  Bon choix. Emplacement stratégique, face à la gare centrale, pour visiter les 5 terres en train. Chambre grande, propre et spacieuse, y compris la salle de bain. Attention aux 3 étages sans ascenseur.

  Maison d'hôtes située dans un quartier pratique, à deux pas de la gare et à proximité du port, excellent si vous souhaitez visiter les 5 terres et autres lieux caractéristiques du lieu. Chambre très propre et bien désinfectée. Le propriétaire Manuel est une personne très gentille et très serviable. Il nous a aidés à décider quels étaient les meilleurs endroits à visiter et était toujours disponible pour toutes nos questions, répondant toujours de manière rapide et complète. Je recommande vivement cette propriété à tout le monde 😊

  Positive: Comodo il letto, lenzuola pulite.. Ottima posizione vicinissima alla stazione staff eccellente e super disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta! Abbiamo lasciato anche i bagagli lì oltre l'orario. Abbiamo gradito tantissimo la colazione inclusa al bar vicino la struttura, i cornetti erano caldissimi appena sfornati anche alle 9 del mattino. Consiglio raggio di sole😊. Negazione: La porta del bagno non si chiudeva del tutto, l'aria condizionata era molto rumorosa.

  Positive: La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole raggiungere in fretta la stazione, il centro storico e le fermate degli autobus diretti sulla costa. In più, proprio accanto c'è un mini supermercato ben fornito per ogni evenienza. Nonostante l'edificio antiquato, la stanza è nuovissima, ben organizzata e il bagno è spazioso e ben accessoriato. La biancheria da bagno e i saponi sono forniti e abbiamo molto gradito i kit di cortesia per lavare i denti. C'erano tv (non l'abbiamo provata), wifi veloce, mini frigo, aria condizionata efficiente e un phon ottimo per asciugare anche i capelli lunghi e ricci. Abbiamo apprezzato il bollitore, la macchina per il caffè in capsule e i biscotti (100% vegetali) forniti in camera. La colazione è da fare in un bar convenzionato ed era possibile consumare: un caffé/bevanda calda, un succo di arancia, un cornetto/pezzo di focaccia. Dopo il check out l'host ci ha permesso di lasciare nella struttura le valigie, che abbiamo ritirato alle 17 circa.. Negazione: Il bar convenzionato sostiene di avere una alternativa 100% vegetale al cornetto (dei wafer confezionati) che in realtà vegetale non è, perché come ultimo ingrediente ha le proteine del latte. Non è una pecca dell'Affittacamere, che consiglio spassionatamente, però attenzione..

  Positive: Posizione vicinissima alla stazione e a tutti i servizi , pulizia eccellente, disponibilità di piccolo frigo e macchina per il caffè in camera, caffè e tè a disposizione. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out.. Negazione: Condizionatore molto rumoroso specialmente di notte, le scale da fare possono essere stancanti, ma per noi sono state un buon esercizio!.

  Positive: Posizione comoda per vedere le 5 terre in quanto vicinissima alla stazione e vicina al centro di la Spezia. Pulizia era molto buona, comfort giusti.. Negazione: Senza Ascensore i tre piani si fanno sentire con valigie, Condizionatore rumoroso, dimenticanza per bicchieri per il caffè risolto prendendoli fuori..

  Excellent emplacement à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de La Spezia. Le propriétaire était vraiment accueillant en fournissant tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la chambre. Chambre assez grande pour s'adapter et salle de bain neuve et propre. Toute la chambre était propre et bien entretenue. Fortement recommandé en raison de la centralité de la zone, vous pouvez vous promener dans le centre et vous rendre rapidement aux points d'embarquement. Le propriétaire nous a également recommandé des endroits pour dîner et des visites à faire dans les Cinque Terre. Optimal

  Positive: One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It is cheap, beautiful, clean, warm with a great shower room and good location near train station. I would definitely recommend it. However it’s better choose room with one big bed than with two separate beds because it’s much nicer). Negative: No such thing.

  Positive: The room was very warm that is really rare in Italy and the bed extremely comfortable. All is new - furniture, bathroom. Gao is very accomodating host. He made our room ready before check in time and let us leave our bags The price/quality quotation is perfect. Negative: may be lack of the elevator in the building if i really need to search for the minuses..

  Positive: Located on the main road down the steps and across the road from the station. Lots of extras eg soap, hairdryer, toothbrush, water, coffee maker. Immaculately clean. Bus stop to Lerici is 2 seconds walk from the door.. Negative: On the 3rd floor so a little inconvenient if anyone has a heavy bag.

  Positiva: El edificio es un poco viejo y al entrar no es lindo. Pero cuando entras a la habitacion todo cambia porque es muy limpio, tiene en cuenta muchos detalles como una cafetera, te, masitas, agua, muy bien decorado. Nos encanto!.

  Положительный: Прекрасное расположение, 5 минут от вокзала, 7 минут от центра. Просто идеальная чистота, большая удобная кровать. В номере чайник, холодильник, кофе, чай, печенье. Очень тепло, есть кондиционер. В соседней парадной супермаркет. Приветливый персонал, помогали советами, были очень добры и гостеприимны. Непременно остановимся здесь снова.. Негативный: Такого нет.

  Positive: The location is the only good thing of this hotel.. Negative: There are several things you need to pay attention on: 1st: This apartment is at third floor and there is no elevator. There was no light for the stairs and it was really dark even at daytime. 2nd: If you want to get a good sleep, i don't reckon this hotel is a good choice. The noise from the water heater was extremely loud. The sound of the air conditioner was also extremely disturbing. I could barely sleep at night and I felt really tired the next day. This is extremely bad for a traveller. 3rd: The room was really small. Just one bed and desk. That's it. So if you get much luggage, better stay away from this place. Overall, this is the worst hotel or apartment I ever been in my trip including Germany, Czech Republic, Austria and Italy. Therefore, I wrote such a long comment to warn you. By the way, the breakfast was a 2 euro coupon for the coffee shop around that corner..

  Positive: 1) Very good location, near the railway station, near everthing else. 2) The host is very attentive: even I failed to communicate my arrival time due to my transport and transit, there was still a lady waiting for me a the place. She is very friendly and kind, showing us many local tips. Another incident which I highly appteciate the host's gesture (whom I never met): there is a loud couple next door and I asked if he can help to tune their voice down, he immediately contacted them and things got quiet right after 5 minutes. That is excellent since I have much experience with travelling and loud neighbour tourists but this is the 1st time things get handled nicely. 10 stars for this fantastic customer service!. Negative: Nothing.

  Positiva: Dios mío!! Es increíble la habitación parece un hotel de Lujo! como si estuvieras en tu propia casa y todo está renovado!!   负面: 离火车站非常近，楼下就有超市，房东是中国人，提前加微信，沟通特别方便，及时解决各种问题，并给与旅行建议，房间提供的用品很全，性价比很高！. 正面: 没有楼梯，实际在四层，搬着大箱子比较费劲，房间稍微有点小，垃圾桶有点小，早餐在对面街口的咖啡店，略简单，一杯咖啡一个可颂.

  Excellente chambre et personnel très sympathique, ils ont des détails rarement vus en Italie comme vous donner de l'eau et du café gratuits, il est proche de la gare et de la rue principale. Le seul mais c'est qu'il est au troisième étage

  Положительный: Комнаты очень близко к вокзалу, чистые и отремонтированные, расположены на 3 этаже, без лифта. С чемоданами было сложно. Понравилось, что есть кофемашина в номере и капсулы, а также безупречная чистота и хорошая кровать. Если буквально на одну ночь и закрыть глаза на недостатки, то ок, хотя мне кажется и дороговато.. Негативный: Кондиционер стоит на полу и оочень громко работает, как будто трактор тарахтит. Без него спать невозможно - очень жарко и с ним невозможно, потому что громко. Пытались спать с открытыми окнами - не вариант, слышно все..

  Positiv: Die gute Lage! Sauberkeit war auch perfekt!. Negativ: Es ist so eng, dass zwischen Bett und Falttüre zum Bad nur 20 cm Platz ist. Jedes Mal muss die Falttüre geschlossen werden um am Bett vorbei zu gehen! Würde nur noch ohne Frühstück buchen, hat nur einen Wert von 3,- € in einer nahe gelegenen Bar..

  Положительный: Месторасположение (2 минуты пешком до вокзала и ближайших кафе/ресторанов, на 1 этаже здания продуктовый магазин). Идеально для 1-2 ночи для осмотра города и Чинкве Терре. Хозяин постоянно на связи, помог советами где покушать/купить/посмотреть. Наличие кофемашины/воды в номере. Завтрак в кафе за углом (омлет, кофе, йогурт, круассан). Негативный: Размер комнаты небольшой (дополнительный диван перекрывает проход в ванную комнату), отсутствие лифта.

  Positiivinen: Very clean and neat. Bed was comfortable, and good bed linen. Nice and new decoration. Water cooker and drinks. Quiet place in a street with lots of traffic. Erittäin siisti ja puhdas. Sänky oli mukava ja hyvät vuodevaatteet. Kiva uusi sisustus. Vedenkeitin ja juomia. Hiljainen huone kadulla, jossa oli paljon liikennettä.. Negatiivinen: Room was quite small. Only rain water shower, which is not very good for cleaning yourself. The house itself was in bad shape, although the apartment was very neat. Lots of stairs to climb. Huone oli aika pieni. Ainoastaan sadevesisuihku, joka tekee peseytymisen hankalaksi. Talo oli huonossa kunnossa, vaikkakin asunto oli kyllä siisti.   긍정적: 침대와 베개가 넘 상태가좋음 무료아침식사 욕실 컨디션 좋음 수압 배수 엄청 잘되고 좋음 최근에 올수리를 한 것으로 보임. 부정적: 엄청 무거운 캐리어를 가지고 있어서 숙소에 리프트를 기대했지만 리프트도 없고 무려 3층에 위치한 숙소여서 힘들게 짐을 올려야 했다 고맙게도 친절한 직원분이 도와주셔서 감동 숙소에 담배냄새가 좀 심해서 욕실 창문을 열고 잠.

  Excellent, une très agréable surprise, le garçon nous a attendu à l'entrée, la chambre impeccable, super sympa, le tout très bien décoré et propre avec de nombreux suppléments et le lit très confortable ! On la voit de l'extérieur et on ne s'attend pas à une si belle chambre.Je la recommande à 100%.

  J'ai fait ce voyage dans plusieurs villes d'Italie et j'ai choisi de loger dans différents types d'hébergement en raison des expériences liées aux coûts. (Hôtel, camping, appartement loué et celui-ci appelé Affittacamere). J'aurais imaginé au départ que cet hébergement dans la ville de A Spesia, qui nous servait de base pour visiter le cinque terrestre, serait ennuyeux. Cependant, j’ai été totalement satisfait, j’ai assisté avec beaucoup de courtoisie, un très bon prix, une salle de bains et une chambre à coucher très bien. Le petit-déjeuner, en fait, consiste en gelées de biscuits Paes, en cartons de lait et en jus qu’ils laissent dans la chambre. Je pensais que c'était génial. Un inconvénient est que c'est au troisième étage, il faut de gros bagages que vous devez monter avec eux. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

  Positief: De kamer is ruim en mooi. Goed bed en een moderne en ruime badkamer.. Negatief: Er staat aangegeven dat er een ontbijt is. Dit is een typisch Italiaans ontbijt: m.a.w. een voorverpakte croissant uit de supermarkt per persoon en brik fruitsap en melk + enkele losse voorverpakte koekjes..
