Avantages: Emplacement près de l'aéroport, personnel sympathique, présence de supérettes. Les inconvénients: Des chambres sans aucune insonorisation et proches d'un aéroport avec des vols de nuit ; l'utilisation de l'internet rapide coûte cher.

After a long and tiring flight, it was a relief to be able to stay at a place where my room was clean and spotless. I had a good sleep in their comfortable bed. The use of their complimentary airport shuttle was one of the reasons why I chose this place to stay in.

We always stay overnight here on our way to Hawaii from Florida to break up the flight times. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Can walk to Chili's across the street for a meal.

My reservation got bumped - along with a bunch of others - because airline staff needed their rooms longer. They offered to walk me to another hotel - but I'd been traveling for 24+ hours. I arrived at 9 PM - 6 hours after check-in should have been. Really rotten practice - favoring some guests over others.

Definitely on par with other Courtyard hotels. Nice clean room. Easy access to the hotel, and I wasn’t charged for parking which is novel in SF. Also couldn’t hear planes despite location near the airport.

Our stay was lovely. It was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight but the staff treated us as though we were staying for a week with all of the kindness and accommodations. Special thank you to Anna who checked us in. What a remarkably kind person. We would absolutely stay again — cancelled flights or not. Thank you!

quiet. quaint. very cleanly. Would stay again if i am in the area. I liked how the room was set up and looked. although, the shower seat was pretty small (probably was just a small shelf) and the air conditioner in the room was rather loud. Otherwise. SICK.

Clean decent sized rooms & staff fine only problem I had was extortionate prices for food & drink everywhere at the hotel…. Only use them as a last resort… Chili’s across the street was amazing quality, piping hot & cheap.

We wanted a place to stay close to the airport due to an early morning flight. Hotel was great. Good location, clean, staff was friendly. Only negative thing is there is only one elevator and it’s on the opposite end of the lobby. Definitely inconvenient.

The hotel is appointed with modern features and furniture in the lobby and guest rooms. Everything was impeccably clean, and I saw staff wiping down high-touch areas throughout my stay (in addition to normal daily room cleaning). The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they made me feel very welcome. There is a small cafe in the lobby that has coffee/tea/espresso drinks, as well as some sandwiches and other light fare. I took advantage of this twice during my stay - it was nice to be able to grab some coffee and have a quiet place to get some work done before heading to my meetings. The on-call airport shuttle was quick, clean, and had a friendly driver. It's so close to the airport and my office (I could walk), you really can't beat the location.

November 27, 2021 We stayed overnight here before our flight home. The location was perfect being close to the airport with complimentary airport shuttle. Our room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. Our son didn’t have to fight morning traffic to get us to the airport, and we could relax just being minutes from the airport!

The rooms here are very clean, and very nice. The Bistro has AWFUL food and the drinks are very expensive (and also not very good). If you stay here call early for pick up and plan on ordering out. The gym is very basic. It’s mostly cardio equipment with some free hand weights and core workout balls. The free hand weights aren’t all there (some of them only have one) and it jumps from one 10lb weight to 25lbs. I like to use 5-10lb weights, so I was a little disappointed.

The check in process was fast and you can do everything from your phone now. The location was convenient and looked safe. The staff was very helpful, the room was extremely comfortable and the night was quiet. Definitely will be choosing this hotel for our next stay.

This was a great location for a courtyard. Upkeep and cleanliness are very good. Odd building layout, narrow showers and friendly enough guest service makes it a fair stay for the weekend.

We arrived at 9 pm after a long day and were given a room that had clearly been smoked in. The cleaning products tried to mask the smell but the room still smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We asked to change rooms and were given an inferior room because that was the only room available. I wonder how many others before us "rejected" that room due to smoke. No "Im sorry" from the staff. Disappointed.

We had a good stay but one of the days we were getting ready to leave on a tour we find that a tree had fallen and damaged our rental vehicle. The hotel put a claim in but didn't really make any other arrangements to make up for the time we wasted dealing with the issue.

The staff here was extremely friendly...food was better than we expected...wake up call was timely and the airport shuttle is a great convenience. Beds are comfortable...room was very clean. Plenty of places to walk nearby to get soft drinks. All in all, a great place to stay when flying out of SFO.

While it’s only 12 miles or so to downtown San Fran and maybe a little further to Golden Gate, it’s nicely located to explore Pacifica and Redwood City. The actual courtyard at this Courtyard is cozy and welcoming to relax with an evening beverage or morning cup of coffee. The room furniture is a little tattered, and the carpet might need replacing soon! Otherwise the bedding was clean and comfortable.

This was our 2nd stay this year and neither stay disappointed. The rooms are totally clean and very comfortable. The manager, Ann, made check-in a pleasure. She had us laughing from the start... a great way to begin any stay. The airport shuttle left exactly on schedule and had us at the airport in minutes. Thumbs up all around.

Well-kept, clean hotel, with convenient access to the SFO airport. We had a good stay! The rooms are a little old (e.g., they have "popcorn" texture on the ceiling), but again, very-well-maintained; everything worked well (except for a slightly-sticky door handle a couple times :-)). Convenient access from the outside. Seems safe. The close-by restaurant was one of Chili's chain that still makes pretty-good food (not all do).

Very friendly staff. Late arrival and got a free room upgrade. Room was clean and quiet enough to allow good sleep. The breakfast was great. Didn't eat in the hotel otherwise.

The room was extremely clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. The downside is there is only 1 elevator and breakfast is not included. They had pastries for purchase that were rather expensive and even though Starbucks coffee is advertised tasted watered down both mornings.

Marriott is my preferred brand when stay away from home and normally I am very pleased with the property and room compliments. But this stay feel short of what I had come to expect. I hope the property will get staffed to bring back the level of service for which Marriott is know.

I am a single mother with a 13-month old and a 6 year old. We checked in as we were visiting with friends in the area and were going to be going to the zoo the next day. Well, upon check-in I was asked if I prefer an upper level or a first floor room, but before I could answer she said she will give me a first floor room because I have children, and they make noise. Upon getting to my room, I see it was an ADA room, which is fine except I do not need an ADA room. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a stench that was with us for our whole visit. The bathtub looked old and beat up and there were still small hairs in it and on the tile floor of the bathroom. Instead of the usual toiletries provided, there was only a bar of soap. While the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were already in the shower, there was no lotion provided. Finally, in the morning, I went out to the lobby to look for coffee and there was no complimentary coffee provided. I began to wait in line for the bistro but gave up after the person working the bistro said she'd be right back and left the area. There were two other people in line in front of me, so I knew the wait would be long. All in all, a poor experience.

I was in need of an overnight accommodation close to SFO airport. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff was great. I came in late for my check-in and they made process swift and greeted my as a Bonvoy member (Elite). A got a call in the morning to make sure that I was on the courtesy shuttle to SFO that I had scheduled. All around great -- I'll be back.

The staff was extremely helpful and curious. The room was clean and loved the streaming options to thw smart TV. They even gave us a courtesy call in the am because our flight was so early.

Im a big Marriott fan and rarely have complaints. This stay was different for two reasons. Stain on the sheet that was large and yellow (very gross) and secondly the shower was clogged. The sheet - mistakes happen or maybe it didn’t get cleaned properly. The shower really worried me because water sits as soon as you turn the water on so imagine the germs on that tub when I got in. Furthermore I had to stand outside while he fixed it whereas at that point I would have rather shifted than wait 20-30 minutes outside for him to vacuum and unclog the shower drain. Lastly I called the front desk 5 times after I discovered the drain - the call would be answered and then hung up. When I went to the front desk - no one was in line or around and I explained I think something is wrong with the phone. The staff member was very rude and said look I’m busy I don’t have time to answer phone. Personally I would have taken a message and written down the room number to call back - not that hard. ESP since when I arrive to the front there’s not a single soul there. I think this is a one off for Marriott because I never ever have any complaints with my stays (I am huge advocate/spokesperson for Marriott) Pros: allowed early check in, room was ready at arrival and airport shuttle picked me up on time. Some staff members are really nice.

The bathroom was a nice, clean and nicely updated style. Bedding was clean and comfy. I highly recommend this hotel even if it's 24 minute drive away from Union Square. It was well worth a few extra minutes of driving time.

Excellent shuttle service, less then 10 minute drive to the airport. Leaves every 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport. Comfy beds, I have a very quiet room (224) facing the courtyard, highly recommend. Everything about the stay was great.

It would be a great hotel except for the loud air conditioning unit. We were up all night long turning it on and off. The room would get warm so we turned it on but it was just so loud we have to turn it back off again. The two lights in the bathroom and vanity area are on motion sensors that cannot be turned off. Any time someone got up to use the restroom in the middle the night the whole room would be illuminated because the minute you walk up to the vanity area the lights all click on. It’s really very unfortunate because aside from that it was a great hotel. For being so close to the airport we hardly heard any flight traffic at night. But sleep is so important and none of us got any rest.

I really enjoyed my stay at the San Francisco Airport Courtyard. It is certainly a beautiful, clean hotel in a quiet area near the airport. Staff are very friendly, and very fast to respond to your needs. Would definitely stay here again.

The proximity to the airport and the hotel overall was good. It was reasonably priced and quiet. There are many restaurants in the area, although because of Covid not all are operating “normally”. I called the night before to “reserve” the fitness center and was told it wouldn’t be available until after I left for my flight. Only 2 people could be in there at a time. The next morning I went down there at 6 AM only to find 1 person in the gym and she left by 6:30. Perhaps a more effective method would be to inform people of the rule but encourage them to check for themselves. The answer I got from the hotel employee was fairly abrupt. Not what I expected from a Marriott property!

This hotel is in a convenient location. Maintenance, grounds and hotel interior are great. Room was very comfortable and bed slept great! There was a cockroach in the bathroom when I first entered but I didn’t see any more during my stay. Enjoyed the gym!

if you are looking for somewhere to stay for a little longer than usual like 10-14 days then this is great accommodation which is affordable, close to SFO and most importantly for any business person is that it is very quiet at night so you can get to sleep easily (beds are very comfortable too!). Highly recommend for any business person to stay here if they need something close to SFO.

As soon as we arrived in San Francisco I called the hotel and Remy (I think that was her name) answered and gave me clear directions on where to be picked up. It started to rain out side the airport, but the shuttle came and picked us up just in time. We got to the hotel and asked if we could get a ride to the mall (Tanforan) and after a quick check in with great service from the staff who was so accommodating they dropped us off and after two hours of shopping and dinning they came and picked us up. That night time staff are so helpful and friendly makes you feel like family. Thank you staff and keep up the great work.

Pas si luxueux pour le prix. Le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer. La piscine est sympa et peu fréquentée. Hotel néanmoins pratique si vous avez un vol le lendemain tôt.

Spent weeks looking for a hotel close to airport with a pool we could relax in after a busy 2 weeks sightseeing. Was gutted to find out the pool had actually closed, if had known that before would have chosen a different hotel. But saying that the hotel itself is beautiful, our room was quiey, spacious, very clean and very comfortable, best nights sleep I had all throughout my holiday. I felt the dinner and breakfast menu lacked choice but the place wasn"t very busy so understand why the menu is like that and from what I chose it was beautifully presented and very yummy if a little pricey. I feel like this hotel is more for business people or traveller who only have a few hours there, we stayed for nearly 2 whole days and sitting in bar area watching tele seemed a bit of waste of holiday time but our orginal plans were to chill in pool.

First off, I want to indicate that the actual hotel is nice in terms of staff and physical touch points/design. No complaints at all. Where the hotel fails miserably is in noise reduction. The property is located within 100 feet of a busy interstate highway. In addition, it is also located under the takeoff flight path of nearby SFO airport. While the rooms have been lightly refurbished, the owners of this property neglected to upgrade the windows in order to block out the noise. The airplanes stop taking off around 2am and start again around 5:30-6am. If you are someone who is a light sleeper, I would recommend avoiding this property at all costs. If you do end up staying here, I'd recommend strong coffee the next morning because you'll need it! If you can sleep through a tornado, then by all means, this hotel is for you!

For purposes of having a convenient place to stay this Courtyard fit the bill. The room was clean, there were a bevy of tv channels, the internet service worked well, had a nice workout room and indoor pool. I have family that lives nearby and my stay was great. My only issue is that from 11 PM-1:30 AM the planes taking off are definitely loud.

The main reason I booked this property is because it offered an airport shuttle service. My flight arrived around midnight (PT), and I was coming from the East Coast. This meant my body clock would be at 3 am when I arrived to SFO, so I was looking forward to staying right by the airport with easy transportation. The website advertised the shuttle running through the night, which was perfect since I had a late flight. As soon as my flight landed, I called the hotel to ask what I needed to do to request the shuttle. The gentleman (Joseph?) told me to call the hotel once I had my bag, and they would send the shuttle for me. By the time I got my bag, it was 12:32 am. I called the hotel and told them I was ready. That is when Joseph told me the shuttle wouldn't pick me up until 1 am because it only runs in 30 minute increments late in the evening. This information was not published anywhere on the website. In fact, the shuttle is widely publicized as running at ALL hours of the night. As a young female traveling by herself, with a body clock of 3:30 am, I decided to just bite the bullet and call an Uber to the hotel. It was not worth waiting alone at that hour of the night, when all I wanted to do was check in and go to sleep. When I arrived to the hotel, I began checking in with Joseph. This is when things really turned south. The other front desk staffer (a lady) took a phone call from someone who had just arrived at the airport. She told the guest that they would dispatch a shuttle immediately to come pick them up!!! If you're going to treat customers poorly, you should at least treat all of them the same way. This made my experience MUCH worse, as I saw one guest receive preferential treatment because of the front desk staffer with whom they spoke. My check in progress was made even worse when I asked Joseph for instructions to get into downtown San Francisco in the morning. He had no idea, and instead took several minutes to find this information on the internet. When he finally got the information, he couldn't print the information, so I told him to forget it. At that point, my iPhone was more helpful than the customer service person standing in front of me. As I mentioned, my SOLE reason for choosing this hotel was the airport shuttle. I wanted to save money and also have the convenience of the shuttle. Not only did the shuttle not pick me up, but the staff treated me terribly. All customers should be treated the same, and this was a horrible experience

Thank you to the staff at the front desk, towel service area (pool), and bistro. Everyone was friendly, helpful, kind and welcoming. Food at the bistro is great, even for kids. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Great hotel close to SFO. Will look for Courtyard by Marriotts again, based on this wonderful experience.

I had an overnight layover in San Francisco so I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. Once I arrived I contacted the hotel and they said to call once I retreived my bags...within 5 minutes the shuttle was there and we were at the hotel 10 minutes from my call. Check in was quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated as it was 9:30 pm and I needed to be up at 4 am. After flying 15 hours I could not wait to shower and sleep in a comfortable bed. The room was spotless and the bed was perfection...it met my expectations. The next morning the shuttle was ready and waiting to take me back to the airport at 4:30 am. Staying at this property made all the difference for an overnight layover. It was exactly what I needed. Awesome staff and great location with a free shuttle..excellent!! Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The hotel was a nice surprise - clean, quiet and comfortable. That said, the staff was the highlight of our visit. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming during check-in, and quick to resolve a minor billing issue at check-out. It is relatively easy to find nice hotels, but it is getting harder and harder to find great customer service. This place excels at both - bravo!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was conveniently located near the airport but was quiet. The hotel was between San Francisco and the amusement park, which is what we needed. The rooms were large and clean. The patio overlooked a nice park area where we ate dinner at a table outside. My niece loved the pool. Overall we were happy with our stay and will return for our next trip to San Francisco.

We had a long layover and needed a place to crash for the night. The fact that we had free, on call airport shuttle sealed the deal. As soon as we picked up our bags from the airport, we called the front desk and got picked up within ten minutes. Drivers are friendly, hotel staff pleasant, and our room was clean and cozy. Even had time to order breakfast (pleased to find some healthy options) and take a dip in the pool the following day. Great stay! This was just what we needed

The hotel had great parking and a nice room. My kids loved the indoor pool area. The lady serving us breakfast was very nice and accommodating for our dairy allergy. Check in and check out was fast. Gray proximity to shopping and tons of food options nearby.

The hotel itself is really nice. Clean, large, updated rooms with lots of power outlets by the bed and desk. Nice lobby. Close to a shopping mall with a movie theater and restaurants. You can take BART, located right by the mall, to downtown San Francisco. A little noisy when the airplanes from SFO take off over the hotel. Shuttle driver on the night shift was awesome. Excellent front desk employees always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was a little pricey but good quality. Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff really make this a great place to stay. Would stay here again.

This hotel is probably among the older properties in the chain, but don't let the exterior fool you. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, competent and efficient. They don't waste your time. They offered a complementary beverage on our first night and when we didn't have a chance to use it, they gave it to us the next night without even asking. Everything was clean and neat. The gym is pretty sparse on weight-bearing equipment so if you want a weights workout, find a local gym. Other than that, kudos!!

We stayed for 6 nights in a suite with a bedroom, living room and sofa bed. The rooms and bathroom were very clean...and I'm a stickler for a clean bathroom. The beds and sofa bed were Marriott quality...very comfortable. The lounge and dining areas downstairs were very nice. Hot food was tasty and was brought out quickly. It was also reasonably priced for a hotel. A group of us watched a basketball game on the big screen tv with wings and drinks...prefect place once we moved more chairs into the large lounge area. Two minor issues with the room. One bedroom drawer never stayed closed (it kept sliding open a few inches and staying that way). Also, the bathroom door lock was shaky and extremely difficult to lock. Finally, dirty towels that were left on the floor were removed but not replaced. There were 4 of us (2 teenage boys), so we did need extra towels. We didn't complain and just got extras from carts n the hallway. Finally stay was polite to friendly. We would stay there again.

We are a family of 5 who needed a one night stop in San Fran before our flight home to Ireland. We'd just enjoyed nearly 3 weeks at a Vacation Club in Desert Springs and had been thoroughly spoiled by the experience. We wanted our last night to be easy, comfortable and close to the airport for the following day. We prefer to have adjoining rooms or a suite, so the Courtyard room was perfect for our needs. We were collected as promised from the airport and even facilitated with a second pick up after I discovered I'd forgotten a garment bag on inbound flight. Check in was fast and friendly, with due recognition of our reward status. We found our room to be exactly what we needed in every sense. We dropped our bags and returned to reception. Seeking advice on best way to get into town, we were given a simply superb briefing by Jackie at the front desk, who with maps and timetables, planned out a full whistle stop tour of Fisherman's Wharf with a view of the Bridge. To top it off, she then offered to drive us to the BART to endure we'd make the best connection (there were no Uber cabs in area). We had a wonderful evening and returned to our comfortable beds tired but satisfied. Next morning we slept late, had a quick swim in the fabulous pool and headed for the airport rested, relaxed and totally happy with our short stay in SFO.

Overall, a very good stay at the Courtyard Marriott. Hotel room was clean upon arrival and all basic amenities provided. Internet service was excellent as was the cable service. Both hotel and restaurant staff were very service oriented and friendly. It would have been nice if the restaurant did not close during afternoon hours. But otherwise, Good Job!

My husband and I just celebrated our 25th anniversary and spent part of our vacation in San Francisco. Arriving at the airport late at night was no problem as the shuttle picked us up almost immediately. We were greeted warmly when we reached the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the room we got. Very nice, big, with a small porch looking over the courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was just right. We ate breakfast each day at the hotel and it was served quickly and was very good. The shuttle got us to where we wanted to be when we wanted to be there and everyone who was part of the hotel staff was kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Very accessible main highway. Close to San Francisco and San Jose airport . There is a restaurant within walking distance. Though we did not use the pool, it looks very clean, we would probably enjoy it. We did get the much. Needed sleep because of noise coming from the nearby airport. Our room is on the second level ( only 2 story ) . I wonder if the noise level from airplanes flying over is less on first floor. My suggestion for the hotel is to provide earplugs for the guest.

Nothing but smiles and help from everyone from the shuttle, to the front desk, to the cleaning ladies, and all the way back again to the airport. The room was incredibly clean, the bed was soft, and there are conveniently placed outlets and light switches so you aren't fishing around to look for a place to charge your phone. The hotel had so much to it in the regard to the other features, I wish I had the time to enjoy them as well as my room. Gave me the rest I needed for the flight and that's good enough for me!
