    Chambre agréable et confortable. La salle de bain n'a pas de mur, mais une vitre, donc elle ne donne pas beaucoup d'intimité. Alessia est super sympa, toujours attentive à tout ce dont vous avez besoin et a résolu de nombreux problèmes pour nous. Très recommandable

    Hôtel situé dans le centre de La Spezia, à mi-chemin entre la gare et l'embarcadère. Chambres impeccables, bien agencées et confortables. Alessia est très gentille et hospitalière!

    Positive: Very clean, quite modern, coffee machine in the room, proper shutters and the location was great as well. Alessia also is very nice and helped us with every question we had. Negative: Everything looked very nice, very minimalistic style. But since we stayed 4 nights, we would have preferred a little more space to put clothes etc. (In the room and bathroom). Also it was not very soundproofed. There are parking lots very close to the apartment but when we arrived they were all occupied so that we had to park quite far away..

    Positive: Host was very friendly, location is great, you can easily walk to the train station and also to the harbor to get to Cinque Terre by either boat or train. Many restaurants and stores around the corner. Rooms are clean and stylish.. Negative: Not much negative to say about this place. Internet was a bit slow during our stay. And maybe the main door was sometimes a bit hard to open. In the evenings I was always trying to open it quietly to not disturb anyone, that wasn't always possible though. Other than that, everything was fantastic..

    Positiv: Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich, sie hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Zimmer war sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.. Negativ: Wir haben in der Strasse geparkt (öffentlich), die uns die Gastgeberin empfohlen hatte. Leider wurde unser Auto, und auch das von anderen Gästen der San Giorgio Boutique, nachts aufgebrochen. Wir haben alle 6h bei Behörden verbracht und der Urlaub war gelaufen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall in ein Parkhaus gehen!!!!.

    Positiv: Zentral gelegen, nur 10 Minuten bis zum Hafen oder Bahnhof. Guter Ausgangspunkt um ‚Cinque Terre‘ zu erkunden. Personal sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen. Zimmer modern und alles drin was man braucht, jedoch nichts besonderes.. Negativ: - Preis - Leistungs- Verhältnis - Betten viel zu weich, aber wenn man es mag super (: - Empfehlung für Restaurant sehr enttäuschend, waren im ‚Osteria all Inferno‘.

    Lors de notre aller-retour, nous avons passé 2 jours à La Spezia. Notre chambre était extrêmement propre et très élégamment meublée. Grâce au surclassement gratuit, nous avions également un grand et grand balcon. Le centre-ville est presque directement devant la porte. Gare et port accessibles à pied en 10 minutes. Allesia est une hôtesse très chaleureuse. Elle nous a également donné des conseils pour des excursions et des recommandations de restaurants. Recommandation claire!

    Positif: La chambre était très belle et spacieuse, emplacement parfait à côté de tout, et surtout Alessia qui est un amour à donné de supers conseils et est très disponible.. Négatif: Bruit. Malheureusement le seul point négatif, nous entendons dans l’immeuble et particulièrement le voisin du dessus qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. Ça nous a réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit..

    Positif: Alessia a été très accueillante et nous a donné de bonnes indications pour notre séjour. La gare et le port sont à 10 minutes à pied pour visiter les 5 terres, ce qui est parfait. Chambre mignonne et machine à café à disposition.. Négatif: Petit souci avec les lumières en bord de lit qui ne marchaient pas..

    Positief: Een prachtige ruime, lichte en hygienische kamer. Alessia was erg enthousiast, gaf veel tips over mooie dorpjes en restaurantjes in de buurt en we konden haar altijd appen als we een vraag hadden. Was super!. Negatief: Het enige minpuntje was dat er om 08.00/08.30 's ochtends bouwvakkers in het appartement naast ons aan de gang gingen waardoor rustig slapen of chillen moeilijk was. Dit was echter in het weekend niet aan de orde..

    Positiv: Tolle Lage nur ein paar Treppen oberhalb des Zentrums. Extrem freundliche, hilfsbereite und flexible Gastgeberin, die sehr bemüht ist, ihren Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Sehr saubere und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer.. Negativ: Ein Badezimmer, welches nur durch eine Glasschwingtür vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt ist, empfinde ich als nicht so angenehm, aber das ist sicher eine Frage des persönlichen Geschmacks..

    Positive: Location ist? Very good just between the harbour and the train station, Alessia was very helpful and did a great job, very comfortable bed. Negative: The electric doors are a bit noisy.

    Positif: Un super séjour, l’hôtel est très bien situé sur une rue piétonne très agréable. La chambre était parfaite, avec un gros plus avec le balcon. On s’y sent super bien. Accueil très chaleureux d’Alessia !. Négatif: Rien à redire :).

    Положительный: У комплекса апартаментов отличное месторасположение - по карте есть ощущение, что он находится очень далеко от центра и моря, но на самом деле - 5 минут спуска по городским ступеням (или на лифте в дневное время) и вы на центральной улице, с магазинами и ресторанами. По этой же улице 10 минут пешком до причала кораблей в одну сторону или до железнодорожной станции в другую. Отдельная благодарность хозяйке апартаментов - встречает, всегда на связи по whatsapp, посоветовала и помогла забронировать столики в чудесные рестораны (ужинали по ее рекомендации 2 раза, и оба раза очень понравилось!). В апартаментах есть все необходимое (хоть площадь номера и маленькая), новый ремонт, отличная ванная. У комплекса нет собственной парковки (что характерно для большинства объектов размещения в городе), поэтому нужно оставлять машину на общественной, платной - но стоимость парковки невысокая по сравнению другими вариантами в Специи, удалось найти место рядом и не волноваться за машину.. Негативный: Единственным минусом, пожалуй, было отсутствие балкона / террасы (в трехместном номере, возможно в других вариантах есть) и маленькие окошки, выходящие на средней живописности городскую лестницу. Но с учетом того, что в номере при хорошей погоде вы будете проводить ооочень мало времени, это не беда..

    Positive: Tutto! Accoglienza fantastica, camera spaziosa e pulita, curata nei minimi dettagli, caffè, caramelle e biscottini "complimentary". La posizione è superba, piu centrale di cosi non si puo. Inoltre la proprietaria, Alessia, ci ha fornito tante dritte su ristoranti, posti da visitare eccettera. Raccomando questa sistemazione a chiunque passi per La Spezia: famiglie, single e lavoratori. Brava Alessia, e tutte le persone gentili e affabili come te!. Negazione: Niente.

    Positiu: M’ha agradat la posició de l’apartament a 10 minuts del port i a 10 minuts de l’estació. Tot estava impecablement net i la Alessia ens ha ajudat amb tot. Molt recomenable!!.

    Positief: Goede en rustige ligging in een nette buurt. Parkeergelegenheid voor de deur voor maar 6 euro per dag. Kamers worden iedere dag schoon gemaakt door vriendelijk personeel. Tevens worden er goede tips gegeven betreft wat je allemaal kan doen!. Negatief: Enige nadeel is dat je enkel via trappen de accommodatie kan bereiken..

    Positief: Eerste maal in dit concept voor herhaling vatbaar, gastvrouw is top ! Mooie locatie echt een aanrader, zeer net dus 10/10. Negatief: Airco en frigobar hadden ietwat kouder gekund, het was echter ook de warmste week van het jaar dus begrip hiervoor.

    Excellent service, chambres très propres et bien équipées, le prix cependant un peu trop élevé, mais si associé à la qualité ça ne détonne pas
