    Positive: The location is in a nice area, though out of the centre but near a metro station, you can be in the centre in half an hour. The host is really kind, and the view of the room was spectacular.. Negative: We did not realise it is not a hotel, so no breakfast and no reception, so we did not warn that our flight was delayed, which meant we had to wait for 20 min when we finally arrived for the host to bring us the key, as she had left by the time we arrived. The door to the rooms worked with a code, but the second night it took us 10 mins to get the door open and the third night we did not get it open at all, and the host called another guest to open the door for us - he also had had problems getting in. While the bathroom was clean, there was a lot of dust below the desk and beds (we lost a ring and had to search under the beds). The walls between the rooms are thin, you could hear almost literally what the guests in the next room were saying..

    Positif: Très belle vue sur la baie ! Les prix sont contenus. Proximité de la station de taxis.. Négatif: C'est un appart'hotel, donc il n'y a pas de réception permanente. Tout est propre mais n'est pas luxueux..

    Positive: Across the street from the promenade, fantastic views of a beautiful fishing port/marina, Naples bay and Vesuvius. A bit remote from the city center but with immediate access to Mergellina train station, buses and taxis. Nicely renovated spaces and very comfortable rooms. Lovely host, attentive and helpful.. Negative: have small kitchenettes but these are unequipped and empty of utensils so it's not self catering and as they do not provide breakfast, it can be annoying to have to get out for every cup of coffee, not to mention preparing a small snack. We did get a small kettle and cups, when requested, but it can easily be self catering and so much more comfortable to guests if they provide basic kitchen utensils and dishes..

    Positiv: Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit viel Geschmack, modernes neues Mobiliar und makellos sauber - für Neapel sehr gute Lage, da ruhig und mit Seebrise, auch öff. Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe ( 3 - 5 Min. zu Fuß zur Metrostation Mergellina, Bus + Taxi quasi vor der Tür). Herrlicher Ausblick auf Bucht und Vesuv - uns hat es sehr gefallen..

    Positiv: Zentrale Lage, ein paar Minuten zur Metro. Geniale Sicht von unserem Zimmer. Zimmer sauber.. Negativ: Das Haus hat keine Werbung und ist daher schlecht zu finden. Sonntag Abend trifft sich ganz Neapel im Hafenviertel es herrscht Verkehrschaos pur. Die nahe liegende öffentliche Garage ist abenteuerlich und man braucht viel Vertrauen..

    Positiu: Hem estat 4 dies a Napols en aquesta residencia i la valoración ha estat molt satisfactoria. Les vistes son espectaculars. Al mati veus sortir el sol darrera el Vesubio, durant el día com a la nit gaudeixes de la bahía de Napols amb una marina devant mateix. La zona es molt tranquila i ben comunicada. La habitacio amplia, neta, amb el bany de mides generosas i exterior. Per ultim dir que l'atenció rebuda per part de Giovanella ha sigut supercorrecta donantnos tot tipus d'indicacions d'on anar a menjar i visitar. Gracies..

    Nous avons passé 4 jours à Naples dans cette résidence et la note a été très satisfaisante. Les vues sont spectaculaires. Le matin, vous voyez le soleil se lever derrière le Vésuve, le jour et la nuit, vous pouvez profiter de la baie de Napoles avec une marina juste en face. Le quartier est très calme et bien desservi. La chambre est grande, propre, avec une salle de bain aux dimensions généreuses et extérieure. Enfin, l'attention reçue par Giovanella a été excellente, nous donnant toutes sortes d'indications sur les endroits où manger et visiter. Merci.

    Положительный: Современные Апартаменты в тихом районе города, удобное место расположение - рядом остановка автобуса, до метро идти 5 минут. Очень приветливая хозяйка. Уборку в номере делали каждый день. Нам только нахватало в номере чайника. Если бы он был, было вообще все прекрасно. Холодильник в номере есть.. Негативный: Нет набора для чая и кофе и самого чайника.

    Positiv: Kontakt zur Rezeption vor der Anreise mit Telefonnummer hat sehr gut geklappt. Check in ohne Probleme. Taxitransfers 25 bis 30 Euro Außergewöhnlicher Blick vom Balkon auf Altstadt, Jachthafen und Vesuv. Gute Hilfe bei der Organisation von Touren oder praktischen Tips wie Einkaufen, Essen gehen... Metro nah Promenade nah Alles gut erreichbar.

    Positief: Nette ruime kamer. Uitzicht. Parkeerservice.. Negatief: De luiken kraakten en lag aan erg drukke straat. Maar uitzicht maakt alles goed!.

    Positive: Everything from Laura’s kind-hearted welcome to the amazing view from the balcony. Although the Residence is situated a bit far from the city centre, we had no problem in getting around by car. This place was a perfect escape from the town’s noise and with the hostess’s help our stay was as pleasant as possible.. Negative: There were no plates or cutlery at first..

    Positive: Vista stupenda, camera luminosa e spaziosa, pulita, ben arredata. gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto. Negazione: Qualche dettaglio cui prestare maggiore attenzione : ad esempio il Wi-fi non funzionante, in bagno mancanza di scopettone pulisci water. Con qualche aggiustamento sarà sicuramente perfetto.

    Positive: Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una stanza con vista fantastica mare e Vesuvio (non tutte le stanze hanno vista perché alcune sono interne). La posizione è ottima, si consideri che è zona Mergellina, il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile con molti mezzi pubblici (metro, bus e volendo c'è anche una stazione taxi a 20 metri) e, anche a piedi, se si ha voglia di fare una passeggiata. La colazione non è prevista ma, sul lungomare, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta per fare ottime colazioni napoletane (proprio di fronte c'è il famoso chalet Ciro)..

    Transformation élégante et fonctionnelle d'un bâtiment historique en petites unités résidentielles. Les couloirs, les portes voûtées, les parquets, les affiches de la boutique du tailleur Mele sont restés. De la fenêtre, vous pouvez voir la mer et un jardin avec des plantes luxuriantes. Et puis il est à Mergellina, et j'ai tout dit.

    Super endroit belle vue pour être dans Bâtiment de la fin du XIXe siècle entièrement restauré, je vous recommande d'y aller.

    Chambres avec vues spectaculaires (Golfe de Naples et Vésuve), métro à quelques minutes à pied, petit-déjeuner dans les chalets en face, propriétaire très gentil merci pour tout!
