Sergio Dueñas Front Office Manager de l'hôtel Ac Irla, Barcelone, ​​me répond ce qui suit : (Vous pouvez trouver l'hospitalité BCN accord pour 2023 sur Internet, vous pouvez y voir les salaires selon les catégories et les postes.) Quand j'ai répondu que sa réponse ne me semblait pas appropriée, il m'a viré avant de commencer le travail. Je trouve honteux que des gens soient traités comme ça.

  This hotel is in an ideal location, out of the high tourist area, but close enough to walk to many places, including the Sagrada Familia. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice and included such things as yogurt, granola, breads, cheeses & meats, Spanish tortilla, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs upon request. A huge shout out to Sergio and Iris at the front desk. They were so kind and answered all of our questions with a smile. We needed a Covid test one day prior to flying back to the US and Sergio gave us the name of a testing location not far from the hotel. It is Ascires Cetis at 6, Loudes Street. Test results take about 1 hour. Two restaurants that were recommended and we enjoyed very much were Patron for local cuisine and Luigi's for fantastic pasta.

  Reserved the hotel for my wife and her sister for a girls trip. They stated the staff was excellent, but the room was ok and location was further away from the sites compared to some of the other ac/marriott hotels. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

  Although not located in the tourist area, this hotel offers a location close to all transportation which will get you to the tourist areas quickly. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is top notch!

  Stayed at this hotel for a vacation trip in Barcelona. Location was great because it was out of the tourist area of the city, cute restaurants and shops around. Walking distance to downtown area. Room was nice, alittle small but clean and comfortable. Recommend staying!

  L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, très proche des transports en commun qui nous emmènent dans tout Barcelone. Le personnel est très accueillant, agréable, prévenant et attentif aux besoins des clients, tant pour leur séjour à l'hôtel que pour leur exploration de Barcelone. Les chambres sont très cosys, les lits très confortables, les salles de bain sont fonctionnelles et disposent de tout ce dont on a besoin. Rien à redire sur le ménage! En fin de journée, on retrouve les chambres aussi propres et aussi bien rangées que le premier jour. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié, très frais et de qualité. J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de mes prochaines visites de Barcelone.

  Bel hôtel et bien situé mais la chambre ; même si c'était correct sur la base des normes; dans mon cas, c'était particulièrement petit et le matin, je me suis réveillé avec une horrible odeur d'égout qui ne pouvait pas être laissée dans la chambre.

  La vérité n’est pas vraie, j’ai froid, car ils n’ont pas de chauffage, ils ont changé pour la climatisation. À mon avis, aujourd’hui, il n’est pas difficile de savoir que les températures allaient baisser, c’est vrai que j’ai laissé une couverture, mais la pièce était gelée ... et pour vous doucher ... bref, payez ce que vous payez et Il fait froid ... je ne reviendrai pas et c'était la deuxième fois en deux mois ..

  Bel hôtel, avec des lits confortables, un personnel agréable et serviable à la réception et toujours suffisamment central. Le quartier lui-même regorge de boutiques et de restaurants, et le bus se trouve à 5 minutes à pied.

  Nice hotel. Friendly desk staff. The only issue we had was we were lead to believe our breakfast was included and it wasn’t. 30€ for scrambled eggs and basic breakfast items such as yogurt, cereal and toast. Some meats.

  La chambre est pas mal. Cependant, l'insonorisation n'est pas bonne et il y a beaucoup de bruit de la rue. Le frigo du minibar, n'étant pas caché dans un placard, fait aussi beaucoup de bruit.

  I am a elite member for marriot and stay atleast 60-90 nights annually at hotels. I generally prefer marriot as it offers a great deal of quality and has high standards but AC hotels Irla didn’t live up to my expectations in compared to other Marriot properties

  The AC Irla was a great location and great staff, especially our AM associate. Close to food and shopping. Recommended the hop on hop off sightseeing bus which we also used as our mode of transportation.

  Отель имеет хорошее месторасположение в дали от шумных улиц и туристического потока. Проживание в отеле оставляет ощущение, что находишься в командировке. Платная парковка, платные завтраки. Метро в шаговой доступности, хороший интернет, удобная кровать. Персонал говорит на английском.

  Un excellent hôtel situé dans un quartier calme de Barcelone. Idéal si vous voulez être dans un quartier bien situé mais où vous pourrez bien vous reposer. Il se trouve à une minute à pied de l'Avenida Diagonal où vous pourrez prendre des bus ou des taxis pour vous rendre où vous le souhaitez. De plus, le service est très attentionné et les chambres sont magnifiques. Totalement recommandé pour les séjours d'affaires ou de repos.

  Très bonne attention, propreté et service. Mais dans les chambres le bruit filtre beaucoup. Remplacement des fenêtres, coupe-froid ou volets nécessaires pour pouvoir dormir. Voyons s'ils en tiennent compte.

  If you need small, quiet on reasonable price hotel that is AC Irla. But be ready that the room is really small and requires an update. Furniture very torn and must be replaced long ago. Staff should speak English better .

  The hotel was clean, and the staff was nice. The room was clean but small and offered moderate comfort. The main problem was the bathroom and the size of it. Two of the walls were glass and offered very little privacy, also it was quite large and took up a vast portion of the already small living space.

  Came to Barcelona for a memorial service and some sight seeing. AC Irla became our home away from home. The staff took such great care of us. It was tough to say good bye.

  The hotel is located along a noisy street and the rooms are poorly soundproofed so you will hear street noises as well as guests talking in the corridors. Poor breakfast variety and restaurant only provide breakfasts, no lunch or dinner.

  I initially booked to stay at the hotel for a 3 night stay. My Mom & Aunt were staying at the Continenta Palecete. We came in a few days early so that we could enjoy the local area in Barcelona. Unfortunately, shortly after arriving at the airport, my employer contacted me. So my stay had to be cut short due to work. I was very disappointed that I would only be staying for one night. Upon arrival to the hotel. The front desk clerk Ricardo was very friendly & accommodating. He assisted me in every request from changing my reservation, arranging a taxi for my Mom to take her to her hotel, finding me an adapter & assisting me with parking, etc. Ricardo was a life saver. Thank you for everything Ricardo & the entire AC Irla staff in making my short stay a good one. I will definitely be back to this hotel next summer.

  I found the AC Hotel after the initial hotel I desired wasn't available. The hotel was conveniently located and only a few blocks from the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus stop. There also was a delicious little bakery a block away. I found the room to be small, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

  El hotel, es un hotel lindo, moderno y sencillo, pero completo con todas las comodidades y confort. Las habitaciones realmente muy lindas comidas y modernas siguiendo la linea del hotel... En cuanto al personal y atención al cliente, la verdad que todo el personal se comporta de manera magistral, ayudando a todas las necesidades del cliente. Sin duda un hotel 100% recomendable, y volvería a hospedarme allí.

  Un hotel muy centrico en la ciudad de barcelona (a 2 minutos andando de la Avenida diagonal, a 5 minutos andando del Paseo de gracia) y con un trato por parte del servicion del hotel excelente. No te ponen problemas a tus preguntas o peticiones, si no que buscan soluciones. En sus alrededores se encuentra numerosos restaurantes,tiendas de ropa y locales comerciales.

  Hotel location is far from main tourist attractions but located in a nice area of the city. Rooms are very small and noisy. The bathroom furniture and space are very poor quality. Staff is nice, hotel is clean but basic. As a Marriott rewards gold member I did not receive any upgrade, breakfast or special treatment.

  We would so pleased with our stay at the AC Hotel Irla. It was a wonderful location for a visit to Barcelona. It was very easy to get transportation to see the sights of Barcelona. There are some great places to eat that you can walk to. Shopping is close by that you can easily walk to also. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Also the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend the hotel.

  We stayed at the AC Hotel Irla after a week long cruise and it was perfect! The room rate was excellent and the rooms were very clean and have a modern decor. The rooms are small, but that was to be expected. Location was great as well! Close to main streets, shopping and public transportation. The Double-Decker tour bus pick up and a Starbucks were only a couple of blocks away. My husband and I went to a Barcelona Futbol (FCB) game while we were there and actually walked back to the hotel from the stadium! It took about 40 minutes, but was a great walk and there were so many people out for evening walks at that time (around 9pm) and we felt very safe.

  We enjoyed our stay at AC Irla as the hotel is close by public transport stations but also gave us a good break from the busy tourist areas further in the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Wifi works well and the rooms are clean and well kept.

  Overall great location; 3-5 minute walk to pick up for the Hop On/Hop Off Tour, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. This hotel does not have a bar nor does it offer room service as web-site indicates. Very clean and modern.

  The Irla was located away from the beach bit on a shoppers haven. The shops that were open had huge discounts compared to the shops near El Born and La Ramba. The hotel was very modern and posh coupled with a pleasant and informative staff. For the price you can't beat it. Only one bus from the beach 59 or 14 which takes you to El Born and La Ramba. I loved it.

  Nothing to complain, hotel was nice. A little bit outside of the tourist area, but for us it was just fine. We took Metro and we arrived at the places we liked to visit. Lots of shops around the hotel and we actually walked one day to Passeo de Gracia. All in all nice, and we will diffidently will be back.

  Great hotel design with amazing staff. The only problem was the poor internet connectivity even with the enhanced service. I had to leave my room to come down to the lobby just to get a connection consistently. Wish they would have provided the free breakfast and a gift as I am a platinum member.

  AC Hotel Irla is a good 2nd choice to Renaissance Marriott on Pau claris, Barcelona when the Renaissance is full or rates too high. Otherwise I rather stay at the Renaissance because of the proximity of metro/train station and is more centrally located.

  Check-in was unwelcoming and lackluster, did not make me feel like an elite member. Internet was so slow it was inoperable, had to use phone internet instead. Overall room was typical of European hotels, small but cosy. Good location about 5-10 minute walk the Diagonal where the bus will take you to all the hot spots.

  Staff was extremely helpful with dining suggestions and any issues that arose. Room was clean and functional. Shower was REALLY great with good water pressure. Beds are comfortable. The location is actually quite convenient for public transportation and there are a lot of things within walking distance. Neighborhood is lovely.
