Franchement j'ai été agréablement surprise en rentrant dans le Guest House Buonarroti ! Surtout après avoir lu de mauvais commentaires que je ne comprends pas d'ailleurs. La Chambre est bien décorée, très propre, il n y à aucun cafard contrairement à ce que disent certains commentaires, l'emplacement est parfait, il y a un tram juste en face et toutes les attractions touristiques sont à 10 minutes à pieds. Je vous le recommande vous ne le regretterez pas !

ÉVITER!! MAUVAISES CONDITIONS D'HYGIENE !!! Chambre pleine de cafards et d'INSECTES.. Le pire c'est qu'ils en sont conscients et ne font rien pour rattraper les conditions désastreuses.. En plus de dépenser 180 euros, nous avons dû changer d'hôtel en pleine nuit et ils ne nous a absolument pas remboursé.. DA A EVITER !!

Chambre sale, nous avons essayé de contacter les gérants à de nombreuses reprises pour un besoin et personne ne nous a jamais répondu... Horrible

la propreté et l'emplacement…. structure infestée d'insectes… méfiez-vous de ceux qui veulent rester, ils en étaient conscients et ils nous ont donc placés dans une chambre infestée d'insectes, de cafards, pas seulement dans la chambre pleine dans le frigo et la salle de bain, douche précaire, l'eau n'a pas sortir, serviettes sales qu'ils puaient… le lit sentait comme si quelqu'un avait dormi dedans avant nous, le lendemain j'ai dû aller chez le médecin je suis tombé malade à cause de ça, allergie…. pour les futurs clients, évitez si jin vous voulez vous sentir mal et si vous vous souciez de la propreté, la structure ne s'est couverte que de dire: je vous ai changé pour une structure plus de qualité, pas du tout, ils n'ont même pas eu la courtoisie de s'excuser et nous rembourser ce qui s'est passé, ce n'était pas bien non plus éviter les vieilles serviettes qui puent, chambre pleine de poussière, ne vous y trompez pas, au contraire ils nous ont aussi pris la taxe de séjour obligatoire l'employé totalement grossier, nous avons payé un prix très élevé pour ce désagrément, HONTEUX 😡 plus jamais !

Positive: Camera accogliente e pulita..

Positive: stanza e bagno nuovi. C'è il frigorifero. Ottimi serramenti. Posizione comoda per andare in centro. Molto disponibile personale per cambio camera.. Negazione: Nella camera assegnata c'era un terribile odore di fumo. Per fortuna ci hanno subito cambiato la stanza perchè ce n'era un'altra libera. Riscaldamento ad aria meno efficace di uno tradizionale..

Positive: Intelligente e comodo il check-in automatizzato. Struttura sempre accogliente e rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Negazione: Più attenzione a ciò che manca in camera. L’altra volta non mi era stata sostituita la teiera, usata da qualcun altro e questa volta non mi erano stati forniti i saponi, dei quali ho dovuto provvedere da me. Uniche pecche che si risolvono facilmente con un po’ più di cura. Per il resto mi sono trovato benissimo!.

Positive: Tutto molto carino la camera era grande e ben arredata.. Negazione: Solo l'ascensore che a volte non funzionava..

Positiva: Habitacion limpia y cómoda Buena ubicación. Negativa: No hay elevador. La habitación esta en un segundo piso. Escaleras pesadas, y con maletas mas..

Positive: It was affordable and good location close to the train station as well as the old historical part of the city.. Negative: There was an odd smell when the windows were left open by cleaning staff and mosquitos entered the room. Also when running the sink water in the morning there was an odd smell then it would clear up. Could hear the people next door very easily..

En général très bien. Chambre toujours propre. Air conditionné. Wifi. La seule chose désagréable est qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. C'est au deuxième étage et il y a beaucoup d'escaliers à monter avec des valises. Tout ce qui se rapproche reviendrait. Je n'apporterais que des valises petites et légères.

Positive: The location is perfect. The tram station is just across the street from the building although it's a walking distance to the historical center. The room is big and clean, and the beds are comfortable..

Positiva: En este caso las apariencias nos engañaron, pensábamos que por el mal aspecto de la fachada, la habitación estaría descuidada, pero nuestra sorpresa fue que la habitación estaba genial, amplia, limpia, con todo lo que necesitábamos y el baño una maravilla. La verdad que hemos quedado muy contentos con nuestra estancia.. Negativa: El barrio no nos gustó mucho, y estába un poco retirado del centro, eso sí, está a diez minutos de la estación de tren..

Сами сотрудники -супер! у этого отеля есть "главенствующий отель", где бесплатно нас напоили отличным кофе и предложили комфортно провести время на террассе с прекрасным видом. омрачило проживание только одно: забыли пиджак и платье в шкафу, покинули номер в 9 утра, гуляли до 22-00 по флоренции, и вспомнили о вещах только перед поездом. Я пребежал в отель, там были уже другие люди - вещей в шкафу не оказалось. То есть уборщица их забрала и ничего не сказала! Это не приемлемо и обидно. Positive: Nothing. Negative: Very bad experience. Recommend to avoide. We broke plastic handle and hotel charged 180 eur, without any communication despite our effort to discuss it. They just stopped to communicate with us and charged our credit card without any prior notice regarding the amount. If we asked for supporting invoice (as we wanted to see how they came to the amount of 180EUR), we were not provided with any invoice. Moreover, the place was dangerous as police has to solve fight right under our window and our car was robbed while parking on place recommended by receptionist. Atrached photo of 180 Eur worth handle in view of buonnaroti... The beds were very uncomfortable as well so after a 3 night stay we were very tired... Air conditioning not working at all... internet was very slow, sometimes we could not connect to the wifi... Due to these facts even if it seemed to be a cheep place to stay, we had relating unexpected expenses as if we would stay in a 5* hotel right in the city center.... so, we recommend not to stay here and rather pay more for a better hotel closer to the city centre in a more safe place..

Negativa: A unos 10-15 minutos caminando del centro, la cama muy incómoda y lo peor es que tienes que hacer el check in a un kilómetro de distancia, justo al lado de la estación santa maria novella..

Положительный: На ресепшн в отеле "Беллависта" (где выдаются ключи и делается чек ин) нас встретил просто восхитительный итальянский мужчина Евгений. Евгений очень любит Россию. На звонок телефона у него стоит гимн России. Жаль, что через 3 месяца Евгений покинет эту замечательную работу и уйдет на пенсию. Но наверное это здОрово, будет больше времени уделять своим внукам. Обратите внимание, что ключи получать рядом с ж/д вокзалом в отеле "Беллависта", а сам номер в 15 минутах ходьбы. На площади с аркой.. Негативный: место, где получать ключи, расположено в 15 минут ходьбы от места проживания. Но я сама виновата, что плохо читала. На самом деле все удобно расположено. Сразу по приезду с вокзала надо было зайти за ключами, а потому уже идти искать свой номер. А я сначала нашла номер, а потому пошла за ключами. Получилось, что потратила лишнее время..

Central, confortable et très propre. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Le petit déjeuner, cependant, se fait à l'extérieur et sous la maison il y a un bon bar bien approvisionné !

Positif: Bon emplacement, 10mn a pied de la gare et du centre. Négatif: Du bruit très tard le soir le premier we .Le couloir est sonore .On entend les clients rentrer .Il faudrait prévenir les hôtes de ce lieu qu'ils ne sont pas tout seuls dans l appartement!.

Pozytywna: Świetna obsługa. Wszystko było doskonale wytłumaczone. Pokój w porządku, dobra żaluzja dla lubiących pospać dłużej. Klimatyzacja działała świetnie.. Negatywna: Niewygodne łóżko dla 2 osób. Oczywiście rozjeżdżało się na środku zmniejszając komfort. W pokoju ciężko było skorzystać z (niedużej) szafy bo była zapchana dodatkową kołdrą i poduszką. Były też problemy z wifi, ale to pewnie tymczasowe..

Positivo: O quarto era muito confortável. O funcionário que nos recebeu era extremamente atencioso e prestável. Mesmo tendo um método de check-in diferente, nao houve qualquer inconveniente.. Negativo: A localização é um pouco deslocada, mas nada que o staff não tenha dado alternativas para contornar esse aspeto..

Positif: Chambre propre spacieuse Lit confortable. Négatif: Chambre ds un immeuble et non à l hôtel.donc éloigné de l adresse principale qui annonce le fait d'être près de tout... Télécommande qui fonctionne une fois sur deux.impossible de se connecter au Wi-Fi Un surcoût de parking public 20 euros. Pas de petit déjeuner compris donc plus 24 euros (pris dans un bar).

Endroit central, très gentil et serviable, chambre propre et équipée, le seul défaut était l'eau de la douche qui était un peu froide

La nuit, vous pouviez entendre des bruits très forts provenant de l'appartement du dessus... frapper au sol... ils vous ont laissé assis, vous pouvez à peine dormir et vous reposer. Dommage car les chambres, la propreté et la femme de ménage est très bien.
