  Les touristes sont généralement plus attirés par la vieille ville de Palma que par Santa Catalina. Ce n'est pas une bonne décision car les meilleurs restaurants et la vie nocturne la plus excitante se trouvent autour de l'hôtel AC. C'est pourquoi je peux fortement recommander la maison. Il y a quelques petites choses qui nous dérangent : il n'y a qu'une ou deux prises dans les chambres, le bar de l'hôtel ferme très tôt... Mais dans l'ensemble l'expérience hôtelière est très bonne dans les chambres confortables avec d'excellents lits. Le service toujours serviable et amical y contribue également.

  Hôtel confortable de milieu de gamme. Positif: - 17 minutes à pied de la ville de Palma - Grands restaurants de la région -Proximité du port négatif - chambres très mal insonorisées (chaque appel téléphonique des voisins est audible) - Lits courts (les personnes de grande taille ont du mal à poser leurs pieds sur le lit) - La salle de bain vieillit (joints brunis, métal rouillé...) - Ventilation/chauffage malgré régulateur - pas de changement sauf marche/arrêt.

  Un hôtel agréable, confortable et extrêmement propre. Très bien situé pour visiter Palma. L'équipe est charmante et très à l'écoute. La chambre parfaite, avec un lit très confortable et une très bonne douche. Fortement recommandé et excellent rapport qualité/prix.

  Le petit déjeuner est imbattable et l'hôtel est plutôt bien situé ! ... malheureusement, les chambres donnent une impression un peu fatiguée, et cela n'aide pas que nos deux chambres aient une légère odeur de cigarette provenant des murs et des meubles.

  Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c'était très bien ! Belle chambre même avec un balcon. La salle de bain est en marbre et très propre. La dame à la réception était également très gentille et serviable. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du service de chambre le soir, nous avons donc mangé dans un restaurant près de l'hôtel. L'emplacement est très central et bon pour explorer Palma.

  Pour un déplacement professionnel, endroit idéal. Emplacement privilégié, pas dans le centre touristique mais suffisamment proche pour être facilement accessible de n'importe où dans le centre de Majorque. Et l'hôtel, tout neuf et très confortable.

  Pour moi qui ne connaissais pas Palma au moment de la réservation, cela semblait être loin du centre mais à mon avis, il est dans une excellente position, à 10 minutes des clubs et du centre, avec des arrêts de bus stratégiques pour rejoindre les plages de la île. Les chambres sont très agréables, avec une excellente propreté et des équipements conformes au haut niveau de qualité de Marriot. Personnel sympa et tout était parfait !

  Bon emplacement, ainsi que la propreté, le confort et la conception générale de la structure et la possibilité de départ tardif. Le Wi-Fi pourrait certainement s'améliorer, de plus nous n'avons trouvé qu'une seule prise électrique gratuite dans la chambre (la seconde était dans la salle de bain, donc pas très confortable).

  Non, ça ne me parait ni mauvais ni bon !! Plutôt très mal suivi au téléphone, par Miss Marta !!!!! Je voulais faire une réservation. Cela m'a été impossible, ils ne m'ont rien informé, ils m'ont raccroché au nez 4 fois, la 5ème fois que j'appelle, je leur dis que lorsque je vais à la centrale de réservation, leur réponse est coupée... Je ne peux rien faire. J'ai envoyé un mail et ils répondront.

  Arrêt obligatoire. Bien que le stationnement soit compliqué, ils disposent d'un garage. Et surtout, un emplacement de confort maximal, à 3 minutes du Port et à seulement 15 minutes de la cathédrale. Avec toute la qualité AC.

  Convenient location, nice customer service, very small gym and breakfast could have been better. Also it doesn’t matter what Marriott status you are (including ambassador) you will still have to pay about 15 euro a person, children are free.

  Les lits et les oreillers sont très confortables, la salle de bain est spacieuse et tout était très propre. De plus, le personnel est très gentil et l'hôtel est situé dans un très bon emplacement, à proximité d'un grand nombre de pubs et de bars où vous pourrez prendre un verre et de restaurants pour dîner. Il est également proche de la cathédrale. Si je devais mettre un défaut... dans les chambres il n'y avait qu'une prise d'un côté du lit, donc si votre compagnon voulait recharger le téléphone à côté du lit la nuit, ce n'était pas possible.

  Tout d'abord le bien, le personnel est très sympathique, les chambres sont très propres et le petit déjeuner est très complet et délicieux. Maintenant, le mauvais, et il y a plus que du bon, j'en ai peur. Pour commencer, l'hôtel est très bruyant, il est très éloigné du centre, les chambres n'ont rien de spécial pour le prix, le receveur de douche est horrible, il se remplit d'eau ou le drain ne fonctionne pas. En général, cela a été une expérience qui ne me fera pas revenir.

  Bien situé. personnel sympathique. Très proche de tout. Il dispose de plusieurs bars et restaurants à proximité immédiate. Peu de places de parking... mieux vaut réserver avant. Dans tous les cas, les rues adjacentes disposent d'un parking gratuit et il y a généralement de la place.

  Un hôtel hautement recommandé. Chambres spacieuses, lit confortable, le tout très rénové... Mention spéciale à Cristina, qui de tout le personnel très aimable, a quand même réussi à se démarquer. Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité, je le recommande.

  On a effectué un séjour rapide mais très sympathique dans cet hôtel au centre de Palma. Très bien situé, il est à deux pas du centre de Palma et à 15mins à pieds de la fameuse cathédrale. La salle de bain est magnifique (enfin je trouve!) avec plusieurs petits équipements au top (savons, après shampoing, lingette désinfectante, lotion, shower cap, petit kit vanity, brosse à dents, ...). Nous avions inclu dans la réservation le petit déjeuner qui était parfait ! Délicieux ! Quel bon choix d’avoir pris le petit déjeuner pour notre séjour. Seul gros bémol... les lits... première chambre, on s’est aperçus à 23h30 que les pieds de notre lit étaient cassés et donc changement de chambre pour avoir quasiment le même ennui. Le lit était très sensible et fragile à cause des roulettes placées sur 2 des 6 pieds du lit. Cela augmente le risque de casse des autres pieds et rend le lit grinçant.

  Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. It's not perfect, but it's adequate. The location is close to many great restaurants and the hotel is updated. The staff was pleasant and helpful, although the low number of visitors means lown number of staff. The front desk was often unstaffed. A few missteps distracted from a generally pleasant stay. For starters, the cleaning staff left a vacuum cleaner in the hall overnight that we had to walk around. It was quite unsightly. We had a slow draining shower so had to shower in standing water. Leaving the hotel was a mess. We asked for help arranging for a van or large taxi to get us to the airport. We had 4 in our party and luggage included two bicycles. Apparently it's impossible to order a van and they wouldn't push back with the taxi company who wanted us to take 3 taxis instead. Finally a van showed up and we had to convince the other taxis to let us take the van. It took 20-30 minutes of arguing to get this sorted out. I can't imagine the staff at the Sheraton or a Marriott letting this happen to their guests.

  The hotel is dated and the staff terrible. I made parking reservations in advance and when I extended my stay, I found out that they did not honor the parking until I returned to the hotel at 11 PM to find out that the parking was overflowing. The night staff admitted that this was a terrible oversight on the part of the morning staff but could not do anything about it. Be aware that the triple room is nothing more than a regular room with a sofa bed that has a 2 in thick mattress. Not an option for any adult.

  We had what we can say an exceptional service from the staff, they made everything to make us comfortable with kids specially. We arrived much earlier than planned. From reception to management were very accommodating. F&B is not of high variety but of very good quality and diversity. Hotel location is very convenient and make you away from crazy busy areas but still close enough to lively city. With graat view to sea and monetary.

  El personal fue muy atento y amigable. La señora de ama de llaves fue muy gentil. Tuvimos que pedir un kit de costura que lamentablemente no hubo disponible, sin embargo la señora nos prestó un hilo y aguja para resolver el inconveniente que tuvimos. El hotel está ubicado a 3minutos de un supermercado (andando), sin embargo nos pidieron devolver el carretito de hilo ya que era el único disponible. Fácilmente se podía reponer al cruzar la calle. Una vez más, apreciamos mucho la gentileza de haber podido ir un paso extra para ayudarnos pero definitivamente es una amenidad básica que debe ofrecer el hotel. El desayuno estuvo bien atendido y la selección de comida también estuvo muy aceptable. El gimnasio es muy pequeño, no está mantenido (sucio, máquinas y equipos muy limitados y un poco oxidados) en la página web del hotel se muestra una máquina multifuncional que no existe, pienso que no deberían mostrarlo así en la página oficial del hotel. Las chicas de la recepción fueron muy simpáticas, el check in fue muy rápido lo cual apreciamos mucho. El señor que trabaja en la recepción en el turno de la tarde/noche fue también muy agradable y nos ayudó a conseguir una bolsa de lavandería que se notó que no tuvo a la mano. En general, el hotel está bien ubicado y el personal hace la diferencia. Es por ellos que les doy 9/10.

  Stayed 3 nights in this hotel which is close to city centre and port. The hotel has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay. The room overlooked the square with a view down to the port. The room was comfortable and had a coffee machine. I had breakfast each morning which was a good start to the day. If returning to Palma I would stay again

  +Hotel ist gut gelegen. + Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. + Blick auf den Hafen. + Tolles Personal + Schöner Innenhof + Klimaanlage - Lautes Türenknallen bei hellhörigen Zimmern ( evtl ein Einzelfall durch andere Hotelgäste). - Fehlende Schallisolierung der Fenster zur Hauptstraße/Kreuzung. Dadurch am Freitag und Samstag nachts recht laut (Autos/ Feiernde).

The bus stops across the street will take u to most destinations in the south west part of the island. Highly recommended.

  My stay at AC Hotel Ciutat de Palma was wonderful. from a smooth check in to checking out. As soon as wee got there they made sure we all had comfortable rooms. When I arrived to my room it was so clean and fresh that I felt relaxed from the long day I had. The staff was very friendly and got everything we needed. Sergio was amazing and his service went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Sergio we will definitely be back to visit you in the near future.

  Je lui ai rendu visite pour le travail et ce fut une expérience très agréable. Le petit déjeuner, le room service, l'attention du personnel,… étaient très positifs. Seul bémol, le parking, bien qu'ils aient un petit parking, il est un peu difficile de trouver une place sur place et aux alentours.

  J'adore les hôtels Marriott et j'aime y séjourner. J'ai également séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels AC (Barcelone, Santiago du Chili, Berlin, Munich etc.) et je trouve que cette marque fait partie de ces marques où l'on ne sait jamais ce que l'on obtient pour le prix. Dans cet hôtel AC à Palma, j'ai payé avec mes points d'adhésion. Le tarif de nuit y est d'environ 205 EUR par nuit. Pour CE PRIX JE M'ATTENDS AU LUXE (catégorie Marriott, Ritz Carlton). C'est l'inverse qui s'est produit : bien que l'hôtel soit censé être rénové, j'ai vu des défauts de construction dans la chambre et la salle du petit-déjeuner, les installations sont vétustes et assez standard. Cependant, le service était bon et le personnel très gentil. L'emplacement est fantastique - l'hôtel est à Santa Catalina (un quartier très jeune qui m'a conquis avec ses bars et restaurants). C'est à cela que sert la troisième étoile. Mais qu'est-ce que vous y obtenez dans l'ensemble - beaucoup trop cher! Après la crise de Corona, beaucoup ont pensé à remettre les prix et j'ai beaucoup de compréhension pour cela (et je suis généralement heureux de le payer) - mais cela doit rester dans le cadre des services proposés. Trop promis et sous-livrés - Malheureusement.

  Ein tolles und freundliches Hotel in bester Lage. Die Buchung verlief reibungslos, trotz mehrerer Terminwechsel. Der Check-in und Check-out verlief in kürzester Zeit und das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist gemütlich. Ich komme wieder ;O)

  I had a wonderful welcoming from the staff when I first entered the Hotel. The Front Office Manager was a very positive and friendly person and answered to all of my questions. Check-In was super fast and uncomlicated. The room was clean, modern and had an amazing view. Location was top! I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

  The hotel was an easy walk from the airport bus stop. I was given an early checkin as requested. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room overlooked the front of the hotel. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The biggest problem is the air-conditioning is seasonal and switched off during my stay. The room was far too warm and stuffy at night, but the street in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy at night with traffic noise and the restaurants and bars opposite so impossible to leave the window open. I got very little sleep. I would avoid this hotel in the low season because of this. It may be better when the air-conditioning is available.

  Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Nette Bedienung in der Bar, gute Auswahl an Getränken. Leider ließ sich das Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen und somit war frische Luft Mangelware. Ansonsten sehr sauber und empfehlenswert.

  J'aime cet hôtel, central, très bonne ambiance, design. Mais ils doivent s'occuper des détails d'entretien, les lumières de soutien du lit ne fonctionnaient pas, ou vous les aviez toutes allumées, y compris celle du couloir ou vous étiez dans le noir, ou le fait que vous n'aviez qu'une seule prise à recharger dans une chambre double, j'ai dû laisser le mobile en charge dans le sèche-cheveux des toilettes.

  Personnel agréable, très propre, la climatisation est commutée de manière centralisée sur le chauffage pour tout l'hôtel. Trop chaud dans la chambre à 27 degrés. J'ai un ventilateur et j'ai ouvert les fenêtres. Très bruyant à l'extérieur mais j'ai quand même bien dormi. La vieille ville est accessible en 15 minutes à pied

  From checkin to checkout, my stay was really pretty flawless. The staff at checkin were incredibly professional. The lobby is stylish and has a lovely ambience along with the lobby bar. The room is also stylish and very comfortable. I had a nice view down to the Marina. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

  Excellente attention de tout le personnel. Tout le monde super sympa et prêt à servir. Ils ont découvert que c'était l'anniversaire de mon partenaire et ils nous ont envoyé des bières artisanales et deux gâteaux au fromage avec une note de félicitations. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon ; très facilement accessible et avec des arrêts de bus vers et depuis l'aéroport et vers et depuis différentes criques. Les chambres impeccables. Elles sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, très complet mais encore une fois, le meilleur atout de cet hôtel est l'équipe de travailleurs dont il dispose.

  All staff was very welcoming, especially the night guard. Gym seems ok, 4 machines and a couple of weights. Interior is very modern and it seems to be worth the money. Location is very good with a couple of nice tapas places close by. However, although we were upgraded without asking the hotel seems to not have quiet rooms as it is next to a busy street and unfortunately you really hear a lot of traffic (even in the 5th floor). Also, it is not really sustainable - tons of one-way use toiletries and toilet needs to be fixed.

  Decent hotel in good location close to bohemian area with trendy bars, restaurants and a fantastic food market. Easy to get to the city centre and close to public transport and the marina. Lots of usual Marriott touches, but it is close to a busy road and the traffic sound does permeate the bedrooms. Not a hotel for hanging out in, but a good base for a short break.

  La salle de bain est propre et la douche est très spacieuse. Nous étions dans la chambre 204. Il faisait trop chaud pour bien dormir. Lorsque nous avons prévenu la réception, ils nous ont dit que c'était une plainte fréquente mais ils n'ont proposé aucune solution. Je ne veux même pas imaginer à quel point il fera chaud en août là-bas (nous étions en mars). De plus, le matelas était assez inconfortable et le drap qui recouvrait le matelas était taché. Il y a beaucoup de bruit de la rue. Pour le prix qu'ils facturent, attendez-vous à beaucoup plus. Rien de recommandé.

  We booked hotel using points and wondered if we would have preferred staying in old town but this was great location right at the edge of Santa Catalina a vibrant district and still a short walk to all Palma had too offer. Hotel clean and modern and offered a good nights sleep after walking round city. Staff were welcoming and knowledgable about Palma- a great hotel to use as a base to explore

  Das Hotel liegt für Santa Catalina zentral. Nach Palma Altstadt sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Yachthafen 4 Minuten. Unser Problem war die Kühling des Zimmers, denn laut Hotel kann die Anlage nur heizen oder kühlen. Letzteres wird zum Sommer umgestellt, aber noch nicht ende Februar 2019. Die Sonne schien von morgens bis nachmittags auf das Zimmer und alle Vorhänge mussten geschlossen bleiben. Durch Lüften ließ sich die Temperatur reduzieren, aber raus gucken konnte man nicht wirklich. Es war mehr eine dunkle Höhle. Das Hotel war nicht ausgelastet, trotzdem gibt es eine gewisse Hellhörigkeit und je nach Lage auch Geräusche von der mehr befahren Straße. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Hier möchte ich mich bei Angie von der Bar für eine tolle, kubanische Sangriavariation bedanken und an der Rezeption bei Gaspar für den sehr freundlichen Umgang. Unser Bett war leider auf der einen Seite sehr durchgelegen, so dass ich in eine "Kuhle" lag.

  AC Palma was a great value for the location. Simple and clean. Centrally location downtown with a lot of great restaurants nearby. The only very minor issues we had were AC/Heat didn’t work very well in our room, and we had to ask again for the platinum food&beverage credit at check out after requesting for it during check in.

  The hotel was lovely , very modern and stylish . The room we had was lovely, double bed was very comfortable for me and my partner to share . Bathroom was very stylish,I loved the mirror lighting which was great for doing my make up. The room came with a mini bar which had a variety of drinks at reasonable prices which was nice and coffee machine . We had a balcony with a great view into the marina bay. The room was very clean and breakfast was good. Wifi connection was good and fast . Staff were very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was amazing , walking distance to city centre and a few minutes away from beaches by taxi. Loved my stay and would definitely come back again !

  Très bien placé a 20 mns a pieds de la cathédrale et du palazzo real et au coeur du quartier santa catalina. A deux pas du port. On retrouve la qualité marriott, la salle de sport, le décor moderne et classique de ces établissements. Un petit bémol sur la qualité du matelas de notre chambre.

  Hôtels très beau assez bien placé, le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute, les chambres sont propres, hormis les serviettes ( qualité propreté) vraiment à désiré pour un hôtel avec ces prix c vraiment limites.

  If you like to modify your stay, you have to do it by sending emails. And email isn’t listed in the website, so you have to call and get the email. Don’t use web form because it won’t reach to the hotel, at least that’s what the guy at the front desk said. The breakfast costs 16 euro, which is too high for the quality. The price wasn’t listed in the welcome letter and it made an impression that it would be included in the hotel price, so we went to eat and later we were shocked to receive the bill.

  Overall Review is positive. The service and the reception were good, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast excellent, especially according to children. Breakfast times are good during the weekend. Pretty central location and easy to get to different bus stops. However, the wifi was slow, has to be activated often.

  This is primarily a business hotel, located at a busy (and therefore fairly noisy) junction and worth considering if you're unable to get a more central hotel due to cost or availability. However you must try to get a quiet room if you can, at the side of the hotel rather than at the front. There's plenty of life in the local cafes and restaurants and it's only 15/20 minutes walk into the centre. In addition there are plenty of bus routes passing the hotel, so getting into the centre and the bus/train interchange is easy.

  Stayed for one night only but good location. Close to the marina, local eateries and Hard Rock cafe and about a 10 minute walk from the cathedral. Clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. On a busy junction but the glazing deals with it. Didn't eat there but only because we ate in the city on the evening and walked to the boathouse for breakfast - better view! The restaurant area looked clean and accommodating so I wouldn't hesitate if I had to eat there in the future

  Service agréable et facilitateur, ils ont toujours le sourire, en plus d'avoir une infrastructure bien montée, propre, bien entretenue, les chambres sont super et très correctes. De plus, leur équipe d'accueil vous propose toujours le meilleur plan de la journée si vous ne savez pas quoi faire, vous n'en manquerez pas une seule avec eux ! Recommandé, prix moyen dans la ville, qualité au-dessus de la moyenne sans aucun doute.

  The AC Hotel in Palma was one of the best places I have visited. It wasn't the most expensively decorated, but it was tasteful, useful, welcoming and engaging. The glass walls between the lobby, outdoor lounge, and bar make the area feel open, fresh and light. The dark interior in the rooms felt rich and comfortable. The staff at this hotel is superb. I cannot remember a better staff experience.

  L'attention du personnel est excellente et il est bien situé. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et modernes. Cependant, ceux qui font face à la façade principale peuvent être un peu bruyants, l'hôtel n'autorise pas le départ tardif et le petit-déjeuner est peu varié pour ce qu'il en coûte.

  Great hotel with amazing service. Easy to rent a car and go on day trips and also easy to walk to the high spots in Palma city. Very nice but only thing we didn't like was the bed. To hard to sleep in and woke up with aching backs. Don't forget to go out of the city to the towns of valdemossa and Deia and Port de Soller. Easy to drive to and nice small villages. Great experience in AC hotel. Will be back.

  AC is a nice, clean modern hotel with comfortable beds. Good AC too. However I had a broken lamp that it took days to even get someone to look at. It was never operable. The wifi never worked. An Ethernet cable was provided for my laptop but then I had to sit at the desk in the dark to use my laptop! The parking is expensive and very tight. It was hard to use! Overall, staff attitude could be better but there was inadequate front desk staffing and not all the staff spoke English well. The gym was very small but had cardio machines and Dumbbells.

  He estado en muchas ocasiones en este hotel y repetiré. Está céntrico, tranquilo y con las comodidades suficientes. Mi queja fundamental está en el servicio de restaurante. He cenado en varias ocasiones. En mi viaje anterior me decepcionó pero por comodidad en este viaje volví a cenar. La calidad es baja y todo parece recalentado. No tiene nada que ver con el desayuno con un buffet básico pero de calidad.

  We stayed in Palma and were pretty much satisfied with the AC property. Location opposite the harbour and only 10-15 minutes walking distance from the historic city center is almost ideal. The design of the hotel might be stylish but not everybody will like this kinda cool atmosphere. Service is good but rooms are somewhat small compared to US standards.
