  Chambre très propre dans un quartier assez central de la ville. Non fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. C'est un magasin dans la rue où dès que vous entrez, il y a un lit. Les deux autres dorment à l'étage. Les escaliers menant à l'étage supérieur sont très raides, toute personne vivant en dessous doit monter pour utiliser les toilettes.

  Положительный: Очень чисто. Помещение туалета , хоть и маленькое , но зато находиться в собственной комнате. На общей кухне всегда порядок. Все удобства для долгого проживания есть. Место не шумное.. Негативный: Желательно телевизоры разместить в комнатах. В этом варианте, телевизор находиться в общей гостиной. Люди приезжают из разных стран и предпочтения у всех разные. Я считаю не очень удобно, хотя в мою поездку телевизор никто не включал..

  Positive: Good location - not in the very center, but a short walk from it (10 minutes to Duomo square). Supermarket just across the road. Piazza S. Ambrogio (area near the hotel) is actually a very lively place, with a lot of bars filled with locals mostly.. Negative: The photos and description are misleading - it says that the room "has a dining area", with kitchenette, washing machine etc, but actually it is a common space shared with other guests. Sound insulation is terrible, you can hear everything that happens outside and especially inside (other guests using bathroom, having a breakfast and talking etc). One day one of the guests turned on the washing machine at 5AM. It was very loud of course and woke me up, wasn't able to sleep after that (washing process takes quite some time). In general, sleep was terrible on other nights as well, since the bed in single room is very short (and narrow). I'm 190 cm high, and my feet were hanging in the air, the bed is probably only 180 cm long or less. The mattress is terribly inconvenient. The room is very small - it's not nearly 20 sq. meters, as stated in description, more like 10 sq. meters. The wardrobe is tiny and is not fixed to the wall - it staggers and can fall, doesn't feel safe to use it. The bathroom mirror is placed very low - its upper bound was on the same level as my chest - impossible to use it. Because of that and the bed size, it felt like I was staying in a child's room :) Terrible towels, that were not changed during my 4-night stay. Generally, the worst experience during my 2 week Italy trip and 5 different hotels. On top of that, this hotel was the most expensive of them all..

  Positive: Very good host - friendly. Good location (nearby restaurants and a carrefour express just opposite). All basic facilities available. Easy approach to the apartment - just on the main road.. Negative: Not much privacy, since the doors and windows to the apartment opens to the main road. Did not like the stilt floor option (may be it is only me). Though this was mentioned while booking the apartment. Bath area was very small..

  Positiv: Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in sehr kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Am Abend kann man den Tag mit einem Glas Wein gemütlich auf der Piazza, ganz nahe der Unterkunft, abschliessen. Auf der Nebenstrasse sind immer viel junge Menschen (Studenten) anzutreffen und man kann das italienische Leben so richtig kennenlernen. Gute einheimische Restaurants und kleine Bars. Die Unterkunft ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Das Appartement ist zweckmässig, mit allem, was notwendig ist, eingerichtet. Frau Aida, die Vermieterin, ist immer sehr hilfsbereit und macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm..

  Negazione: Locale assolutamente inadatto a dormire. Siamo stati sistemati in un ex negozio o qualcosa di simile fronte strada. A causa del continuo passaggio di macchine è stato impossibile prendere sonno. Davvero una delusione anche in rapporto al prezzo. Cercate altro. Firenze merita di meglio.

  Положительный: Много места, интересная конфигурация комнат. Чистота и порядок.. Негативный: Улица на которой находятся апартаменты - центральная и близка к центру, но по выходным ночью крайне тусовочное место. Шумно от людей, машин, проезжающих по брусчатке и мусоровозов в 6 утра..

  חיובי: דירה מאוד נחמדה ומרכזית. מאובזרת. בעלת הדירה איידה מאוד חמודה ועוזרת בכל מה שצריך. שלילי: אין בידוד מרעש. סבלנו מרעש שהגיע מהרחוב כל הלילה של מכוניות ואנשים. רצוי שתבקשו את הדירה היותר פנימית ולא זאת שגובלת ברחוב. למגיעים עם רכב, חניה קצת יקרה - 25 אירו ליום..
