    Positive: The room was quiet, the hotel was selected because of the door between room entrance and bedroom. Negative: The refrigerator was frozen, was replaced The sink stopper never got fixed. The pool was out of order. Happy hour was a joke. Snacks provided were slim to none, when they ran out, they never replaced. No room service even though we asked for it.

    Positive: The location. We were in town for an event downtown and it was close and easy to park. Negative: The room was a bit run down. Rust in the shower and rust holes in the ceiling. Right outside our room door in the hall was a pile of dirty sheets and towels that were there for 24 hours. But other than that it was clean and plenty of space.

    Positive: The staff was very friendly, and the location was awesome. Negative: Yes, the furniture was soiled, the woodened furniture was all marred up, the carpet was soiled as well, and there was taped and other stains on the ceiling.

    Positive: The location Negative: This hotel was so filthy. I stayed in this hotel , couple of years ago and it was nothing like this time. Everything is filthy, carpets are aren¿t vacuumed, sheets aren¿t cleaned, we found leftovers in refrigerator from the guest prior to us.

    Positive: The size of the room was great! The main area was decently kept. The breakfast was great as well as cocktail hour. Negative: I just think the cleaning staff could have done a bit better in the rooms. We had a dirty mirror, looked like food on ceiling, bathroom could have been wiped down.

    Positive: Location! Negative: I think you should rethink having Embassy Suites Des Moines as part of your hotel listings for the Des Moines area. Reception was not friendly; one of the beds looked used; breakfast was lacking.

    Positive: The location Negative: Room was dirty, there was wallpaper coming off room 410, there were holes in the wall and scraps all over the walls. We asked for fresh towels and bedding never got it. Was never told about under hotel parking was told to park on street or city parking.

    Positive: Location Negative: Totally understand but we had a very long check in line and there was not an on site parking garage. The check in area in front to park your car was totally full with a line spilling out into the street. One person was working the desk. I do understand it
