro lado, lo mas que me gustó fue el "staff" de administración. Siempre pendientes, amables, responsables y organizados. El hotel no tiene entretenimiento, es por esto, que te tienes que mantener fuera de el hasta que toque la hora de dormir. Para personas jovenes no lo recomiendo, pero si van solo a descansar está bien.

  We had four rooms near the pool area on the first floor. The rooms we clean and overlooked the pool. The room needs additional lighting on the night stands to be able to read at night. Would be nice to have a chair to sit on , not the desk chair. The pool area was nice but in the shade a lot. We enjoyed the area above the pool we sat up there and had a few adult beverages and listened to the music coming from the restaurant across the street. Took a five minute walk up the street for dinner, there are good places to eat there. The breakfast in the morning was good and the attendant assisted in making the waffles. Lots to eat. Staff is excellent and friendly. Nice place to stay, a little out of the way but worth it.

  We enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were fairly comfortable. Suite was a bit smaller than we expected but the view was AMAZING. The staff at the lobby was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was good but the breakfast are is small. The lady in the breakfast are was nice most if the time but when it was very busy and rushed she looked overwhelmed and not too friendly. The rooms were clean. They need to get rid of some junky leftover conference room furniture in the 5 th floor lobby.

  The employees were really polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean and in good condition. The pool is nice, beautiful and its size is appropriate. It has an amazing view, good room space (except for the bathroom, which is kind of small) it is a quiet place and there is no additional cost for parking! There are many shopping centers relatively close to the hotel and lots of places to visit in the area. We usually stay there a few times a year with our kids and we always have a good time.

  The location was easy accessible and the view were amazing. The air conditioning was outstanding, this was the first hotel I could maintain the temperature below 70 degrees. As a Diamond member I was given an upgrade to a suite (of course, after asking the check in staff) and the room size was perfect. The extra towels and toiletries was superb. It was a little noisy upstairs in the restaurant and activity room during the weekend but no big deal as we were able to sit at the balcony and enjoy the views and the street activities. Overall I would recommend this hotel with a satisfaction guaranteed. I will return to this hotel next time I return to Puerto Rico
