  Positive: Excellent location with great views down lake Como towards Menaggio. Nice small pool and short walk from the beach facing south on the lake. For shops etc you really need to drive into Colico which has a nice harbour area with lots of restaurants. The local Ul Crottino restaurant is very good, simple Italian food in a family run restaurant. Negative: Only point I would make is that you really need to drive to get to shops, there is a small local shop nearby, only take cash (no cards).

  Positiv: Fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon und Wohn- Esszimmer! Moderne Einrichtung mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Gefrierschrank. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. In jeder der beiden Wohnungen sind zwei Badezimmer. Kurzer Weg zu einer kleinen Badebucht. Die Kommunikation mit Germano war sehr gut.. Negativ: Im Badezimmer könnten Handtuchstangen angebracht werden. Die Beleuchtung der Küchenzeile könnte verbessert werden. Die Fensterläden haben geklemmt. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten in einer wirklich schönen Unterkunft..

  Positiv: Ruhige Lage in einem von ansässigen bewohnten Wohnquartier, der Strand in Olgiasca einerseits, das Restaurant Crottino und der negozio alimentari auf dem Berg anderseits in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wenige Fahr-Minuten bis zu einem Wiesen und Fein-Kiesel Strand am Spiaggia di Piona in Colico. In der Stadt Colico ein Lebensmittelgeschäft mit alles was es braucht, respektive ins Centro Commerciale Fuentes für alles weitere..

  Positive: Fabulous views. Negative: No laundry facilities. The location was further from town than originally thought so was difficult to get around without a car. Local taxis weren’t readily available and charged over normal rates.

  Positive: Fantastic owner who couldn’t be more helpful. The apartment was spotless and spacious. We all had our own room and to be quite honest I can’t give you any faults for this place. It was 10 out of 10, even more as it was beyond what we had hoped for. Already looking to return for longer this time!!. Negative: Nothing!!! It was perfect!.
