    We had a lovely stay, the atmosphere is very Calming and serene. The staff were top notch, from the front desk directing us as we came driving, our lovely surprise In the room, the game drives and guides. Special shout out to jemimah and Bernard who were exceptional at the dinning area. Steve the manager for his lovely interactions and chats. Overall we are glad we chose to celebrate our 15th year anniversary at Fairmont Mara . 😊

    We had the best stay at Fairmont Mara Safari Club. The trip exceeded all of our expectations. The reservations team was extremely helpful in our last minute booking and made sure we were well taken care of on arrival. Hannah made sure that any needs we had were met. The tents were beautifully decorated, always tidy, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Dennis, our waiter for the week could not have been better! He was a joy to talk to and provided the best service. The game drives were stunning and we saw so many amazing places and animals. Our amazing guide, Lenkoko, tailored the game drives to meet our needs and made everything so fun! We hope to return one day and could not recommend this place enough.

    I have stayed at fairmont before the refurbishment. I like the space and green oasis. I didnt like the fact that I felt like a walking wallet - had already paid through booking.com, still got debited at time of check in with an extra few hundred dollars for potential dining (frankly inacceptable and petty). Was told i could only move room is I paid extra - Turned out the extra was 9dollar per day - very petty to ask that from a customer that is being already debited $2500. Food was ok but expensive (eg coffee price was ridiculous). Was looking for a new hotel to stay on my regular business trips to nairobi. Given the above, this wont be the one.

    Wir nutzten das Hotel als Start und Abschluss unserer Safari. Wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Tolle, sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Grossartige Unterstützung bei der Organisation unserer Safari, ohne Carol wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen!!! Leckeres Frühstück und zum Abschluss am schönen Pool relaxen.

    Me encantó estar en un hotel que ofrece balcones y terrazas con lo que la habitación es muy iluminada. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. Descansé muy cómoda y el restaurante y su comida deliciosos. El ambiente es muy agradable porqué permite descansar y disfrutar del clima de Africa

    Das Hotel hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme und Stil. Das Personal liest jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Personal versprüht Lebensfreude und stets bemüht, sämtliche Wünsche zu erfüllen. Von Anfang an fühlte man sich zuhause und umsorgt. Wunderschöner Aufenthaltsort, um Geschäfte zu tätigen, oder aber mit dem Partner/in ein paar romantische und entspannte Tage zu verbringen.

    J'ai pu passer 3 jours dans un endroit très calme, avec un environnement exceptionnel. Les Hippopotames étaient en face la tente ! La tente est bien aménagée, avec un service attentif du personnel. La terrasse du restaurant permet de prendre petit-déjeuner ou déjeuner avec une vue sur la rivière Mara et les hippos. Les repas sont de très bonne qualité, et les menus variés. J'ai apprécié les game-drive qui nous permettent d'aller hors-piste au plus près des animaux, lions, Guépards, Eléphants, Rhinocéros.... Merci à toute l'équipe de Fairmont Mara Safari Club de cette parenthèse enchantée.

    Un très bel endroit. L'hôtel, le restaurant et ses jardin fantastique lorsqu'on bois un verre vous y croiserez des paons, des biches etc. Vous irez ensuite dans la savane ou vous aurez croiserez toutes ces espèces que l'on ne voit pas en Europe.

    Il est situé au centre de la capitale Nairobi, juste derrière l'Université de Nairobi. L'emplacement et le jardin de l'hôtel sont très beaux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, et les chambres ont une atmosphère unique et authentique. Les employés sont soucieux. Le Les menus yéménites sont variés et délicieux Le prix est un peu cher par rapport à d'autres hôtels aux alentours Même si vous ne logez pas à l'hôtel, vous pouvez vous arrêter boire un verre en passant par le centre de Nairobi dans la journée. pouvez reposer votre tête dans un environnement calme dans le jardin de l'hôtel de l'alcool, du café et des jus de fruits frais.

    Comme prévu, le fairmont, l'entrée et le lobby sont très élégants et luxueux. Les chambres supérieures manquent de luxe mais sont propres et confortables. L'emplacement est bon et vous pouvez rester à Nairobi l'esprit tranquille. Deux d'entre nous ont marché jusqu'au marché, mais l'ambiance n'était pas bonne à certains endroits, il serait donc préférable de demander un taxi même si la distance était courte.

    Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment maigre par rapport à un 5 étoiles. Le buffet ne se remplit pas. Pas de verres pour boire du jus ni eau. Pas de jus d'orange the must have. Café sans goût, ils mettent beaucoup d'eau. Ascenseur qui ne marche pas depuis déjà 3 jours. Chambre salle. Je ne vous recommande pas cet hôtel qui reste trop cher par rapport à d'autres. J'ai des photos comme preuves à l'appui.

    Je crois que c'est l'un des lieux prisés par les touristes en partance pour un safari. On y trouve pratiquement toutes les nationalités .... Le cadre semble historique

    Hotel sympa et personnel au too. Domage que certaines chambres soient un peu petite. Je recommande pour personne seul ou en couple. Le service de conciergerie est vraiment tres bien.
