  Cet hôtel est très spécial C'est super proche de San José (1h30 maximum) Ses chambres sont très belles et certaines ont une vue de rêve sur la plage Le traitement du personnel est extrêmement sympathique, ils sont très serviables. La plage (Herradura Norte) est à 50 m à pied très proche. Les prix à l'intérieur de l'hôtel ne sont pas élevés mais cela en vaut la peine. Fortement recommandé pour se déconnecter du stress de la ville sans avoir à conduire des heures et des heures. Sans aucun doute, cet hôtel est devenu celui de ma femme et mon préféré. 🎊💯👌🫶👏

  Nous avons décidé assez spontanément pour le Marriott d'échapper à la pluie. Déjà à l'arrivée on s'est moqué de nous car nous ne sommes pas membre du Marriott Club. L'établissement est très propre, le personnel dans l'ensemble très gentil et sympathique comme vous le savez au Costa Rica. Ce qui nous a vraiment déçu, c'est la gamme de plats pour le déjeuner. 5 restaurants dont 2 seulement sont ouverts et les deux ont la même offre. Les chambres (1er étage avec accès piscine privée) ont des murs en papier. La machine à glaçons tourne à plein régime toute la nuit. J'ai appelé la réception plusieurs fois. L'employé a résolu l'erreur à court terme une heure plus tard, il a recommencé. À partir de 6h30, vous ne pouvez pas dormir car vous pouvez entendre chaque porte et chaque bruit. Lorsque les voisins parlent, on dirait qu'ils se tiennent à côté de vous. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est suffisant et bien préparé. Dans l'ensemble, nous nous attendions à beaucoup plus pour le prix de la chambre. La piscine privée fait un mètre de large, la chambre n'en vaut pas la peine car la piscine principale n'était pas très fréquentée. Il n'y a pas d'eau dans la chambre. La poignée de la douche était lâche, difficile d'allumer l'eau chaude. Nous étions au Costa Rica pendant 3 semaines et c'était le pire hôtel (prix / qualité)

  J'ai adoré l'endroit, qui aime la décoration de style colonial l'aimera comme moi, très bon service, seulement à la fin il y a eu une confusion lors du départ mais ils l'ont réparé et ils ont pris l'initiative sans aucun problème. Chambres confortables, et je trouve la nourriture très bonne, surtout le petit déjeuner au restaurant La hacienda, c'est très varié et on peut choisir ce qu'on veut 👍

  En réalité, je n'ai vu que les chambres de l'entrée à la sortie, mais comme je travaille dans le tourisme, j'ai eu des milliers de clients qui y ont séjourné et j'ai entendu beaucoup de belles choses sur la beauté de l'endroit, bien que très cher mais sans aucun doute. très agréable.

  Excellente expérience. Parmi les complexes hôteliers que nous avons visités au Costa Rica, le meilleur. Suivi par le Marriott Costa Rica. Dans un environnement parfait. Il intègre une Marina, dans laquelle se trouvent des restaurants (sans rapport avec Marriott) et un terrain de golf. Les installations sont parfaites. La piscine est incroyable, immense, avec service de bar. Un endroit idéal. Il a plusieurs alternatives de restauration. Les hamburgers sur la terrasse de la piscine sont recommandés. Le petit déjeuner est délicieusement succulent. L'attention est prudente, polie et amicale ... peut-être un peu raide. Ma femme et moi sommes restés quelques jours et toute la famille est revenue de vacances.

  Hotel really great for families. Beautiful location. Pool service staff was perfect. Second time staying there would avoid restaurants at all costs for dinner. Eat outside. Only had lunch at pool and breakfast was good but over priced a bit.

  My wife and I had a last minute chance to visit. Had a wonderful experience at Los Sueños. We stayed at the Swim Up rooms. Can not recommend them enough. Food, service, wonderful location. This place has it all. A must visit!

  We spend 4 nights 5 days at Los Suenos Marriott Resort and entire experience was amazing. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool are was super nice. Only thing is there were not any pool activities run by the resort during our stay. Breakfasts are also really good with traditional breakfast menus along with Costa Rican food. We used the driving range for the kids which was complimentary by the hotel and they really enjoyed it. The hotel has so many friendly iguanas roaming around and it was super fun to watch them. Overall we had fantastic time.

  The Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort made for a PERFECT Spring Break for our family. Absolutely amazing property, pool, food, views, etc. So much to do and such lovely staff. We did ziplining, horseback riding, surfing in Jaco, and visited Manuel Antonio Park. Best trip ever! Thank you, Marriott!

  The place is nice, but for a place called "The Dreams" it was pretty noisy. There was constant 80s music playing at the pool both days we were there, followed by a DJ playing dance music. Not a very relaxing experience. Other than that, service was great, drinks were a little pricey. If I were guaranteed the music problem would be fixed, I would consider going back.

  My stay at the Los Suenos Marriott in Herradura Costa Rica was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My room… The king, ocean view with balcony was enormous and spotlessly clean. I enjoyed my balcony and my view was exquisite. The food was excellent especially the steak restaurant on the property. Much appreciated was the fresh water tank in the front lobby. The beach was fun but the sand was a little harsh.

  Before arrival, I was a bit afraid that it would be another big resort without charm or personality. But I was immediately proven wrong. What a fantastic property! I can't praise it enough. The well maintained garden, the knowledgeable and friendly staff, the comprehensive breakfast buffet with both local and international choices... So great! My only complaint (which unfortunately was a big disappointment) is the title of our room category: rainforest room. I don't know where that name came from? Our room overlooked the driveway to the main entrance and was mostly obstructed. There was no sign of a rainforest :-(

  This resort is beautiful and all the staff are friendly and meet every need. Several of the staff members stood out like Henry and Ronaldo.   I loved this resort. The grounds were well maintained. Rooms cleaned in the a.m., so I could nap in afternoon. Menu was fresh and excellently prepared. I felt safe while traveling alone. My only disappointment was I thought it was all inclusive at the nightly rate, but I'd still go back. I loved the main pool design.

  If you visiting Costa Rica and looking for a resort to unwind this is a reasonable place. It’s close to lots of activities. I loved the location abs the scenery, and the place is definitely clean. I would’ve preferred all inclusive. They do charge for all activities even though they say they provide them freely ( more of a luring tactic). I did notice they are family friendly and have places for young children. Overall worth the visit !

  Overall the hotel is an absolute paradise. Improvements on food/drink delivery to the swim-up rooms in necessary as staff wouldn’t deliver to guests in the private pool (rooms open up into the pool) despite informing room service when order placed that we were all in the pool. Overall, would definitely go back very soon!

  what an amazing time we had at the Marriott los Suenos! The staff genuinely cares about you and your well-being. They go out of your way to make sure you are happy. The grounds are beautiful and very well-kept. Every meal we had was prepared perfectly. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!   With the exception of a couple meal experiences, our overall experience was exceptional. The staff was very attentive and friendly and the grounds were immaculate. The room was somewhat dated but clean. The door lock and safe were inoperable due to needing new batteries. The door lock was repaired immediately. The safe never did get repaired. We reported hearing critters in attic and walls at night but we were not overly concerned. We would definitely stay at the resort again.

  We just returned from a 2 weeks stay over the new years holidays. We have great memories of the resort with it's amenities, comfort and very professional staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We were never bored . The grounds are large, well maintained and accessible. The room service food was fresh and presented like I was at the restaurant. Watersports included limited use of the paddleboards and bikes. The rooms were clean and staff were attentive to our needs when we ran out of room items. We had to extend our stay on three occasions and we were able to keep our own room each time. Susan especially was key in accomodating this. I also must mention Cynthia who went out of her way to get school supplies for my daughter who was online for school. Miguel at the beach was attentive and easy to talk to with beach activities. We'll be back!

Wait Staff at La hacienda and Bar Ocho: Wendy, David and Hugo were super friendly and went over board. The food was excellent. Concierge and travel desk were super helpful.   Outstanding! We can't wait for our next trip. Staff is the BEST of anywhere we've stayed. The best way to describe the ambiance is it just 'feels' as you hope for from a tropical resort. Sounds of birds, ocean, gorgeous location & sunset. Beautiful grounds, fantastic pool. It's spread out enough so that it's great for families or romantic getaway. Service is the best thing about it! Hacienda Kitchen is the best restaurant of any Marriott restaurant we've been to. The staff made outstanding recommendations. Ceviche was our favorite of anywhere and we had it twice a day for 5 days at various locations. Luis remembered our drink orders, including our son's ginger ale, and delivered outstanding service. We love a swim up pool bar and Ismael is one of the best mixologists ever. He recommends and makes a great drink according to your likes. Just outstanding. We can't wait to come back again!!!! We love you, Los Suenos Marriott!!!

  Loved the scenic views. Great for photographs. Very nice staff. The food was very bad. Cooking was inconsistent. The resort fee for services is meaningless. Kayaking should be available during good weather - early in the morning or later. Gold range not accessible after 3 pm. It’s almost like the resort does not want you to use the facilities

  A very nice hotel isolated in the better part of Costa Rica. The food was good especially buffet breakfast which was excellent specifically the fresh fruit. The sports equipment left a little bit to be desired and in need of repair. I thought the 30 minute period of time which is covered under the service fee was a little too short. After 30 minutes they begin to charge you per hour. The staff however a little slow was efficient and friendly. The pool area is an added bonus and was quite relaxing. One of the best outside activities was the horseback ride to the seven different waterfalls. It’s a fair bit of a hike but definitely worth the money. Rented a personal watercraft with a tour guide to go to several beaches and attempt to snorkel and skin dive however both machines broke down and that turned into a long day. Be known that is not associated with the hotel as it was a separate extracurricular activity. The activities separate from the hotel’s authority you book through an agent who is slightly off property. The prices are expensive however you can haggle a little if you book multiple activities with one agent. I used Mango Adventures and was happy with their service. All in all it was a good trip and I would use the hotel again.

  Clean, friendly staff, nice accommodations. The resort was at capacity yet it felt like there were very few guests there! We had our own area in the pool, we were always able to get a table at a restaurant with very little wait time and the staff even remembered our go to drinks.

  We reserved a suite with an ocean view. As in years past, we planned on spending a lot of time on the balcony, enjoying the view from our room. We have a tradition of ordering room service each morning and eating outside. When we arrived, we received a room with a pool view and no balcony. I asked the front desk person, Miguel, if any other rooms were available. He said we would need to downgrade to a regular room if we wanted a balcony and informed us that they were fully booked. I returned later in the evening and spoke to Keyner to see if we could pay extra for the next room up. He restated that they were fully booked. I explained our breakfast tradition and asked if they might include breakfast with our stay since they couldn't provide the balcony or view we believed was included. He smugly responded that we should feel free to pay for our own breakfast. The next morning, I decided to try to find a local Marriott that would offer a room with a balcony. I spoke to Andre at the front desk. He told me that the vacation club side of the property was not or very full, and he found me a villa. By that afternoon, we were in a new, beautiful room. Andre was kind and creative and resourceful. He advocated for us and literally saved our vacation. (I am currently waiting for surgery and stayed in the room a good part of the vacation.) I didn't want to comment on the bad service while I was there, but my family feels that it's important to bring these things to light--especially since we would love to make this our annual vacation resort. Miguel and Keyner were condescending, unresourceful, and blunt. They had no compassion and did not try to help at all. They also spent quite a bit of time whispering and laughing at the other end of the reservations desk while we waited and when I returned the second day. I have no idea what that was about, but it didn't make me feel great. We choose Costa Rica over other beautiful locations because of the warmth and enthusiasm of nearly everyone we meet. I'm grateful that the kindness of your staff eventually led to a relaxing, memorable vacation for our family. Thank you, Andre.

  I attended a conference. My room was changed from two double beds to a King. I had a view of the garden and in the distance the water. The room was large, comfortable and quiet. Exception was the last morning of my stay: maintenance by staff on a nearby shower was annoying and lasted over 30 min. The food was good, though somewhat repetitive. Staff service was for the most part very good. Exception, I waited over 20 min to get my drink out in the pool area - I found this delay annoying. The hotel was clean and is in a relaxing locale near the water. Overall, the hotel was a great place to hold a conference so I had an enjoyable stay; not so sure I would return with my wife for a vacation though. I didn't like the 1.5 hour trip from airport to hotel and back. The best part of the hotel was the interconnecting pools.

  We loved our stay at Los Suenos. The grounds were beautiful. It was the perfect location for the activities we wanted to do. The desserts at the Cafe were excellent! We loved all the included amenities like tennis, soccer, volleyball, Foosball, paddle board, kayaks and more! It was so convenient that they have free water bottle refill stations located around the resort. The food at the restaurants were good. I only wish they were a little better priced. It was a little pricey. We will definitely return to Los Suenos when we visit Costa Rica again!

  This resort was beautiful. We loved the beach front property and the pool was amazing. The restaurants were delicious, with enough variety that we didn’t feel like we were constantly eating the same things. The staff was absolutely incredible - so kind, accommodating, friendly towards our kids and helpful! We really loved that they had activities throughout the week to do with a variety of interests! We highly recommend the eco-tour! We saw sloths, toucans, macaws & monkeys. It was phenomenal. All in all - this is probably the best resort we have stayed at! Marriott knows how to do things right ;)

  We stayed here for my kids' fall break for three nights. The facility is a bit dated but the pool is amazing. We had a one bedroom suite, which kept it's cool temperature every day. The breakfast buffet each morning was great. We also used the tour desk for several excursions, which met all expectations. The clinic for the Covid test is about a mile away so take a taxi or an Uber rather than walking there with two kids and a pregnant wife!

  The property is beautiful, all the gardens / green areas were incredible pretty. All the staff that I encounter, bellboys, front desk staff, people at the restaurant were very friendly and I appreciate that. I always wanted to visit this place and on Oct 3rd, which is my birthday, I decided to go. However, despite the fact that I mentioned it during the booking process, I did not get, not even a single, "Happy Birthday". I was disappointed by the lack of attention to that detail. I also feel that the overall value of what I got, was lower than the price I paid. Besides, the resort fee should be optional instead of mandatory. Last but not least, at our room we got a k cup coffee machine, but instead of k cups, we got coffee bags. So it was impossible to prepare our coffee, we tried but we got terrible coffee as a result. Again, little attention to detail. I know, I'm a very picky person and I'm sorry for having such a high expectations. For all this reasons, I do not see myself going back or recommending this place to a friend. I wish I could go again, but I'm more likely to explore different resort options.

  My first visit to Costa Rica and I already can’t wait to return! The resort, the people, the food, the service was all amazing. Upon arrival to Los Suenos Marriott I received a complimentary upgrade and chose the swim up room. I then received complimentary buffet breakfast which is actually a full breakfast, omelets made to order, hot food, fruit, etc. Thank you Keyner! I have stayed at many Marriotts and the service here is unmatched. Andres is an amazing server. He provided us with an unforgettable experience. Kind and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. The staff is all smiles all of the time. Raul is located at the beach on the property and can assist with tours and excursions. He was our fearless guide to the waterfalls. He provided a personalized experience and ensured our safety and comfort. We had an amazing time. Mayela, thank you for keeping our room so clean. The grounds are beautiful. The resort is very clean, peaceful, service is speedy, the pools are plentiful and the food is good. The views are a must see. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed stand up paddle boarding and bike riding at the resort. Just up the street is Herradura Beach which has a strip of restaurants and bars. There are also local shops and liquor stores within walking distance. The Marina is accessible from the property and offers several restaurants and shops. Although we visited during the rainy season, we enjoyed several hours of sunshine daily with a few showers at night two nights..The rain did not interfere with our stay. I would return to this resort with my children as it is family friendly. Has something to offer for everyone.

  Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful pool and great swim up bar and food. Great atmosphere. We ate at the steakhouse on premises excellent. The only thing that could have went smoother was the check in it took 45 minutes just before someone took us to register other than that great hotel clean sanitized. They offer a lot of free amenities and also ones you can pay extra for like a fishing trip,zip lining,white water rafting and other activities. Definitely if you are staying there check out the bridge with all the crocodiles. another great place is Manuel Antonio park .

  Arrived Friday afternoon and the resort is beautiful. Got to the desk and the staff was very pleasant. I enjoyed every part of my stay except for the check in where I was offered an upgraded room to which I accepted. After a couple of minutes I was then told I could not have the room I was just offered. This was a huge disappointment that was inly salvaged by the fact it rained all weekend. The staff otherwise was very helpful and the room was clean and spacious. I definitely will come back

  I recently stayed at Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort with my girlfriend. One of the best resorts in the Jaco and Herradura area for sure. There is so much luxury and comfort here at the Marriott that a review barely does it any justice. The bar and restaurant staff were exceptionally competent and friendly. The food was phenomenal but the wait staff went above and beyond to make our experience everything we hoped for. The grounds are beautiful and overall the resort was charming. Although the beach at the resort is not the nicest in appearance (i.e. compared to the Caribbean), the water was still a pretty greenish-blue and was as warm as bath water. If you have sensitive feet then I recommend packing some aqua shoes if you plan to hit the beach. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a really nice experience staying at the Marriot. They even arranged COVID testing for us and had our results back to us within less than 12 hours. Excellent hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

  Je suis allée faire l excursion tortuga island. Gros catamaran, excursion 'à l americaine', musique à fond sur le cata. Petit déjeuner minable, muffins et fruits en quantité ridicule pour le nombre de personnes. Pas de jus de fruits .... L isle est très jolie, mais galets sur la plage et dans l eau donc on n en profite pas. Alcool à gogo sur l isle, inclu dans le prix,donc forcément le retour,plus d une heure de catamaran, les gens tous bourrés...repas minable et pour dessert une mini barre chocolatée....pour 150$ Us par personne,ça fait très cher la ballade.....trop cher comme toute excursion au Costa rica! Je ne recommande pas.par contre personnel sur le cata très sympa

  Hôtel magnifique s'intégrant avec bonheur dans un cadre naturel sublime. Prestations parfaites, personnel charmant. Possibilité de visiter le parc Carara tres proche. Une belle marina et un golf superbe completent l'offre de l'hôtel. La superbe piscine comblera les enfants. Vue magnifique et vols d'aras au dessus de l' hôtel !
