  Positiva: El apartamento está en un pueblo andaluz que nos ha parecido bonito, con mucha agua y una playa fluvial agradable, y a una distancia estratégica de las Alpujarras y de las playas. La urbanización en la que se ubica es muy bonita.. Negativa: Creo que se le sacaría más partido a la zona en épocas de menos calor y me resultó un poco incómodo que los dormitorios de los niños y de los padres estuvieran en distinta planta. La pìscina de la urbanización estaba cerrada por lo del covid, que ha sido una pena también y el precio un pelín caro, quizá más adecuado a situaciones previas en las que sí se ha podido usar la piscina..

  Positiva: Como punto de partida de unas vacaciones es perfecto. Cerca las Alpujarras, Granada, Sierra Nevada y las playas de Salobreña a 15´. Es para repetir en cualquier época del año.. Negativa: La mala suerte por el Covid de no disponer de la piscina en esa urbanización tan bonita, pero no es achacarle evidentemente al apartamento..

  Positiva: Apartamento genial. El pueblo es pequeño pero hay de todo. Muy cerca de playa y granada. El dueño nos ayudó en todo. Una buena opción para ver granada la playa e incluso malaga.

  Positive: We stayed in two different appartments within the development, which is in the middle of the village. The first one had a beautiful roof terrace with great views and it was big and spacious for a family of three. The location within the development was one of the best, I would say. The main pool area was very nice and it was guarded many hours a day. The lifeguards were very friendly, as were the facility guys, always ready to give you a hint about where to go. The first appartment we stayed in was directly in front of the pool... Nice. The roof pool in the building of the second apartment was a discovery! The common areas and garden are amazing, there are a lot of pictures of it and it is true! Morisco garden at its best. Vélez Benaudalla is a small and peaceful village in the "costa interior", which means you are about 25 minutes by car away from a beach. Nevertheless, the village offers enough just to stay put and enjoy its surroundings doing trekkings or montain biking. But not in summer :-) or very early in the morning.. Negative: The pictures of the flats you see online does not correspond to any particular appartment so you do not know in which appartment you will be staying. That´s why my expectations were higher, also the price of the accommodation suggested more comfort and amenities. The furniture in the first appartment was old, the bed linen was worn. The living room was just hideous. We never stayed in there: a plastic settee, sintetic flowers covered with dust, a broken lamp... The roof terrace was great and we had breakfast and dinner up there but it did just have old, plastic furniture... A sun shiel could have been great. That well equiped and tastefully decorated appartments are not an hoax, proved the second appartment we stayed in, only for the last night. The fact that it was located just to the oposite to the garage door, could have been a nuisance but I can´t say much about it since we just stayed one night there. We did not ask for a relocation from the first appartment, I guess, it would have work, but we just made the best of it and enjoyed the nights in the roof terrace, the peaceful and quiet nights in the development and the village..

  Positif: Appartement dans une magnifique résidence sécurisée, style palais des milles et une nuits. Bien équipé et très propre cela donne envie de revenir..

  Positif: Le cadre est magnifique l accueil fort sympathique le logement est propre bien équipé et très spacieux avec une grande terasse sur le toit ! La piscine est super ! La climatisation est un plus très appréciable en août! Nous recommandons fortement cette location ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!. Négatif: Manque un peu d ustensile de cuisine ( couvert et ustensiles pour cuisiner) mais correct pour passer de belles vacances.
