  Sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs hôtels de Los Cabos, il dispose de chambres spectaculaires, la nourriture est délicieuse, l'attention est extraordinaire. C'est un hôtel assez cher mais il vaut chaque centime. Vous ne pouvez pas manquer le dîner au restaurant HUMO, tout simplement délicieux.

  If you are even remotely considering a stay at this hotel stop everything you’re doing and book immediately. The grounds were immaculate, the room was exceptional the service and staff exceeded all expectations. The property is large enough, but still feels very intimate. You will spend more time in your beautiful hotel room than you ever have at any other resort. Everything from the housekeeping to the staff at the restaurant to the poolside service was without fault. We had a relaxing and truly exceptional stay. We have to give a big shout out and lots of love to Juan and Josue who went above and beyond the call of duty at every single turn. They were phenomenal. They made our stay and my partner’s birthday wonderful and memorable. A+++++

  I love nice hotels and the Ritz brand, in particular, but the Zadun takes it to another level. Everything is done perfectly. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the food is delicious, and the people that work here seem genuine and kind. The spa was stunning. We were treated with a special cake and treats for our anniversary. Made a special trip even more magical!

  I loved the stay. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Everything was taken care of seamlessly. The property is gorgeous and the food and drinks are delicious. We cried when I had to leave. Our tasoani Edson was extremely responsive and took great care of us. We hope to come back soon!

Every need was anticipated and fulfilled without a need to even ask. The world class service along with an impeccable property makes this Mexico's finest resort.

  We recently stayed at the Zadun for our friend's son's destination wedding. Upon arrival we were greeted by our personal butler, Guillermo, who was available at a moment's notice to help us with any of our needs. The grounds/setting are magnificent, and the food was local, fresh and delicious! My husband and I each enjoyed massages at the spa which were among the best we've ever had. We will return to Zadun without a doubt in the very near future!

  Excellent service. Excellent design of resort. Restaurant options are good but can increase in number. Tosoani concept is very very good. It’s a little far so if you looking to do a million activities it’s not accessible. I went there to relax and it is perfect for that. I don’t see a reason to leave the property.

  The grounds were nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. Individual services were top notch. The hotel closed down essential services for a wedding in the evening at the expense of guests. When we went to the spa so we could use a hot tub (the public one was covered for the dance floor) there was quite a bit of resistance. After waiting and a phone call we were allowed to use the spa pool services (a beautiful setting). Some charges were exceeding high, where we felt like we were being taken advantage of. It seemed like they increased charges sometimes 5xs normal. It bordered on insulting. The hotel is certainly worth staying at once, but we wouldn’t return because of the nickel-and-diming

  From the moment we arrived the staff provided a unique and individual welcome and experience. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are stunning and the commitment to service exceeded all of our prior experiences as top hotels. The food was fantastic and the spa was one of the best we have ever experienced. Room selection is key as there are subtle differences in privacy that make a difference.   Zadun is my new favorite hotel in the San Jose/Cabo area. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with amazing views and beautiful landscaping throughout the property. The rooms are expansive, with high end finishes, large patios with plunge pools and optimized views. Best of all is the incredible service. Everyone is helpful and friendly, and service is efficient and seamless. The food is incredible - you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and we ate at all three of them. The one thing they're missing is tennis courts/pickle ball courts, but it looks like they're building them in the next year. I highly recommend a stay at Zadun - you won't be disappointed!

  10/10 experience. The room and hotel ground were spectacular. Our Tosani made our stay wonderful! The cleaning staff was amazing. The staff was so sweet and went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday (room decorations, birthday desserts, etc.). Breakfast and lunch were 10/10. We do wish the dinner menu varied each night because we didn’t want to leave the property and we were there for six nights but the food we had was still good.

  I’m interrupting my fabulous vacation just to write this review. Because really, it couldn’t wait. I’m astounded by the service, care, and intentionality of the staff at Zadun. I’m in middle of my stay at the hotel, and I’m already saddened at the idea of leaving this haven of heaven. The staff is exceptional and we have so many to thank and highlight but Aaron (our personal host) has been outstanding. His attentional to detail and care goes above just his job or even traditional work hours. But it isn’t just one person! The entire ethos of the staff is to make you feel that their joy is to serve those who stay here. Here are some examples (and photos): 1. My bedroom was decorated to celebrate the release of an upcoming book! Surprise! 2. I had a post-dinner surprise at Humo with details around celebrating with a PERSONALIZED card! Surprise! 3. I injured my shoulder while working out. They had IcyHot, ice packs, and freshly picked flowers from the garden AT MY BEDSIDE when I arrived to my room?! Surprise! 4. Samuel and Hector from the pool area always made sure not only that we had food and beverage but that we had complementary sunscreen as well. Surprise! 5. A complementary hat for each guest to use and keep. Surprise! I travel a lot for work, so I know hotels. But this? This service is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. Hats off, Zadun! You’ve made me a loyal customer por vida!

  After a nearly 2-year involuntary hiatus from our favorite Mexican resort city, we were more than thrilled with our choice to vacation at Zadun. We are blessed to experience many different 5-star resorts in the last 10 years in the region, but Zadun has exceeded our expectations by far. The resort lived up to the many architectural accolades it received and every vantage point from its vast property is breathtaking. Every gastronomical experience we encountered has left lasting impressions. Each and every staff member of the resort we meet is graciously attentive and delightfully unreserved about their love for their profession. We can't possibly thank our Tosoanis - Miguel and Edson enough for anticipating and catering to our needs during our stay. We will certainly be dreaming about returning to Zadun soon.

  This was the most incredible vacation I have ever been on (and we have been to a lot of places!). This was our honeymoon, and the staff never forgot it! They made it absolutely romantic, elegant and intimate. The food was excellent, the service was out of this world, everything was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back!

  We truly enjoyed our Christmas vacation at Zadun. The service and attention to detail was amazing. The only aspect we did not love was the quality of food at the 2 main restaurants. The buffet on Christmas Eve was overpriced and not very high end. We ate at Humo twice and were not very impressed with the food. Dining off the property a few times was excellent. (Flora Farms, Seared , Acre) the Equis bar down by the beach had better food than the two main restaurants. The ceviche was divine. That being said, the service was impeccable and the staff extremely pleasant. We loved the location and our room was very comfortable. If I were to stay again I would request a room with a better view of the ocean but overall it was gorgeous.

  Zadun is beautiful resort. The room had an amazing view and a plunge pool/terrace that made our room a pleasure to be in. Everything is very well managed and organized. The best part is how stress free they make everything. Our Tosoani, or butler, Brenda was wonderful. She organized transportation dinner reservations, and activities for us and would remind us of them. It made things very easy and the area a breeze to negotiate. We also loved the breakfast and staff at El Barrio - very good people and food!! The last wonderful thing was the airport assistance upon our departure. (Jose?) was so helpful it made traveling out of the country during covid almost as easy as it used to be.

  Our stay at Zadun was just amazing! Exceptional levels of service and the resort was beautiful. The staff at the hotel and at the restaurants were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Our butlers did an amazing job of making our stay smooth and replied very promptly to any questions. Will definitely recommend and come back here again. Shout out to our butlers Edson and Migel and Aldo from the equis restaurant who was so friendly with our 3 year old.

  Everything about the resort was beautiful! It was well tended, our room was impeccably cleaned each day, and the foods and drink were delectable. The real star of the Zadún, though, is the staff! It was beyond hospitality, the people at the Zadún made us feel at home and were so kind and nurturing. I truly felt loved. Some specific people should be mentioned! Moises at Humo was incredible! After taking care of us for dinner twice he came to see us at our reservation at Candil on our last night to say goodbye. He was so sweet and attentive and has a serenity that is infectious. He would make an excellent tosoani if he ever chose to switch roles! Fernanda at Equis was wonderful! She was our hostess our first night at El Barrio but then made sure to come welcome us the next day at Equis. Her attentiveness was top notch, but her knowledge of the region and animals made our conversations so rich and engrossing. She is so sweet and made me smile every day! Miguel at Candil is beyond knowledgeable and made us feel like we were old friends! His agave tour was one of our favorite experiences. Finally our tosoanis Edgar and Carlos were wonderful! They met our every need and suggested activities when we needed them. They made us feel like we were home and we will certainly come back to see them again.

  They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Everything was well thought out. When I told our butler Juan it was my daughter’s 13th birthday. He brought balloons, a crown and even a giant piñata! The whole pool staff helped set it up in an open area so all the kids in the pool could join us for the celebration. Rooms had amazing views. Modern architecture and interior. Just like home, and more!

  Zadún is a perfect fit for people who want to relax and get away from the noise and stress of big cities. It has ocean view from everywhere inside the hotel. Food is excellent, cocktails are on point and best of all, the staff is so kind and they’re always ready for anything guests ask for. Rodrigo and Aaron, our tosuanis (butlers), were very friendly and they got us (me and my wife) everything we asked for. Also, staff from Equis (a hotel restaurant) were very kind with us, specially Mauricio, Aldo, Maura and David. The room we stayed on was so perfect, the bed was so comfortable and cozy we never wanted to go outside. We had a pool in our room patio and a fire pit, with nothing in front of us but the ocean. You will expirience a beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. It is a luxury hotel and it’s worth every penny. Highly recomend it! Marcos

  We had a wonderfully restful long weekend at Zadun. The staff provides excellent, personal service from top to bottom, and the personal butler (Toseoni) who responds promptly to all requests was a very nice touch. Our room was enormous, and we really enjoyed the private terrace with plunge pool. The spa and fitness facilities were very nice as well, and the food at Barrio was delicious. We can also recommend the Thursday evening fish market dinner, which we enjoyed from a table on the beach. If we had one criticism, it would be that the very large rooms are a little spare looking - some rugs and/or soft window coverings would have warmed them up a bit. The decor is nice, it is just hard to make huge rooms feel cozy. All in all, we really enjoyed Zadun and would recommend it.

  I stayed here November 2021. I'm a marriott bonvoy titanium member. Even though they dont participate in the earning points and redeeming points program they gave me a wonderful room overlooking the ocean with an awesome plunge pool. Golf carts are necessary when you are at the very end of the property but easy to get by texting your tosani(room butler). Food at the restaurants is really awesome and so is the service everywhere. Room service on my patio was equally as awesome.

  This was one of the best resorts I have stayed at in a long time. Perfect setting , beautiful rooms. Nothing missing. Attention to detail was flawless. Our butler was so detailed and exceptional. Food, service, valet. Abundant amount of free available water. (Huge!) in paper cartons. No plastic to be found on the property. Exceptionally green and environmentally conscious around the hotel.   The staff and service at this resort were far superior to any other resort we have ever visited. The room accommodations and resort amenities were also phenomenal! We would be delighted to return to this resort and would happily pay the required prices to enjoy such bliss and comfort.   Absolutely beautiful property with tons of potential but unfortunately our experience left something to be desired in regards to service. As a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member I have had the privilege of staying at some of Marriott's top properties around the globe and was really looking forward to our stay at Zadun Los Cabos but was underwhelmed compared to other experiences in Cabo. Pros: - Base rooms were beautiful with huge terrace space and large plunge pools, very private and great views - Staff were very friendly and incredibly professional - Grounds, gym, pool and restaurants were beautifully maintained and made for a relaxing and serene setting - Hotel arranged transportation was excellent and made it easy to explore beyond the limits of the resort Cons: - So much specialized staff that service seemed disconnected (For example, when housekeeping would come they would service the room but would not take room-service dishes or restock the mini-bar, you had to call in-room dining to have dishes cleared and the mini-bar wouldn't be restocked until evening turn down service. At the pool, one team of staff would provide towels and water but you had to use another staff member to order drinks or food. It just seemed confusing given the caliber of the resort.) - Tosanis (Butler's) were very friendly but seemed more reactive to request as opposed to pro-active like the St. Regis butlers I have experienced at other top Marriott properties - Little recognition for Bonvoy elite status, this was expected given it is a Ritz Carlton property but still disappointing for loyal customers - Dining options are limited within the resort Hopefully management can dial in the service so the service experience here matches the setting.

  This was THE best and most relaxing vacation that my wife and I have ever had. This was our first real vacation since the beginning of COVID back in 2019/2020. So we decided to go all out and treat ourselves. I am so glad we did. Everything from the pickup at the airport to the drop-off five days later was exceptional. Resort/Spa/Facilities: More than we could have imagined. My wife and I kept joking how everything looked like it was taken right out of a Conde Naste or Travel/Leisure magazine, and we felt that the edited/staged hotel photos you actually see on the website/travel sites were actually accurate…we have the photos to prove it. Anyways, the room was fantastic as we had our own pool/patio and it was all very clean…something my wife is a stickler for everywhere we stay. We spent two whole days at the spa and it was the best money we spent. Due to COVID, the cold dip, sauna, and steam weren’t available, but it didn’t matter. The spa pool was relaxing and very beautiful. All of the services we received were great and were definitely worth it. Relaxing at the hotel pools went by too quickly and was just what we needed after being kooked up for a year indoors and working our butts off. Food: Absolutely amazing! We ate our body weight in fresh tasty ceviche each day and drank fantastic wines/mezcals we would not normally experience in the US. Hard to say what the favorite place was, but between Humo, Equis, and El Barrio, you can’t go wrong with any meal. The food was always fresh, the drinks were spot on and the service was impeccable. Service/People: If there was one thing that was the most memorable it would be the people and service we received. Everyone from our tosanis – Genesis and Elise – to Jorge, Luis and Mauricio at Equis, Josef at El Barrio and Guillermo at Humo/Equis were absolutely amazing. The level of service here blew away all of my expectations. All of these individuals truly made the most memorable trip and you could tell they really enjoyed what they did. Five stars to not only these individuals, but to the rest at the resort – they were all so nice and welcoming/accommodating. Highly recommend Zadun to all family/friends/anyone looking to relax and be pampered. It was worth every penny, and we look forward to visiting again!

  The team at Zadun are truly professional, courteous and most of amazing people that do everything perfect to make sure our stay was as best as it could be. From the first moment we set foot in Cabo, the team at Zadun took care of everything. Not too many hotels great you by your name throughout your entire stay, each wish you a happy anniversary when they see you and simply go out of their way to ensure you have fun. The hotel itself is amazing. every room seems to have an ocean view and it is super well maintained, grounds are spotless and the amenities are spectacular. Food! well if the fish market is on whilst your are there, then you need to treat yourself. Taco night is delicious and Humo the signature restaurant is silver service at it's best.

  We did our honeymoon at Zandun for 7 days/nights. It was perfection! They have truly thought of everything! After a big destination wedding, all we wanted was to unplug, relax & have quality time. The Zandun does an incredible job of making you feel like the most special guest at all times during your stay. We had our Tosoani's Eduardo & Miguel who were so INCREDIBLE we did not have to worry about a thing. From the moment we stepped off the plane to the white glove service even on our departure (helped us all the way through to our gate) it was the best trip ever. We 100% will be back & have recommended it to all of our friends.

  It all started with the driver who picked us up at the airport. He was very attentive and took care of us right from the start. Upon arrival the staff was right there to assist us with all of our needs and questions. Emma, in guest services is by far one of the best! All staff on the property go above and beyond. The food and drinks are top shelf and the ambiance is amazing. We will be back; actually we are already looking into anywhere reservation for next year!!!

  This was the first trip in over 3 years for my husband and I. We had a child during those 3 years and with the pandemic we have been looking forward to spending some time just the two of us to celebrate all of life’s blessing. Zadun met and exceeded every expectation we had for this special occasion. The property, the staff, the amenities, the food, and of course our Villa were phenomenal. Our Tosoani, Brenda, was so incredibly attentive and a pure joy each day we spoke to her or saw her. We enjoyed seeing Cesar every morning for breakfast who made it a point to come greet us even if we weren’t in his section. David at the pool was also a pure joy and made our days that much better. We were already planning our return trip before we left and are missing our time at Zadun. Thank you to everyone who made us feel special & welcome to our first time in Cabo. Beautiful people & a beautiful experience!!

  Everything at Zadun is perfection. I don’t think we will ever stay anywhere else in Cabo after staying at Zadun. Our Tosoanis Eduardo and Guillermo were extremely attentive and went above and beyond. We came home multiple times to bubble baths, rose petals scattered, complimentary champagne. They really made our honeymoon very special, and made us feel like royalty. We could text them for just about anything we needed. They regularly checked in with us whether or not we had even asked for anything, just to make sure we were having a good day. Our room was immaculate, the views were fantastic, the cleaning staff was so thoughtful with the way they would lay out anything that hadn’t been put away properly by myself or my husband. After a grueling 2 years of Covid wedding planning, it was so nice to kick back and be taken care of. My husband and I have both been in the food service industry for years, and the food and service at Humo, Barrio, and in-room dining were fantastic. The cocktails are delicious, and perfectly balanced. The food is fresh, delicious and well prepared and plated. The whole staff is beyond compare. Every single employee is extremely kind and welcoming. Honestly everything is superb. Just go. You won’t regret it.

  Staying at Zadun was an amazing get away. The property and the rooms are gorgeous and the people were so friendly and helpful. Brenda our Tosoani took care of our every need and the teams in the restaurants and pool could not have been more friendly and helpful. Daniel greeted us each morning at breakfast and remembered our morning drinks and even brought me a gift on my last day of one of my favorite sauces to travel home with (get the fruit plate).Everything they do is above and beyond and truly creates a special experience. The spa was amazing, the food was delicious and the different events on property each night were great from live music to fish market. It was truly a special experience and I look forward to coming back!

Especial reconocimiento para nuestra Tosuani "Brenda" tuvimos un excelente trato y servicios de su parte. Como observación, consideraría un poco mas de variedad en los menús de los restaurantes pero sobre todo ambientar un poco mas en los diversos restaurantes. (Estilo el Dj del fishmarket de los Jueves o la música en vivo del Barrio los Domingos, que haya algo mas constante aunque no sea en vivo) Les mando un fuerte abrazo y nuevamente muchas felicitaciones, sin duda quisiéramos regresar!

Be aware that the rooms may be quite far from the pool area with several steps but we did not mind because once we got to our room the space and privacy and a private pool and the modern amenities were worth it! The staff are so caring, and I hated having to see some of them doing landscaping in 100° heat and a mask.

  Stunning property, exceptional service and delicious food. The staff at this Ritz is what makes it stand out from others. They provided a level of service that one very rarely receives. It was sincere in its care and genuine in its love of what they do, providing extraordinary experiences for their guests. Edgar, Carlos and Meiry all deserve extra recognition for going above and beyond during our stay. Ushering in a new level of service to the Ritz and its guest experience. The property is stunning and exactly what we had hoped for. Outside of Cabo, on what feels like a preserve on the beach, nestled in nature, bothered only by the crashing of waves. Each room is a sanctuary with private plunge pool and large living space over looking the ocean. It is a large property so be ready to walk or arrange in advance for a golf cart to take you wherever you need to go. I looked forward to my morning beach walk followed by a dip in the adult pool. Although I did not make it to the Spa, my wife had multiple treatments and highly recommended it. The food, we were very excited about as it had great reviews, and it did not disappoint. From breakfast to dinner everything was exceptional. Fish, red meat, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, juices, everything...it was all well sourced, fresh and wonderfully prepared. We enjoyed our daily breakfast brought to our room, with fresh green juices, pastries and pancakes. The in-room tacos for lunch were some of the best chicken and steak tacos I have had, clean, full of flavor and loved the fresh sides to compliment. Huomo is a lovely fine dinning experience that should be tried for its very unique smoke/grilling technique. Candil the bar was one of my favorite spots, handsome design with a stunning overlook and excellent mixologists worthy of their name to keep your drinks filled all night. Coming from LA we couldn't have been happier with both the food and drink options, clean cooking, organic sourcing and a dedication to fresh seasonal dishes/drinks.

  I was so fortunate to stay at Zadun for my 40th birthday. I only was able to stay there due to challenges with my reservation at the Solaz and it was the happiest accident of my life! My husband and I spent 5 glorious days at the property and it was heaven at every turn. It is a gorgeous property with individual villa type rooms (ours had its own plunge pool), which gave an amazing sense of privacy and seclusion. The only, and I mean only, drawback is that you cannot swim in the ocean, however there are multiple gorgeous pools to cool off in and that problem is not unique to this resort but rather to most of Cabo. From the recognition of my birthday everywhere (our room, cake at the restaurant, my spa locker, even my cocktails!), to the on-demand butler service that dealt with our ever-changing plans, to the service staff who realized that my husband and I are diet coke and water addicts who made sure our fridge was fully stocked at all times, to the heavenly massage I received, it was perhaps the most memorable hotel stay I'd ever had. I would go back in a heartbeat.

  Had confirmation of reservation, Zadun canceled final night of reservation without notifying us to accommodate a buy-out of entire hotel after we had booked our stay. Tousani handed me the number of the 1-800 number Marriott Customer Care and said we needed to find accommodations for the last night since they were booked. The Ritz at this point didn’t even offer to help us find accommodations, they just handed us a 1-800 number. We went back to the room to call Customer Care, after an hour of being on the phone, they told me the reservation for the last night was cancelled. I told them that I did not cancel the reservation and I did not receive an email saying the reservation was cancelled. I went to lobby to speak and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke with Daniel and asked if the resort could do to accommodate us since they were operating at 30% capacity. It was my daughter’s birthday, instead of enjoying a nice relaxing day and lunch at the pool we were arguing, on the phone with reservations, and looking for our confirmation email. He said he would check with his manager, Edith. We went to our room where we had been locked out of our room, our key no longer worked. We truly felt liked we were no longer welcome and they wanted us out of the hotel ASAP. We finally get into our room after waiting outside in the rain only to get into a room with no toilet paper, again we felt that the resort wanted us out. Definitely, not the type of service you would expect from the #3 hotel in Mexico or from a Ritz Reserve property. We were relocated to substandard JW hotel and Ritz booked us using our Free Night Award Certificates despite saying that the rate would be taken care of. My family felt that we were treated unfairly since we had confirmation for our entire stay. The Ritz sent us off not in one of their private fleet of Suburban vehicles, but in a public 4-door taxi. Bellman were at out door at 11:15 to take our luggage, despite being Platinum members and requesting a late checkout. We could hear them on their radios as we were on the golf cart saying they were escorting us to front of the hotel. It was a very uncomfortable situation and not first-class service. It ruined the entire the second half of trip to half to pack, relocate, and the constant back and forth with management. the Ritz cancelled the reservation on 9/19/21. They cancelled our reservation well after confirming our reservation due to a large group buying out the hotel

  Zadun was an amazing experience from start to finish. Eduardo was amazing the whole trip and did his best to make it a memorable experience. Every request I made was handled professionally and the team went beyond our ask and expectations. The bubble bath and small gifts were an amazing touch that we appreciated. The only thing I would say that could use improvement is the food took a very long time to come out at the barrio restaurant.

  Our stay was absolutely incredible. Not only was the resort itself breathtaking and perfectly designed, but our experience was amplified by the best butler/concierge ever. Especially Elias made sure to pay attention to every tiny detail, he took the time to get to know us and delivered experiences, treats, and thoughtful notes to our room every day.   My wife and I are very particular about the hotels we stay as our vacation time without kids is limited. I researched all of the luxury hotels in Cabo and ended up choosing Zadun. It did not disappoint. Everything about this hotel is exclusive, from the limited rooms to the location. If you are looking for a romantic getaway (not a great kids hotel) to lay by the pool, enjoy the spa and relax, this is the hotel for you. The service is like nothing we had ever experienced. Someone is always available to attend to your every need. The food was probably the best and most surprising part. It was extraordinary.

  We have been to Cabo many times and we always try properties. This time we stayed at One and Only Palmilla our favorite resort then we stayed at Zadun. We were very impressed with the property overall and our rooms were even more impressive! It’s beautiful with stunning views. Zadun has become our favorite spot in Cabo after this trip. The staff here were all very friendly and kind. And our butler arranged all our transportation for restaurants as soon as we arrived. Overall, we were very happy with Zadun and would stay here the next time we come back!

  Zadun made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The property was immaculate and the rooms were wonderful. The food at the property was also a cut above the other plethora of hotels and resorts I have had the chance to dine at. I had a flight cancellation on the day of our departure and the hotel went above and beyond by getting me another room and even honored the same rate as my initial stay. This was all done with a text message to our concierge while I was nervously waiting at the airport.

  Our long weekend in a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite was absolutely perfect at Zadun. From the moment you arrive to when you are loaded in your car for departure every single need and desire is thought of and taken care of. The room was gorgeous with, but property as a whole is stunning and nicely laid out. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, lounging by the pool throughout the day and Cesar our Tosoani was constantly in touch checking in on us and making sure we were having a wonderful stay. I can't say enough great things about this property and recommend for couples looking for a quiet retreat or families who want a comfortable two bedroom set-up. Tony at Equis was delightful, Josef for pool chair setup, and all the staff at pool for bar and food service. We met Laura the manager while staying there and she is one of the helpful and customer oriented property managers I have come across. We cannot wait to return to Zadun!

  We spent five days at Zadun in July 2021 with our thirteen year old daughter as part of a birthday celebration for my wife. From the moment we arrived, we were received with open arms from the entire staff. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the food is delicious and the amenities of the property are beautiful. We were looking to totally relax and unwind, and the pool area with its views and great service was a perfect respite. If we needed dinner reservations, taxis or spa service, Carlos our toscani was available at a moment's notice. He also provided my wife with a wonderful birthday surprise, which was a great touch. It was the perfect place for a quick getaway (it would have been great to stay longer), and I highly recommend Zadun if you are looking for a relaxing experience at a beautiful property with impeccable service.

  Amazing stay - particular mention to Humberto, our Tosoani, who worked with joy. The pool staff/team who are all extremely professional and service oriented. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. The food is mostly very good. Luis, who ushered both our arrival and departure - made sure we were taken cared of for our flight home. Areas of improvement - will point out that initially, housekeeping was late in service and during the early part of our stay, we were given 3 different Tosoanis on 3 separate days. The kids club was limited.

  My wife and I booked a four-night stay at Zadun to celebrate a Covid belated 5th and 6th wedding anniversary. We had heard about Zadun through a friend and from Instagram. Simply put, our stay was phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and part of the Zadun family from start to finish. The team treated us to multiple anniversary celebrations, which began with a balloon-filled room upon check-in and ended on our last night with petals and a romantic bubble bath surprise. We agreed that the customer service experienced was the best either of us has ever received. For context, we have stayed at incredible hotels such as The Resort at Pedregal in Cabo, The Resort at Pelican Beach in Newport Beach, and many more from London to New York and beyond. None of them come close to the care and attention received at Zadun. Every member of staff was incredible, but some standout names are as follows: Carlos, our Tosoani. From the moment we arrived to the moment we got back home, Carlos was incredible. Nothing was too much, and he made the stay easy, enjoyable, and worry-free. Tlali, who took care of our needs at the Spa desk. She gave us a personal tour of the Spa before our treatments and was knowledgeable and friendly. Tlali and Celine were fantastic and helped make our Spa day one of the most enjoyable experiences at Zadun. Luis at Candil gave us the most enjoyable cocktail-making experience and was a fountain of knowledge. His passion for his craft was inspiring. He went above and beyond to make our time with him so much fun. Finally, there was Jorge, Tony, and Aldo at X. They were fun, friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. It was England vs. Italy Euro Cup Final while we were there (I'm English). Jorge, Tony, and Aldo all worked to help make it a fun day, even making a bespoke cocktail in front of us at our table, complete with England flags. They are a credit to the resort, and they made our entire stay memorable. Thank you all for making my wife and I feel so welcomed. Our four days at Zadun will be long cherished memories, and we will unquestionably be back in the not too distant future.

  Keeping this short, Zadun was an amazing resort. The suit we stayed in was fantastic. Modern, well kept and private. We loved the private pool and our ability to sunbathe in privacy. The room was extremely well kept and we loved staying in it for our seven days. The food as well was fantastic. El barrio has some amazing food and Tacos on Saturday were a joy! Humo was outstanding as well, although on the high end of prices. In room service was great as well and we enjoyed every meal and drink we had at the resort. Finally, a special note about the staff. Everyone at the resort made us feel welcome and special. They were truly amazing hosts and showed amazing pride in representing not only mexico but the local culture and people. Thank you to everyone that works at Zadun, from the folks keeping the grounds so incredibly clean, to the ladies and gentlemen that cleaned the suite to the chefs and hosts at all the pools and restaurants. You made our trip amazing.

  The greeting as you arrive is slightly overwhelming but the staff are so polite and proper, you overlook it. The food is so costly, thankfully you want to finish your meals because they taste delicious vs avoiding the waste. The drinks are also very costly and lack the punch you would hope to have from an $18US drink. The facility is beautiful but secluded. You have literally nothing to do on premises... no Lobby, 1 shoppes, and too far to walk anywhere. The staff- amazing! Thoughtful, polite, proper, educated, and always available!

  If you are looking for a quiet, completely relaxing place in Cabo, this is the one. Went for 25th anniversary trip and it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Amazing rooms for sure, but in addition the food and service are without compare. By the end of day 1 or a 7 night stay, my wife and I said we are definitely coming back. By day 2 staff around the property knew us by name and welcomed us and took care of our every need. And the food - AMAZING. Be sure to book a reservation for the fresh fish dinner on Friday nights. only a small number of tables available but the service and food is AMAZING!

  This beautiful property is one we won’t soon forget. The atmosphere created by the design, architecture, and landscaping is something you have to experience to fully appreciate. Service was beyond our expectations from beginning to end and we especially appreciated having our Tosoani Miguel. We didn’t know what to expect of the Tosoani amenity prior to our stay but left fully appreciating how helpful it was from dinner reservations to requests on property. Food and dining experiences are among the best we have had everyone went out of there way to ensure we had a memorable experience. We stayed for five nights in early June, two of which were in a Ocean View Plunge Pool Upper Floor room before upgrading to a Beachfront Suite. Both rooms were breathtaking with vast ocean views, private plunge pools, and beautiful interiors. The beachfront room was truly special and we would highly recommend it.

  There simply aren’t words to describe how wonderful the staff at Zadun are. They catered to our every need and remembered every small detail. Nothing is ever perfect and what made this stand out is that if something went wrong (seldom), they owned it and dealt with it. The rooms with plunge pools are fabulous - spacious, great views and great amenities. We had the best “butler”, Ricardo. He was communicative and attentive and incredibly kind to my family. The pool service was great and I loved being on the edge of the sea but not dealing with sand! It was beautiful! The food and drinks were delicious - we loved every meal we had and soon got into our rhythm as to how we should eat. The surprise was the spa - possibly best spa experience I have had anywhere in the world in the most tranquil and lush environment. Very good treatments - a tad expensive... I can’t bring myself to spend $350 on a 60 mins massage but it seemed many others did! But I did do a facial and loved every moment. Three things that I think can be improved on. 1. We should be told well in advance that reservations are important to be made on the property. Nothing worse than being told one can’t eat in a restaurant on your resort property. 2. Transport to leave property is hard and expensive. 3. Figure a way to have cold water in the taps! However, none spoilt our trip in any way! Cabo is fabulous, our Mexican hosts the best - kind, attentive and fun. We felt safe every moment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Simply the best experience I have had and I am a global luxury loving traveler! Well done and we can’t wait to return!

  El lugar es espectacular, las vistas son hermosas pero lo que más me gusto es la privacidad del lugar y lo rico que no puede descansar y relajarse. Este hotel lo tiene todo, tiene comida deliciosa y muy tradicional pero también fusion. Tienen un servicio espectacular y muy personalizado, además de que nuestro buttler se encargo de crear la atmósfera perfecta para un aniversario y así poder disfrutar sin tener que estar pensando en todos los detalles pues el se encargo de todo. La cena romantica en la orilla del mar fue divina y además la comida de lujo. Les recomiendo ampliamente el spa y un servicio que se llama exfoliación al fresco que me pareció delicioso y sumamente relajante. También la ayuda para organizar salidas del hotel fue de primera. Vale cada peso que pagas, este lugar lo tiene todo!!!! Las habitaciones son tan privadas que puedes descansar y relajarte sin ningún ruido al rededor y eso fue algo que realmente disfrute además de lo amigable del staff.

  Let's just say I wish I had stayed longer! I didn't know what to expect popping into this new place but I'm so glad I did and definitly want to come back again soon! I added a few nights to our trip here after a wedding we were attending. I figured it would be nice to get away and enjoy a room with a private pool. I was RIGHT... and just so you understand, we cancelled all of our "off-site" reservations as soon as we arrived because we realized we didn't want to go anywhere else but enjoy this beautiful reserve. Warm and welcoming staff and accommodations. Delicious food for every meal and quality cocktails keeping my fingers chilly on the hot beach! Thank you so much Zadun staff!

  Fabulous place, responsibly built into the landscape - and surrounded by resort that represent the opposite approach are an eyesore. Fabulous architecture, desert-appropriate landscaping and a room that is just about perfect in its indoor-outdoor livability. Service was amazing - extremely friendly and attentive, fabulous staff. Everything is very pricey, but actually worth it. Even the restaurants were terrific. Francisco was a fun and knowledgeable somelier, introducing us to great Mexican wines. Cesar, Jair, Martin, Nadim and Tony were all fabulous staff members and made our 9-day stay just wonderful. Only drawback is the beach - while gorgeous, endless and largely empty, it is like much of Cabo not swim-able. We went on many trips to swim and snorkel spots across southern Baja and the in-room plunge pool and resort pools covered the rest. Highly recommend this awesome place.

  Beautiful views from all around the resort, emmaculate grounds, all the staff are so lovely and service oriented! The rooms are super spacious, comfy and nice, outdoor areas can be a bit exposed to other neighboring rooms but still worth it for plunge pool, views and the space. I barely ever left my room! And they drew me the most heavenly bath one night while I was at dinner un requested but so needed! The butler helping me, Humberto was so lovely and wonderful! And even Roger the bird was beautiful despite being very vocal about his needs :-)

  We had the *BEST* babymoon ever thanks to all Zadun’s staff making us feel so special. We had Tosani Humberto take care of us and he helped us arrange everything. Really appreciated him because we weren’t able to get into the Fish Market for dinner but thanks to him always following up with the restaurant we were able to! We also really appreciated Mayra from the pool. She went above and beyond for us and even surprised us with a baby gift. How sweet is that?! Unlike a lot of the other guests we never left the property and had all our meals here. Thank goodness the food was incredible!!!

  The hotel met and exceeded every expectation for this visit. It was in many ways a typical Ritz, perfect in every way. However, it was also exceptional in that it was a beautiful location. The restaurants were all world class, the staff was wonderful. We felt perfectly safe during our COVID stay! We took a test before we left, very easy, very fast. As is typical with the Ritz, the locations are so beautiful, you just don't want to leave! We were there 3-days, never left, never regretted it.

  My daughter and I recently stayed at the Zandun; it exceeded our expectations. I'm in the hospitality industry and was very impressed with how great the staff was, how immaculate the property is as well as amazing food. What they have created in the desert reserve is very unique; absolutely sets them apart from all other properties in Cabo. They have a great General Manager that pays attention to every detail. One day my daughter and I caught a bunch of fish in the AM, and the chef prepared it five different ways for lunch on the beach. I can't wait to get back down there! And the Peruvian-style ceviche is literally best-ever!!

  From even before we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful with planning and ideas for restaurants and activities. Once we arrived, we learned that the photos and descriptions do not come close to doing justice to how lovely and special this resort is. Our dosoani was friendly, helpful, and extremely available. The rest of the staff, including the service and waitstaff at the restaurants and the pool were all friendly and very helpful. The spa experience was exceptional - simply the best massage my wife and I have had, and the pools and tubs in the spa were wonderful. The food was excellent, and the service was great. They recalled our names from the first day and recalled our particular tastes and preferences. The staff was also very helpful in arranging transportation and with making appointments and arrangements outside the resort. The grounds were lovely and the setting (on the Sea of Cortez) was wonderful. The pools were also very nice, as was the gym and other facilities. And the room was well appointed and very comfortable. In short, the best experience you could hope for.

  Zadun is simply magical. Your worries are replaced with a warm welcoming environment. Making life long memories is as easy as contacting the concierge (they will reach out before arrival) the Spa is a transformation from reality to relaxation. Food is top notch. The resort is located perfectly for those who want to adventure into the hills for farm to table experiences. The rooms couldn’t be any nicer. If you go to Barrio ask for Marlene, Alan, or Daniel. If you are lucky enough to get Brenda as your Tosoanis you won’t be disappointed! Andrea is the best Concierge I have ever worked with. We have been twice and booked our third trip from the pool deck!

  Wonderful trip. Everything was amazing— it was my first trip after being diagnosed with cancer last year, first trip away from our 3 year old and also to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Very special. Grounds and rooms are amazing. Restaurants were all delicious and spa was out of this world. Food, beverage and spa were all a little expensive in our opinion but at least the food was good and services as well. If breakfast hadn’t been included in the rate I think the value wouldn’t have been there for us. Loved the massage. The sound room experience was cool but for that kind of money I’d rather have a treatment. Uriel and Elias were amazing and created some really special moments for us as well as addressing all of our needs. Loved how quiet it was. Will dream of going back until we do!

  I expected luxury and fantastic service from a Ritz Carlton but I got far more than I ever bargained for. I was traveling alone. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. Each time I saw Brenda Fernando Yeni Cesar Carlos and Jemena they treated me like one of their best friends. I can’t say enough about these wonderful people. I look forward to coming back and seeing them all promoted because they all richly deserve it. The luxury was fantastic the spa was the nicest I’ve seen, but wouldn’t have been half as special if Yeni and Fernando hadn’t treated me so well. By the way, Mariana gave the best massage I’ve ever experienced. The food was excellent but again Brenda made it special by suggesting I try the strawberries and cream ! I’m a NYC public school teacher. I don’t get too many chances to stay at a place as wonderful as Zadun. But I’ll be saving my pennies so I can return very soon. Thank you to your entire staff.

  My mom and I wanted to take a special trip together to celebrate recent events in both of our lives. We wanted to relax, be spoiled and enjoy some much needed stress free time in the sun. The Ritz Carlton Zadun delivered all of that and, frankly, more than we could have ever expected. The room was amazing with a huge private outdoor area with its own (rather large) plunge pool and multiple lounging areas. Upon check in, we were met by our own personal concierge who was available 24/7 for whatever we needed. Pool and beach areas are pristine. I have never visited a resort in Mexico with such consistently excellent staff. I would highly recommend this resort for even the pickiest of travelers.

  Zadun has set a new bar for luxurious hotel stays. Upon arrival, the pristine grounds and entry to the hotel set the tone for what is to come. We were greeted by a wonderful group of Zadun team members with the most delicious hibiscus drink. We were quickly whisked away to our rooms via golf cart where we were able to check-in comfortably. We were greeted by our bags already being in our room and set up. We were celebrating a birthday and our Tosoani's (Roberto & Stephanie) adorned the room with balloons, an incredible birthday cake, and champagne! The food, no matter where you are on the resort, is incredible, we enjoyed breakfast every day at El Barrio, Lunch by the pool and beach, dinner at Humo as well as many cocktails at Candil. We did not have one bad dish, drink, or meal! The staff is truly what sets this resort apart. Each member remembered our names, our drink orders (the hibiscus mezcal margarita with a tamarind rim is a MUST), and were also graciously available for anything we needed. If you have time, a spa treatment is a must, the spa itself is worth spending time at as is the nearby golf course. Both very easy to book through our Tosani. We would like to directly thank Roberto (Tosani), Stephanie (Tosani), Bryant (El Barrio & Pool Server), Fernando (Golf Cart / Front Greeter), Nicolas (Golf Cart / Front Greeter), Victor (Beach Attendant), and Joaquin (El Barrio & Pool Server) for going above and beyond to ensure that this trip is one that we will never forget! We are so thankful for the entire Zadun team!
