  Les choix de repos une excellente option. Le Rissoto de Gandules délicieux. Comme toutes les options qu'ils proposaient pour le dîner du réveillon de Noël. La phénoménale crème brûlée au nougat. L'attention d'Alejandra est excellente.

  Excellent endroit pour passer une bonne nuit. Parking accessible et sécurisé. Le bar est confortable et une atmosphère accueillante. Le casino est assez grand, avec une variété de machines et des serveurs très serviables. La musique et les gens et la nourriture exquise.

  Positive: Friendly staff Delicious breakfast Negative: They don¿t have electric vehicles charger, neither they will let you charge using a 110 outlet. It¿s very noisy everywhere and you can hear everything in your room. The accessible rooms are very far from the elevator which makes absolutely no sens

  The hotel was nice. However, the service was very poor. Our room was not ready at the 3 PM check-in time that was provided in the confirmation email. I was told by Ariel that 3PM is a start time for check in, not the check in time. The room was not ready until after 4PM. Our room was not serviced, nor were we provided with requested clean towels for our entire 5 day 4 night stay. We requested clean towels on 2 occasions in the early morning hours and upon returning to our room in the evening nothing was provided. Luckily we were able to catch a housekeeper in the hallway on couple of occasions to obtain clean towels. On the fourth day of our stay, I inquired about why our room had not been serviced. I was told that the room is only serviced after the third night of your stay. Being that it was currently the fourth day of our stay, I requested that the room be serviced and fresh towels provided, still nothing happened. The hotel and amenities were nice. However, the poor service provided by the hotel was very disappointing!

  The staff of the Sheraton were friendly and professional at all times. The proximity to the T-Mobile outdoor area made it easy to find places to eat after a long day of work, however, the on-site restaurants were excellent and made our group not want to leave the hotel at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers looking for great service and a quiet atmosphere.

  The hotel is located to so much within walking or short drive. Housekeeping was fantastic. The service they gave was exactly what a hotel should deliver. Delfred in the lobby bar was a pleasure. I went two nights in a row and in the second night he remembered my drink order from the night before. Angelica at the Front Desk was so nice, I enjoyed my interactions with her.

  Room was comfortable and quiet, except on Friday night- music from 4th floor pool was loud, even on the 8th floor-- keep that in mind if you want a pool side room. Room should come with coffee maker- request it if you didn't get one! Nothing else free- no coffee or tea, no breakfast or snack, not even pool access. Ah, we did get 2 drink cards, but I would prefer breakfast, coffee, tea. Great salsa band on Saturday night. Staff was helpful. Area restaurants were unimpressive and expensive, though Metropol was good (inside hotel). I was there for work-- not really my style.

  Had a nice 6 night stay at the Sheraton. Its a great property with plenty to do. The pool area is very nice and the wait staff was on top of it down there. The shuttle to Old San Juan is a great plus. Nice, clean rooms. Hotel staff overall was accommodating and friendly. One thing I didn't like was having to ask for the 500 pt welcome gift. Another flaw was on the casinos part - almost impossible to find a cocktail waitress while I was gambling. Overall, had a great visit and would return.

  Even though the rooms have been redecorated, the hotel feels old. Pool was beautiful but lots of rust around. Food at all venues was very good! Spa was meh. No attention to detail. Broken faucet flopped around. Paper towel dispenser broken. Big roll sitting on counter. Lockers easily pulled open while locked. Treatment rooms way cold. Hotel is in good location for restaurants, but not close to any beach.

  From the moment we arrived at the hotel it was wonderful. We went to the hotel room which was beautiful and there was a surprise of champagne and strawberries for our anniversary! It was magical. The next morning was even better. We went to the pool and sauna and it truly felt like paradise! The amenities were perfect. Then we ate at the pool bar, the food was delicious and the service was great! It truly was a 5 star vacation! I cannot wait to go Back!

  Customer service at the hotel was exceptional. They were very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and neat. Very welcoming. However, be careful what you pay for. I made reservation for a bay view room and I was not given that particular room. I was told just because I reserved the bay view room (paid extra for it) it’s not a guarantee that will get it. That was very disappointing. The room and bathroom were clean and neat but needed a good upgrade for the price. TV was old couldn’t watch any streaming platform. Part of the curtain was missing and the pillows were stained. I think maybe they upgraded their common areas. Front desk and the pool area were neat and modern.

  First and foremost, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Since this was a special occasion for us (20th Anniversary trip) we had high hopes that the room would match the upscale price tag and offer a high-end experience. The hotel lobby, pool area and main common areas were exactly that. We arrived for our 8 night stay to find that our room phone was inoperable. A technician was sent to the room and was able to get it repaired in about an hour. He was great. The room itself left a LOT to be desired. The bathroom was antiquated. Water stains on the walls. Old, small household-type bathtub/shower. We found ourselves greatly disappointed in the room and ended up leaving after one night for a different property (AC Marriott Candado) that more closely matched what we were expecting. The property needs a major refresh when it comes to the rooms. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

  The check in process was easy. The desk clerk explained to us all our charges and let us know about the credits, where to use them, and everything else we needed to know about the hotel. The room was nice, the bed comfortable and I appreciated the desk as I was able to work remotely in comfort. The pool was great. I do not like that it closes at 10pm currently. I like that the hotel is located near the beach and also old San Juan.

  Accomodations are equal to a (very very expensive) roadside Motel. Super outdated for the price and our room overlooked a parking lot. Breakfast felt like the The Hunger Games (completely disorganized... huge line to even get to the waiting list). It's a mess. Complimentary Shuttle guy must be a figment of imagination, bc we tried to get picked up and dropped off twice and there wasn't any luck. Also, we found out the hard way that there's no way to get in touch with said shuttle/staff who can help out with shuttle. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are lovely... They would have been much more lovely/relaxing if there was a kids-only pool. There were a few days when the pool and jacuzzi were packed with kids. Was loud. Splashy. Felt like being at my local community pool. Major Pro: Service was awesome! Front desk is super accommodating and helpful. Wait staff in all restaurants are lovely (in spite of being super busy).

  It was a nice escape to go and relax for a while. The staff was excellent and all of our requests were met. As an Elite Bonvoy Member this was one of the best hotels in terms of making us feel appreciated. If you get a chance to upgrade to a suite take it, the extra space and bigger bathroom is a nice touch. The only downside for me was the parking which doesn't have direct access to the hotel since you have to go to the ground floor and cross the street to get to the hotel. Also, it looks like it's not managed by the hotel and we got no in/out privileges and $18 every time you go out adds up, also you can't use your guest card to go in/out of the parking. Other Marriott hotels have a flat daily fee for the parking.

  In my recent stay on the Sheraton many aspects were perfect. Location, Cleanliness,and value . The one thing that was above and beyond was the service of the staff. Valet room service, banquet. Every person on the staff was welcoming and courteous. No complaints about this hotel, but really great thing about it was their staff. Thanks for your service, and keep up the good work.

  A perfect stay while attending a conference. Our room was perfect, the conference accommodations were wonderful, and staff throughout aimed to please. Everything that is needed is nearby, great restaurants, casino, shops and shuttle service to the beach and Old San Juan. Cleanliness and protection is spot on throughout the facility. Our bathroom sink was slow to drain and within minutes, maintenance was completed. It was a perfect place to have our conference and enjoy San Juan if we ventured out, or just stay in and enjoy the pool area, outdoor bar and entertainment.

  I have stayed at the top hotels worldwide and the Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel and Casino ranks amongst the top. Not only are all the staff attentive, professional and focused on making your experience a memorable stay but the facilities are kept impeccable. If you are a foodie, as I am, you have to try their Latin Asian Tacos at the pool bar, amazing and I miss them already. The var and wait staff at the pool are exceptional. The hotel restaurant Choices serves an amazing breakfast right now, lunch and dinner to open back up soon, and the staff are prompt without being hovering. If you are looking for a snack or treat then the Cafe is your place. Fresh fruit, snacks, sandwiches, beverages, I have tried them all. Every night I skip dessert if I am out to dinner to save room for the best gelato on the island. My new favorite is cornbread with actual cornbread swirled in the gelato. Whether you are a pool person, a beach person or an action-adventure person the Sheraton is local to everything. It is my go to place and has been for many years.

  We stayed July 21st-26th. I was with a group of 20. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff from front desk,and the cafe were so nice and accommodating. The pool was amazing. The scene in general was so upbeat. The only thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping went by once during our stay. Other then that overall stay was amazing.
