    Un rendez-vous d'affaires m'a permis de séjourner dans ce luxueux hôtel au bord de l'Arno. Que dire, fabuleux ! Attention au client à partir du personnel courtois et toujours disponible, aux nombreux accessoires présents dans la chambre, en terminant par les finitions des locaux de l'hôtel.

    Hôtel 5 étoiles pour mille et une nuits Des chambres vraiment magnifiques, on a l'impression de vivre dans une autre époque, du faste, du luxe dans un environnement très relaxant. Merveilleux restaurant, magnifique salle à manger, service impeccable et plats exquis. Fortement recommandé pour ceux qui aiment les environnements luxueux et chics.     Venez récupérer la Nuit au Marriott. C'est un hôtel 5 étoiles, luxueux et magnifique. Il y a un restaurant étoilé Michelin. Situé au bord de la rivière, facile d'accès. Grand-père voyage seul, sans se perdre.

    Je suis allé au St. Regis pour le travail et j'ai été époustouflé. Un endroit merveilleux, digne d'un conte de fées. Ce qui m'est resté le plus au cœur, c'est la courtoisie, la gentillesse et la serviabilité de tout le personnel que j'ai rencontré, tous disponibles, gentils, souriants et professionnels malgré l'énorme quantité de travail. Un merveilleux souvenir que je garderai dans mon cœur pour toujours. Merci ❤

    Our stay at St. Regis Florence was an amazing experience. With a view of the Arno, butler service, a very clean and beautiful room, wonderful breakfasts and dinner, all topped off with a champagne sabering with wonderful treats and delicious champagne. What makes it most memorable, though, was the genuine friendliness of the whole staff. They work very hard but always with a smile. We can't wait to go back!

    This was by far the best experience I have ever had as compared to other 5-star hotels/resorts. Most places get some but not everything to be an excellent experience, however, the St. Regis in Florence did.

    We stayed at the St.Regis on a girls trip and were impressed by the hotel in all aspects. Speed and quality of service, staff friendliness, location and cleanliness. We received stellar recommendations, Taxi was available in 2 mins and the staff personalized their service. Highly recommend this hotel for families, couples and anyone who wants to make a memorable trip to Florence.

    We stayed here for 5~ days and it was incredible! It’s located in a great area and our room had an amazing view. The staff made us feel at home the entire time. The food spot on! They offered breakfast buffet and the room service was fast and delicious! We will definitely come back!

    This is an exceptional property with excellent view of the river. Personnel is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Great room service but rooms are a little outdated. Presentation of the food and service at the restaurant was excellent but unfortunately quality of food was average. Overall, would recommend this property but would not recommend hotel’s restaurant since there are a lot of better options in the area.

    It’s a very nice building and dining / bar are really impressive. Rooms where good if you like the historical theme. All needs some TLC. Very poor isolation so expect to hear your neighbours and the staff moving around all the time. Service wasn’t up to the St. Regis standard. Reception team had no idea about the hotel and the service offered. Concierge service or the bar events weren’t advertised. Gym was not to standard and few machines didn’t work. Informing front desk didn’t change that, Concierge was more of a key holder and good advice was hard to get. Bar team saved the day and cocktails were very good. In all not what you expect from St.Regis, by fare the worst we visited. For the price you can expect much better!

    Emplacement merveilleux. Malheureusement expérience entachée par un vol subi. J'ai ressenti une plus grande efficacité de la part du personnel du service à la clientèle et du service qui a pris en charge ma situation sans succès. Je pense qu'une telle structure devrait avoir des caméras à chaque endroit de la structure afin de prévenir des actes de ce type avec ce moyen de dissuasion et, au cas où ils seraient commis, de retracer les responsables. Dans mon cas la beauté du lieu a été annulée par le manque de sécurité.

    Je suis un vétéran de la chaîne St. Regis, il ne me manquait que celle-ci que je n'avais honnêtement jamais été. Pour l'instant j'ai essayé le bar et pas encore l'hôtel. Excellent service, établissement bien entretenu, personnel très professionnel et tout le style St. Regis qui est le meilleur au monde

    We recently visited Florence (Dec 2021) and stayed at the St. Regis. It was, hands down, an exceptional service experience. Everyone who worked there was warm, accommodating and eager to serve -- from the Reception, to the Concierge to the dining room staff -- everyone with whom we interacted. The building is lovely. The rooms have every modern convenience, yet are appointed to appear centuries old. The food, too, was excellent. I suggest you pay the extra amount for a room facing the river, as we did, totally worth it.

    Exceptional in every way! The staff at reception, bell captain, bellmen, waiters, butler …. all were as you would want to represent such a wonderful hotel. As a titanium member, the hotel had the availability and I was upgraded to a wonderful suite with an Arno River view. I have never stayed in such a gorgeous room. My only regret is that I was delayed in arriving in Florence and I had a very early (4 am) checkout that prevented me from making the most of my stay. I was hoping to try out the spa, but did not have the time. Hopefully, I will in the not to distant future!

    A wonderful stay in a perfectly situated location, the St Regis exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Close enough to everything without the concern in being in the center of the Historic District. Lots of great restaurants within a ten minute walk or less and a ton of bakeries and coffee shops down the road. The staff was welcoming, engaging and great overall. We are frequent visitors to the wonderful city and our second time at the St. Regis. It will now be our new home here when we return.

    We went to Florence as part of a tour of northern and central Italy. It was our first time in Europe since before the pandemic started. We had stayed at the Saint Regis in Florence before and were amazed at the service we got this time as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

    I had booked many rooms and nights. I’m baffled that you charged me a penalty for canceling a room due to a positive covid test. The hotel is great but I will never return. My best friend from USA tested positive and could not come to Florence but you still charged me a penalty fee……. Not how I run my business

    We stayed at the Saint Regis in Florence 3/11/21 through 7/11/21. Beautiful hotel within an easy walking distance to everything Florence has to offer. We rented a car in Florence from Avis which areas a 5 minute walk from the hotel to go to Sienna. Just a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location.

    We stayed at the St. Regis using points and it was everything the reviews said it was. We were fortunate to have suite night upgrades clear to a Junior Suite and the room was large and well appointed. As a titanium member, breakfast was included as welcome amenity and it was a very nice touch to include room service breakfast during Covid - full a la carte menu available. Spa was wonderful - they have private suites that you can rent by the hour and a full service menu - amazing couple massage experience. Butler service very accommodating as always. The fashion district of Florence is a 6 minute walk and the Duomo about 10 - we walked everywhere in the city with no problems from the hotel. If you crave a quick pizza - Pizza Industria 1 minute away was fantastic Napoli style. If I had to include one thing to improve (and really this place is fantastic), it would be a few breakfast items. The bread basket it is presented so nicely, but as others have commented below the breads are just not the greatest and do not match the quality of everything else, they are simply just OK. Also - the avocado toast was not that great - the avocado wasn't fresh sliced or mashed and the eggs were sunny side up instead of poached - but honestly - these are nitpicky things at an EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY! We cannot wait to come again when we are in Tuscany!

    Spectacular building on the Arno river. Historic building that is maintained in a grand style. It is historic and vibrant at the same time. The rooms are spacious and make you feel like you are experiencing Florence in a classical era, as if luxury is an art form. Staff was focused on service with appreciation and professionalism. The Concierge helped us with a day in Tuscany, dinner reservations, gym reservations, shipping far too many purchases and even a taxi to the train station. The staff honored Covid precautions with thoughtfulness and discretion. We enjoyed breakfast every morning in a grand, historic dining room that felt like something Lorenzo de Medici would affirmatively embrace.

    The hotel is honestly one of the best I've ever stayed at, and that is saying something. The staff truly go out of their way for you, they try to provide a room upgrade where possible and the quality of the rooms and food is of a phenomenal standard.

    D'un point de vue purement visuel, il n'a pas besoin d'être présenté ni loué, c'est le meilleur de sa catégorie. Le restaurant et le bar méritent des éloges séparés mais non moins enthousiastes. Super accueil, gentillesse, courtoisie, convivialité et professionnalisme mettent le client à l'aise. Le tout accompagné d'une musique de fond très agréable et du talent du pianiste qui l'interprète. La cuisine est extraordinaire. Vraiment recommandé merci

    Mediocre experience. I am saying that as a Titanium Elite Member. I am staying a lot in High End Hotels (sometimes over 100 nights per year), so I can compare it to others quite well. I used a lot of points for this stay and was not impressed. The rooms are good. We got on upgrade (even though not to a Suite, which was also a bit disappointing). The Service was very impersonal. No one asked how our stay was going. When we wanted to drop our bags at the end of our stay, the concierge desk employee asked us if we were guests in the Hotel. Even during the checkout there was no question about our stay. I also did not receive any questionnaire per email like a normal Hotel would send (that is why I am sending my review here). The service in the Hotel Restaurant was subpar. First breakfast, we were guided to our table. The waiter asked what we wanted to drink. 30 Minutes later (that is not a joke or exaggerated), we got the menu to order (there was no buffet due to the pandemic), tea and coffee. The Restaurant was 1/4 full. In between I called for a waiter and he waived at me and said I need to wait. In the evening we ate in the same Restaurant. The Fish for 50$ was way too salty. My partner ate a dish with was prepared on bread. It was almost impossible to cut. We ordered a steak knife and it was still a lot of work to just cut one piece out. Does the cook try his own dishes? The next day at breakfast it still took them 10 minutes to deliver just the menu. Why the person that guides you to your table not just simply grab the menus and give it to you while you are being seated, like in any other Hotel, is beyond me. For the price (points & cash) for this Hotel the service needs to be top notch, which it is not. Prior the start of the pandemic we just visited the St. Regis and Bali and the Ritz Carlton in Kyoto. There was simply no comparison to the service delivered in those Hotels compared to the St. Regis Florence. Unlike the other Hotels I will avoid this one in the future. I believe this is a shame as it would not take much to bring it up a level.

    My wife and I stayed at the St. Regis Firenze while traveling on our honeymoon. We were upgraded to a large room on the 4th floor with large balcony overlooking the river. Suffice it to say this was a hotel stay unlike any other we had ever experienced. The service was out of this world, from morning coffee to packing / unpacking. The rooms decorated with beautiful paintings and incredible furniture. Such an amazing experience we are forever spoiled.

    Thank you to the amazing team at the St. Regis in Florence for making our visit so special. Along with attending a wedding at the hotel, we also enjoyed staying there and the beautiful room, spa, and dining. The staff couldn't have made us feel more welcome and truly went out of their way to make everything feel relaxing, and safe. With the pandemic there were some limitations on food and at the spa but everyone really did their best to work through things and make it a very special first visit back to Italy.

    From the moment we stepped into the hotel, my mom and I felt welcomed by the incredible staff. Everyone we met went above and beyond in making our trip memorable and great. The concierges putting quotes about mothers and daughters in our lovely rooms to welcome us, Andrea in the restaurant so friendly and funny, the butlers who always there to help - every part of our stay was amazing!

    We spent five days at the St Regis in August. Everyone was very welcoming, and the service was first class. Our room overlooked the Arno river with a balcony, which was really nice. The restaurant was beautiful. It is across the plaza from the Westin, which also appeared very nice, and had a rooftop bar/restaurant.

    St. Regis Florence was everything we asked for and a bit more. We chose this property to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, and the hotel greeted us with a suite upgrade decorated with hand cut paper hearts, a bottle of sparkling wine and generally just an awesome vibe. Breakfast was amazing as well choosing great a la carte options, and the evening ritual with champagne (for my wife) was a great start of the evening. All staff were so kind in taking good care of our toddler and greeting him by name, every time we came by. Wonderful experience

    The St. Regis staff from doorman to butler team knew it was our honeymoon, and treated us delightfully. Extra touches, like delicate red paper hearts on the bed, welcomed us, and throughout our stay, every member of the team was solicitous of our needs. Moreover, it was extremely impressive how quickly the staff communicated among themselves to ensure that all were made aware and we never had to repeat ourselves or be redirected. It was a perfect stay. In addition, the location of the hotel is also perfect for enjoying Florence.

    From the instant we arrived we were treated like royalty, literally! We were upgraded to the 2 room Royal Suite, including butler service! I mean MAN, what a way to start our stay! The staff was focused on 1 thing - to make us happy. The hotel was beautiful, our rooms were awesome, the restaurant and bar were exquisite. Room service was prompt and delicious! We have travelled a great deal but we were truly made to feel extra special on this visit. we urge you to go and check it out yourself.

    My wife and I stayed there for three days while on vacation in Italy. I wish our entire stay had been at this hotel. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, helping us out in every way possible. The hotel itself is a gorgeous place, with rooms that are just incredible. Honestly, I wish I lived here!

    A beautiful and well located old grand hotel in excellent condition. It was a mostly positive experience with two exceptions: the rooms are well appointed but very small for this level of hotel; the restaurant staff was unable to accomadate my son's food allergies and they were generally uninformed about how to handle food allergies. The restaurant menus contained food allergy guides which are common in Italy, but theirs was confusing and it appeared as if some of the labels were applied incorrectly. The service overall was very willing, professional and friendly, but some basic requests had to be made multiple times (help with luggage, etc.). I would absolutely return and would recommend this hotel, with the two caveats above.

    Where to start....we booked a 5 night stay on points with suite night awards for an anniversary/birthday trip. We were upgraded to a grand deluxe suite on the top floor with a balcony over the Arno river. From interacting with the butler service ahead of our visit to setup the room with birthday balloons, cake, and wine to our departure, this hotel and more importantly the staff were exceptional in every way. Arriving jet lagged and slightly early we were allowed access to an open room to shower and change. The concierge was able to schedule several restaurant reservations both in and outside of Florence. The butler service was exceptional, with every staff member we interacted with genuinely appearing to love their job and interested in our stay. The morning breakfast was large and full of choices. The laundry staff went above and beyond tackling a shirt that was stained when they were about close for the evening. The property itself is beautiful, historic, and shows luxury all around. With it’s location only steps to the train station and historic Florence. The evening champagne saber ceremony is a must. I’m sure to be forgetting other aspects of our stay, but to say the staff and property was exceptional is an understatement. We travel frequently for business and try to use points for nice trips to the Ritz Carlton and highly rated JW Marriotts. The St Regis Florence has set a new standard for my expectations of other luxury Marriott hotels.

    My wife and I are frequent travelers and have visited Florence many times (we also live in Italy). I can say without any uncertainty that this is the best hotel in Florence and best Bonvoy hotel we've ever stayed in. Top notch service from arrival to departure. Very professional and sincere staff that make you feel extremely welcome. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and will make you never want to leave! A special thanks to the Assistant Front Officer Manager Elisa who was especially kind and gracious! Location is great, 5 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and less than 10 to the Duomo. Fantastic restaurants and wine bars nearby. We will without a doubt stay here again.

    We recently stayed at the St. Regis Florence from 7/21/18 to 7/26/18. Our group was 5: Myself, my wife, our 8 month old daughter and my parents. We had two separate rooms for our stay. From beginning to end, we had a world class experience. This was the best hotel stay we've ever had and we've been lucky enough to visit Asia (including the Maldives), the Middle East, South America, and other parts of Europe. The facility is in immaculate condition. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was fantastic. And the location was picture perfect, right along the Arno, and walking distance to everything. But the best part of the hotel was the staff. Everyone was amazing including check-in (we were delayed connecting in Paris for over 10 hours), our butler, the concierge staff (great at helping us plan our days, visiting museums, walking tours, restaurant reservations, etc.), restaurant staff (who were so kind to us and especially our daughter) and housecleaning. My only regret is that I don't remember everyone's names so I can't individually recognize them here. The St. Regis brand is always great in the service department and the St. Regis Florence is the best by far. We've never had a better experience and we can't wait to come back (hopefully next year!)

    We could not have selected a better hotel or staff for our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip! We had visited Florence approximately two years ago while our son was spending a year in his college's Florence program and stopped by the St. Regis for drinks one night just before the evening champagne sabering. Our experience then was memorable and lead to our plans to return to Italy for our Anniversary and, specifically, to our decision to stay at the St. Regis. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff was exceptional, the food wonderful and the hotel atmosphere classically beautiful. Our check in hostess was well informed and helpful, explaining several hotel features and events. She also assisted with a spa reservation - and the spa services were excellent. We had expected a wonderful room but our room was even better than expected as was the Butler service. The hotel concierge staff helped us with booking a private wine tour to several wineries and our driver, Carlos, turned out to be a sommelier! Beautiful country tour, wine experience and commentary by our sommelier driver. The following day we had arranged for a cooking class suggested by the concierge staff and had an equally fantastic experience. They had recommended a private session with a local cooking school, The Food Studio, which offered classic Tuscan cooking classes. We enjoyed a late afternoon tour of a local grocer and cheese shop, selected our dinner items and proceeded to cook an exquisite dinner with our chef. Our week flew by. We look forward to returning to Florence and to staying again at the St. Regis.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The best part was the service. From check-in and showing us our room to the concierge service to the staff at breakfast, service was superb. Rooms are furnished beautifully in Medici style. We got an upgrade to a deluxe Arno River view, and the room was spectacularly appointed with a canopy bed, massive chandelier and a large bathroom and changing area. The breakfast consists of a large selection of choices, which was only surpassed by extremely attentive service. Concierge service was excellent, with dining recommendations offered and dinner reservations made prior to arrival. As the nineteenth century English discovered on their Grand Tour of Europe, this is the only hotel to stay in Florence!

    This is a beautiful hotel with outstanding attention to detail and level of service. The lobby area is beautiful and the front desk staff, doormen, and concierge staff were the best we encountered during our entire stay in Italy. The hotel is in the heart of Florence making it simple to walk anywhere in the city easily and its position on the river is perfect. The rooms are beautifully decorated, while still staying true to the historic feel of the building and city. The beds were fabulous and the other room amenities were wonderful. Our only challenges were that the closing of the room doors echoes terribly up the marble stairway thereby creating a very loud environment in the mornings and evenings as people were entering and leaving their rooms. It was quite bothersome and detracted from our enjoyment to a degree. We needed two rooms as we were traveling with our children, but were told they don't have connecting rooms at this property. That was disappointing. The restaurant is lovely in appearance but painfully slow and extremely expensive. The highest prices we saw anywhere in Italy. We were going to take advantage of the spa but they were closed (Sunday's) on the only day we had open to do that. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel that exceeds expectations in nearly every area.

    We came to Florence on our 25th anniversary trip to Europe. Your hotel is a beautiful property right on the Arno river. Not only that, but your staff was second to none. Your staff acknowledged our gold status and gave us a beautiful room upgrade. Not only did the room have a beautiful view, but it was decorated with just the right amount of modern and classic touches that complimented the historic age of the hotel. Your staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. They even greeted us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate our anniversary when we arrived. I can't say enough about your hotel. From the close proximity to train, museums, and city life, to the beautiful décor all over the hotel, to the amazing staff ; your hotel is top notched!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel.
