    J'attendais vraiment plus de l'hôtel, il a un emplacement idéal en face de la plage, mais pas plus, ils ne sont pas amicaux avec les touristes, ils ne parlent pas espagnol et ils n'ont pas de patience quand on essaie de communiquer. Ils ne nettoient pas la chambre et ont des frais cachés tels que le service de voiturier, 50 USD par jour. Plus la valeur du parking. Et ils ne l'expliquent pas au moment de la vérification. Je ne retournerai vraiment pas dans cet hôtel.

Nous nous efforçons toujours de dépasser les attentes des clients dans notre établissement. Nous avons des membres hispanophones de notre réception, donc je m'excuse s'ils n'étaient pas disponibles pendant votre séjour. Le ménage des chambres est fait sur demande, qui aurait dû être mentionnée à l'arrivée, ainsi que les frais de voiturier. J'espère que vous pourrez nous donner une autre chance à l'avenir.     Positive: Beware of Bedbugs!!!. Noticed 3 hours after arrival that there were bed bugs in the room. Found one on a chair. Bedbug droppings stains on the bed and on the headboard. Notified manger. They took the bed bug for identification. Never heard anything again

    Positive: Great location and my view was amazing! Negative: You would think the hotel would clean up the beach a bit since that is where they set up all the hotel beach chairs. It was around 11am (well past the time the staff set up) and we found a crack pipe and restaurant steak knife in the sand. Scary

    Positive: The location and views of the beach were beautiful. Very good location. Negative: The cleanliness of the room. There was dust and hairs on the bathroom floor. Front desk staff member was not very polite. Pool area seemed larger in pictures.

    Positive: Nice hotel ,amazing views , watch out hidden fees like parking and resort fees are high added $90 per night to room cost. That said location and views are amazing and based solely on those would definitely stay again. Negative: Hidden fees like for parking and resort fee were very high.

    I love Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach. I was just there for the holiday weekend, and everything was perfect. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We were only there for a short stay, and even the valet staff knew me and called me by name; they sure know how to make a guest feel special.

    Positive: The location is perfect and the views from the corner rooms are the best! Negative: The breakfast buffet didn¿t impress me, food was Luke warm but we also came in closer to the end of breakfast so maybe that¿s why.

    Positive: This hotel was very clean! The whole building smelled wonderful too! The decor was up to date, the pool area was great. The hotel is right across from the beach, walked to the beach everyday. The hotel provided beach chairs. Staff were very nice!

    Positive: The location is good across the street from the beach. Negative: The service is terrible. There is a daily resort fee that provides nothing. There were not enough beach chairs. And, we have stayed at the hotel many times before. This time, they cut bottled water + drink tickets at check in.

    Positive: Front desk staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Location was great, directly across the street from the beach but not in the thick of the resorts. Amenities, such as the gym and pool were great. Negative: No self parking. Valet only. $45 a day to park. I wish parking was included.

    Positive: Beachfront Negative: I don't see how this is a 4.5 star hotel. The rooms are equivalent to Holiday Inn and are small (paid more for a suite....still small) Valet parking $48 per day- WHAT?! would've been nice if someone had mentioned that beforehand

    Positive: The location could not have been better! Literally right at the beach. You cross the street, get 2 free beach chairs from the super helpful young man working the booth. The room was clean and nice. Steelpan Restaurant was amazing! Negative: The only negative was the mandatory $45 a day valet. It was convenient, but not mandatory. But I wouldn't trade the view, cost of the room, and the location at all. So that made the valet cost worth it! The front desk staff was so helpful and kind!

    Positive: Absolutely nothing. This hotel is over priced, absolutely disgusting and filthy. This hotel ruined my trip. The pool is also about 40x20 size and is not the cleanest. The pool side is also blah and nothing to brag about. Negative: The hotel was extremely filthy, they said cleaned my room after I complained about food crumbs being present in the room. About 2 hours later I get back to the room and the food crumbs were still there. This hotel is disgusting.

    Belle hôtel. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Chambre et services très bien. Près de plusieurs restaurants et magasins pouvant se faire à pied. Stationnement dispendieux pour les voitures.
