  We came to this location with high hopes because we are Marriott members. Upon our arrival Judith who was the front desk clerk was rude in attentive and aloof. Because I had booked this hotel and used Suite night rewards she was unprepared as a relates to checking us in with this type of accommodation. Upon her discovery of the type of room we were awaiting, she excused herself and left me standing at the front desk for almost 15 minutes. Never did she return to say we are still working on the issue or anything of the sort. I will say that there were several other people who worked for the hotel upon them seeing me standing there, asked if I was being helped. This was just the beginning. Upon our completion of check-in, we got into the room and realize the room was filthy. Down to the bedsheets the room had not been cleaned. Thankfully we had asked for an extra bed sheet so we were able to put the sheet on the bed so that we could sleep as we were exhausted. The floor had not been vacuumed we found clipped toenails and candy at the foot of the bed. Surfaces had not been wiped down and there was pubic hair on the toilet in the bathroom. All of which I had taken pictures of and marched down to the front desk to show the manager. Upon my request to see the manager Judith told me he was unavailable. She did however go in the back and talk to someone who intern was supposed to comp us a night. I also inquired about us using our suite night rewards and whether or not that would credited back to my account. He replied she was sure that they would work something out. Although the room was comped for that one night, sweet night rewards have not been credited back to my account. I wanted to be able to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else however we have plans already in place as it was my and my husband‘s 33rd anniversary. I’m terribly disappointed in this hotel, it’s service, and especially is staff. Unless there’s some change in management I doubt I will ever visit this location again. They ruined the experience we could’ve had during our anniversary.

  This hotel does not meet even the minimal standard of cleanliness. Bathroom floor in room was not clean. Foot prints from previous guest all over the floor. The walls and buttons on the elevator were so dirty I felt compelled to use a napkin to push the buttons. The toilette in the bathroom was not properly attached to the floor and rocked and tilted. I am sympathetic that the industry has bene hit very hard by the pandemic. But cleanliness is not an optional amenity. I cannot recommend this hotel.

  The property is in a nice location, and the staff is very courteous and professional. That pretty much the only great thing about this Marriott. The rates are very high for a very outdated property. The rooms remind me of hotel rooms back in the 90’s they really need to remodel and update the property. If you don’t have a car is also far from everything, it doesn’t many choices to eat or shop around it.

  The hotel is comfortable and easily accessible from major highways. There is a bar/restaurant on site that serves average fare. The staff is friendly and helpful, and tries to ensure you have a good stay. The property can be a little noisy due to the open atrium design...everything echoes from every floor within the open-air design.

  The hotel is nice and very confortable ,the staff is extremely friendly, you need just to improve the food for dinner, the menú is so basic and at least you need to add three more options ,the breakfast is great . Having a free Coffee station is extremely good. Last but not least the pool is perfect and enjoyable but you need to improve the cleanliness during the day.

  Filthy bathroom with vomit and dirt on the toilet seat. As we came in very late to check in at night, we had to clean the bathroom floor ourselves with clorox wipes. There were urine drops on the floor and a vomit stain on the side of the toilet as well as the seat was dirty where a female would need to sit. As said above, absolutely disgusting and it was never cleaned to our satisfaction and the vomit stain remained. We asked once and it was not inspected to see if it was cleaned so we didn't ask to have it cleaned a second time. The nightly rate is not a cheap rate at all and when you stay at a Marriott as we have many many times, this is not what you would expect when you check in after a long day of travel. How many times should you have to complain and have it cleaned. We do have pictures of the filth that left even after the manager said he would send in a cleaning crew. Told the front desk upon check out that it was still dirty and a manager should check it out. We were comped one night which was nice, however, that doesn't make up for the dirt that remained and was never cleaned up.

  Wish I could have copied and pasted my survey review of the property I already typed, but.... Long story short, the hotel is dated, but the common areas are kept up as best as possible. I had no complains about that. Just good to know. Hotel felt inviting and the front desk people were always nice and helpful. The bathrooms in the rooms are updated and are very nice. That's about where it ends for the positives. The carpet in our room was dirty and I couldn't walk around barefoot without getting dirty black soles on my feet. This shouldn't happen at a flagship Marriott property. Also, my 22 month old daughter found someone's used mask behind the nightstand and a metal beer bottle cap along the bedframe on the floor. This is unacceptable! Considering we had already set up shop with our baby in the hotel room and we had paid the non-refundable option, we were not going anywhere else at that point. My wife and I went into full cleaning mode and now there isn't a single thing that isn't clean in room 606. That's not our job. It's the hotel's job. This is not indicative of the typical Marriott stay. Please address this because other guests will have issues if this continues. Thank you.

  Marriott Coral Spring is well located and generally quiet. Management does a respectable job to keep kids under control and noise to a minimum except in the lobby area. Check in was fast, but the room not available until after 5PM. The check in clerk , I think her name was Jennifer from Greensboro, NC was fantastic. She should be singled out for her fast and accurate protocols. The maintenance man had to come up and fix the TV. He was from central America, Costa Rica I think, and a pleasure to get to know. The breakfast buffet was good but very under staffed. They need help there.

  We booked 30 rooms for family and friends because my daughter got married 2/19/22. The checkin took awhile. The checkin app on my phone didn’t work for several of us. The rooms were clean, I had a king room and the bed was very comfortable. There is one slide door that goes from the closet to the bathroom. If someone wants to get into the closet they have to slide the door across the bathroom. The bathroom itself was really nice. It had a walk in shower with extra hand held sprayer and great lighting to put on makeup. My room had an iron and ironing board, plus a blow dryer. There is a nice pool, and off the main lobby is a really nice bar. They make excellent drinks. The only problem is it closes 11p. If you’re coming from a venue and you want to have drinks with your guests, you have to do it before they close. I think the bar at the hotel should stay open until at least 1 AM. After our wedding we wanted to have drinks but the bartender said they’d be closing. That’s a loss of a lot money in drinks. Checkout was much easier. I also wish there were more elevators. The hotel was full and it took time to get up and down from room. I would definitely stay here again

  My wife and I attended a weekend wedding last week and found the rooms to be a bit outdated. The pool was great and the gym was very nice. The staff were helpful but in the room, there wasn't enough light and our room wasn't stocked with coffee. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will be back if in the area.

  Great hotel! Clean. Friendly staff. Did not have any food while staying. Did have drinks in the bar. Slightly high prices but friendly staff working. Updated bathrooms with walk in showers and hand held head also. Carpet and furniture dated with holes and stains, but not in room enough to bother me much. Within walking distance to strip centers which was nice for coffee and some other items. Convenient to wedding we were attending Saturday and family we were visiting with and some great beach front restaurants we wanted to try and did.

  This hotel was just perfect. I was in town for an unexpected Illnesss in my family. This hotel felt like a home for the week I was there. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, the food and drink was delicious, I enjoyed being able to walk on the golf course and relax on the patio. Every single person on staff was exceptional. The amenities were clean and there was everything I could want. Chris was exceptional. Will definitely be back!
