/ 5Le 05/03/2022 à 02:00Positive: Great location, excellent staff, very clean room. Negative: Not sure what happened, but it's like a 600 pound person slept on the bed for 20 years. I can't overstate how bad it was. The mattress was entirely collapsed on one bed. The other mattress in room 314 wasn't much better. Otherwise the hotel is 5 star!!!

We arrived at 9:08 for breakfast (which was supposed to end at 9:30) and she yelled over the counter that she was closed Negative: See above. Other than that one staff person, everyone else was great.

They even have made to order waffles and omelettes! Staff were nice and friendly. Negative: One of the phones in our hotel room was not working. Also tried calling room service but no one ever picks up. Husband had to go downstairs to the front desk to request for towels. Also, only 1 working elevator.
