  Good hotel, hotel is cheap, good value, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to friends. WIFI was fast and worked well. Pool and hot tub was nice.

  Hotel is your typical Holiday Inn. Clean. Location is at a run down neighborhood which I would not recommend. No continental breakfast buffet, you need to order from menu and pay separately. No coffee/tea bar.

  Everything about this hotel is what you expect from IHG Holiday Inns. Clean well maintained property and rooms with comfortable beds and towels. Very helpful, accommodating and friendly staff at all levels. I particularly want to recognize front desk staff member Joel for his exceptional detail to service, however everyone I interacted with at the hotel cared about their customers and provided excellent service. Reasonably priced.

  We were in St. Pete for a concert and stayed at this hotel. The rooms appeared to be recently renovated and clean. For a Saturday night the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

  Pretty clean and modern hotel. The rooms are nice but my premium membership is not recognized at the front desk. There is no free breakfast and you can get water in the lobby. My overall experience is pretty good.

  I stayed at this Holiday Inn in St. Pete. The staff was very personable, friendly and efficient. They treated me like we were best friends. The girl that worked the bar in the evenings was great. Sorry can’t remember her name. Great Personality. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  I would like to encourage your staff to understand the importance of valuing your customers. One person, Shay was the only person willing to take the time to inform me of hotel amenities. Acknowledging loyalty to the brand is important for frequent travelers. Housekeeping services and accountability for staff who do not perform their jobs. I’m highly unlikely to recommend your hotel based on your breakfast system, housekeeping services, staff training concerns and policies regarding hotel charges.

  Room had a musty smell, there was very little water pressure in the shower, tried all settings. The room layout was good, bed was not too bad, and a/c worked very well. Ice machine was not working so had to go to other floors. But it did have a little fridge in the room. Bar was out of a few items downstairs but the Bartender was very friendly and accommodating.

  We evacuated for Hurricane Ian and we're so lucky to have got a room at this hotel. The staff did an excellent job accommodating guests during a difficult time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

  A mon troisième jour. Ils n'ont pas encore nettoyé la chambre. Les serviettes n'ont pas été changées. Dans ma chambre 107. Je vous l'ai dit hier et aujourd'hui ils n'ont pas nettoyé non plus ils ne semblent pas avoir d'employés. La prochaine fois, j'irai ailleurs. A 16h00 encore 👎. Ils n'ont pas changé les serviettes ni fait le ménage dans ma chambre.

  Positive: Pool and spa was awesome and fun. Beds were extremely comfortable very close to Tropicana field and the fishing piers. Negative: No maid service on the weekends and for some reason we were skipped on Friday. Stayed at this hotel from Thursday afternoon to Sunday with no maid service. The front desk gave us free breakfast after a run-in with the cleaning staff manager.

  Went for a business trip, but brought my family so we could spend a little extra time for leisure. We had a little snag at checkin but Kenyetta went out of her way to make our trip a success. She is a true leader and adds value to this hotel. The facility is clean and quiet. The food is pretty good too.

  Our room smelled overwhelmingly of cleaning chemicals. The hotel said they used "medical grade" sanitizers to clean the room. We could tell. The smell made us sick to our stomachs, especially our young kids.

  Hotel is listed as new but it is already very dirty and does not look or feel new. Pool is not locked from outside people or if it was locked the door was propped open and homeless people use pool/outdoor shower. Very sketchy neighborhood

  When we arrived the pool was full of mostly leave along with some cigarette butts and trash. The room was fairly clean except a little missed trash beside the bed. The beds are very uncomfortable and there was not enough towels or wash clothes. They never came the second day with clean stuff. Usually we have good luck with ihg and this was a total let down to say the least. Couldn't/ wouldn't let my girls swim

  I had a very good experience while staying in this hotel. The staff, the room, the pool area, the eating surroundings, the little snacks area and the food was very good in the morning. I would definitely be coming back when going to another baseball game. Close to the park.

  The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional during my entire stay. They charged my card incorrectly twice. And have not gotten back to me to help dispute the charges. The staff was in an argument that went on for 5 minutes while I stood at the front desk waiting for assistance. They were swearing at one another and it got extremely loud. Would not recommend staying here.

  Positive: The best part was the restaurant inside the hotel. The food was decent and priced fairly. The AC inside the room worked well. Negative: Staff wasn't very friendly, extremely poor shower water pressure, room was not clean beforehand, items in the room were broken when we arrived, deposit not returned after checkout (3 days so far), pool was very dirty.

  Staff was disinterested from the check-In on. There was a lot of confusion between myself and another guest who was checking in at the same time, and the two staff members seemed bored, inattentive and disinterested in welcoming us. After dragging my luggage all the way to the furthest point on the third floor, I discovered that my key didn't work, and had to come all the way back (with my luggage still in tow). The employee reprogrammed my key (seemed like it was a bother to her), and sent me back towards the room without much of an apology for the inconvenience or offer to accompany me to ensure it worked properly. I had an issue with splashout of the bathtub, so my towels became unusable. Additionally I had filled the wastebaskets provided. I requested fresh towels be delivered at the front desk on my way out one day as the sign instructed. The empoloyee took a note, but I returned late that night to find that towels had not been delivered as asked. They were also unable to provide me a printed receipt upon checkout and seemed annoyed that I had asked.

  We reserved 7 nights stay. Were given probably one of the worst rooms possible. Asked to be moved 5 times over 4 days. Each time being told they are sold out. With that being said we watched countless people checking in and out?? Wouldn't it make sense to accommodate a guest paying for 7 NIGHTS over someone staying 1,2,3,4,5.....nights????? Eventually we were moved after 4 nights of feeling horrible in a dark, aged, dirty room overlooking a parking lot with cars in and out all day and night. 2nd room was better but our vacation had already been defeated staying in such a bad room. Staff was dismissive. Ice machine was broke. Also, no service to rooms. Every day take out your own trash, ask for a towel or coffee, etc. Using Covid as an excuse to save on housekeeping. Holiday Inn used to be a hotel we could count on. Not anymore!

  Stayed four days and three nights. Never once had the trash removed from my room or got a fresh set of clean towels. Linens on the bed were never replaced. There was no warning that, "Because of Covid we're not going to do what is standard practice in the hotel industry." There was no reduced price because they were providing reduced service. In addition the ice machine on my floor didn't work so I had to go out to the local gas station to get ice. The door on the refrigerator in my room wouldn't stay closed. AND one of the houses that directly butts up against the hotel's property has a roster that likes to crows at all hours of the day. If you do actually decide to stay here make sure you DEMAND a room on the front of the property, otherwise you'll just be listening to a rooster all day long. Oh, and the pool's not heated.

  Nasty, nasty, nasty! Absolutely vomit inducing nastiness. Hair ALL OVER the shower and bathroom. Urine stains on the wall. BLOOD on the mattress. BLOOD. Management transferred us to another room and it was JUST AS DIRTY and the refrigerator was broken in that room. We left immediately. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

  I was a little let down by this hotel. there were ants in the room, which initially raised concerns for bed bugs and led me to frantically pull off the sheets to look for them(there weren't any!), and the shelf in the shower was coming off of the wall. you could tell this was not a new thing because of the layers and layers of caulk they used to try and get it to adhere to the wall. The shower also drained very slowly so you're standing in a 4 inch deep puddle during a quick 7 minute shower. I also didn't realize that breakfast wasn't included but that was my mistake for not reading my booking thoroughly. The pool was beautiful, although we didn't swim.

  The staff were so helpful and friendly. Although there was an initial room mix-up, Kim at the front desk, worked to right the situation and made our staff very enjoyable. I will definitely consider staying here again. Centrally located, only 5-15 minutes from all the tourist attractions. Publix and Aldis only 4 minutes away.

  This hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and I got a nice king size bed with a pool view for a decent price. Besides a missing soap bar (there was one for the shower but not hands) and water bottles in the room, everything was great! So much I didn't bother customer service with any complaints, I was happy to relax and there was ice cold water downstairs. Hot coffee in the morning as well

  I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel stay. Since we were only staying one night, we were looking for a cost effective stay. This hotel proved to be the best deal. I was concerned that becuase it was a good deal that it might be a dump, but it was not. The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next St. Pete visit.

  Kudos to the photographer that took the pictures for the website. The property did not quite live up to the images however. The staff was great. Breakfast bag was a nice touch. We expected a restaurant, on property (and there was one advertised in the elevators), but there was none. Bar in lobby was only open from 5:30 - 8:30. Overall, the property served its purpose and the staff made up for any shortcomings.

  The hotel it’s self was nice. We stayed for a week but could not get house keeping due to COVID so that was a bit annoying. The pool and whirlpool were nice however not very clean. Breakfast was a muffin and a water bottle in a brown bag, so not that good. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again though.

  This hotel is definitely a hidden treasure, I have many of my company's stores with in this area and thought I would stay one night because I was tired and checkout the next morning. Between the staff and the cleanliness of the room and the hallways. The up keep of the lobby and pool area was not expected. Keep up the great work.   The room was ok with enough storage and a comfortable bet. However we were put in a handicap accessible room and I think some of the design choices were due to that. The furniture was mismatched. Our room was right next to the pool with a curtain that didn't close well. Masks were required but not worn. Some amenities were not available and the location wasn't in the best location. My advice is to just pay a little more for a nicer hotel.

  From the moment we walked into the Holiday Inn the front desk (Latisha) made us feel welcome. She was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The only complaint there is that the shower water pressure was terrible. It trickled and took quite a while to shower. The happy hour at night was very nice. Michelle and Justin at the bar were extremely welcoming and friendly. They made you feel like they had known you a long time. The pool area was beautiful and clean. We also liked that there were plenty of restaurants and fast food within 5 minutes, some even walking distance. I Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to go back at some point. Thanks to the wonderful staff!

  We had a nice stay at hotel. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Would recommend. Wished there would have been a choice for breakfast, they just hand you a bag. Stayed in Holiday Inn express in Nashville a day earlier and they had grab and go breakfast also but you got to pick what you wanted. Overall I'm very happy with stay though and will be back!

  I live about an hour away, and my children and I stayed to be closer to the beach and to have access to a pool. The beds were comfortable; the air worked well; there were no bugs (no roaches or bedbugs!); it was quiet at night; I felt safe; the pool was perfect; I was disappointed that there was not a free buffet style breakfast, but I adjusted quickly. At first I tried the sack (free) breakfasts, but changed my mind and decided to take advantage of a nutritious, hot, tasty breakfast from the restaurant. At night, we were able to buy some ramen noodles and a can of chicken salad and crackers from the desk. Nice!

  This hotel has been totally renovated which is fantastic for the price. However, the neighborhood is not the best. The A/C was so loud it kept us awake at night and the water pressure in the shower was poor. We did not ask to have either serviced because of Covid. We did not want anyone in our room while we were there. Hopefully, this problem will be fixed since I mentioned it to the front desk person when I checked out. Hotel staff was very helpful. Coffee in lobby 24 hours a day. Bagged breakfast of a muffin, orange, and a bottle of water was a nice touch. Only 10 minutes to the downtown area and the Firestone Grand Prix.

  Came into town for a business stay. Overall the hotel was located in a good area. The room i stayed in was not clean in the bathroom tub area. I had to reclean myself and buy a bath mat.In addition I slept with a duvet insert because they didn’t have any clean comforter for two nights.   I found the employees very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy the pool, but that isn't the hotel's problem. The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the bathroom. There wasn't any. Also, instead of everyday room cleaning, we could get the room cleaned by request. We didn't request and we didn't get the wastebaskets emptied. Beds were very comfortable and room temp control was more than adequate. All in all, a good stay.

  Très bon hôtel (neuf!) avec un excellent déjeuné et un personnel très agréable cependant l’insonorisation est un peux décevante mais snn très bon rapport qualité prix !!!
