  M book Avon villa for 2 days by Oyo and I'll pay direct to Oyo...when I checked in the owner give me a room which i don't like so he will take 200 more for another room...room was good...then I'll ask them for plates..they told me if u order food from our kitchen then only we give u plates...I'll call many times for plates but everytime they told me to order something's..if they don't provide these little things then i think they close there hotel .at the end they give me plates but that is no use if guest is not happy..food rates are too high like a five star hotel.they don't allowed any food from outside .these words told by owner ..soo if u book this hotel then take your glasses cutlery crockery with u...worst experience...service guys are good...apriciate all service guys...i didn't recommended this hotel at all ..zero star for this behaviour and zero star for Oyo aswell..why they allow these types of hotels for Oyo...

  Giving 1 star bcoz of property manager behavior due to booking of this hotel room less price rest all is average i.e. distance of all attraction is in short area location is good,we are provided with room which is having not attached bathroom.property owner reminded us many times that we booked his room in less price and almost ruined our trip.so while booking this hotel be cautious otherwise all trip may have ruined as we suffered.yes if you go there without booking he may provide good room. Rest all upon you if you can compromise your dignity and honour you may visit this hotel.

  The Only good thing about the room was the valley view. That's it. The room wasn't clean enough. Bathroom was extremely small like a small wardrobe. Also it's a bit far from ISBT Shimla. So don't choose this place for your stay. Better to spend some extra pennies and take a room near Mall road.

  Today I learnt how OYO Hotels buy their ratings! The owner tried to force me to give good rating prior to check-out. I told him that I will give rating after I depart, but he threatened me with calling police and didn't return my Original ID saying that only after good rating, he will release my ID. On refusal, he demanded extra charges for driver stay and food which I had to pay. When I introduced myself as General Manager at SAIL, then he allowed me to go. The above behaviour by the Owner & Staff of the Hotel is highly objectionable and beyond imagination of any Civil Society norms and demands severest action by OYO against the Hotel to the extent of de-listing if OYO wants to preserve its reputation.
