    Chambre avec salle de bain, Netflix et climatisation. Tout très propre. Machine à café dans le hall. Bon emplacement, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de La Spezia.

    J'ai séjourné dans cette maison d'hôtes pendant environ 4 jours mais pas en haute saison et j'aurais quelque chose à dire sur la chambre. La chambre est cosy et la salle de bain très spacieuse, malgré cela il y avait plusieurs problèmes : - Le mini frigo ne réfrigérait pas, tout au plus gardait au frais les boissons déjà fraîches - La télévision n'avait pas de décodeur et de nombreuses chaînes ne pouvaient pas les voir - moi et ma famille avait réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes, tout va bien sauf un lit simple était l'un de ceux qui s'enferment dans le placard, si pour eux la tête du lit peut être placée en toute sécurité à l'intérieur du placard, je lève les mains (bien sûr, nous avons déplacé les oreillers avant de laisser quelqu'un dormir dans ce lit) - le nettoyage manque complètement , de la poussière partout : sur les têtes de lit, sous les lits, le ventilateur de la salle de bain et dans chaque tiroir de chaque meuble. Je suis allergique aux acariens donc j'ai tout de suite ressenti la présence de ce manque de propreté.

    Je suis resté dans cette structure avec ma famille car je cherchais un soutien près de la gare de La Spezia d'où j'ai commencé la visite des Cinque Terre. L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs chambres, toutes meublées dans un style moderne et pratiquement neuves. Le propriétaire est courtois et serviable. Les procédures d'enregistrement et de départ se déroulent de manière très simple et rapide. Une référence aussi pour les prochaines occasions.

    Excellent tout ! Les appartements sont divins, propres et complets, l'emplacement est génial (à quelques mètres de la gare et du centre commercial) et l'attention de Matteo a été la meilleure ! Il nous a aidés pour tout et était toujours à notre disposition! Je reviendrais sans aucun doute❤️

    De grandes chambres le droit comme base pour visiter les 5 terres. Emplacement central et pratique pour tous les services et le centre .. Recommandé ..

    Très bon emplacement, gare et commerces à proximité. Les chambres étaient super propres, l'enregistrement un peu aventureux, mais très compréhensible. Contact via WhatsApp super, la communication fonctionne. Les recommandations sortent ***** étoiles !!!!

    Positive: The room was clean and spacious. The shower was nice. The locations is very close (walking distance) to downtown & the train station.. Negative: The hot water wasn't working. There was no staff on site to fix it. I had to go into the boiler room & fix it myself, using some photos sent to me on Whatsapp by the host. I didn't get any discount for this. Even though the listing on Google says the hotel comes with FREE parking, buried deep into the booking.com listing it says it's actually 20 euros per day. There was nobody on-site to handle check-in, you have to call an italian phone number posted on a sign by the door to get the information needed to get the keys. This is a ground-floor unit, and my room (the blue room) didn't get any natural light. The only window opens into a back alley..

    Negativa: No hubo una atención personal, todo fue por whatsapp. En Booking.com específica que el pago incluye impuestos pero luego el hotel es quien cobra directamente este precio además de un coste adicional de toallas, sábanas, otro impuesto a turistas y limpieza (que por cierto, no estaba limpio y aparte nunca realizaron el aseo diario de la habitación).

    Positiva: Las camas comodas ymuy espaciosa. Negativa: No nos pudimos duchar el 2 dia, agua fria. El primer dia el agua calinte muy justa, no volveria por este motivo.

    Positive: Great location, really close to the pedestrian only shops/restaurants and the train station. Less than a 10 minute walk down to the water where you can catch a ferry/private boat to the Cinque Terre. Private parking arranged by the hotel is a 3-5 min walk and costs €20 per day. Alternatively if you can find street parking up the hill, then that is much cheaper (€0.50 per hour from 8am-8pm). Room was large, and comfortable enough for somewhere to sleep. Given the cost, (AUD $130/night or €81/night, I’d consider it good value for money.. Negative: The walls are thin so you can hear outside in the hall and other rooms quite easily. No automatic towel change, or toilet paper refill. Also the sheet had some small brown/yellow stains..

    Positiva: La cercanía a la estación de tren. Negativa: El checkin y el pago que obligatoriamente hay que hacer on line La manguera de la ducha estaba rota y se salía el agua. No te limpian la habitación ni hacen las camas.

    Positiva: Llegamos a la Spezia cansados del trayecto en coche, llamamos para ver si tenían aparcamiento libre y nos facilitaron uno. El trato ha sido bueno y la habitación era cómoda y limpia. La ubicación está bien para visitar más lugares de la Spezia, nosotros fuimos a Portovenere y era un lugar maravilloso.. Negativa: No está cerca de la costa, pero con coche se baja en un momento..

    Positief: Prettig personeel en een hele goede uitleg voor een late aankomst. Konden bagage op de kamer laten staan to na 11 uur wat wel zo prettig was om opo je gemak ergens te gaan ontbijten en winkelen.. Negatief: De beschikbaarheid van de parkeer mogelijkheid. Pas na het boeken kom je aangeven dat je een parkeerplaats wilde. na dit aangevraagd te hebben bleek er geen parkeerplaats meer vrij te zijn. We hadden juist deze accommodatie gekozen omdat die parkeer mogelijkheid had. Gelukkig goede parkeerplaats gevonden in een straatje verder bij een vriendelijke meneer die nog een plaatsje overhad voor 10 euro per nacht..

    Positiv: - zentrale Lage - freundliches Personal - Kommunikation mit Personal/ Chef lief sehr gut (auch über WhatsApp) - Reservierung eines Parkplatzes durch das Hotelpersonal. Negativ: - zu wenig Toilettenpapier (wurde nicht aufgefüllt).

    긍정적: 위치가 매우 만족스러웠다. 라스페치아 중앙역에서 직진하여 도보로 찾기 쉬웠고, 번화가 주변에 위치하여 밤 10시 넘어 도착해도 안전하게 숙소에 갈수 있었다 숙소에서 보내준 자세한 안내도 굿~. 부정적: 욕실 환기가 다소 아쉬웠다.

    Positive: Great location close to station for the 5 villages of Cinque Terre. Negative: Had to wait for an hour and a half to check in as there was an issue with the hot water so room hadn't been made up which can't be helped.

    Положительный: Завтрак не заказывали. Может быть его не было, не помню точно. Очень удобно расположен отель, находится рядом с жд станцией, на первом этаже дома. В комнате чисто, белое постельное белье, удобные кровати. За 2 дня до приезда персонал связался по вотсату и уточнил время прибытия, а так же уведомили о нашем ожидании. Было приятно, т.к. всегда есть некоторое непонимание как попасть в маленький отель- Будет ли вывеска при входе, есть ли домофон? В вестибюле можно выпить кофе по 0,4 евро.. Негативный: Размеры комнаты на двоих-маловаты, конечно. Но мы были к этому готовы, поэтому сильно не распыляюсь. Немного шумновато, т.к. отель на дороге. С остальном все отлично, приветливый и приятный персонал..

    חיובי: צוות אדיב, חדרים נקיים ומרווחים, בקרוב מאוד לתחנת רכבת, למדרחוב.. שלילי: אין חנייה!!!!! היינו משפחה של 7 עם רכב גדול ונאלצנו להחנות בתחנת רכבת כל פעם ולשלם הרבה כסף על חנייה, חבל מאוד..

    Positief: de kamers waren heel licht en alles was betrekkelijk nieuw. Koud licht en weinig aankleding. Daardoor waren ze steriel. Negatief: geen koffie (was op) geen glazen, geen opener wel drank.

    Olumlu: Resepsiyondaki bayan çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü..check in icin odamiz hazir olana kadar ücretsiz bisikletlerden alip sehri gezdik 😄 yemek icin otelin arka sokaginda bir italian restorani var hem ucuz hem doyurucu... Eger cinque terre turu yapacaksanız bu otelde kalın.hiç o köylerdeki sacmasapan evlere bir dünya para vermeyin.tren ile zaten bastan basa hepsi yarim saat dahi sürmüyor....

    La fille à l'accueil était très gentille. Grande chambre avec tous les équipements. Ils n'ont pas fait ou peut-être ne font-ils pas (ils doivent le communiquer) le ménage de la chambre entre les 2 nuits. Emplacement stratégique.
