Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix. Chambres petites et pas très propres. La salle de bain avait une douche moisie et manquait de meubles communs tels que le porte-rouleau de papier toilette. Le b & b ne fournit pas de produits de salle de bain (par exemple, mousse de douche) et ne fournit les serviettes qu'une seule fois à l'arrivée / au départ. Auto-enregistrement / départ très pratique.

C'est un appartement de 3 chambres avec salle de bain privative partageant le salon et la cuisine, spacieux et suffisamment équipé. Nous y sommes depuis 3 jours et l'endroit est bien, propre, avec des restaurants et des transports à proximité.

Positive: La pulizia dei locali, il letto comodissimo, il wi-fi gratuito, il soggiorno con tv, la cucina super accessoriata, la disponibilità di qualsiasi apparecchio e materiale per rendere il soggiorno molto confortevole e la totale attenzione che la proprietaria mi ha riservato per risolvere un inconveniente non dipendente da lei. Il check-in avviene tramite cassetta con codice permettendo di avere molta elasticità nell'orario di arrivo. Stessa cosa vale per il ceck-out.... e nell'occasione la proprietaria mi ha lasciato gratuitamente la stanza fino al tardo pomeriggio, dandomi la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio e passare a ritirarlo prima di recarmi in aeroporto per il volo di ritorno.. Negazione: Purtroppo un locale notturno al di sotto dell'appartamento venerdì e sabato ha disturbato tutta notte. La proprietaria dell'appartamento ha fatto di tutto per mettermi in condizione di poter riposare offrendomi anche un'altra stanza..

Positiv: -Rachel ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sie war immer erreichbar und sehr sehr zuvorkommend -unglaublich bequeme Matratze!!! -gute Grundausstattung mit etwas Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Waschpulver, Essig etc.. Negativ: -wenn man in Küche und Wohnzimmer lüftet - es ist wirklich IMMER sehr laut -in der Küche wäre ein zweites Geschirrhandtuch gut gewesen -die einzige Pfanne war leider sehr zerkratzt.

Positive: Camera con bagno privato in una struttura con zona condivisa, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, zona comoda anche se non centralissima, proprietaria facilmente contattabile e disponibile, letto comodo e stufette che tenevano caldo il tutto, consigliato.. Negazione: Check in self non semplicissimo, qualche problemino con i codici e acqua calda che ci metteva parecchio ad arrivare, ma entrambi risolti, l’acqua una volta arrivata era costantemente molto calda..

Positiva: La anfitriona ha estado pendiente en todo momento, preocupada de que estuviera todo bien. Una ubicación magnífica para visitar Lisboa.. Positivo: Cama muito confortável. Quarto e casa de banho mordernos. Anfitriã muito afável.. Negativo: Forma de entrar e sair confusa. Entrava luz no quarto de manhã mesmo com 'cortina'. Não me senti segura pois não havia muita privacidade a nível de janelas e tratava-se de um apartamento partilhado algo que não é muito perceptível ....

Positive: Mobilio bagno nuovo.. Negazione: Poca attenzione per il cliente. Siamo arrivati in anticipo di un'ora e mezza rispetto all'orario del check in e la camera non era ancora pronta. Nessun problema, sappiamo di essere arrivati in anticipo, quindi lasciamo i bagagli e andiamo via per tornare successivamente. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie - kluczyk do mieszkania czekał w skrzynce przy drzwiach.. Negatywna: Okna naszego pokoju wychodziły na ulicę i przez to całą noc było bardzo głośno. Nie było też balkonu. Aby wejść do pokoju trzeba było przejść przez wspólny salon, trochę brakowało prywatności..

Positiva: Buena ubicación y los otros espacios comunes estaban bien.. Negativa: Había hormigas en el baño, el espacio en la habitación era mínimo, la terraza compartida pero sólo había una mesa. Por error abrimos la puerta de otra habitación con la misma llave que la nuestra, lo cual nos dio poca seguridad..

Positiva: Habitación privada dentro de un apartamento con cocina y comedor compartido. Cama doble comoda con baño nuevo reformado y una pequeña terraza compartida. Ubicado a 7m. andando a Metro Picoas para ir al centro. Hay varios bares y cafeterias próximos para poder desayunar o comer. Nevera dentro de la habitación.. Negativa: Me hubiera gustado que la anfitriona hubiera tenido un contacto mas directo con nosotros ,no solo por whastapp o email aunque nos resolvió todas las dudas de una manera correcta. No me gusto pagar la tasa turística en efectivo dejando el importe en la habitación y entrando a recogerlo,creo que se podia hacer entrega en persona o de otra manera. La entrada autónoma por medio de unos codigos es toda una aventura sobre todo si llegas bien entrada la noche. Edificio antiguo con olor a húmedad en la escalera y un poco sucia. Habia pequeñas hormigas en la habitación alrededor del mueble.

Положительный: Апартаменты понравились - особенно современная и чистая ванная с тропическим душем, большой раковиной и отличным феном. Приятной неожиданностью стала возможность стирки, порошок и сушилка, всё было. На кухне было приятно готовить - всё чисто и аккуратно. Местоположение оптимальное, чтобы "недалеко от центра" и чуть пройтись пешком. Рядом небольшие недорогие магазинчики, где можно купить товары первой необходимости - воду, зубную пасту, фрукты. Сетевые супермаркеты по дороге тоже есть. Особенно бы отметила внимание хозяйки к гостям - Рейчел поделилась необходимой информацией, куда пойти, что посмотреть, как лучше доехать, всегда была на связи.. Негативный: Шумоизоляции нет. К этому нужно быть готовым :-) В комнате не хватало стула или стола, куда можно положить вещи..

Положительный: Чистые, просторные и, что особенно порадовало, стильные апартаменты. Останавливались в Redondo Residence на 3 дня, и нам очень повезло: соседи приходили поздно вечером, сразу расходились по своим комнатам, поэтому кухня и гостиная были практически полностью в нашем распоряжении! 😄 В апартаментах есть все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания, похоже, хозяйка учла и продумала каждую мелочь, мы остались очень довольны!. Негативный: Окна нашей комнаты выходили на дорогу, шум машин и мотоциклов очень мешает, заснуть возможно только с закрытыми окнами и ставнями..

Positiv: Gute Lage. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man in das Stadtzentrum von Lissabon laufen. Ansonsten sind Busse und Metro nicht weit. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.. Negativ: Die Unterkunft ist wie eine WG - Küche und Wohnzimmer werden geteilt. Dies war uns bei der Buchung nicht ganz klar. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer etwas dunkel, aber man verbringt die meiste Zeit sowieso außerhalb..

Positiv: Sehr sauber, nette und entspannte Gastgeberin, gut erreichbar per metro oder wer mag auch per Bus. Wir konnten in die Stadt auch gut mit einem schönen Spaziergang gehen. Check in absolut unkompliziert und flexibel. Moderne Einrichtung. Kein klassisches Hotel sondern eher eine private Wohnung, niemand der einen stört.. Negativ: Beschreibung etwas irreführend, die Wohnung ist zu teilen, quasi eine WG mit eigenem Bad und Schlafzimmer sonst aber alles gemeinsam genutzt. Wurde aber selten zum Problem. Lage unseres Zimmers direkt zu großen Straße mit alten Fenstern. Auch nicht weiter schlimm wenn man nach einem langen Tag eh sehr müde ist. Mülleimer im Zimmer fehlt, wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten, Zimmer etwas kleiner als erwartet. Schloss zum Zimmer hakte..

Le matin les travaux immeuble voisin commence à 8h30. Marteau piqueur sur notre mur. Horrible. La propriétaire nous a remboursé une nuit. Mais nous aurions préférer dormir..

Positief: Leuk kamer met een fijn bed en schoon mooi sanitair met een goede douche. De gezamenlijke woonkamer is gezellig en ruim de gezamenlijke keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Grande chambre avec salle de bain privée et un garde-robe intégré dans le hall d'entrée. Vous avez une salle communautaire et une cuisine avec tous les appareils. Si vous voyagez en voiture, il y a un parking à 3 minutes pour 5,50 € par jour, non couvert mais surveillé. À environ 20 minutes du centre touristique La station de métro la plus proche est Marqués de Pombal, à 10 minutes. Seul bémol, en 6 jours personne n'est venu nettoyer la chambre ou changer les serviettes.
