2 / 5Le 21/09/2022 à 00:09J'attendais vraiment plus de l'hôtel, il a un emplacement idéal en face de la plage, mais pas plus, ils ne sont pas amicaux avec les touristes, ils ne parlent pas espagnol et ils n'ont pas de patience quand on essaie de communiquer. Ils ne nettoient pas la chambre et ont des frais cachés tels que le service de voiturier, 50 USD par jour. Plus la valeur du parking. Et ils ne l'expliquent pas au moment de la vérification. Je ne retournerai vraiment pas dans cet hôtel.

Nous nous efforçons toujours de dépasser les attentes des clients dans notre établissement. Nous avons des membres hispanophones de notre réception, donc je m'excuse s'ils n'étaient pas disponibles pendant votre séjour. Le ménage des chambres est fait sur demande, qui aurait dû être mentionnée à l'arrivée, ainsi que les frais de voiturier. J'espère que vous pourrez nous donner une autre chance à l'avenir. Negative: You would think the hotel would clean up the beach a bit since that is where they set up all the hotel beach chairs. It was around 11am (well past the time the staff set up) and we found a crack pipe and restaurant steak knife in the sand. Scary

We were only there for a short stay, and even the valet staff knew me and called me by name; they sure know how to make a guest feel special.

Amenities, such as the gym and pool were great. Negative: No self parking. Valet only. $45 a day to park. I wish parking was included.

You cross the street, get 2 free beach chairs from the super helpful young man working the booth. The room was clean and nice. Steelpan Restaurant was amazing! Negative: The only negative was the mandatory $45 a day valet. It was convenient, but not mandatory. But I wouldn't trade the view, cost of the room, and the location at all. So that made the valet cost worth it! The front desk staff was so helpful and kind!

The pool is also about 40x20 size and is not the cleanest. The pool side is also blah and nothing to brag about. Negative: The hotel was extremely filthy, they said cleaned my room after I complained about food crumbs being present in the room. About 2 hours later I get back to the room and the food crumbs were still there. This hotel is disgusting.
