  Le seul inconvénient de cet hôtel, ce sont leurs climatiseurs de fenêtre, toute la nuit, ils s'allument et s'éteignent encore et encore et le bruit qu'ils font en le faisant vous réveille.

  This is a very clean place with super friendly staff willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Rooms are a bit small but amenities and cleanliness makes up for it. Be prepared to pay for parking as it is not on premises.

  Les pedi el favor si me podian guardar las maletas un día antes de mi llegada y no aceptaron supuestamente por cuestiones de "seguridad", lo he hecho en otros hoteles y no he tenido el problema, ademas la atención en recepción no fue amable. El elevador y las alfombras de los pasilos de las habitaciones en mal estado.

  The location is great It is close to numerous restaurants and other shopping stores. The front desk staff was very polite, friendly and professional. The room was very clean. The breakfast was about average. Overall, it is a good hotel!

  The staff were the best part of staying here, hands down! Friendly and accommodating to the best of their ability, they did their best to salvage an otherwise lackluster experience. The facilities need some desperate upgrades (which we noticed a sign stating renovations were in the works). Some of the downsides were the constant street flooding during rain. The pool (while accessible until 10PM) was really only usable between 9-10:30am and 12:30-2pm, which we discovered were the times when the sun was unobstructed by neighboring buildings. It is also unheated which makes night swimming a bit of a cold drag. Some of the positives were the beds are very comfortable and I slept well throughout my stay. The AC was strong and kept us comfortable in the modest heat. The Smart TV's were integrated with our reservation, which made the checkout process quick and painless. And the breakfast/rec area/business center were accessible 24/7. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, which were clean and convenient for storing leftovers or beverages.Overall this was a mixed bag for me. I will probably try this hotel again for a short stay visit purely based on the amazing staff, but will probably upgrade to a more premium hotel with better fixtures and amenities for any stay longer then the weekend trip. Note: There is no onsite restaurant and hotel is limited to only breakfast. However, the food was served fresh every morning and the hostess and other kitchen staff were equally amazing in their service.

  This HIX pleasantly surprised me. We got off a cruise and arrived at 8 am. Front Desk man stored our luggage, and we got a taxi to go to El Morro and Old San Juan. He called me about 11:00a.m. saying our room was ready. Front desk staff, breakfast staff and everyone were very friendly and helpful. Great surprise is they have Beach access with free lounges & unbrellas. It is not listed on their webpage. Hotel looked like it had been recently renovated and was clean and breakfast was typical but very attention & good service.

  This hotel has some of the friendliest staff I have encountered which partially make up for the amenities which are dilapidated. The gym is old and equipment is missing critical parts. There is no parking, you are forced to pay to park at a parking garage which is inconvenient based on their hours (0700 -0001). The rooms are standard Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast is not to the normal standard (limited food items and no self-service) and has hours which cater to persons on vacation (0630 - 1000) juxtaposed against those of us here on business. No coffee is available outside of breakfast hours. I needed earlier breakfast hours to coincide with my work requirements, but no concession was available. I was simply seeking coffee. The staff is overtly friendly and dedicated to doing all they can to support the guests. I stayed this period for two weeks but will have stayed for two months at the end of my tour. Long term guests, especially IHG members, should be recognized for their loyalty, this did not happen. Overall, the excellent staff, location, and cost make this hotel attractive. The down sides are the amenities, the parking, and the state of the remodel. The street just South of the hotel floods horribly and is impassible by automobile (car). An SUV or truck might make it through.

  The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. The beach area was not ideal, as it closed at 5pm, and the chairs were in disrepair. I wish it had stayed open later and offered better seating. But overall it was great!

  The hotel is right in the heart of the tourist section of Condado. The area us walkable and close to a beach and restaurants. No parking at the hotel, but close by. Wonderful breakfast choices available. The mini mart in the lobby is well stocked.

  We have stayed in this hotel a few times on our visits to San Juan and gave been very happy with service and hotel. Unfortunately at this time the hotel is under going an upgrade so work was taking place outside our room all day from early morning. Over night an air conditioning unit in the corridor outside our room went on and off every 20 mins. We got no sleep.. The hotel staff are as friendly as ever but be aware of dust and noise in the near future. Luckily we used points for this stay or we would have been very disappointed.

  I travel for business a minimun of six times a year to Puerto Rico and love staying at the HEI Condado. It is convenient to anything you could possibly need and is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, casinos, coffee shops and drug stores not to mention the beach! The staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to make me feel welcome and accommodate my every need. I don't know what kind of matresses they use but they are extemely comfortable and I always get a great nights sleep!

  The hotel is in a great location, close to all restaurants and beaches. Hotel stuff are really nice and provided great service. the hot breakfast are nice. There is no hotel parking, but there is a parking garage right across the street from the hotel. It's very convenient and feels like hotel parking.

  Looked like we paid much less than other guests at hotels in the same vicinity. Our room was updated and nice, gym had enough for a good workout, jacuzzi was warm, breakfast was a nice free bonus and staff were accommodating and quick to respond and help out.

  Professional and friendly staffs. Very clean room and around the site. Convenient location, just a few steps to the convention center. Would recommend this hotel but would ask to have my room on the other side from the court yard since they have loud music late at night and I’m a early bed person.

  We had two problems with our reservation. Both were my fault, but the staff was perfectly gracious and resolved the issues. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were among the best we’ve ever encountered! The bathroom shower is beautiful. The bathroom door is very difficult and very noisy to slide open & closed. I think it may still be under renovation. We are from the States and are used to much larger accommodations, but we’re told this room size is standard for most places outside the US.

  I reserved and checked at the hotel late at night after being denied check-in to my original hotel due to some confusion. And the front-desk staff at Holiday Inn Express, although having a long tiring day for himself, did honor my request and quickly provided me a very good room on the top floor with a great view. Super comfortable bed, mattress and pillows were such a good thing to retire for the night only to be greeted as politely at the breakfast every morning. The toiletries are good and enough for the stay, and cleanliness is super. Although all amenities were there, since it is a business hotel, I would also expect them to have a common shoe polish machine in the lobby/reception.

  We are pretty loyal to HI Express hotels, but this one did not meet their standards. After check in, we discovered only one elevator was in service… and it sounded like it was on its last leg. We stepped off the elevator on our floor and the carpet looked like someone had spilled a whole Pot of coffee and then sanded Sheetrock and never tried to clean it up. This stayed this way our whole visit. The elevator was never worked on during our stay either. We tried to take the stairs to avoid the elevator, but the stairs near us literally had holes in the concrete and you could see the floor below! Our room was small and clean, but when we went to use the bathroom we couldn’t believe it. The toilet was so close to the wall we had to sit sideways to avoid our knees hitting the wall. The room was so damp nothing dried. My wet shirt was as wet in the morning as when I went to bed…. I even hung it over our fan the second day but it made no difference. And guess what, their laundry room was “broke” so we couldn’t use the dryer. They know there is a problem as there were dehumidifiers all over the common spaces and hallways. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

  Customer service is excellent. Clean. New. Convenient location. They have an extra shopping snacks and food area where you can pay yourself and has a variety of healthy real food and beverages and not only trash and chips. They helped me ad an extra day and they show will to get things done. Excellent customer service.

  Ils m'ont livré la chambre tard mais ils m'ont donné plusieurs options pour corriger le détail. Excellents employés dans tout l'hôtel, très sympathiques. Hôtel récemment rénové.

  The rooms are small compare to the many other Holyday Inns that I have stayed, but overall they are clean and nice. The staff is polite. The biggest issue we had was the mildew smell in the room and it is not because the hotel is near the beach or because the weather of the island is humid. This is the excuse that the staff will use, but the reality is that they have a mildew problem that needs to be fixed ASAP. They told us when we book that they have humidifiers in the rooms, but we did not see one. We had a second reservation at this property and we had to cancel because we were beginning to feel sick due to this strong smell. We ended booking at a different hotel right by the beach and the rooms did not have the mildew smell, so believe me it is not because of the beach or the island weather like they will try to make you believe. The parking has hours of operation, you cannot enter or exit if they are closed, not a huge issue but good to know and keep in mind if you are planning to leave the property very early in the morning or return to the hotel late at night. So will I return or recommend?? Only if they can fix the mildew problem.

  Overall, I had a good experience at the Holiday Inn at Condado San Juan. The location was excellent!! The hotel was very close to the Main Street and to Condado beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate my request for two beds. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It also had a mini fridge which came in handy. Free breakfast was also nice and a pretty good selection of items to choose from. My only concerns: I had some problems with the shower leaking water all over the floor. The whole floor I was staying on smelled like mildew. No free or even discounted parking. I suggest more juice and coffee creamer options, cold milk for cereal for the breakfast.

  I will never stay here again. The rooms are damp feeling but tolerable. Breakfast starts at 7:00 and they mean it. Not 6:55. Not 6:56, etc. 7:00. The food will be sitting there and you can't have any. No coffee available until, you guessed it, 7:00. Parking is $20 a day. This is understandable given the location, but the parking deck is closed (and locked-up) from Midnight until 7:00. You can't get in. You can't get out. Never again.

  Great location. Easy to find. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Short distance from from old San Juan and the air port. Parking is a challenge if you have a rental. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

  The hotel did not Recognize IHG Reward Club Standards nor accept points. They did not live up to any of the IHG standards. The rooms were not comfortable, outlets did not work. Linens were of poor quality, Towels were very thin and small. Smells of Mold and Bug spray permeated the entire facility.

  This hotel is subpar at best. No parking. No close 24 hour accessible parking. Serious potential mold issue. The halls were wet and being dried. Our bathroom leaked everywhere. We noticed other customers with soaked bathroom towels in the hall as well. No readily available swim towels.

  Positive: Staff was nice and accommodating. Remote private beach area was a plus. Negative: Tiny Room & barroom. Floor is not vacuumed and mopped until we asked. Hotel outdated with humid smelling even with air purifier everywhere. Breakfast not much choice everyday. Parking $20/day should be covered by hotel. Street is flooded every night.

  The best thing for this hotel is the location in San Juan. It's very close to many attractions and activities, and Uber rides to those locations were very low. However, the hotel itself is lacking in the following areas: -Cleanliness in the room and overall in general. -HVAC improvements. The current AC and dehumidifier units are very loud. -Breakfast. -Recognition of IHG status and benefits during stay. -Better instructions for access to the beach.

  Positive: Comfortable bed, a lot of space in the room, great customer service and great location. Negative: The shower door was not installed properly which caused the water to soak up the floor. Had to put down many towels. Hotel was aware provided a lot of towels. The AC was on a timer. Would be on then cut off every 10 minutes it felt like.

  The hotel is convenient - one block from the beach. I didn't see it listed on the website, but they have a dedicated area a little way down the beach with chairs and towels for guests. I loved that. Bed was comfortable. Room was a nice size with great storage, a mini fridge and microwave. Great for a long stay.

  In a nutshell, the hotel was small and simple. The outside, the building, the A.C. units, and the windows were dated, old and dirty. There is no free parking, so if you have a vehicle, be prepared to pay for parking across the street. The lobby was okay, but the elevators were extremely small and tight (it could fit four grown adults comfortably if no one had any bags or luggage) I would not recommend for a claustrophobic individual. Our floor was dark, wet and humid. A large humidifier welcomed us on our first day there, and was on for a few days. Because of the dark blue designs on floor's hallway, it made the entire hall very dark and depressing. However, our room was very bright because it had a very large window (although it was a bit dirty). The room felt small, especially with the size of the furniture used, but it was clean and parts of it was noticeably renovated (except the mini-fridge, the closet and the safe: those were old and rusty) . We found out early that our bathroom sink was leaking and causing water to pool onto the bathroom floor. We got someone to fix it up, but afterwards, it continued to leak but a lot less. Our bathroom drain was also badly clogged but we decided to unclog it ourselves (not a pretty sight)! In the last few days of our stay, there was some major water leak that was pouring out of the ceiling and lights in the lobby, so we had to share the lobby with trash bins collecting water. I hope that gets resolved. In all, it was a decent stay. We appreciated the location of the hotel and the staff, but we cannot see ourselves returning nor recommending it.

  If you are planning a trip to San Juan, I'd note that this isn't on the beach but has beach access (pictures can be misleading) and service at least for my stay was slow. I waited over an hour to check in as another guest had a challenge and all 3 staff members spent their time attending to it as did another person. After waiting they didn't apologize for the wait or thank me for my status which normally is not a big deal but after that long of a wait it was underwhelming. The room however was clean and comfortable so I'm sure many will enjoy their stay.

  Positive: The location and the staff were wonderful Negative: The noise level was fairly high because the doors to the rooms don¿t exactly have a lot of privacy. Also the elevator was malfunctioning a bit while I was there. Small things that didn¿t really affect the rating though

  Positive: good location. price is reasonable. rooms were comfy and clean with smart TV that was easy to use. Lobby store had many useful items. Desk clerk knew way around town and was helpful with directions. Negative: Parking here is a challenge. There is a pay lot across the street, but be aware it closes from 12 midnight to 7AM. (we had a 5 AM fishing trip and were unable to get up to our car to get our rods .... had to call an Uber and borrow fishing poles!)

  This hotel in Condado is walking distance to the beach and it was nice to window shop along Ashford Ave. It is close to the old Forts - Castillo San Cristobal and Felipe del Morro, and old San Juan. It is a great location. The staff did their best to accommodate and provide good service, from check-in and breakfast, while being very wary of the Omicron variant. As a platinum member, I am usually spoiled by the larger size room I get whenever I book with IHG in the US, the room I got in Condado was a regular standard size with 2 queen bed. A step down from the usual amenities no doubt but still a nice familiar setting and service nevertheless. Thank you.

  No warm water in the bathroom for two days. The room wasn't cleaned. The air conditioning is so loud that I couldn't sleep at night. The doors in the hallway shut as loudly as in a military barracks and startle me from falling asleep. Breakfast is like pig feeding. Some of the breakfast had to be taken while standing. The scrambled eggs crumbly and very dry. The meat (Bacon Ham?) Was indefinable. Everything in plastic, no cups or knives, no normal plates, just plastic bowls. Finally, the door to the room was locked. The technician had to fix the electronics. It's a shame that such a property bears the name Holiday Inn Express. Those three nights were nowhere near worth the money.

  This hotel was not 5 star but for us it was centrally located 5 minutes from the beach and around many good restaurants and casinos. We stayed two nights before leaving on a cruise. It had everything we needed clean comfortable room,the only downside was our sink it was quite small no vanity space which was no big deal. It has a fridge, microwave and a safe. Breakfast was good many choices of doughnuts muffins eggs etc. the front desk had very pleasant workers,

  Despite their best efforts, this hotel falls short. Old and well worn, ok breakfast but short of staff: example out of coffee, no place to sit - had to stand for breakfast. Fairly good location- close to beach and good restaurants, but for the price I’ll stay at the newer and closer competition next time.

  The staff were pleasant. The room was clean but the odor of sewerage was strong in the bathroom. Room was recently renovated but the quality of work was very poor. Bathroom caulking was terrible on the shower, the shower had no door so water freely flowed onto the floor, brand new wood flooring buckling and coming up in areas so when I walked around the floor cracked and moved, tile edges in bathroom unfinished. And finally, I had to empty the humidifier 3 times during a 12 hour stay or water pooled on the floor from overflow. The breakfast prepared food was nasty, had to keep it to toast and a banana.

  This hotel had by far the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful anytime I needed to ask for anything. Great location close to the busy restaurants, fun beaches, and shopping of Condado. Excellent value for the price.

  All in all I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express condado. The rooms were very modern and clean, the hotel as a whole was very clean, as staff were consistently cleaning common areas and surfaces which I liked very much. As for being near the main strip where the loud bars are, I have to say I didn’t hear a peep, it’s was very quiet in the hotel and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only area that needs improvement was the breakfast. Which I have to say was pretty mediocre at best, the selection was very limited and what was served was not very good. There was a lack of fresh dairy products and on both mornings we were staying there the eggs were very watery. But overall that was the only downside to saying at this hotel. I’d still come back and recommend this hotel anyone traveling to San Juan on a budget to stay here.

  Close to shopping, dining and beach. Walkable. Hotel was clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Pool area could use some updating and treated for insects. Breakfast was decent and more of a selection than we anticipated. Configuration of shower doors allowed water on bathroom floor. Overall, a good value. Would stay again.

  The King room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The window treatments are good for darkening the room if you want to sleep in. I was thankful to have the mini fridge and microwave automatically included in the room. The front desk staff was friendly as well as the housekeeping staff. Both were very accommodating. During our stay one of the two elevators was out of order,and the one that was in service consistently got stuck on a floor. The hotel had a sign posted that stated one guest per elevator so the line for the elevator became long unless people allowed others to ride the small elevator with them. The walk to the beach was about 7 minutes and I felt safe no matter what time I took the walk there were always others along the route. This hotel is close to many other hotels, shops, and restaurants. This particular area gets busier as the night progresses so I felt safe walking at night by myself. I would return to this hotel.

  My overall stay was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. My room seemed very clean and disinfected. The bed was very comfortable and so were the variety of pillows (from soft to firm). My only issues were the tv reception which I was told is simply how the signal is received in the area (not sure that I believe that), and the fire alarm that went off intermittently for a few seconds - once around 3am! However, I would definitely stay at this property again, especially because of the staff.

  All the cautions are taken in the hotel to keep you safe, there are disinfecting wipes everywhere and hand sanitizer on each floor’s hallway. Everyone was super polite but kept social distance at all times. Very quiet, perfect to relax and the partial view of the ocean from the bed made it very special as well. Each morning breakfast was different and balanced. The lady bringing the breakfast every morning was super sweet, always asking if we needed more coffee. The front desk agents were super fast and nice too. The housekeeper made always sure I had anything I needed so that she didn’t have to go into the room, that made me feel safer too... I had a great time!

  Bien situé, proche de quelques commerces et de plusieurs restaurant (à qq min de marche). Beau et propre, calme Salle de déjeuner spacieuse et accueillante Petit déjeuner self service copieux Accueil hyper chaleureux Seuls bémols : pas de stationnement gratuit et pas de vue

  Nous avons été bien reçu et dans l'ensemble c'était agréable, par contre il n'y avait pas de verrou sur la porte de la salle de bain et la douche coulait un peu
