    Et tout ce qu'un couple souhaite.... Convivialité et gentillesse mais surtout beaucoup d'humilité du propriétaire ainsi que la présence pour rien.

    Très bien situé dans la vieille ville de funchal. Il y a un parking juste à côté... les appartements sont très bien équipés. Bien éclairé. salle de bain spacieuse. Chambre confortable. excellent prix

    L'appartement est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et pour 30 €/nuit, c'est à la limite du luxe. L'équipe est très sympa et l'appartement est nettoyé une fois par semaine. Si vous avez des questions, vous pouvez simplement écrire à la propriétaire via WhatsApp. Globalement recommandé !

    Positive: Appartment is actually a little bit bigger than it seems from the photos. The shower is possibly the biggest I've seen. You can walk to the centre in 10 minutes. The kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was perfect. I can recommend 100%..

    Positive: We have stayed at this lovely apartment for the second time now and once again, we've had a wonderful time. Since we had to self-quarantine until we got our covid test results, the hosts had a lovely basket with madeiran bread, cheese, jam, sweets and juice waiting for us. The apartment was in a very good condition and we had everything we needed to cook, wash and hang clothes etc.. The location is superb within walking distance to restaurants, markets, the Barreirinha swimming complex and other great sights in the old town of Funchal. We'll definitely be back again!. Negative: The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable, but just for watching some TV in the evening it was ok..

    Positive: I stayed there for over one month this year and for two weeks last year and both times had a great time. I always feel like at home whenever staying in Apartment Sousa. Everything about this place is perfect: the ocean view, the location is nearby the old town, it is very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine... The owners are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying there as it is the best apartment I have ever stayed in Funchal every time I visited Madeira over the years..

    Positive: Great view on Marina, fantastic localization, close the old town. Apartament has everything what I need. The owners very friendly and helpful, so that is why I came back this year..

    Положительный: Наличие всего необходимого оборудования (я не многим пользовалась, но на кухне есть ВСЁ:)). Чистота. Устойчивай вайфай. Необыновнно удчное месторсоложение.. Негативный: Таког нет..

    Positif: - logement tout neuf, propreté remarquable, intérieur coquet - équipement complet : bouilloire, grille-pain, cafetière, lave-linge (avec lessive fournie), draps et linge de toilette fournis etc... - hôtes très sympathiques, réponses rapides à chacune de nos demandes, échange possible via WhatsApp - logement situé à deux pas du centre historique, des restaurants et des arrêts de bus - possibilité de stationnement très aisé (nous y étions en mars) : parking couvert à côté, 6 euros le nuit. Négatif: rien.

    Situé en bordure de la vieille ville, tout est accessible à pied. Parking pas cher juste à côté. Pas toujours très silencieux, puisque certains cyclomoteurs "doivent" "correctement" accélérer ici après le virage.

    Positif: Appartement vaste avec chambre + une grande pièce avec cuisine, table, grande salle de bain. Tout est très propre et en très bon état. Situation proche du centre ville, du bord de mer, du bus de l'aéroport, nombreux restaurants juste en contrebas et téléphérique très proche..

    Positif: Quartier très chouette Appartement à la décoration sobre (pas de tableau "IKEA"! ) et c'est bien :) Appartement spacieux Bonne connexion Wi-Fi Super lits et literie Super salle de bain Cuisine bien équipée Petite cour extérieure pour déjeuner. Négatif: (pour l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée) La rue est tout de même bruyante, difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres en journée. Ce n'est pas insupportable, mais on entend les voitures (et les scooters) la nuit. Mais Funchal est je pense généralement bruyante.. On aurait aimé trouver les basiques en cuisine : sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, sucre...

    Positiva: La cercanía con el casco histórico y a la zona de bares y restaurantes, la vista al mar, todo se puede hacer a pie. Me gusto que los propietarios se preocuparan por nuestra estancia y estuvieran cerca de nuestras necesidades. El apartamento es completamente nuevo , muy luminoso y las fotos no dicen la verdad, tiene absolutamente de todo lo que se necesita para una optima estancia.. Negativa: Por poner alguna nota mejorable y teniendo en cuanta que soy una persona de cierta envergadura , me hubiera gustado una cama matrimonial y no camas separadas y unos colchones más relajantes a la hora de dormir. El ruido durante todo el dia, sobre todo por las mañanas . es algo con lo que hay que aprender a tolerar , dentro del beneficio de estar en el centro de Funchal. Si se pretende dormir sin ruidos hay que ir al medio de la montaña..

    Положительный: Все рядом,океан,рестораны,пляж,магазины.На кухне и в сан.узле есть все что нужно.Перед входом в апартаменты небольшой дворик,где можно отдохнуть на свежем воздухе.. Негативный: Апартаменты выходят на улицу,ночью в спальне очень шумно от проезжающего транспорта,заснуть не просто.А мопеды без глушителей просто вымораживали..

    Positive: La posizione centrale, la zona Velha. Negazione: Il rumore delle auto in orario serale, ma la posizione centralissima è un grande vantaggio per muoversi a piedi andando a cena.

    Appartement situé dans le quartier Monumental de Funchal (Madère), Il se compose d'une chambre, cuisine, salon et salle de bain. Très agréable, confortable et avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il dispose également d'une petite terrasse à l'entrée. Je l'ai aimé.

    Positiva: El apartamento está en una situación inmejorable junto a la zona velha y a un minuto de un precioso mirador sobre el atlántico. El apartamento es mejor de lo que se muestra en las fotos y está muy limpio y muy bien amueblado. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y simpáticos, y tuvieron detalles con nosotros. Nos ha encantado tanto el alojamiento como la isla (es preciosa), y si podemos volveremos.. Negativa: Nada.

    Pozitív: Gyönyörű a kilátás!! Közel a part, és az éttermek :). Negatív: Nagyon figyelni kell az étkezések után, hogy alaposan el legyen takarítva!! Pár lepotyogott morzsa és már jönnek is a hangyák....

    Положительный: Отличное расположение в старом городе. До пляжа 3 минуты. Вокруг исторические здания, колоритные дома, узкие улочки Фуншала. Довольно тихо, не считая проезжающих мотоциклов. В окно - океан, горы. Прекрасное место для релакса. Магазинчики, развлечения, рестораны, автобусные остановки - все в пешей доступности.

    Positiva: El apartamento era amplio y moderno.. Ideal para dos personas..teníamos un patio con butacas a la entrada.. Excelente. Negativa: Necesitaria una tabla de cortar alimentos y una fregona.

    Positif: il s'agissait d'un gite , le centre ville était facile d'accés, les bus aussi, et les commerces aussi, une petite cours permettait de manger dehors à l'abri des regards.. Négatif: beaucoup de bruit à cause de la route de ville, matériel de cuisine trés léger (pas de saladier, pas de passoire, un seul couteau qui coupe correctement...).

    Positiv: Lage ist gut, zehn Minuten zur Altstadt. Freundlicher Empfang, man kann auf Wunsch von einem zuverlässigen Taxifahrer abgeholt werden.. Negativ: Mehr deutsche TV-Programmer, nur " RTL".

    Positive: La gentilezza dei proprietari, il parcheggio coperto a pochi metri con costo molto accessibile, caffè a disposizione, posizione.. Negazione: Al momento della prenotazione su booking la foto mostra una grande finestra vista mare mentre ci è stato inaspettatamente consegnato un appartamento piano terra, privo di vista, e posto su strada trafficatissima e rumorosa al limite dell'assordante. Nessuna disponibilità di shampoo o gel doccia..

    Positif: L'appartement se situe en bordure de la zone touristique de Funchal .Je vous conseille de ne pas prendre de voiture tout peut se faire à pied ou en bus, il est très bien équipé.. Négatif: Le voisinage de l'appartement est un peu bruyant ( voitures et un restaurant dans la rue).

    Pozytywna: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na starówce , niedaleko do centrum (ok 15 minut), blisko klifu i kąpieliska oraz licznych restauracji. Mieszkanie składa sie z 2 duzych pomieszczeń: sypialni z 2 oknami i salono-kuchni. Bardzo dobrze wyposazone, min pralka, kuchnia z piekarnikiem, mikrofala, toster, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, duza lodówka. W szafce nawet plyn do prania i srodki czystości. Przestronna łazienka. Przemili własciciele. W budynku 2 pietrowym (bez windy) sa trzy mieszkania do wynajecia o podobnym układzie . To na pierwszym pietrze ma malutki balkonik wychodzacy na ulicę oraz dwa pojedyncze łóżka. Dom połozony jest na wzgórzu (łatwe zejscie do centrum ale trudniejszy powrót). Lisa and Sergio, thank you very much for your hospitality .. Negatywna: Minusem jest hałas motorów i samochodów , szczególnie wieczorem. Dom lezy u zbiegu trzech uliczek. Przydają sie zatyczki do uszu dla osób majacych problem z zasypianiem :-) . Nie ma klimatyzacji wiec okna muszą zostac otwarte..

    Положительный: Чудесные апартаменты! Чистота, простор,вид изумительный, есть все необходимое. Находится в историческом центре, что обеспечивает тишину ночами. Не далеко от центра города, 5-10 минут пешком. В двух минутах отличный платный пляж, в 5 минутах городской бесплатный пляж. Жить было очень комфортно! Отдельно хочу написать о гостеприимстве хозяев, милейшие люди, со всем помогут, отзывчивы к любым вашим запросам и даже при выезде подарили маленький подарочек в виде пузырька местного вина! 👍👍👍❤.
