Positiv: Die Lage des Zimmers ist gut, Nähe Vatikan und Trastevere. Frühstücksgutschein zu bekommen, ist nett.. Negativ: Es handelt sich hier nicht um eine ganze Wohnung, sondern lediglich um 1 Zimmer (mit Bad) in einer Wohnung. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind ein Gemeinschaftsraum, der mit anderen Mitbewohnern eines zweiten Zimmers geteilt werden muss. Dies war aus der Anzeige vorher nicht eindeuting ersichtlich und eine böse Überraschung. Die Wohnung als Suite zu bezeichnen, ist eine starke Übertreibung. Das Schlafzimmer ist spartanisch eingerichtet und man hat eher das Gefühl in einer Jugendherrberge zu sein. Im Bad lief Wasser aus der Dusche. Der Verwalter der Wohnung stand 9.30 Uhr ohne zu klingeln plötzlich in der Wohnung und hat schon die nächsten Nachmieter gebracht, bevor wir ausgecheckt hatten..

Positiv: Gute ruhige Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Petersdom und der Engelsburg entfernt. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und sind modern eingerichtet. Luigi der uns mit Rat und Tat (das von Ihm am Abreisetag bestellte Taxi holte uns pünktlich vor dem Haus ab) unterstützte. Das ital. Frühstück im Cafe um die Ecke war sehr lecker.. Negativ: Das Haus selbst ist etwas hellhörig, die Dusche und das WC des Nachbarzimmers waren recht laut..

Positiv: Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und super gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft wird täglich gereinigt und ist sehr sauber. Man braucht nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Petersdom. Ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Würde es nochmal buchen :-). Negativ: In der Dusche läuft das Wasser aus, könnte etwas nass werden. Das Frühstück welches man dazu bucht, ist in einem Café um die Ecke, jedoch beinhaltet es nur ein Getränk der Wahl, einen Saft und ein Croissant. Nur gegen Aufpreis bekommt man mehr..

Не хватает тапочек, в начале ноября было холодно, а горничная каждый раз после уборки оставляла открытым окно.. Endroit simple mais accueillant et propre dans une copropriété calme, il mérite le meilleur non seulement pour son excellent emplacement mais surtout pour la courtoisie du "propriétaire" Vadim qui nous a fourni de précieuses suggestions et nous a aidés à résoudre tout problème imprévu.
