  Positive: La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, nel cuore di Trastevere. Molto comoda anche per raggiungere il centro della città. Ottima accoglienza dalla signora Claudia, che ci ha accolti con molto calore e con infinte attenzioni. Ci ha suggerito come arrivare facilmente al trastevere Glasshouse ed è stata preziosa anche per informazioni relative alla visita della città.. Negazione: La stanza situata al piano rialzato è un po' piccola, ma la cosa peggiore è la presenza di una sola finestra che dà su una via che di notte è molto rumorosa. Aprire la finestra significa "avere in casa" le persone che passano o che stazionano davanti. Il bagno cieco non ha areazione. Una stranezza: una sera tornando in stanza, una cascata d'acqua cadeva davanti alla porta. Guardando bene, sopra la porta ci sono come due piccole docce. Abbiamo immaginato che servano per scoraggiare le persone a sedersi sul gradino, davanti alla porta. Diventa però un po' scomodo l'ingresso anche per gli ospiti..

  Positif: Super bien situé, à proximité de nombreux bons restaurants et bars et proche des attractions touristiques. Propre, lit confortable. Très bon accueil. Porte sécurisée.. Négatif: Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel, mais d’une chambre donnant directement sur la rue. Assez bruyant la nuit. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas..

  Positive: Donna bagnata, donna fortunata. Il due settembre 2020 sono stata omaggiata: i miei cari amici cari sono venuti a Roma con me e ho "vinto" una suite in Trastevere (non si trattava di un albergo pentastellato, ben inteso: non amo i non luoghi). D'altronde i cinquant'anni si compiono una volta sola (non sempre, ma quasi). Al di là di ogni mia aspettativa, provo a riassumere quel mio arrivo a Roma il due settembre. Premesso che - e me ne scuso nuovamente con la Sig.ra Claudia -, il ritardo accumulato rispetto all'orario dichiarato del mio check-in, è stato significativo e causa non solo Covid-19 (il mio disorientamento è noto ai più e non a caso forse sono psichiatra eccetera), bene (bene?). La sig.ra Claudia s'è premurata di contattarmi per fornirmi le coordinate nonché tracciare la via, come Pollicino senza paura (aeroporto, quindi treno, quindi tram, quindi metri dalla fermata alla suite). Solo a quel punto ho potuto spegnere internet e la stupidità dei cervelli elettronici e affidarmi all'intelligenza del cuore. I cinquanta, dicevo: la presbiopia avanza, i tredici decimi non mi hanno mai tradita. Ri-conosco la sig.ra Claudia sull'uscio e sbalordita dal suo modo di porsi, mi lascio guidare. La suite "vinta" pare un vero miraggio. Linda, spaziosa, con tutti i comfort ai quali non sono abituata. L'ascolto basita, inforco gli occhiali e prendo appunti sulle istruzioni per l'uso, dentro e fuori le stanze. Seguirò pedissequamente e - a quel punto - necessariamente, quanto esposto. Ci congediamo sul suo: "Di qualsiasi cosa abbia bisogno o desiderio, mi contatti pure al cellulare, a qualsiasi ora". Non ce n'è stato bisogno: tutto pareva essere sideralmente tracciato con qualche eccezione.... Negazione: Suggerirei al Gestore di questo B&B, se posso permettermi, solo un paio di cose. La prima, l'insonorizzazione. Essa non è eccellente, ovvero i ragazzi la notte a Roma hanno un tono di voce di qualche decibel in più di quelli a cui le mie orecchie sono abituate. La seconda, e mi scuso di non ricordare i nomi quando non diventano volti che catturano il mio interesse, Gentile ospite, forse varrebbe la pena precisare che improvvisamente e inaspettatamente, piove (e non sulle Tamerici salmastre e arse), sulla porta della sua suite (mi assumo la responsabilità di: provare piacere a fumare una sigaretta prima di coricarmi, uno. Due: non aver appuntato tutte le istruzioni per l'uso, ma si sa, son donna piuttosto lenta). Concludo questa mia "breve" recensione col titolo, chiudendo così il cerchio: Donna bagnata, donna fortunata. In fede, Maria Luisa Agostinelli. P.S. (ché c'è sempre un post scriptum) Ringrazio dell'ospitalità e buone cose a lei e alla sua attività. Cordialità (fa sin rima baciata)..

  Positive: The place is really cosy and nice. The neighbour is one of the best in Rome since it is closer to Campo de fiori and in the middle of Trastevere.. Negative: Some noises in the night. They come from birds in the places around and sometimes they get disturbed.

  Une perle au coeur du Trastevere, gentillesse, disponibilité, prévenance et attention avant même d'arriver à la structure. La chambre et la salle de bain ont été récemment rénovées mais surtout la propreté est excellente. Ils nous ont suivis et nous ont donné toutes sortes de conseils. Nous reviendrons

  Positive: Location is very nice, in the heart of trastevere. Large room, very clean, beds were made up every day. Good heating system. Information about restaurants in the neighborhood.. Negative: The host gave us the wrong room but changed it after we showed our reservation. After cleaning on the second day they left a window open on the street side. We only noticed 24 hours later. We only got soap on the first day so we had no soap left for the last day. There was a lot of noise on the streets during the night. Couldn't sleep without earplugs..

  Positiva: El personal. Negativa: La temperatura en la habitación, la calefacción no funcionaba del todo bien. Al ser un sitio muy chulo, pero planta baja el fin de semana era imposible dormir antes de las 3AM. Excepto sábado noche, el sitio tiene pinta de ser tranquilo. Si te hospedas el sábado, a salir de fiesta! jejeje.

  Positive: Clean, location and nice firm bed. Negative: Pillows seemed half filled and cheap, power point didn’t work above my bedside table and hand to pull out bed lamp plunge to charge my phone. Consequently I left my charger in hotel as it was a plung hidden behind table. Cord for kettle too short for nearest plung hand to set up near dressing table, no soap holders in shower.

  Положительный: Плюсы:хозяин отвечает на смс очень быстро.Номер каждый день убирался когда нас не было дома.. Негативный: Wi-Fi работает,но интернета нет вообще.Хозяйка предположила,что это из-за дождей,но и когда было сухо интернета тоже не было.Очень шумно.Напротив окон расположен ресторан и до поздней ночи посетители курили и ржали под окнами.После тяжелого экскурсионного дня долго не можешь уснуть.Окна закрываются не плотно,ощущение будто толпа гуляет в таоей комнате.Написано в объявлении,что хорошая звукоизоляция,но это враньё.В середине ноября горячая вода грелась в бойлере.Была тёплая,не горячая как мы любим.После прохладного дождливого дня в душе согреться не могли. К посещению не рекомендую..

  Positiva: El diseño de la suite. La atención de Claudia.. Negativa: Al ser un bajo, entra ruido de la calle. Sin posibilidad de tener oscuridad total en toda la estancia. El baño no tiene calefacción. Está frío y no secan las toallas..

  Positiv: Tolles Zimmer, groß, sauber, nette Gastgeberin, sehr zentrale Lage. Sehr viele tolle Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert!. Negativ: Zimmertür ist direkt an der Straße, Leute setzen sich nachts auf die Stufe vor der Tür und quatschten, Fenster sind nicht gut isoliert, daher wochenends nachts leider sehr laut. Dafür ist die Unterkunft sehr zentral ;-). Unter der Woche ist davon nichts mehr zu merken..

  Positif: Claudia est très gentille & très attentionnée. La chambre est en très bon état/neuve et bien équipée, très jolie et spacieuse. Elle se situe dans un quartier très vivant parfait pour faire la fête, trop peut-être.... Négatif: ...la rue est très bruyante et notre deuxième nuit, une voiture a été cambriolée devant la fenêtre puis le propriétaire s'en est aperçu et a râlé au téléphone pendant plus d'une heure.. Compliqué de dormir..

  Положительный: из плюсов - расположение, wifi, отличная кровать, большой просторный номер недалеко можно вкусно и недорого покушать - carlo menta при выселении просто оставили ключи, залога не было. Негативный: из минусов - не нашли тапочки, не было зонтика, проблема с ТВ , неудобный гостевой диван - мы путешествовали втроем, кто спал на диване откровенно испытывал неудобства, освещение снаружи в ночное время раздражало, не хватало роллета на дверь ))) девушка на ресепшене очень приятная, но не говорит по английски, поэтому так и не смогли понять можем мы заселиться ранее чем в 14;00. оставить багаж платно - 1,5 евро 1 единица\час :(((((.

  Positiv: Kleines, schönes Zimmer. Sehr zentrale Lage. Claudia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.. Negativ: Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, daher sehr, sehr laut. Hausschuhe musste ich verlangen, obwohl beschrieben war, dass diese zu der Ausstattung dazu gehören. Im Zimmer hat es keinen Safe und auch keinen Kühlschrank. Das Einstellen meines Gepäckes nach dem Auschecken, musste ich extra bezahlen (1.50 Euro/Stunde)..

  Positif: Très bien placé dans le quartier de Trastevere Idéal pour aller manger le soir. Proche des principaux centres d’intérêts, tout est possible à pied. Petit appartement confortable et propre.. Négatif: Rue plutôt bruyante et appartement mal insonorisé , du bruit toute la nuit. Pas de rideaux à la porte principale vitrée, et spot juste au dessus de la porte à l’extérieur, lumière dans l’appartement toute la nuit et ensuite il fait jour... prévoir boules quies et loup pour les yeux..

  Positif: L’hôtel est en plein cœur de Trastevere, quartier très animé et sympathique de Rome. La chambre était très propre, moderne, équipements neufs. Pour un rapport qualité / prix top ! Je recommande. De plus, Claudia est très arrangeante et disponible pour vous aider. Merci Claudia :).

  Olumlu: Konumu çok güzeldi, otelin konforu ve temizliği çok hoşumuza gitti. Olumsuz: Oda da buzdolabı yoktu ve duşta iki kişiye yetecek kadar sıcak su yoktu.

  Позитивний: Відмінне розташування у спокійному (вдень) туристичному райончику з розмаїттям кафешек і ресторанчиків. До Форума пішки 20 хв. Весь центр обходили пішки. З району Трастевере зручно також добиратися до аеропорту. Також ми мали можливість залишити зранку речі, а потім ще й заїхати майже на дві години раніше, ніж заявлено в описі, це нам дуже допомогло зручно розподілити час і сили.. Негативний: Майже навпроти знаходить паб, а через те, що хостел на першому поверсі, всі нічні розмови і пісні відвідувачів пабу дуже добре чути і можна спостерігати з вікна. Те ж можна сказати і про випадкових перехожих. І ще повільний wi-fi..

  Положительный: Большой чистый номер; хорошая сантехника в санузле ; отлично работал кондиционер. Клаудия очень отзывчивая.. Негативный: Плохая звукоизоляция ( шум с улицы). Было очень шумно по вечерам и ночью ( звуки проезжающих под окнами мотоциклов, громкая речь гуляющих допоздна местных жителей и отдыхающих).

  Positief: Locatie en netheid. Negatief: Wij hadden de enige kamer 302 met nog enkel glas in het venster en als mensen pratend voorbij kwamen of whatever was het precies of het in je kamer was . Gelukkig ‘s nachts een vrij kalme straat.

  Positiv: Beliggenhed var super, om end der er lidt støj fra gaden til omkring kl. 23. Negativ: Låsen til hoveddøren var svær at anvende pga. den måde den var konstrueret på. Man savner desuden et lille køleskab til at holde drikkevare kolde.

  Positiv: Einfaches sauberes Zimmer in super Lage 10 Minuten von der Straßenbahn Haltestelle und 2 Minuten vom Trubel entfernt. Betten sind bequem, Ausstattung ist einfach. Nachts natürlich nicht ruhig da in der Altstadt (wenn auch in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße).. Negativ: Kein großer Spiegel im Zimmer und relativ dunkel.

  Положительный: Квартира отличная! Свежий ремонт, всё новое, чистое. Есть все удобства (в т.ч. кухня, утюг, посуда, чайник, кондиционер, новые окна), кроме завтрака, но в этом районе он и не нужен, так как Трастевере славится ресторанами, кафе и закусочными, для местных жителей, цены ниже, чем в историческом центре, а еда вкуснее, потому что готовят итальянцы для итальянцев. Рекомендую рестораны Nonnarella, Alle Fratte di Trastevere, Tonnarella. Ресепшена нет, поэтому договаривайтесь с Клавой о точном времени прибытия, а то у неё какие-то проблемы на основной работе, и она нервничает из-за этого..

  Θετικό: Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία.Πολυ ωραία διακόσμηση κ άψογη καθαριότητα. Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό.. Αρνητικό: Δεν μπορείς να το βρεις εύκολα λόγω έλλειψης πινακίδας....
