  Son emplacement est privilégié au cœur de la Gran Vía, très proche des lieux les plus emblématiques de Madrid. La chambre qu'ils nous ont donnée était extraordinaire, très spacieuse et confortable, très bien insonorisée. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuner à la carte très bon, servi dans une belle salle. Nous le recommandons. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

  J'ai passé une nuit avec mon conjoint et à propos de l'hôtel je dirais que c'est ce qu'on peut attendre d'un hôtel 4 étoiles mais j'ai mis l'avis pour souligner le manque de professionnalisme d'une personne précise qui était à l'accueil, qui a assisté nous à l'arrivée et hier à notre départ et à propos de cette personne (dont nous n'avons pas su le nom, juste pour dire qu'hier il était sur le quart de 12h30 et c'était un jeune garçon) nous voulons dire qu'à aucun moment il n'a nous informer de quoi que ce soit, ni des services de l'hôtel ni des horaires du petit-déjeuner, lors de notre départ il ne nous a pas posé de questions sur notre séjour et il a à peine dit au revoir, nous sommes donc assez déçus de cette partie, indiquent également que le nettoyage peut être amélioré puisque dans le chambre, nous avons trouvé quelques cheveux dans le lit et la douche, mais nous ne voulions pas non plus lui donner plus d'importance. Je ne pense pas que nous répéterons notre séjour mais je tiens à préciser que c'est un bon hôtel avec un excellent emplacement.

  The service was top notch from start to finish. We enjoyed breakfast there every morning. We loved being so close to so many sites to visit. The room couldn't have been nicer with the view and location in the hotel. Definitely worth a return visit!

  From the moment you enter the lobby, you are greeted warmly, checked in promptly and escorted to your room. The room is luxuriously furnished and exceptionally comfortable. The staff is eager to please and make sure you have everything you need from lotions, soaps, coffee, tea, water and even an umbrella! The morning breakfast has something for all tastes.

  - L'emplacement est très bon, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à toutes les attractions, il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité et la station de métro est juste en face de l'hôtel, très pratique - Le restaurant est sur Grand Via, donc si vous avez le sommeil léger, demandez à ne pas être à côté de la rue - La décoration de l'hôtel est très belle, je pense que c'est le niveau d'un hôtel cinq étoiles - Les membres Titanium ont de l'aide pour surclasser la chambre, vous pouvez choisir des points ou un petit-déjeuner, mais il n'y a pas de cadeau d'adhésion spécial pour la chambre - Une seule bouteille d'eau minérale par jour - La baignoire de la salle de bain a une fonction massage ! - Le petit déjeuner a été changé à la carte à cause de l'épidémie. Même si les deux serveurs sont très efficaces, il reste encore beaucoup de monde qui doit encore patienter. Café, boissons, plats, etc. sont tous commandés, et ils aideront à livrer leur - Le choix du menu est très limité, mais il est très raffiné, si vous ne restez que 2-3 jours, ça va - Un autre inconvénient est qu'Internet n'est pas fluide - L'hôtel n'a pas pu fournir de bouchons d'oreille, mais cela a quand même aidé à en trouver dans d'autres pharmacies. Le service est très bon - Dans l'ensemble, il vaut 4,5 étoiles, et la partie petit-déjeuner déduit 0,5 étoiles. C'est un hôtel dans lequel j'aimerais revenir séjourner

  This hotel is a must for your next trip to Madrid. Great centralized location, amazing hotel and awesome employees. The hotel was previously a Chinese parlance and opened as an Autograph Collection property in 2017. The interior and exterior are architectural delights. The modern rooms are well appointed and spacious. Above all, the staff is awesome and led by Cristina (Front Desk Manager), who actually checked me in during my first stay in 2017, right after they opened. The others to mention are Alex, Teresa, David 1, David 2, Julian, Maria, Andrea and the 2 new guys (Daniel, Avalo). It’s just. Great black to escape and the building is connected fed with an fin casino as well. The hotel restaurant is amazing and Max the waiter is great. I love Circulo Gran Via Hotel. My home away from home.

  Me encanta el hotel y su ubicación cerca de comercios, restaurantes, bares. No deberían cambiar las toallas a diario si no están en el suelo . En casa no lo hacemos no lo creo necesario si no están sucias, es un gasto innecesario con la sequía que hay en España, hay que cuidar el medio ambiente. Le doy un 9 al hotel. Siempre estoy muy a gusto. Me gusta el servicio de parking que tienen, si avisas, un empleado te espera en la puerta y él se encargará de aparcarlo

  The location is wonderful, our room amazing . When we arrived our wonderful upgraded room was not ready and we were told to wait in the bar upstairs, it might have been a nice touch to offer the drinks rather than have to pay for them … just a small suggestion .The staff friendly but not as warm and inviting as I’m used to at this calibre of hotel. It’s a pity that there is no exciting cocktail bar or lounge for guests. We tried the bar one day and were told that the bar man was not working that day … such a pity because we really like to have pre dinner drinks before going out. A beautiful hotel in a brilliant location

  Servicio y ubicacion excelente. Habitacion pulcras y hermosas. El personal es demasiado agradable, y huele delicioso. Nunca pude comer, asi que no puedo evaluarlo. Llegar a mi cuarto se me hizo siempre algo enrredado. Tuve un incidente cuando llegue dejando mis maletas y la policia decidio molestar diciendo que en la entrada del hotel no podia parar el carro para que el botones recogiera el equipaje. No fue culpa del hotel, pero es un problema.

  The hotel is on a very busy street, one that doesn't quiet down until well after midnight. I was woken up at 2 and 3 in the morning due to yelling and screaming outside my window a couple times the week I stayed. The perfume in the lobby is OVERWHELMING but hopefully the staff, which is really fantastic, can adjust it. Some rooms are by the casino so you may smell smoke. The rooms are great and again, the staff is truly there to help.

Service de voiturier uniquement, ce que nous préférons simplement rouler devant l'hôtel sur la Gran Via. Vous voudrez peut-être appeler à l'avance pour leur faire savoir que vous êtes proche. Photos du balcon privé ... incroyable. J'ai adoré cet hôtel, je n'y suis resté qu'une nuit. Propriété réservée aux adultes qui peut être agréable. La chambre était propre et très bien équipée.   Excellent location however doesn't reflect Marriott standards. No lobby, no facilities areas, if you want to have a meeting there, the only option is the breakfast area which is dirty, not convenient at all, "dead", and without any guidance.

  Beautiful hotel and great staff. The central location couldn’t be better - all the museums, churches, cathedral, and other popular attractions are within 20mins walking distance or less. David and Teresa were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was both comfortable a enjoyable.   Very convenient location. Staff were wonderfully helpful, arranging my compulsory covid test etc. Lobby is very small / uninspiring. Guest rooms are nicely fitted but there are so many internal rooms (which I had) and at the lowest level the outlook was really awful. I would never choose to dine at that interior restaurant overlooking the inside of the casino.

  We really enjoyed stay at the hotel, the staff on reception was very friendly and efficient with great patience explaining the thing's. The room was a good size, very clean and the shower with bath it was just fantastic definitely is a big plus. The only disappointment was the city views, I ask to have that and I couldn't see anything just the buildings in front. To make the room perfect just need it to have a small terrace so we could relax and enjoy the city view. Room was very modern looking, definitely will recommend this particular room where we stay.

  An incredible hotel in the heart of Madrid in easy walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and the general awesome vibe of Madrid. The hotel is beautiful very pleasing. The rooms are beautiful with lots of amenities but the stand out was having a big balcony to have breakfast and coffee and enjoy the summer evening sky. The front desk were the mostly resourceful and pleasant staff I’ve ever met, from organizing car service to and from the hotel, a clinic to get covid tested for re-entry to the US and room requests, to accommodating my love of coffee and keeping the coffee area stocked in the room. I can’t wait to return and stay longer. I highly recommends Circulo Gran Via! I shall be back.

  Rooms are really well finished, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We were there on July 3rd 2021 so the night street noise would be a bit more than would be usually expected, but even with earplugs there was a significant amount of noise. Room was on the Gran Via side 5th floor. I don't understand how those rooms are an upgrade to the non-Gran Via rooms considering how hard it is to sleep with all the noise. Recommend for people coming into town for leisure and partying, but don't recommend for business travelers or travelers who require quiet rooms. Also note that because there is a casino downstairs there is a slight tinge of smoke throughout. Better options nearby via Marriott, don't think we will be going back to this hotel.

  This hotel made my trip better than any other this year. The rooms were exquisite. Amazing lighting and amenities to help you get a great sleep and be productive during your trip. I learned how important a nice accommodation is specifically from this stay. Was so productive during this vacation versus many recent ones where I was cheaper with my accommodation expenditure. The bed here is amazing. Most comfy bed I've ever slept on anywhere. The outlets are a wonderful perk where you don't need any adapter and they can accept plugs from America, Australia, UK, etc. It was really cool. The bathrooms are awesome. The shower/jacuzzi tub was beautiful. The toiletries provided were fantastic. The lighting was excellent, much unlike most hotels which are very fluorescent and drab. The customer service was awesome too. They answered my requests for extra pillows etc in lightning speed. So nice at breakfast, helping with bags, advising me things to do in the city. Just top notch. Were so sweet and funny. I normally don't invite friends to hang out in my room before a night out but I was obsessed with showing off my room to my friends. Everyone was so jealous. This is the first time I'm even writing a review of a place and I am a lifetime gold stayer who is probably on his 1,000th stay by now. BEST decision ever. Stay here.

  The hotel location is very central but the remodel of this hotel is poor quality. The rooms, hallways, elevators are sub par. The remodel was cheap and already falling apart. The floors were separating and we had tone of the nicest suites on the property. The smoking from the bar and casino fills up the whole hotel. The suite was noisy from outside air conditioning/ heating systems. We are certain that this does not reflect other Marriot properties and we are staying at the Alphonso tomorrow night in Seville. Lastly, the staff was very nice and professional.

  C'est un petit hôtel, mais c'est propre et les lits sont super confortables. La suite King avait un jardin sur le balcon. Le petit déjeuner était très bon car vous pouvez commander des plats chauds. Mieux que les grands Paradores en Espagne. Excellent emplacement, nouvelle installation moderne dans un bâtiment historique, excellent petit déjeuner où vous pouvez commander vos plats chauds dans un restaurant confortable. Surtout très bon personnel qui vous fait très bon accueil.

  一番よかったのはスタッフが気を利かせて、チェックインや戻ってきたときに水くれたり、食事はどうだったとか聞いてくれます。 部屋は良い調達品でモダンでした。シーツとベッドは今までで最高でした。水も2本限定とかでなく補給してくれました。 朝食も温かい料理をオーダーできるので、とっても美味しかったです。トースト一枚でもホカホカに持ってくれます。 場所も地下鉄、空港からのバス、ショッピング　レストラン　観光に便利です。 大きいホテルにない良さが全部ありました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

  Had an extended duty period in Madrid and was absolutely enchanted with the installations and courtesy of staff at the Círculo Gran Vía hotel. The restored building with the Casino are a must to visit. The convenience of location is a high point to consider stay there. Absolutely well impressed.

  Solamente disfrutamos una noche del hotel pero repetiremos sin ninguna duda en próximos viajes a la capital. El personal excepcional. La habitación fantástica. El restaurante increíble. Únicamente dos cosas a mejorar: el desayuno muy bueno a la carta pero el buffet puede mejorar y la posibilidad de una habitación de cortesía para no tener que cambiarte en un baño pequeño después del checkout. De todas formas, una experiencia de 10.

  The hotel was located centrally and was very convenient to all there is to see in Madrid! The room was beautiful and service was excellent! The staff was very helpful with suggesting things to do and helping us with reservations and tickets. We had a very spacious room which was well appointed and comfortable. We were fortunate to be allowed to check in early which gave us the opportunity to refresh before starting our activities. We were very pleased with our decision to stay here. Even though the location was on a major and busy street our room was very quiet! You should consider this hotel if your travels take you to Madrid! Keep in mind the hotel is connected to a very nice casino, for this reason the hotel is adult only.

  Excellent stay from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. We are SPG/Bonvoy member so we were upgraded to a jr suite prior to our arrival. We arrived about 11am and our room was ready. The front desk staff provided us with bottled water while we checked in and gave other useful information for touring the city. They deposited our bags in our room and gave us a tour of the room and how to use the AC unit, the jet bubble tub and rain forest shower. The tub and the shower were absolutely divine. Usually I don’t partake of a bath but I had too in this instance. The location is central to EVERYTHING. We walked to Plata Sol, Plata Mayor and the Royal Palace. The metro is across the street. You cannot go wrong with this gem.

  We love this hotel and it made our vacation fabulous. We used our upgrade for a king-size Suite. It had a fabulous balcony that you could sit out on and a living room area. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious. Bed was very comfortable and everything made us feel posh. The breakfast had a ton of selections and everyone was very friendly. The internet worked great and it was the perfect location. Once in the hotel everything is quiet and secluded.

  We enjoyed our stay at the Círculo Gran Vía, Autograph Collection. The staff was very attentive to our every need. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the location exceptional, The hotel is small but very well located and with all necessary facilities. Due to the space limitation expect some common areas and facilities to be smaller. There is no executive lounge but the breakfast at their restaurant is excellent. There is an adjacent Casino to the property and the building itself is stunning. Highly recommended for couples looking to explore Madrid.

  As a SPG member, I booked this with points and upgraded to a nicer suite. The room was quite large and very nice. Given we were arriving on Christmas Eve, I wanted to make sure we had an option for dinner. We ended up having the prix fixe menu at the restaurant on premise. It was a nice meal. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. I normally wouldn't have chosen a hotel attached to a casino, but it was not a distraction from the hotel itself. As a matter of fact, we ended up partying quite late there and played some hands of blackjack. Overall a decent experience in this hotel, which is in a great, central location. We walked everywhere we wanted to visit within 15-20 mins.

  Our stay at Ciculo Gran Vía was nice. The staff was excellent and our room was lovely and modern. The casino is attached to the hotel so expect some noise during the night and people lingering outside smoking. There is a lot of activity at night due to the lively neighborhood so ask for a non street facing room. The food was excellent. The bar was quite slow but the cocktails were made with style and were worth the wait! We did not use the casino but it was small and stylish. This is our 3rd stay in an Autograph Hotel and it did not disappoint. Like the others, it is in a location that is centrally located and beautifully appointed.

Here in the Circulo hotel I found all of it. Clean! Comfortable room, extraordinary location and above all,,, the hotel stuff that do a lot and beyond to make your stay as easy as possible. The autograph collection gives you the extra care and pamper that regular hotel does not provide, I prefer this group of hotels as they are not just another room but giving you design and feeling of special experience. I tried few hotels in Madrid. All of them where great but this specific hotel is above all. I will come again and again.

  The Circulo Granvia is a beautiful, stylish hotel with super friendly and attentive staff. I've stayed in several AC properties in Madrid and elsewhere in Europe and the Circulo was clearly a level above in terms of design, location and service. I loved my suite with the terrace overlooking Chueca and the central location near several metro stops and attractions & shopping in the Centro was helpful. The hotel is also business traveler friendly with good internet speed and a business center. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

  The staff, food, location and beautifully appointed room was the best experience we had at this hotel while traveling throughout Europe. This was the highlight of our trip. We highly recommend the Circulo Gran Via Hotel If you are planning to visit Madrid. Simply wonderful in every way!

  We stayed three nights at this elegant hotel. The hotel itself is very well decorated, stuff are great. Especially Carlos, who made us feel like home when checking in. Overall it's a great stay. Only problem is with the iron and ironing board, way too cheap that feels like you are using a surfing board.

  We have stayed here on two occasions, each of them being a delight. The hotel is very nicely appointed, with meticulous attention to maintenance and cleanliness. The employees appear to be very consistent and attentive. This is a high quality hotel, in a great location, with excellent employees...a winning combination.

  The staff are amazing! My husband had left his medications home, and the front desk staff were able to get us replacements the same day. And on day 2 my husband got pickpocketed - the front desk staff took over and helped us get new credit cards and helped in the process of making a police report. Well over and above our expectations. The bell staff are so pleasant and attentive. We had breakfast every morning in the restaurant and it was very good - and the servers are friendly and attentive. The exterior of the hotel has old world charm, but the rooms are pleasantly modern - clean, comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

  Our stay at Círculo Gran Vía was exceptional. Front desk and bellman staff was professional and personable. In tune to our every need. Our experience was five stars. On most of the sites and sources I reviewed, this hotel was not listed as a top location. We feel this is an oversight. This is a luxury hotel with a top staff. Small luxury boutique... our rooms were beautiful, with great views, storage, bathrooms and other amenities; entirely stylish and modern. The bar staff was exceptional. So much so that our party of five made a point of stopping in every night. Beautiful well made drinks and welcomed us like old friends. Workout room could use a bit of attention, but didn’t impact our stay tremendously. Casino was fun. Would recommend highly and plan to return this summer on our next trip to Madrid.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Circulo Gran Via hotel in Madrid. The hotel is perfectly placed for both shopping and nightlife, just a short walk from Puerto du sol and Plaza Major. Its a quirky hotel in the fact that the Casino is part of the building but that just made for a different atmosphere. The rooms are exceptional, they have everything you could possibly need and more. We really enjoyed the Nespresso machine and the Jacuzzi bath, the normal excellent quality of fixtures and fittings were exceeded in this hotel, very stylish decor and plenty of space to hang your clothes and put your toiletries down. Television is a little limited if you are British but to be honest we did not sit and watch it much. The breakfast area was lovely with plenty of choice from both hot and cold offerings. The bar was very welcoming and if you wanted to loose your shirt on the roulette wheel that opportunity was available to you too! The staff were amazing from check in to check out, they could not do enough for you. This will certainly be my 'go to' hotel for any trips to Madrid in the future I could not recommend it more.

  This hotel was in a perfect location, within 15 minutes walking distance to most major sites and good restaurants in Madrid. The staff were very awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable! The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfy, showers were amazing and wifi worked well!

  I was only here for one night and had wished I was staying longer. The hotel is located in the middle of everything. The staff was very accommodating in my special requests prior to my arrival making sure the short visit was a success. The room was very stylishly appointed with hard wood floors and wood accents throughout. I was upgraded to a suite with a patio that overlooked some of Madrid and was a spectacular addition.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Circulo Gran Via. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and in a fabulous location. The staff made my stay even better. Patty, Maria, and Covajonga gave me excellent directions and recommendations. They took their time helping me and made me feel at home. Gonzalo, Juan, Carlos, Jonatan, and Samba also were very nice, friendly, and helpful. I did not get to know everyone working there, but everyone (those I did not mention) always greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. The hotel is wonderful but the staff really made the difference between staying there and at another hotel of the same caliber.

  New hotel in great location with outstanding staff. Experienced a warm welcome, attentive staff, spacious and comfortable room and nice dining room. Roof top terrace and cocktail lounge doesn't seem to yet be popular so nice and quiet for a beverage or two.
