    J'ai trouvé l'hôtel plutôt sympa, il est proche de l'aéroport, la propreté dans les chambres est super bien, le personnel est très cordial, et les équipements sont très bien, j'ai eu l'occasion de discuter avec un des employés qui s'appelle Luis Rosado , il était assez sympathique et je me sentais très heureux en tant que touriste, je reviendrais vraiment 🙏

    Positive: The car attendants were excellent, they assisted in loading and unloaded our luggage. When asked to retrieve our car, they promptly responded. They greeted us no matter what time we arrived! Negative: I was at the hotel 6 days, my room was cleaned once. The card key was inoperable due to battery running out of charge, thus had to take my suitcases down and up again. Had to call maintenance because the tv remote needed batteries so didn¿t sleep!

    L'endroit est stratégiquement situé près de l'aéroport (pas plus de 10 minutes, pas de circulation) et très proche du vieux San Juan. Le parcours est très beau et sûr pendant la journée, même si vous devez considérer que la nuit, il peut être très différent et il devient dangereux de sortir, à cause des sans-abri et de la solitude des rues. L'attention a toujours été très gentille, je laisse 4 étoiles pour le fait que vous devez demander le nettoyage de la chambre tous les jours, et malgré l'avoir demandé, j'ai trouvé ma chambre comme je l'avais laissée quelques jours pendant mon séjour.

    Well located in Miramar and that's basically all the good things you can say. Old furniture and style, noisy rooms, heavily outdated. Needs an urgent upgrade, I would never choose this hotel again if I go to San Juan

    Arrived late (2AM) and messaged the front desk prior to arrival to ensure a rollaway bed was places in our room. They assured me there would be one waiting for us. When we got to the room there was no rollaway bed. Went back to the front desk and after slowly searching they said they didn’t have a key to the room the beds were in. One of our children slept on the floor of our two room suite. Very little urgency with any service or request. The staff made us feel like we were bothering them. Entire hotel needs serious updating.

    The only good thing was the hotel was clean. The room was outdated and the bathroom was a joke,. The restaurant would not seat us. Hotel NEVER advised that reservations were needed even if you were staying at the hotel. Sad but we will never stay at this hotel again.

    Hotel employees don’t show pride to work. It’s palpable they don’t want to be there. Zero professionalism. Lack of respect. It’s a property which appears to cater to backpackers, spring breakers, etc. Probably the standards of quality in Puerto Rico have lowered that this is fine.

    We loved the neighborhood and that there were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a movie theater, grocery store and pharmacy within a block or two. We went to Casita Miramar for dinner, and were so happy with this choice. The restaurant is beautiful and the food delicious. For breakfast less than one block away was La Pradera. We ate there for $15 including tip. It was a great find. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again.

    Wonderful experience! Pro: Special thanks to Mrs. Cinthia (Cindy). She went above and beyond to ensure that my short suspense unique reservation was made over the phone as I had issues with using the app. Praise to the team, they really made a difference. Con: Only issue I encountered was that the ice maker machines not working in 3rd & 5th floors. Get them fixed ASAP, mitigating recommendation is to inform guest upon checking in. Pro: The front staff, guard, and valet parking representatives were amazing and extremely professional. I will return and recommend others to stay there.

    Excellent location. Rooms are small. Doesn't feel like a Courtyard property. Elite Status not recognized. Housekeeping lax. Won't be returning as there are plenty of better options in San Juan.

    The staff could not have been nicer. I use Marriott for business. I have come to expect a certain quality from the brand. This hotel was a dump. The furniture was beat up. The walls were dirty. The bathroom door didn't close. The elevator was not working. We had to chase down clean towels. The bathoom was tiny.

    Customer service was great, very attentive, helpful and friendly. The building needs to be updated; carpet was torn and stained. The bathroom doesn’t have exhaust fan and some furniture in the room was broken.

    We were coming in for two nights before leaving on a cruise. This hotel was located conveniently for everything we wanted to do. The dates room was spacious and clean. The pullout couch was worn out but we didn’t need it anyway. Staff was great. The Comodor restaurant was very good. There is a coffee shop just around the corner which everyone should visit.

    We stayed here for a couple of nights while doing a tour of the island. The staff was amazing, but the building needs urgently to be renovated. We didnt had enought time to change rooms as we had busy schedules and would only stay for two nights, but from the common areas it seems maintenance and upkeep are not priority. Not worth the price we paid.

    El servicio, en general, es bueno y el personal muy amable. La limpieza es adecuada y se coordina en función de las necesidades del pasajero. El servicio de desayuno debería comenzar antes de las 07:00 AM para evitar que varios huéspedes estén llegando a esa hora.

    Todo el hotel super limpio , el personal completo muy amable y cordial, nos hicieron sentir en casa.     The bathroom countertop fell on top of me while I was on the toilet. There was no hot water in my room and I was up charged more than my original reservation upon arrival. When I asked to report the incident I was told to wait for the manager on duty the following morning. I never spoke to a manager and I was also locked out of my room exactly at 12pm while I was at the poolside. My keycard couldn’t be reactivated while I awaited to speak to a manager and I had to have security let me in my room to retrieve my things as I was told I had to make a decision on the spot if I was extending my stay. I have never been so embarrassed before I’m my life. Also I’ve never experienced such poor customer service.

    Room needs updating kinda old, room and bathroom was very small. Front desk and housekeeping staff was great! Pool had to much chlorine and towels was hard not soft.

    Not a warm and inviting Courtyard which unusual. No encounters of friendly helpful staff. We used Google for locations, dining and entertainment. I've never had this type of experience with any Marriott properties in 30 yrs of traveling.

    I stayed here for one night only due to flight getting cancelled. I would not have chose this hotel for my vacation because i like resort style hotels. This hotel charges you a resort fee although it's no where near a resort. However, we really enjoyed hot friendly and accommodating the staff were. The food at their restaurant and surrounding resturants was good.

    I had another reservation at a different hotel -which lied to us and told us all 7 could fit in 2 rooms (when we arrived they wanted us to book an additional 2 rooms because of covid protocol for an additional $800+ for one night ). We had to scramble and switch hotels and the courtyard got us in quickly to 2 rooms. Would definitely go back! The Asian zing wings were amazing as well!

    Courtyard Miramar was an affordable option in a good location. The building was old and "emergency construction" caused the small pool to be closed all weekend and we heard loud banging from the guest rooms. Only 1 elevator resulted in long waits to get up/down from the room, and food spills were not cleaned promptly.

    We were a group of 10 family members. None of us had a pleasant stay there. The building is going through construction and we were woken up to banging and grinding at the wee hours of the morning. Our rooms were not service till the third day. When we called the front desk for towels and a hair dryer because the room did not have one, it took forever to get one. We actually ended up borrowing one from my sister. Also parking is a pain. The room was clean when we arrived. And it was comfortable till the banging started happening.

    Bon service et amabilité à la réception et au restaurant. Différentes et bonnes options au menu, prix abordables. Chambre très propre et confortable. J'ai voyagé pour le travail donc je n'ai pas beaucoup vu les environs mais il y a des transports accessibles et en taxi on peut se rendre rapidement à San Juan.

    Not the Marriott you are used to on main land. But it lives up to it’s 3* rating just fine. Definitely great first impression before you hit up all the local Airbnbs and get cultural shock. One elevator only means that you will have to wait for it to be empty during rush hours. Pool is rather small.

    Our stay was amazing! Lee and Moses and the rest of the staff helped us so much since the moment we entered their doors. It was the perfect location to get to the other locations we wanted to visit in PR as well as the beach. This will be our place to stay while we make PR our home away from home!

    Firstly, our room was not fully cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, old used shampoo & conditioner bottles were not replaced. Towels were dirty. The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed perhaps in months (visibly dirty and felt really unclean). Would never stay at this hotel again- possibly do business with Marriott if this how the rest of their international hotels are run- truly disgraceful.

    This hotel isn’t close to the beach. It was about a 6-9 minute drive down to condado beach, the restaurant in the hotel is so good, pool area was clean and pool was cute. The rooms are clean and the cost to stay here was affordable for a quick girls trip. I’d definitely stay here again. It was a good bargain.

    The staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. The Comedor restaurant inside the hotel was great. But for this to be an Marriott property, I was surprised it looked the same at it did. The hotel needs renovations to the rooms, hallways. Lightening is very dim throughly the hotel. The only nice area was the lobby.

    Great hotel, awesome location, safe neighborhood and good coffee shops around. some of the security guards were annoying about the masks over the nose while others were perfectly flexible with it. Let it go, most people are vaccinated and 2 minutes exposure in the lobby won’t do anything anyway.

    Was in San Juan for work and stayed at this hotel for 12 nights. The hotel staff and the restaurant were excellent for the price of accommodations. Lots of noisy vacation/party people in the hotel, but it's San Juan and close to the beach, so this is to be expected. Was told that housekeeping would be every three days, but that seemed to be hit or miss. Still, with all of the COVID restrictions, how can anyone complain about this. Was very satisfied with my stay, and expect that I will stay there again. For the location, I'd say this hotel is an excellent value compared to the rates of similar hotels in the area.

    First it’s takes too long to check in. I’m a 8 months pregnant and having to stand in a line for 30 mins or more is ridiculous. Takes to long for carts to come pick you up. Not enough staff in hand. People who works in the restaurants on the resort are rude and unprofessional. Overall I enjoyed the luxury of the rooms. There was not one microwave on the resort which is an inconvenience for people you have babies and to bottle feed or even warm up food. These things needs to be fixed. I will come back to visit but I will stay at another location with better accommodations to suite my family before visiting again.

    The restaurants in the area are ok. The area is a little sketchy with an abundance of homeless people. The staff is friendly. One of the security guards (misplaced his name) was the best asset of this facility. He was great at welcoming the guests. I had a large load of items, some sentimental, and he went out of his way to help me carry them all the way to my room. Get a room as far from the elevator as possible. It is very loud. The ice machines work sporadically. I had a hard time getting wash cloths. The gym is really a "micro gym". The channels on the room TV were not accurately labeled, and the TV in the micro-gym was barely working.

    This small hotel is very centric to multiple attractions and amenities. IIt is walking distance to the beach, Condado area, food market and multiple restaurants. But most important is the friendliness of staff and overall cleanliness of facilities and room. My very minor complaint is the room supplies has only one very small shampoo bottle. You can get more and the staff will bring it to you quickly but for sure you will need more than one bottle if you stay more than 2 days.

    Stay was good! Staff were helpful when needing translation and also recommended restaurants and even called taxis for us. Rooms were fairly small and breakfast was not included. Location is okay. Would probably stay isla verde next time for convenience.

    It’s very clean and staff are very friendly and help you quick very nice as well. the pool is clean the gym is nice and you can also wash your clothes there’s a cafe/restaurant you can eat in by the pool side but there isn’t any breakfast included i wish there was. it was amazing though.

    Staff at check in were great and the room and facility were clean and modern. Covid protocols seem to affect different Bonvoy properties differently, and this property was very inhibited. No lobby tea service, need an escort to the gym or pool, no cups in the room (that one doesn't make any sense to me). The big issue was engineering couldn't seem to figure out how to get cold water out of the tap. When I first complained that no water was coming out of the cold tap, engineering fixed it so water came out, but it was scalding hot. Then I noticed the shower was only hot water, it was reported to engineering and the water got hotter! By then it was too late to deal with as we were exhausted so we had to go to bed without showering our sweaty and ocean salt crusted bodies. We were only there one night so no idea if they would have been able to fix the issue if we stayed longer. Again, desk staff were great, but not being able to shower or brew a cup of tea were major issues and the manager said she could not do anything to address. Not a cheap room, so I was overall disappointed with the stay.

    While I have stayed at other Courtyard Marriot properties in California, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Courtyard Miramar in San Juan on Ponce de Leon Blvd. First and foremost, I can't say enough about the Manager, Moises. He was awesome. Extremely helpful and kind. I had left some boots and a jacket in my room by accident and when I came back to stay before my departure 5 days later, the staff had stored them and returned them to me within one hour of my asking for them. The were logged into the lost and found and returned. The rest of the staff was very friendly and informative. While I know that the restaurant within the facility is a separate entity, I can't say enough about their excellent service. The manager during the day ( I am embarrassed I forgot her name) was on top of her game. I also came during the evening and the waitresses worked so very hard. I was so impressed, I thought these are the kinds of employees I would love to have for my business. I tipped them very well because they deserved every bit of it. It would be unfair not to point out the Valet personnel. Excellent service and helpful with directions. I was born in Puerto Rico and I speak the language, however, I also noticed everyone spoke excellent English. I stayed in various places while on the island and I will state unequivocally, the personnel made ALL OF THE DIFFERENCE. I will be traveling to Puerto Rico more and more on business and I will be staying at the Courtyard Miramar while in Sa Juan. It's location is very convenient.

    I would recommend you find out more about the room you're staying in. Request a room with ample space around Workstation/Desk so you can sit comfortably in a chair and Not the Bed which I was forced to do. Request a room AWAY from the Elevator as you will hear it going up and down all night long. Restaurant was the ONLY real Highlight for MY STAY. Staff and Food were excellent.

    there is a certain expectation coming from the states of the Marriott brand as far as cleanliness and this hotel did not meet that for us. you would think with COVID it would be extra cleaning but there was not. The staff was nice and enjoyed the restaurant

    If it’s your first time in PR, this location is a good choice. It’s in a local area so it is very easy to get around. Friendly concierge gave me great tips to book private cave tours. Pool area and rooftop are nice. Only thing that was lacking was the weak shower water pressure and the thin walls which one could hear noisy guests next door arguing. Concierge was very reactive when I called though and took care of it. Overall the hotel is a great price value.

    Staff was nice. However, it's an old building so expect some unpleasant things. I was a few rooms away from the elevator but could still hear it running, the toilet was an industrial toilet (like ones from public school) which couldn't be flushed unless the lid was closed. The rooms are very small and the furniture is a little gross. The exterior needs a good cleaning, the window was so dirty it wasn't pleasant looking outside.

    We stayed at the hotel the night before our cruise. It was a great clean hotel with a good location for us. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food and drinks were great but the server was slow. It took 45 mins for us to get our food. There was two people at the bar and our table that was it. The internet was down in our room so I went down to the front desk where she told me to go back to my room and phone her where she then would connect me to the internet company. I didn’t phone her because everyone was sleeping in my room. Overall the stay was great except a few minor things. I would definitely go back in the future !!

    I'm presently on an extended business trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico. My choice of hotel through a travel agent was rushed due to circumstances outside our control. Happily I landed at the courtyard by Marriott in Miramar, San Juan, Puerto Rico. To sum up, it's a good basic hotel with great staff and good food. More details: I've been here for approximately a month, and the staff has been excellent and friendly. Front desk staff have been helpful with dining recommendations and directions, which in my case has an added challenge because of food allergies and sensitivities. The housekeeping has been outstanding, the room clean and neat. Hotel restaurant staff have also been very accommodating, and the food very good. It is an older property, but appears well-maintained, and is located in a portion of San Juan that has a nice assortment of restaurants (featuring both local cuisine and higher end items), a small market, and other stores. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, and obviously closer by Uber or taxi. Also within what I consider to be reasonable walk, Up to 30 minutes, are numerous other portions of the community including Old San Juan (Historic District).

    We stayed at the Courtyard San Juan Miramar and were pleased overall with our stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was really friendly downstairs. The location is convenient and not too far from Old San Juan or the airport. The only real issues during our visit were the a/c which was malfunctioning and would shut off without fully cooling the room and the door connecting to another room (not our party) which had a loud baby crying during our last two nights. That was definitely keeping the experience from being excellent, but otherwise it was a good time. I would still stay here again, but be prepared for those kind of issues I suppose.

    Our family enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard. Very clean. Very attentive staff. Only real complaint was that toilet was too close to bath tub. Not much room. Second time we have stayed in this area of San Juan when going on a cruise.Same street. This was a much better hotel than the last one. This was our second time we have eaten at Los Pinos which is just down the street. Wonderful Puerto Rican Cuisine. Small grocery store also located just down the street. We purchased items for breakfast and ate in our rooms which was a big savings. Just a short drive from airport and cruise port. We used Puerto Rico Green Transportation for all of our transfers and loved them once again.

    We stayed a few days and it was great. You can safely, quickly and economically UBER anywhere in the San Juan area. The Hotel Staff is courteous and helpful letting you know where to go and patiently spelling places names when asked. Is not a luxury property but is very clean, centrally located, well staffed, near historic places and areas of night entertainment. The staff at our request told us how far to travel on foot and where/how to be safe. The hotel restaurant was very nice and the food and service very good. Front desk, maintenance and cleaning staff very cordial and helpful. Will stay here again without hesitation.

    It was an overall pleasant stay. I would like to say that the staff is top notch. The only issue I had was the outdated furniture in room. The bed itself was great, I slept VERY well during my extended stay. Room has a fridge therefore made it easy to store food. The one elevator was sometimes annoying but can be handled. I would recommend always calling valet ahead of time to have your car downstairs because it takes at least 15 minutes to get car from wherever they keep them.

    This hotel is in an excellent location: walking distance to some great restaurants and across the street from a supermarket. The swimming pool is small but lovely and peaceful. You can usually find a cab outside at the taxi stand or catch an Uber within about three minutes. Rooms are immaculately clean. Staff at the front desk are fantastic. They know the area well. On the minus side: There is only one elevator on the property, and waits for it can be exceedingly long. While the lobby is nice enough, rooms can be very small and are clearly in need of an update. Our room in particular had a weird quirk where the toilet seat needed to be held open and would slam shut as soon as you got up. Yikes! The water in the shower took forever too cool down to a bearable (not boiling) temperature, so we would have to let it run while we brushed our teeth and did our toilette and then finally entered the shower. Far from ideal or ecologically sound. Room was much smaller than what the Marriott website had advised when we made the reservation (no sofabed in room and certainly no room for it). Thank goodness for packing cubes, as we managed to place most of our packing cubes into the drawers in the room and place our (small) suitcases in the closet. Otherwise, we would not have been able to walk in the room. Bottom line: the room was small and poorly designed, but the hotel is in a good location and the staff is excellent.

    Have stayed at this hotel multiple times with no problems. Last week I made a mistake in my reservation date and put the 13th instead of 12th and did not realize. Got to reception to check in and I was welcomed and given a room. I feel the space between the bed and the table is way too close, but guess its based on the size of the room. The toilet seat cover cannot go all the way back to the wall because of the design constructed on the wall and space was not considered when designing. We chose the breakfast package and since we don't eat eggs and sausages, we chose the fruits. We could have driven down to Walmart and gotten much better considering the 2 or 3 slices of melon, orange and 2 grapes in the plate. Other than that, the hotel is fine. The reception staff are all pleasant and professional

    It is a great hotel, the staff is very attentive and polite to help the people out to any inquiry. The privacy and security are excellent. You could spend a very good time at this hotel by leaving your things secure at your room. The cleanness of the rooms were perfect, which is very important at using every thing at the room, specially with the towels at the bathroom. In general, all aspects of the hotel are excellent.
