  très bon accueil J'étais dans l'appart Don Juan, grande pièce de vie , cuisine équipée chauffage et clim , grande salle de bain et très calme (presque aucun passage de voitures Appartement bien situé près du centre historique et des commerces et restaurants. Idéal pour visiter cette jolie ville. A découvrir

  Un petit paradis au coeur de Pezenas. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux, leurs conseils pointus pour la découverte du site et les bons plans pour une dégustation des meilleurs produits régionaux. Le duplex est un havre de paix, les chambres en contrebas sont très agréables, rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci à Olivier pour tous les petis plus dont nous avons pu bénéficier. A très vite ! Martine et Dominique

  Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans l'appartement "le paradis" qui porte bien son nom. Nous avons eu un super accueil, l'appartement est un petit nid douillet décoré avec goût et élégance. La literie est au top. Superbe terrasse. Nius reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir

  Un accueil chaleureux, un studio aménagé avec beaucoup de charme , fonctionnel et surtout très bien situé au cœur du centre. Je recommande à tous ceux qui souhaitent venir visiter pezenas.

  Positif: Appartement grand,lumineux et très bien aménagé Appartement climatisé c’est un plus dans cette région Literie pour le grand lit parfait pour le petit lit moyen Bien situé,près du centre ville,près de plusieurs parking gratuit ou payants. Négatif: Le petit lit a beaucoup de charme car il est ancien mais les lattes qui bougent c’est pas pratique.

  Négatif: la climatisation n existe pas dans les chambres et c'etait intenable quand j avais vu climatisation j aurai aime savoir que ce n etait que dans la piece principale Par ailleurs l'accès avec 2 étages d'escalier pas top, cela non plus je n'avais pas vu Et pour couronner le tout, je me suis vue forcé mon coffre de toit alors que le parking de l'hote aurait très bien pu accueillir mon véhicule.

  Positiva: Céntrico, alojamiento amplio, decoración agradable, dotado con todos los elementos necesarios para cocina, aseo y limpieza, recibimiento amable, aparcamiento cerrado, cubierto y privado, sin problemas para las mascotas. Todo en su conjunto hacen la estancia placentera.. Negativa: Los puntos de luz eléctrica los prefiero de techo centrado en vez de lámparas laterales..

  Positiva: Apartamento espacioso y tranquilo, limpio y bien equipado en cuanto a electrodomésticos. Viajamos con un bebé de año y medio, pedimos un cuna al hacer la reserva y nos la pusieron sin problemas. Está a dos minutos del casco antiguo y tiene un hipermercado Carrefour a 10 minutos andando. Hay parking gratuito en los alrededores.. Negativa: Las escaleras muy empinadas, dificultad para subir y bajar varias veces al día con una silla de paseo de bebé. La calle es estrecha y fue un poco complicado cargar y descargar el coche a la ida y a la vuelta. En cuanto al propio apartamento, éramos cuatro y apenas cabíamos en la mesa del comedor. Por ejemplo, tan solo había tres sillas, aunque entendemos que el apartamento, a pesar de disponer de un sofá cama, está pensado para dos..

  Positive: Olivier, the owner spoke great English and was really friendly and helpful with local advice and sight seeing tips. The apartment is in the old part of town (very central) and has been renovated to great modern standard, whilst maitaining some lovely original features. It has a lovely spacious feel to it with an open plan kichen/ dining/ lounge area. There is air condition, but only upstairs in the living area, not in either of the two bedrooms. The main bedroom has two sinks and a lovely deep freestanding bathtub. The second smaller bedroom has two single beds and a shower and sink. Both got quite warm, especially the small one. Fans were provided, but still quite hot in mid summer! The apartment is very homely and stylish, the beds were very comfortable and it was super- quiet. The location is just off the pedestrianised area so really central and convenient for enjoying a stroll through the old town, close to restaurants/ bars and lovely shops. Supermarkets (Carrefour and Lidl) are 2 min by car, 10 min walk away.. Negative: Both bedrooms, located downstairs, got quite hot - fans were provided which helped somewhat. Aircondition only upstairs (in main living/ dining/ kitchen area). Kitchen utensils could have been a little more comprehensive, but only minor bits, that could be easily rectified (no peeler, can opener, potatoe masher, washing up liquid). We asked for a couple of bits (second chopping board, whisk and mug), which Olivier, the lovely owner happily and promptly provided. We just didn't want to keep asking for stuff... Parking was a little tricky. There is a garage in the building, but as there are 3 appartments, the space way already reserved for someone else. This meant I had to look for parking every night in the adjacent street or in a free public car park 5 mins down the road - after dropping off kids, husband and shopping. This was generally OK, except for one evening when the free car park got very busy. Since the apartment is located in the old part of town, the streets are very narrow and you can't really stop for long amounts of time outside the apartment as other cars struggle to get past and you are essentially blocking the road! So if parking on-site is important for you, check with the owner before booking..
