The room was nonrefundable so we lost the money but the staff seemed to be just as embarrassed by the mess as we were disgusted by it. Negative: We were shown three rooms before one was found to be habitable; we were so freaked by the ones we saw, we didn't stay and lost the $--- spent; we went back home.
