Service très médiocre, même si je suis membre Marriot, il n'y a eu aucun traitement déférent envers le membre et le service en général a été mauvais.

Excellente adresse pour dormir au coeur du vieux quartier historique de San Juan - Porto Rico. Vous pouvez visiter la vieille ville à pied. Les chambres du Sheraton sont confortables. Le service est excellent.

C'était un peu vide, mais le service a continué à être excellent. Ils pourraient servir le café sur le porche avec un peu plus de style au lieu de tasses à emporter.

Terrible attention du personnel du petit déjeuner. La seule chose que nous avons demandée au serveur était de l'eau !!! Il ne l'a jamais apporté. Quand nous nous sommes levés confus de partir. . . immédiatement, il est apparu derrière nous AVEC LA FACTURE.

À notre arrivée, nous avons parlé au voiturier et elle voulait vraiment le service de voiturier mais elle a insisté pour que nous le garions pour nous car le voiturier coûtait 27,88 $ et ce ne serait que 14 $. . . Nous avons laissé la voiture et sommes allés vérifier dans, l'interaction était un peu gênante depuis que le garçon a commencé à parler d'un personnage d'anime qui aimait voir le collant sur les filles et que sa copine le comparait à lui, nous sommes sortis pour garer la voiture et le voiturier nous a dit que c'est parti après elle pour que nous sachions où se trouve le parking. Il est entré dans le parking de Doña fela et nous avons garé la voiture... Nous sommes entrés dans la chambre et les verres étaient sales et il y avait un cheveu dans la baignoire... Lorsque nous avons terminé la réservation, nous sommes allés remettre le ticket de parking et nous Ils ont dit que dans doña fela ce n'est pas le tapotement où ils valident le billet, c'est dans un autre. Nous avons dépensé 30 $ supplémentaires pour pouvoir sortir la voiture du parking en raison de la désinformation sur le service de voiturier. . . Je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet hôtel, surtout quand je suis membre Gold Elite. . .

Great location as it is on the water and within walking distance from some of the best Old Town San Juan has to offer. The balcony is hilariously tiny but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Staff is excellent!

C'est un très bon hôtel situé dans le même vieux San Juan. Très proche de tout et avec une belle vue sur la baie. Un hôtel très confortable avec tous ses sols recouverts de moquette. Il dispose d'une piscine et d'une salle de sport, ainsi que d'un bar et d'un restaurant.

L'emplacement est central, accessible pour se promener dans le vieux San Juan, sans avoir besoin d'un véhicule. Cependant, le service était médiocre et la chambre, bien que confortable, l'hygiène n'était pas la meilleure. D'après mon expérience, c'était les débuts et les adieux... 👋

Positive: Location was perfect Hotel staff very friendly Negative: Did not get balcony room like I was told we would get and paid for. Had to pay to park every day and walk a good distance to get to garage. Food was not great and no room service offered.

Great location, walking distance to all that Old San Juan has to offer. Friendly staff. Old hotel, in desperate need of renovation. Hall lighting could be better, paper thin walls, you can hear not only guests conversation but also every toilet flush. Windows where extremely dirty, they certainly have not been cleaned in a while. As a Puerto Rican, it saddens me to see that this hotel is not receiving any love from the owners. It has so much potential, it is right in front of the pier, where cruise ships dock. Marriot Corp, you have excellent staff at the hotel, but they can only do so much. Your neglect of this hotel is in full view of all guests and visitors, take responsibility for your lack of vision and turn this hotel into the great place it can be.

Pictures of rooms made the room look extremely spacious (booked the biggest room they have) and when you get in there it’s so tiny and compact we made a u-turn back to the front room expeditiously. Room was said to have a view of the bay and there wasn’t even an inch of water viewable from our room. Balcony was a joke. You couldn’t even put a chair folded up out there and close the door that’s how small it is.

The front desk misplaced our card on file. They handled the situation incredibly poorly. Two days into stay they cut off our room cards but didn’t tell us, someone tried to enter at 3am, then a call around 7:30 demanding to know “who I was” without identifying themselves. When I asked who they were they identified themselves and explained no card. Fine I prepaid for the room so I told them when I was dressed I would come down and give card again for security or whatever. But Not 15 mins later a knock at our door again and THEN then employee just enters when we didn’t answer right away. We have small children who are getting dressed at that moment. He has yet another notice about the card missing. I went down immediately and handled it. But so messy. They seemed to not be able to handle that I had two last names. Overall things I would normally look past small rooms, only 3 towels in room, small dirty window now seem like a good reason not to stay there again.

The most amazing staff ever, Angelica Novoa, Gladys Santiago, A. Morales, Pedro, Fernando & Jose. They were very attentive with our needs, immediately had a plan of action with an issue we had, which was immediately resolved, thanks to Angelica. Without a doubt you can count on each of them. Housekeeping did an awesome job with our room. Breakfast could have been better, you should offer Puerto Rican culture dishes, which are delicious.

Our stay at the Sheraton old San Juan in April 2022 was terrific. The location is excellent of course but the best part of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful. The people greeting us at the door, the check-in staff, the restaurant staff. Everyone went out of their way to help us with every request. And the manager in the restaurant, provided me with nuts for my oatmeal at my first breakfast at my request. The next morning he brought them to me without my saying a word. The rooftop swimming pool was also a delight. The parking was very inexpensive as well.

Loved this hotel! It was close to everything, nightlife, food, Old San Juan, everything was right there. The hotel was super clean, no issue went unresolved, they always responded right away, the staff was AMAZING, every single person I encountered the four days there, were all polite, amazing and super friendly. The gym and pool were also amazing, I was still able to get my workout in while on vacation. Overall, a beautiful and lovely experience, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I a 72yr old woman was traveling with my daughter who has CP and must use a wheelchair. Sheridan was so helpful and instrumental in making this trip hassle-free. Thanks for making her birthday and vacation the best ever.

Terrible wifi. I had more success tethering my phone. The other Sheraton properties nearby dont have this problem. Other accommodation in old town doesnt have this problem. As a platinum I expected an upgrade and ideally access to the club room and some other basic amenities (e.g. not entering my room when I said I preferred no housekeeping due to covid. Staff happily kept entering and doing a fine job but...). Staff were great, very warm and pleasant. Overall a great spot for two nights for personal travel but can not recommend for business.

Great location, but hotel is a little worn and frayed at the edges. Pretty dowdy hotel, grandma vibes. Rooftop and pool are great though. Hotel needs a refresh overall. Breakfast was not worth the price. Staff was good, but definitely over worked- reception almost never answered the phones as they were so busy checking in guests- they definitely need more hands on deck.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for sure. All of Old Town is available to you after a reasonably cheap (about 25) cab ride from the airport. The front desk and Valet staff are incredible. The view from the pool is great. My only "heads up" would be the limited F&B options on site. Currently the hotel is only serving a breakfast buffet. No dinner options available in the hotel and the attached bar/coffee shop was also closed the entire time i was at the hotel. Don't underestimate the value of the Walgreens right next door and also The food at Senor Frogs is excellent. All type of local food is just out the door and a short one or two block walk.

Is a good experience to stay in this hotel, we have been here several times. My concern is that the Palio Rest is open only for breakfast, I think is a must to open for lunch and dinner. Aroma and Wine lounge is the place off hours but the food menu is limited even that personal is 100. This time the water in the bathroom tub was not working properly, no balance between cold and hot water. Is a good experience in San Juan, PR to stay here.

The hotel is in a great location but several shops but…… the hotel needs to be remodeled . The hotel is not up o date for the rates they are charging . The front desk clerks struggle with explaining things because of language barriers , the rooms are just okay, we were told our room wouldn’t be ready and we arrived at 6pm. Rooms are traditionally ready by 3pm . We paid for a ocean view and it was ocean view alright ?! Looking through wooden blinds to take pictures . The rooms in the phone looks like it’s from the 1980s and does not work. Besides being in a good spot i wouldn’t stay here if I returned

Out of this world comfy bed ! Aside from that , zero stars ! Dirty pool , restaurant closed for “inventory” on my first night , so no dinner . Room wasn’t ready an hour after check in time , no clean linens or towels brought daily , room was never cleaned over a three day stay … breakfast features no main carb ( pancakes , waffles , French toast ) just sides … rooms guarantee a balcony with a view and the only rooms containing balconies are the suites which weren’t available when I asked why I was deceived and could I pay the difference to switch . I have asthma and panic attacks and a balcony is essential ! The location was ideal to bars , food and great overall walking views of old San Juan . But the hotel was overall displeasing , the pool area was dirty and needs remodeling and kids remained in the hot tub until 10pm each night …

The staff was very friendly & accommodating. We witnessed so many other travelers being extremely rude & over demanding towards them & they always took care of them with a smile & politeness. Our room was extremely clean as was the rest of the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk was attentive and always pleasant. Upon check-in, I realized our safe was broken they quickly sent maintenance to fix it. Every time I called the front desk seeking guidance or suggestions they were very helpful. The only thing disappointing was that I had called twice a week before checking in to request a high floor and that request was not honored. I also requested a late check out which also was not honored. Other than that I truly enjoyed my stay.

Our stay here was great! From the moment we walked in until we departed we found all of the staff to be very accommodating an extremely helpful. Of special note, Jose from the maintenance department was a pleasure to meet. He stated he had been working at the hotel for 19 years and his dedication and commitment to the facility was evident. Also, the view from our room overlooking the cruise terminal was spectacular.

We stayed 2 nights as we were attending a friend's wedding. Location was great, with everything in Old San Juan within walking distance, although easy to access also by car or uber/taxi. Restaurants all very closely, and the premises were very nice too. Breakfast service was good, as was the food. Super nice views from pool area and restaurant. A very pleasant stay.

Celebrated our 15th anniversary and had a great stay. We had a bay view room on the 7th floor and the view was excellent. The hotel provided a full breakfast but does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. The hotel pool nd jacuzzi is nice but small. The hotel is close to the port and San Juan. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You can rent a scooter, bike or Uber to get around. All in all, it's a nice place to spend a quite weekend getaway for couples not family.

The Sheraton in Old San Juan Puerto Rico has a great location. The staff was amazing. Very very helpful and accomidating. The breakfast( included), was great. The room was cleaned daily and well. The sheets were white as snow. The maintenance was lacking. Example: caulking in the bathroom and vent were not replaced. The rug in the bedroom and seat were past their time. The rugs and seats in the public areas were nice and clean. My cell phone calls and emails were not working. My friends were. Please confirm with your phone carrier. The price was fine. It included breakfast. I must stress: THE STAFF WAS AMAZING..LIKE FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé au coeur du vieux San Juan, parfait pour visiter. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. La literie est parfaite. Le personnel accueillant et très agréable. Très bonne expérience je recommande !!
