    Positive: Their free breakfast was simply amazing! I also liked this hotel's location, it's walking distance to supermarkets and few restaurants, and about 20 minutes drive to casinos. Negative: Our room was pretty outdated, and in need of renovation - cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, stains on the walls, popcorn ceiling.     Rooms and grounds run down and not maintained. Staff slow to accommodate and no answer when you call from room. You’ll hear every plane that lands at LAS airport and walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors. I’m surprised this place shares the Marriott name.

    I very much enjoyed my stay. The Residents Inn has always been a favorite. Breakfast was OK, our group was disappointed that there was no meat offered. The breakfast sandwiches are not up to the RI"s usual standards. All in all great stay with that one exception.

    Rooms weren’t clean and prepped for turn over with dirty dishes and trash in the rooms as well as someone leaving there bodily fluids all over the place in the bathroom. Mrs S at the front desk is very sweet but that’s the only thing positive about this place it’s used as a party house with no security around and younger people being loud all night and smoking in the hallways.

    My husband and I were very pleased with our 3 night stay at your Inn. Your staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and stocked well with cooking essentials. We appreciate a full refrigerator. The proximately to Trader Joe's and restaurants also was a positive. We highly recommend staying at Residence Inn Las Vegas/Henderson.

    Room was comfortable but needs improvements. I turned in a list to management that I hope gets forwarded to the right office. The shower has bottles for you to use for shampoo conditioner and body wash however, the labels are written in blue on blue, I usually do not wear my glasses in the shower could not read labels. Suggestion put labels over each bottle on the shower wall to identify. I washed my hair 3 times to get the correct product. Entrance to C building in back not handicapped friendly difficult getting luggage over the curb

    Overall the hotel met my needs for a comfortable bed and a okay breakfast, but I did not get much sleep because the hotel is on the runway path. I heard planes all night. I was going to stay two nights and change my mind for that reason.

    The rooms are disgusting. They let people smoke pot in the hallways. It felt like a motel 6. Also, if you need quiet while you sleep, this hotel is located less than 3 miles from the airport. Save your money and stay on the strip. It’s cleaner.

    Yes, a guest wants a clean room, quiet environment, great facilities and a delicious breakfast and Marriott offers all of these amenities, but MOST OF ALL the STAFF is AMAZING! Truly, for me, that makes the stay because no matter what request a guest may have, it all comes down to the STAFF who make it happen and create the great environment for the duration of the stay.     good clean and spacious. however, you hear plane landing noises. so it may take a min or two to fall asleep. this hotel is right under the landing route. other than that, everything else is great.

    29 décembre Du 21 au 8 janvier 22 j'étais chez ma famille. Ils nous disent que chaque jour nous devions faire un dépôt avec la carte, qui nous serait restitué à la fin du séjour, mais à la date d'aujourd'hui, cet argent ne nous a PAS été restitué. la réservation n- 9191652745065 m. Edouardo Aguilar. J'espère que vous me résolvez dès que possible une situation aussi terrible. mon WhatsApp 506-71482559 costa rica. J'ai même fait de bons commentaires sur l'hôtel et le traitement. mais voir une telle situation donne beaucoup à désirer. La jeune femme qui était à l'entrée nous a dit que l'argent nous serait rendu et il n'en fut rien. J'espère que dès que possible nous retournerons un tel dépôt.

    We had planned on staying a full week and made our reservation in August for our trip in December. Unfortunately one of our family members tested positive for Covid right before our trip. I called to try and change our reservation and was told that we had paid in full and changes or refunds were not available. When I explained our situation, the person we spoke with got in touch with the manager and called me back. I was told that they would allow us to change our reservation and we would receive a refund for the days we weren't able to stay. We really appreciated their understanding and allowing us to change our reservation. We will definitely stay there again and are fans for life!

    Whether a franchise or corporate property, the Marriott brand almost always exceed our expectations. We say "almost always" because not all reviewers would agree with a stellar review. Current events with the pandemic may affect the level of service, but that aside, the staff at Residence Inn Las Vegas Henderson/Green Valley proved themselves worthy representatives of the brand. We remain loyal Marriott Bonvoy members because of the manner the brand presents itself in the property and their top-notch staff from house-keeping to food service and front desk to back-office.

    Disgusting, old room. Loud hallways and loud noises all night. I didn’t sleep a wink. Tear this hotel down and start over. I left as soon as I could in the morning and checked into the Marriott at the LV Convention Center! Aahhhh! I’ll not stray away from this hotel again. I love the staff and excellent staff in the restaurant! Great food too!

    Room was dirty, kitchen had some random plates, had no forks, no pots, 1 pan that was in really bad shape. Window was so dirty you can barely see through it. Bathroom fan was connected to the light switch and sounded like a motorcycle running. Style was weird - some furniture was nice, while some was really beaten up, paint spills and dated. I used points but would not have paid to stay here. Breakfast was ok, pre-packaged Jimmy dean sausage sandwiches, eggs, cereal, etc..

    Great room size compared to other Residence Inn studio rooms in the past. A/C unit had issues. Room was either really hot and made you sweat or you had it really cold. Kept it at cold. Rooms didn't have pots and pans in them, thought there would be. Probably could've asked the front desk for some, but I thought they would have them in the room when you walked in. You're gonna need help with bringing your bags into the buildings. No automatic sliding doors. It made bringing in 2 pieces of luggage and my Pelican case fun in the middle of the evening. Staff was excellent. Friendly. Was able to answer any and all of my questions. Parking was free, but watch out. On the side of Building C it seems as a shortcut for locals and they would drive through the parking lot at all hours of the day going really fast. Would I stay there again. Yes. As I said. Studio room is really big compared to other studio rooms I've stayed with Residence Inn. Location is great. Store across the street and down the road. Easy to get on and off the interstate. Shopping center and places to eat nearby. Stayed there for a baseball tournament that had most of it's games in Henderson.

    Marriott is usually my choice of hotel. This is the first time I have stayed at a Marriott that the level of cleanliness, service, and room standard has been less than even a "good" rating. We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite for one week, The kitchen had 1 knife and 1 fork when we arrived. There were no glasses and a couple of bowls. No cooking utensils; i.e., spatula or tongs. The ice maker didn't work in the fridge. The closet glass was broken as well as the bathroom mirror. There was mold in the bathroom tub. We were not told when we checked in that there would not be daily maid service. When I called to ask why the room hadn't been cleaned, I was told it was "by request only." The staff was pleasant and I would say they tried, but this was definitely not what I would call a Marriott-standard hotel.

    I had two different stays in a period of a week, Both times the front desk employees when I checked in and again when I checked out were friendly and helpful. My rooms were both clean, comfortable, and stocked with supplies needed. Housekeeping checked on me to see if I needed anything during my stay.

    Location was perfect for our special event which was only a few blocks away. Staff was always friendly & helpful. Shuttle from & to the airport was great. Nenita was always smiling & kept things clean & fresh in the breakfast area. Great experience!

    The room was very dirty, we had no dishes or silverware. Also no hand soap! The wifi barely worked. Check in was very slow. There are much nicer hotels to stay in in the Henderson/Las Vegas area for a similar price.

    This place is great for families, especially because they allow pets. Gone are the days of the $5 meal in Las Vegas, so we really appreciated saving money on restaurant meals by using the full kitchen in the room. Loved the most: 1. Beautiful, clean, spacious room. 2. The staff is kind, helpful, and highly responsive to any request. Room for improvement: 1. The property needs more shade. Sails over the pool and carports over the parking areas would really increase the wow factor here. 2. The kitchen was stocked with random supplies and missing several of the basics (like we only found one fork). It's not something you want to deal with when you are trying to cook a meal. My suggestion would be that they use a checklist every time they get a room ready. I'm sure it's a constant battle to keep one step ahead of their many long-term guests. Overall they do a fantastic job. I would definitely stay here again, especially when I want to get the most value out of my points and free night certificates.

    We recently needed someplace to stay while we were waiting for our new home to close. We had to be out of our apartment and had a few days in between where we needed a temporary home. The Residence Inn in Henderson, NV (Green Valley) was the perfect place. Our room was big and had a kitchen. The staff was professional and the free daily breakfast was a nice bonus. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

    Very pleasant check-in by Front Desk staff - Josh.. our upgraded room was clean and spacious. Quiet and away from the busy strip. The fitness center is well maintained and hardly busy and so is the pool. Will return again.

    Really enjoyed my stay at the Green Valley/Henderson, NV Marriott Residence Inn. I used the gym most days and the pool was a popular family event most days too. Breakfast was very tasty. Liked the oatmeal and English Muffins and the sausage was better than other hotel breakfasts. What's you secret? Our room was in the corner, interior facing of the property which may have been why the cell service was basically no-existent. (AT&T) Another friend had an exterior room and Verizon service, and had no issues whatsoever. So, I can't say that it was the room placement or just the AT&T service. Supermarcato right across the street with great prices. Also gas station across the street and Trader Joe's about a block away. All easy walking distance. Being a pet friendly hotel helped me not miss my dogs as much, but there was one resident that every evening left their dog for 1-2 hours and it barked non-stop! It wasn't enough to ruin my evening because it wasn't a loud dog, but it made me very concerned for the dog who had to be dehydrated and stressed. The one day I finally went looking to see if I could find where it was, the dog stopped barking. I didn't complain to the staff because I always expected it to stop. Shame on the guest that put their dog through that every evening. All in all, I REALLY liked this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

    My son had a wonderful birthday weekend thanks to a beautiful room and friendly staff at this Residence Inn. He had stayed a few days on the Vegas strip, but much preferred this location. The room was clean and well-kept; the breakfast was convenient; and the location is close to Vegas without all of the Vegas hassle. Thank you for your hospitality; it truly made my son’s birthday a happy one.

    I always put my friends up at the Residence Inn Green Valley location whenever I need an extra room. The staff is welcoming, the Hotel if very clean, and they have extras like a complimentary breakfast. I asked an employee if they were going to start The Mix any time soon (cocktails, food, etc. and was told they hope to get back to it sometime this summer. A great place to hang out in the patio and by the pool. We were walking down a hallway looking for the lobby when an employee named Reuben asked if he could help us...we said we couldn't find the lobby. He said he was a new employee, but would gladly take us to the lobby. He was very nice and accomodating.

    Extremely dissatisfied. Not enough towels for my party and took over an hour to get more when they said right away, so we had to share. Pool was disgusting. Bandaids, straw wrappers, and leaves. Jacuzzi didn’t work. No towels at pool either. Staff unconcerned with our bringing it to their attention. Entire area was surrounded by construction. Bathrooms were dirty and I had to clean before I could use the bathtub. Fridge smelled sour. The room itself was nice. Had a fireplace and the beds were comfortable. Separate rooms for adults and teenagers had their own rooms as well. Breakfast was decent. Lobby area has a nice sitting lounge. Market was a little smaller than we expected. Very close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

    The hotel attempted to authorize my entire stay of 3 days 4 hours before check in time(3pm) without my permission. When I booked the reservation using my debit card to reserve the room only! Explanation given was they were close to selling out and they'd had a problem with people using stolen credit cards so they were authorizing cards a head of time??? I have been a Marriott Member for several years traveled all over the world and never once had this happen to me! Totally Unacceptable; not to mention my husband was taking me for my birthday and had planned to use his credit card for all charges. I was told not to worry that they would reverse the charges on my card and charge my husband's card and that the charges on my debit card would be reimbursed between 3-5 business days depending on my bank! This is no way to treat a guest of your hotel especially someone who had been a Loyal Member of yours. I am really disappointed!

    Experience was not as expected. I’m a Residence Inn fan, but this stay was unacceptable. Not a kid friendly place to stay. Informed by General Manager/Assistant General Manager, she wasn’t sure what her title was, of quiet time from 10pm till 8am. Said we were making a lot of noise at 6am, which was the time we checked in due to arriving Las Vegas at that time from 18 hours of travel, but she didn’t want to hear that. Then the next day another call from General Manager/Assistant General Manager, claiming noise at 6pm, of which we have been out all day and returned for a brief moment to change. She said I’m the middle man and want to make everyone happy, yet she kept targeting our room for noise disturbance when we were hardly in the room. We felt very unwelcome and could not wait to check out.

    The worst Res-Inn we’ve ever stayed at. The only saving grace is the housekeeping gentleman that provided us with the dishwater, utensils & sheets. The morning breakfast was fine with service from kitchen. Good enough. There was a massive red blood looking stain on the side of the mattress clearly visible from the front of the bed. The sofa bed looks tired and stained everywhere.

    Best location for all you can eat quality sushi . Walking distance (0.5 mi) Property is clean. Room with full kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher. My only beef is there’s not enough dishes for 3 people but we ate out everyday so it’s no big deal. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Comfortable bed, nice pool, great breakfast to go. Used my Marriott points and I will add this to my favorite place.

    Great stay overall. However, I requested a feather free room and didn’t get it, and had to wait for new pillows and for a new comforter. This is frustrating for someone with allergies. The toaster didn’t work but housekeeping provided a new one. Breakfast was really lacking, even for covid standards. English muffins and bagels were very stale. Had to wait to be greeted upon arriving for the front desk person and another staff member to stop talking. Usually people say “Hi, welcome, we’ll be right with you”. One member of Housekeeping staff didn’t wear mask around his nose, just his mouth.

    The 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in for 6 days/5 nights was comfortable, relatively quiet and clean. We preferred to stay away from the strip and this hotel has a convenient location not far from the airport (the negative is that one hears the noise of the planes pretty frequently). We were given a sheet of paper with useful information upon check-in, which stated that the room is cleaned every Wednesday. Noone came to clean on Wednesday, but we did not complain, because we were leaving on the next day. This means that no cleaning was done at all during our stay. This said, whenever we needed something (toilet paper, coffee, additional blanket) we would just ask and received it promptly. We found the apartment well cleaned upon arrival. One exception was the carpet. It did have a dirty appearance.

    Very polite staff and quick service. When ever you needed some thing we called front office and with in five minutes , some body would come and deliver at our door. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Bathroom was a little smaller than I was expected but it came with full kitchens with all utensils and we loved it. I will highly recommend to friends and family to go for this place when they visit Las Vegas. Residence inn is in the center of all facilities and in one of the peaceful and decent neighborhood. We both, me and my wife loved it

    I feel my stay was unfortunate. I used most of my reward points for this stay and I feel robbed of my points. Looks like the hotel had some water damage. The first floor of the building I stayed in (room 212) was horrid. After sleeping in the bed, the first night, I flipped over two of my pillows and I saw massive stains. I have pictures. The front desk did replace my pillows, however that was super gross. I really wanted to leave the hotel; however, I did not want to incur an additional lodging cost on this trip. I am terribly upset about the condition of the hotel and my room. Please stop serving those Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Those sandwiches were no good, they seemed stale and old. I want my points back please.

    This property did not provide the level of service and comfort that I have become accustomed to with Marriott properties. My family arrived from a long day of travel in the car in the evening, but not overly late (7:30 pm). My family waited in the car and I went to check in. There was no one in the lobby. On the plexiglass at the front desk was a note stating "I will be back shortly." There was no number to call for service, so I waited almost 15 minutes before the front desk attendant returned. Our room was clean but the HVAC unit ran constantly and was very loud. Additionally, there were no linens for the sofa bed. We used the room phone and pushed the "housekeeping" button and no answer. We pushed the "front desk" button with no answer. I finally pushed a button on the phone that I thought would yield a similar result and finally was able to talk to someone. We received the linens shortly after that. In the morning the grab and go breakfast was limited. The breakfast sandwiches were cold and we had to return to our room to heat them up. Additionally, coffee was the only beverage at the breakfast, not even water was available. We have small children and we returned to our room to get them water with their breakfast because there was no juice, milk or water available in the breakfast area. We were hoping to eat the grab and go breakfast as we traveled but the lack of beverages and cold food did not allow for that to happen. Overall, the property, which is designed for families, was not accommodating for our family and the property is well behind other Marriott properties in terms of service.

    I would like to begin by stating that I had very positive interactions with each member of the staff that I dealt with directly. They were very friendly and seemed eager and willing to help in any way that I needed. The interpersonal interactions with the staff need to be applauded, and I do want to express my recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities in each of them. I commend them on the congenial and warm way in which I was always greeted. When I was closing my interaction with them, they each asked if there was more that they could do for me. They each seemed to fully embrace the meaning of hospitality and spirit of neighborliness. Bravo! Despite this, I was not pleased with my stay. There were many negative cleanliness, maintenance and performance issues about my stay at this hotel that I can say with resoluteness that I will never stay at this property again. These issues are discussed in other areas of this survey, but it seems to me that with a little additional training from management; care and attention to detail on the part of the staff, that each of these issues could be easily resolved so future guests will have an absolutely wonderful experience at your hotel.

    I know Andi doesn’t normally work the front desk but she was amazing and it felt like we were old friends catching up. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It is near the airport and I did hear the occasional plane pass over but for the most part I sleep like a baby. Breakfast had lots of options and the Monday-Wednesday mixer was awesome because of the server making sure everyone was taken care of.

    We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. This facility is clean and the beds are comfortable. We did not experience the noise that others complained about. The hotel is exceptionally quiet. We chose not to be on the strip seeking quiet and we were not disappointed. Rooms are spacious. Plenty of shopping nearby. We will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises.

    We were looking for a place somewhere outside the strip on our way through town that had a pool open late as well as a hot breakfast the next day. This hotel had both, and we enjoyed an evening swim in the heated pool and spa. Our kids loved watching the planes fly over while we sat in the spa, and the noise of the planes did not bother any of us as we slept. The breakfast was delicious and provided lots of options (eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.) for all members of our family including young kids. The bed was super comfortable, and the decorations in the room were lovely. It was a great place to stay, and we'd visit here again on another trip.

    The rooms were a decent size and the beds were comfortable. Loved how we had a small sofa and 3 TV's for the family. Kitchen was clean and stocked nicely. Pool was clean and warm. Overall a relaxing stay. ONLY issue is the airplane noise overhead. The airplanes land at the airport and they fly directly over the hotel. The air traffic picks up at night which is not good for sleeping. The hotel kindly provided ear plugs which helped greatly!

    Great rooms and breakfast for families and business travelers to get work accomplished. Breakfast is varied and large for many different appetites. I am GF and they had options. They had fun wine/beer events for happy hour. i was working so did not participate but nice options for hotel guests. They do have lots of planes going over hotel but I did not find it a problem. They provide earplugs, but they kind of lulled me to sleep. Overall everything was great for my working in Las Vegas/Henderson. Better restaurants are about a 10 minute drive from hotel, but they are available.

    Our staying at the Residence Inn was wonderful. The staff was excellent and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The airport is really close and they were apologetic about the airplanes flying over . The hotel was built before the airplane flew over the hotel because of a new Landing Strip. But they provided ear plugs for free to the guests. I did not hear any planes flying over except during the day. I slept soundly with no noise from airplanes during the night. I would definitely stay there again.

    Our room was clean, comfortable & well stocked. Quiet hours are posted. The lobby is spacious & welcoming with lots of seating and a fireplace. The large & varied daily breakfast is delicious and has many healthy choices. The kitchen crew keeps it stocked and we never felt rushed. We had fun at the evening socials. The large heated pool and spacious outdoor areas are well maintained. It’s a good hotel for families with children &/or pets. The hotel staff made our stay exceptional. They were responsive to our needs and made us feel like family. We’ll be back.

    As a Silver Status Marriott Rewards, I was pleasantly surprised to see my name on a list at the check-in desk welcoming all Reward members to the hotel that day. The check-in host was very friendly, professional, and welcoming and she also presented me with a small welcoming packaging that had some snacks. The room was very spacious and nice, with a full kitchen. There was a separate area for sitting, which was nice, as it didn't make the room feel cramped and we were on top of the bed and our luggage all the time. Our room was on the top floor right beside the stairwell but we didn't experience much noise at all from other guests or street traffic. The hotel included a free continental breakfast in a nice eating area. The food was what we've come to expect from the Marriott Hotels. The only thing I can gripe about (which was out of Marriott's control) were the unattended children eating breakfast and making lots of noise while the parents were busy watching TV (but could clearly still hear the children yelling for them). Overall, we had a very good stay at the Residence Inn Las Vegas/Green Valley.

    Chambre avec cuisine équipé. Toujours niquel avec un très bon accueil. Seul point negatif, on entend les avions passer mais il n y en a pas souvent donc ca va.

    Globalement , c'est très moyen mais la gentillesse du personnel affecté à la salle des petits dejeuner sauve la mise. Un effort devrait être fait pour coller un plastique insonorisant entre le système d'ouverture par l'intérieur et la butée de la porte pour amortir le choc. Les règles pour la navette devraient être plus souples
