Positive: We stay at this hotel frequently and the staff is awesome. Negative: The hotel is not consistent with their breakfast buffet. We qualify sometimes but told we don¿t other times. With the cost of one night I feel this should be included.

Positive: Location if you are flying. I paid for parking but the gates were open so i didnt need to pay. Negative: I was only at hotel for about 12 hours. I had a great view of a dead bird on the roof. The room was small and the bathroom was dated. Not what i would expect for a Marriott.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, staff was helpful and courteous. Had an excellent experience in EEROS with Terronica as our waitstaff. Front desk was great and housecleaning staff acknowledged us whenever we pass with eye contact and a smile. Shuttle driver was great! Negative: The only issues we had were a couple of request that were not filled. A wake up call Wes not received and the other to minor to mention.

The Renaissance is always great. I’ve been to a few different ones in different cities across the country and I’m never disappointed. The staff at this hotel is amazing. The rooms are nice and spacious and the lobby bar offers everything you need to wind down in the evening. The 24/7 shuttle service is excellent.

Thank you for the Park/Stay/Fly option. We've done this several times over the years. Recently friends of ours did this with us and loved the option. Staff is great, shuttle drivers are awesome, comfy beds, clean rooms, etc.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only 1 waffle maker so had to wait a bit. Staff was so friendly! Pool is small.

Positive: Great looking hotel, clean rooms, very nice staff. Negative: Room was not quiet, heard all of the conversation coming from the hallway as well as the adjoining room next door. Extremely loud that went well into the early morning hours. Probably won¿t stay there again.

This hotel is very classy. I loved the nice heated pool. The front office was extremely friendly and helpful. The club level rooms and lounge was amazing. I will stay here every time.

Positive: cleanliness, modern look and building design. Negative: restaurant bar prices where a bit higher than I expected, however food was very good. trying to figure out wifi access, unknowingly signed up for a one day charge, saw it on the bill later.

We love staying here when we have an early flight. We leave our car and take the shuttle to the surprise. The staff is always friendly. We even got a fresh chocolate chip cookie this trip. We did have a printer with our thermostat but we reported it when we left. Love this place and will stay again

Could have been better but if you are partying and ok staying up till 3 am, this is the place for you. Business folks could find a more suitable Marriott in and around the area. No shuttle to the airport too, or at least it wasn’t working when I stayed there, so that pretty much sums up my experience.

My family and I stay here every time but this time we were not happy with the cleanliness of the room and housekeeping. When we got to our room we had a half roll of toilet tissue with no spare in sight. We understand we are still in the midst of covid but our room was never cleaned nor we're we informed that they wouldn't be duing our stay. The price use to match the quality...this time they didn't even come close to a good match.

Positive: The hotel was exceptionally nice but there was a loud party going on over my room. When I called to report the noise because I had an important meeting to get ready for nothing was done. I had to take it upon myself to fix the issue. Horrible Negative: I had to fix my own issue because the front desk clerk was so nonchalant about the situation.

The hotel seemed very dated, the cards never worked. The room had a gross smell and the sheets were dirty. Towels were stained. I was unable to access the gym with room cards. None of the tv's on the cardio equipment worked. The front desk attendants made getting new cards difficult.

The room had a mildew/mold scent upon checking in. The wall in which the headboard was against was covered in dust. There were stains on the carpet near the desk and bed. The AC/Heating unit return and supply vents were caked in dust. Late during the second night of my stay there were younger guests (18-21) who were running down hallways and yelling, it appeared as if about 10 of them were in one room/coming out of one room. I slept fine and there was an amazing hotel worker who made my stay much better than it would have been without them. Overall it just seemed that simple efforts to make the stay more comfortable were overlooked. Also, The food options and alcohol were outrageously priced. I booked online and there was no mention of paying for parking, however when I got there, they attempted to say that my reservation didn't show that parking was covered and that it would be $15 a night. It isn't about the money but rather the principle. I was going to refuse to pay it but decided it wasn't worth it. She wound up processing checkin and said that it didn't charge me for parking. They charge (place a hold) $50 dollars a night for incidentals and then just refund/release the hold after checkout, which I also don't recall seeing during my online booking/reservation.

The room was on a higher floor above 7. House keeping staff had to come back to clean bathroom again. Basically, room needed lots of upgrades. Furnace didn’t work properly. First Marriott I’ve been in that had a tv that could not handle HD/4K streaming. Management did try to fix at checkout.

How do you double book a room and not notice? That’s right, at 11:45pm we had another couple come opening the door and trying to walk in! Luckily I had the inside lock on!! How can this possibly happen? They told me when I called down that they had us registered to a different room. That’s obviously not true since they gave us keys to this room!! That’s not an acceptable mistake. We have overlooked many other issues and I was staying here multiple times a year due to convenience. I won’t be back! This was the last straw!!

Excellent stay like all of my other stays in a Marriott Hotel. The lobby was very clean and smelled amazing. Check in process was smooth and fast. We had a small hiccup when we got to our room because it wasn’t cleaned. We notified the front desk and they were able to get us another room and they also gave us a 10 dollar gift card for food and drinks. It was a very nice gesture since we didn’t even ask for anything extra. The indoor pool was very relaxing and nicely heated which really helped since it was very cold outside. The deck area in the pool was a very nice touch. Also, the bathrooms in the pool area were very convenient, I wish more Marriott hotels had that. Our room was nice and clean. The only cons to the room was that it was a small room so it was a little hard to get around the bed. The bathroom was also very small but the all glass shower was a nice touch. We also didn’t have very many towels in our bathroom. We only had two towels and no wash rags. The doors in the room could also be updated to give the room a more modern feel. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we will be back to try the all inclusive suite.

Stayed one night for an early flight. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, and the driver was exactly on time which was great because we thought we’d be late due to the amount of travelers. You can make a reservation for the shuttle but it doesn’t mean that you actually have a seat. Show up before your 20 minute window if in a rush to the airport to make sure the shuttle isn’t too full to take you. It’s first come first serve. They have a restaurant on site which wasn’t bad. We only had the burger and a salad, so can’t speak much to the rest of the menu. Room was clean. The mattress could be updated. We would definitely stay again for an early flight with bad weather.

Our stay here was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. But what really stood out was the staff, who went above and beyond to accomodate us, make us feel welcome, and even help out when we lost a bag. I would like to personally mention Annie, who works the front desk, Anthony, who handles bags and greets guests outside, as well as Andy, the manager who helped find and return my wifes pocketbook, which contained her important medications. All 3 members of the staff were exceptional. I would give all of them a rating of "10". Wish the ratings went higher!!! Any future plans to visit the St. Louis area will definitely include this hotel. Thank you to all the staff members who made this stay so memorable!!!

I stayed 2 nights at the Renaissance while on a business trip to St. Louis. The Good: Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, great tasting food and clean, comfortable rooms. I was very pleased with the stay overall. I had the pork cutlet for dinner and it was delicious. I also liked that they had a gentleman playing guitar at dinner time. I would have stayed for another beer if he did 2 sets, but the one set was very entertaining in a low-key way. The Bad: Miss having muffins, bagels and other quick service items available at the bar in the morning for breakfast. Also miss the old Starbucks but that was a long time ago. No newspapers available for free as in the past, nor for sale - is that a change due to COVID or are we all using our electronic devices for news now? The Ugly: Nothing - this is a nice hotel!

I will definitely be coming back to the Renaissance! It is a beautiful hotel with super friendly staff. I was in town for an event but my linen were wrinkled. I asked to use the hotel pressing machine. They were willing to help but laundry was closed as it was about 9pm. I was thankful for their willingness.

My wife and I contracted with Renaissance to provide facilities for my daughter's wedding and the reception. (There was also a rehearsal dinner provided by the groom's parents.) Everything went extremely well and the hotel staff bent over backward to make sure everything was great. I want to especially call out Jessica Barton (event coordinator for the hotel). She was most helpful and understanding of our needs for this once in a lifetime event. Without her efforts, I am sure it would not have been as memorable of an event. On top of that, the block rooms set up fo attendees were very reasonably priced. And, being an aviation enthusiast, the view of the St. Louis airport was certainly appreciated. I would definitely recommend the Renaissance to anyone planning a wedding in the St. Louis area.

My room was next to the elevators, ice machine, and a microwave. I heard dinging noises and ice way too much. The ceiling shower was disgusting. The bed was hard and flat. The rest of the place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. No vending machines, and $3 was way overpriced for a cherry pepsi in the gift shop. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again. Only went for a conference that was on site.

This property is NOT typical of the Renaissance brand but is a nice bang for the buck. As you approach the property, you may want to drive slowly because the overgrown bushes seem to hide the Renaissance sign until you're right up on it. Easy fix... TRIM THE BUSH. The interior of the property is nice. The lounge area has a very soothing vibe and is not a bad place to grab a drink. The front desk agents are usually professional and even personable during my visits. The elevator doors could use a little attention. This can easily be made to be more appealing to the eye by putting the brand's wrap on them or simply coloring them. Easy fix and yet have not been done...just not a good look. Simple things in the bathrooms and throughout the property can be adjusted, without a complete renovation. Taking the time to go into each room, especially the bathrooms (which during the covid shutdown gave PLENTY of time). A little sanding, painting and caulking would be more than enough to make this property look more up to snuff with the Renaissance (MARRIOTT) brand.

The staff, location, and general ambiance of this hotel is wonderful. Each time I stay at this hotel it has been memorable. A few upgrades in the next year would be great for example sticky doors, floor tiles, and shower head replacements, etc., and that is just due to general wear and tear. Best Staff Ever! Thank you to ALL: front desk, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, shuttle drivers, hope I am not forgetting anyone. The staff at this location represent the service industry demonstrating professionalism, kindness, sense of humor, and “what can I do to make it better?” attitude. Thank you!

The location is really good. Large parking lot and easy access from side door. Indoor pool is great for families and it's away and enclosed for sound. Large lobby for visiting - lots of nice "privacy areas" for visiting. Decent sized rooms. Liked the microwave available on the floor next to ice machine. The pantry is underwhelming and could be improved on. The silver "club" chairs by the bar are grotesque with each chair's arm being filthy, battered and the material is literally ripped on the front edges on EVERY chair. That's disgusting and they need replacing. That is not a Marriott standard, most particularly a Renaissance!!

My sister and I were travelling just for fun and we chose to stay here. It was easily accessible and close enough to downtown St. Louis that we didn’t feel as though we were missing anything. The hotel room was nice, clean, and spacious. We did not have a chance to eat at the hotel, but there were tons of options to choose from! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Due to a flight cancellation, as BonVoy members we stayed here and were pleasantly surprised at the great service and caring attitude. From check in to check out all the employees were attentive, and put their best foot forward to help us with our unfortunate stay. The breakfast was quick, tasty, and on point. The shuttle from and to the airport was quick and hassle free. The gym was clean with plenty of exercise equipment. We wish all hotels were this accommodating!

This hotel can do better. It is a nice hotel but not worth the price. On the outside and inside general areas, the hotel looks high class. It’s very clean and decorated well. In the room I stayed in-that was another story. Wallpaper on the bathroom wall was outdated and looked like it was pealing from the humidity since there was no shower fan. My room has 2 queen beds but yet there were only towels left for 1 person. I understand consecration, but at least a 2nd set would’ve been helpful. Since I was traveling from out of town and passing though I needed a bigger fridge with the little freezer compartment. I was surprised to find the rinky dink box. I’m not asking for a full fridge but the 3ft mini fridge would do better for guests. The room itself was clean and was mostly what we needed for the night and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I just know for that price I won’t be staying there again nor would I recommend it.

Upon checking in the gentleman was very customer friendly and provided exceptional service, however I was displeased with the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived we dropped our bags off in the room and left so we didn't notice the issues with the room until we returned later that night. As soon as you walk into the room if you look down there is a huge spot on the carpet. I reported it to the front desk the next morning as it was late that night and we didn't want to switch rooms however when I reported it all the gentleman said was he don't know how it got there but I didn't have to worry about being charged for it...no apology or even a offer to have someone clean it or to move us to another room. The shower was also dirty there was hair from previous guest still in the shower, towels were stained, and the remote didn't work. It was obvious that the room was not cleaned properly which is a huge issue as we are still in the middle of a pandemic. I felt there was no point in asking to move to another room as I did not want to risk my own health by continuously going into dirty rooms. Luckly I travel with Microban so I was able to spray the room down. I picked up more towels from the front desk which were not stained but had lots of strings coming from them so you could tell they were probably old and had been washed and dried alot. Someone brought up a working remote and picked up the broken one and again no apology for the inconvenience. Highly disappointed in the Marriott brand as I expected more! I would hope that improvements will be made for the next guest, however after going back and reading the reviews in depth I see cleanliness is a major problem at this hotel.

Bel hôtel très bien situé. Navette gratuite entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport. Belles installations. Magnifique douche vitrée avec deux pommes de douche. Propreté et modernité des installation.
