  De terreur! Par où commencer… Pour commencer, ce n'est pas un hôtel. C'est un motel et miteux. Le nettoyage de la chambre et des parties communes est terrible. Quand nous sommes arrivés, ils nous ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de service de nettoyage dans la chambre pour le moment. À l'intérieur de la pièce, le tapis n'a pas été lavé ni aspiré depuis 1996 et derrière la tête de lit et le lit se trouve un film d'horreur. Bien que la chambre soit fraîchement peinte, elle ne camoufle pas les meubles en très mauvais état, les blancs effilochés, les oreillers dégonflés et les meubles usés. Dans la salle de bain, la porte à moustiquaire n'existe pas, donc quand on prend une douche, toute la salle de bain est inondée et le débordement du lavabo est plein de moisissure. Le seul succès est que les portes sont en acier, de sorte que les disputes familiales des autres clients sont moins entendues.

  Au moment de l'inscription, ils demandent un acompte qui sera remboursé peu de temps après le départ, 5 jours plus tard, les frais d'acompte ne sont toujours pas restitués.

  Ne restez jamais ici. 1) La réception est pleine de cartons 2) ils vaporisaient des cafards 3) à la réception il y a une personne qui ne sait pas bien parler anglais, il était donc impossible de communiquer avec lui 3) il ne voulait pas assister à nous et a parlé à quelqu'un à la radio dans ce qui semblait être une langue indienne 4) il a répété dans son mauvais anglais qu'il n'acceptait pas les cartes mexicaines et qu'il ne pouvait pas nous faire payer 5) il a fini par nous dire qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour nous et que nous devions partir même si nous avions une réservation faite 15 jours à l'avance. Cette personne était impolie, nous a crié dessus et nous a emmenés dans la rue alors qu'il était 22 heures. Terrible expérience, je ne recommande pas de réserver ici

  bon rapport qualité prix, chambre propre, super si vous voulez assister au hollywood bowl (à distance de marche et peut vous éviter les tracas de la circulation et du stationnement après l'événement). Peu de personnel pour y assister

  Staff nice and helpful. Location really central less than 10 min from the Chinese Theater or the Hollywood Bowl. Went before in 2013... keep good memories from it. We stayed almost one week and were supposed to have our bedsheets changed once or twice. Eventually it was zero but I still recommend it. Personnel gentil et serviable. Emplacement vraiment central à moins de 10 min du Chinese Theatre ou du Hollywood Bowl. J'y etait deja descendu en 2013... en ai gardé un très bon souvenir. Nous sommes restés presque une semaine et étions censés avoir nos nos draps changés une ou deux fois. Finalement c'était zero mais je le recommande tout de même.

  Positive: location, location, location and the wonderful AC Negative: Room was not vacuumed. Trash on floor. Bedding pad under sheets had stains-dirty. Coffeemaker had crud on it.

  Positive: Location Negative: There was a major water leak in the hallways dripping from the ceiling. The wooden blinds were broken so we weren¿t able to sleep in due to sunlight beaming on our faces at 5:40 in the morning. There was an exterminator spraying poison in every room. b

  Positive: It¿s location Negative: The floors were very dirty There was a very large spider in my bed The bathroom sink was full of hair I tried to call before checking in and was hung up on twice. The hotel staff was rude upon arrival and when we requested extra towels.

  Je ne le recommande pas, ils vous facturent 20 dll par jour pour le stationnement et parfois il n'y a pas de places et vous devez les chercher jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient libérés et ils ne sont pas responsables du vol ou de la perte de votre véhicule, du nettoyage de la chambre C'est seulement quand vous arrivez à rester les autres nuits qu'ils ne le font pas, l'attention à la réception est une mauvaise conclusion, cherchez d'autres options, je ne le recommande pas.

  Service horrible. Ils n'ont pas nettoyé la chambre, ils font payer le parking mais ils ne respectent pas et ils vendent plus de places. Le soir de notre arrivée, nous n'avions pas de place même si nous avions payé. Ils ne vous répondent pas si vous voulez parler de serviettes ou de quelque chose dont vous avez besoin. Le prix est cher pour un service aussi nul.

  Positive: Location was nice, room was big, AC was cold on a 100 degree day. Negative: Room was dirty, there were fly larvae (tiny worms) in the shower, low water pressure, old worn out pillows, daily service fee but no service offered (you have to go get towels or tp from office no room service) $20 a night parking in open garage, homeless

  Positive: The price for one night was relatively decent. I felt it was in an area that was safe and pretty convenient. The room was super chilly when we first got in, but it felt great and refreshing. The staff were very patient and helpful when I checked in. Negative: Fridge in the room kept making a loud clanging sound throughout the night making it difficult to sleep. The chair in our room was extensively ripped. The two TV remotes we had did not work for either TV. Close to street so cars are loud throughout stay.

  Positive: When we walked in it had a bad odor like sewer. Then the toilet clogged at first time use. The duvets were dirty had stains, like if they don¿t change them everyday. When I went to ask for a plunger they just hand it for me to do it myself in a trash Negative: Then when I went back return the plugger the front desk guys was just smoking in the parking lol. The room next to ours had music at 1am super loud.

  Positive: The location was very close to Universal, which was our reason for the trip. Negative: There were stains on the sheets, bedding, towels, tables and chairs. Everything that was white was discolored. The chrome on the toilet paper holders was peeling. One of the showers would not drain properly. For the high price, I was not impressed.

  JE NE RESTERAIS JAMAIS ICI. Je suis allé dans plusieurs hôtels à Los Angeles, et celui-ci est nul 🤢 Nous sommes arrivés et une personne d'origine indienne est à la réception et était peu aimable. Hôtel très sale et sans entretien. Beaucoup de choses cassées partout. Vous payez 20 dollars par jour pour le stationnement, et à la fin c'est ouvert sans une bonne sécurité. Cela ressemble à un hôtel miteux, peut-être qu'au début cela aurait pu être neuf et moderne, aujourd'hui c'est dégoûtant.

  Positive: Location. Negative: It has no parking but it charge you for parking daily. The toilet was not working so they brought us a plunger and we had to use it after every use. The patio had no cushions on the funiture and the guest service personnel was very rude.

  Positive: The housekeeping staff was very nice. They were the only one to greet my family and say welcome. Negative: There was a missing shower door and water got everywhere. Website advertised a pool and lobby bar, however the pool was locked using a pad lock and the bar was "closed due to covid". Check in staff was not the friendliest. Carpet needs to be shampooed!

  Positive: Nothing Negative: Hotel wasn't clean I bring my own disinfectant wiped and itnwas obvious that rooms are not being cleaned after each guest. On the third day of not having my room cleaned I called the front desk was informed the room only gets cleaned after you check out.

  Positive: The room was clean and roomy. Hotel is close to a small retail center that has a small corner market and a couple of restaurants. All within walking distance. Negative: The main areas of the hotel smell like weed. The hotel charges $20 per day to park i their structure and the guy working reception at check in was not very personable.

  Positive: The location is great. Very short walk to Hollywood Blvd. The rooms themselves are also nice. Negative: Definately not what we were expecting from the pictures. It appears to be a renovated motel, so lobby/lounge area is extremely small. Pool is tiny and not usable (trash at the bottom). It was fine...just not at all what we expected.

  Positive: The room was spacious, well decorated and very clean. The location was good for distance from big attractions. Negative: The front desk worker was rude and not friendly. There were additional fees at check-in that weren't previously disclosed. Parking was more expensive than advertised. The fire alarm was pulled by an unstable guest at 5AM who threatened other guests.

  Hôtel très bien situé à 5 min à pied d'Hollywood Boulevard et à 10 min d'Universal Studios et Warner. Décoration amusante avec les caricatures de stars. Petite piscine pour se détendre après des heures de marche. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Parking payant mais rentabilisé puisque si l'on visite Hollywood il faut payer le parking assez cher tout de même.
