  Excellent près du centre, le parking a de la chance mais c'est toujours à quelques mètres il y a la gare excellente chambre avec salle de bain silencieuse le seul défaut si vous êtes fumeur il faut sortir

  Chambres discrètes à proximité du centre si vous n'avez pas de besoins particuliers... Je vous déconseille de prendre le petit déjeuner comme vous le suggérera le propriétaire, vieux biscuits, pas de bon café et de l'eau dans le frigo à disposition rempli du robinet😱

  Chambre très propre avec tout le confort ! A quelques minutes à pied du centre de Vérone. Super disponibilité des propriétaires qui nous ont attendu tard pour nous enregistrer même si nous avions réservé à la dernière minute. Petit déjeuner inclus avec un large choix de biscuits, café, thé et bien plus, comme à la maison ! J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires ! Si jamais je revenais à Vérone, je reviendrais certainement ici.

  Positive: Ottima struttura, stanze bellissime e confortevoli, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Posizione centralissima con la stazione di Porta nuova e autostazione autobus urbani Atvo. Si arriva in centro anche a piedi. Ci torneremo sicuramente in attesa di tempi migliori..

  Positive: We stayed for one night. -Room was as expected in the pictures. -Everything was clean. -Super friendly and welcoming counter woman. Although her English wasn’t fluent she was able to explain everything properly. -Super close to central train station. Negative: -It was quite clairaudient in the room, nevertheless we slept peacefully -Bathroom smelled a bit of cigarettes.

  Pozitívne: Poloha pri zeleznicnej a autobusovej stanici asi 4 minuty peso, do historickeho centra 15-20 minut peso... Domaci super mily pan, po anglicky asi dobre nevie, ale dohovorite sa rusky a recou byvalej Juhoslavie, lebo odtial povodne je ☺. A je s nim sranda 😁. Moznost kavy, caju, cerealii s mliekom a susienok kedykolvek k dispozicii v kuchynke.. Negatívne: Nemam co vytknut, prespala som len jednu noc.

  Positiv: Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist perfekt, nur 2 Minuten. Zu Fuß ist man auch in 15-20 Min in der Stadt (Piazza Bra, Arena). Der Check in bzw. das Appartement in dem großen Mehrparteienhaus mit wenig Charme und Hochhausfeeling ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Vermieterin war aber bemüht auf Englisch den Ablauf, also die Nutzung der 4 Schlüssel, zu erklären. Für eine Nacht ist die Unterkunft zweckmäßig und ok.. Negativ: Das Haus macht keinen guten Eindruck. Das Appartement ist in einem großen alten Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Zimmer bzw. das eigene Bad war mittelmäßig sauber. So gut die nahe Lage zum Bahnhof ist, so schlecht ist sie auch. An Bahnhöfen tummeln sich nun mal gruselige Gestalten..

  Positive: Room well arranged, clean, nothing broken or out of place; the owner, Marco, is super friendly and funny. I would have liked staying longer chatting with him but we had a train to catch. 2 minute walk from the train station and probably 10-minute walk from the town center.. Negative: N/A.

  Positive: I asked for an early check in at around 6 a.m. and it was granted. The owners were really kind and offered us tea and biscuits for breakfast. If you are taking a train ir a bus from Verona, the location could not be better .. Negative: I guess that the neighborhood Is not really safe at night and there are no grocery stores around..

  Positiva: La cama principal era cómoda. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas en "recepción" para recogerlas posteriormente.. Negativa: 155€ el 28 de Septiembre. Es una habitación pequeña ubicada en un piso particular que han habilitado como alojamiento turístico. Se oye todo lo de las habitaciones vecinas. La gente entrando y saliendo, los interruptores al apagar y encender las luces... Todo!! Sobre las 2:00am algún vecino de plantas superiores puso la música a todo volumen y, se oía perfectamente. Una de las estanterías que hay en la habitación, es una estantería de muestrario de productos de belleza. Baño: faltan azulejos que cubran las tuberías. En su lugar, han puesto un cuadro intentando tapar ese hueco (no es necesario mover el cuadro para ver el agujero, se ve claramente). La ducha: el desagüe no evacúa el agua con facilidad. Al minuto de estar duchándote, ya te cubre el agua los pies). La cocina: todo el menaje que tiene es antiguo. Parece sacado del rastro. Los botes donde tiene las galletas y cereales debería limpiarlos alguna vez (tienen pringue en la zona de la tapadera). En la pared de esta cocina/comedor, tiene dos fotos colgadas de "dentistas" urgando en la boca de pacientes. En una de ellas se ve algo que cuelga de las pinzas que le sacaba de la boca al paciente. Una visión nada agradable si te sientas allí a desayunar... (Dice que son sus hijos que están estudiando para dentista). Cuando le comenté que el precio que tiene el alojamiento me parecía excesivo para esa habitación, me contestó que ellos no ponen el precio, que el precio lo pone Booking y, que ese fin de semana había allí una feria y que por eso estaba más caro. Justo a unos 50m hay un hotel en condiciones con habitaciones que estaban para ese mismo día a100€. Una pena que no estuvieran disponibles antes..

  Structure très propre et très accueillante, le propriétaire a été très gentil à notre arrivée ! C'était une commodité car ayant besoin d'un endroit pratique pour rejoindre la gare de Vérone, nous avons trouvé cet hôtel très approprié en termes d'emplacement. Nous nous sommes donc promenés dans le centre-ville et quand nous étions fatigués, nous sommes retournés dans notre chambre. Le lit était super confortable ! L'oreiller à mémoire de forme très similaire à chez moi 😍 dommage que mon copain et moi ayons dû quitter la chambre à 3h pour prendre un avion.. j'aurais bien dormi ! Belle déco moderne ! Dommage pour le buffet mal entretenu et peu copieux au petit déjeuner, ouvert à toute heure, très proche de la cuisine maison.

  Pozitív: A szállás a pályaudvartól 2 percre van,ami ideális a korán/késő este tovább utazóknak.A személyzet rendkívül barátságos,a szoba/fürdőszoba makulátlan tisztaságú. A szoba jól felszerelt,egy hiányossága,hogy az éjjeli szekrényeken nincs olvasó lámpa,a világítás lekapcsolása pedig csak egy helyról oldható meg.Ár/érték arány nagyon jó,szívesen ajánlom 1-2 napos tartózkodásra.. Negatív: Az ágy melletti világítás hiányzott..

  Pozytywna: Właściciel bardzo pomocny i przemiły. Polecam stosunek jakości do tak małej ceny jest powalający. Choć pensjonat znajduje się w zwykłym budynku mieszkalnym to widać że właściciel włożył dużo serca i wysiłku w to aby każdemu gościowi było miło. Ps. Dogadacie się po polsku.

  好意的: 部屋も清潔でとても素敵でした。 この施設を管理している男性がとても親切な方で、この施設に入るための4つの鍵の説明を実演しながら教えてくれました。 チェックイン後に「何か問題があったら受付にはいないから電話をしてくれ」と言われたのですが、電話が出来ないんだと伝えると他の解決方法まで教えてくれました。さらに、ヴェローナの街の観光マップもくれ、どこに行けばいいかなどの観光案内までしてくれて、とてもいい方でした。. 否定的: このホテルに入るためには、まず、管理人の男性に電話をかけ、中から開けてもらう必要があり、そうしなければ敷地に入ることすらできないので、現地で電話がかけれる人だけが予約するといいと思います。 私はたまたま通りかかった男性に電話をかけてもらうことができたので難を逃れましたが、それが無ければ宿がなくなるところでした…。.
