    Personnel 5*, très bon emplacement pour pouvoir visiter l'île sans parcourir de nombreux kilomètres, chambres très cosy et matériel de nettoyage 5*, toujours disponible et soucieux de fournir un excellent séjour. Petits déjeuners raisonnables, ils devraient préparer certains produits sur place comme du bacon, des œufs brouillés et des œufs au plat, etc. Restaurant bien en deçà de ce à quoi on s'attendait, cela vaut largement la peine d'avoir tous les repas à l'extérieur de l'hôtel dans les alentours on trouve d'excellents restaurants.     L'Hôtel Sul Villas & Spa est fortement recommandé. La gentillesse et la serviabilité, le service et l'hospitalité sont incomparables. La vue sur la mer, la piscine privée chauffée, l'espace spa, génial. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner à la carte sont absolument superbes. Il convient de souligner particulièrement que le petit-déjeuner est commandé tous les jours, il n'y a donc pas de buffet, ceci afin d'éviter l'énorme gaspillage alimentaire qui se produit autrement. Nous avons apprécié les 7 jours au maximum et même le dernier jour, alors que nous devions partir à 5 heures du matin, nous avons quand même eu un bon petit déjeuner. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons donner que 5 étoiles, nous aimerions en donner plus. ...

    Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport

    I had a Vendor Golf Tournament to attend in the Natomas area, this Sheraton had decent reviews online and was a short distance from the course. My experience wasn't the same...I reserved a two room suite, and 'in general' the room was clean and well kept. However, at the price level, the room/service wasn't worth the standard rate much less the rate paid. Although the room advertised there was space for extra guests with a sofa bed (I was the only one in the room this trip - simply wanted the extra space) there were 2 towels and a wash cloth - period. Both the sink and bathtub backup immed. leaving one feeling 'less than clean'. Room advertises a large workspace (and it is, huge desk) only there is no light anywhere near the desk so unless you're working during the day the desk is useless at night, moved over a coffee table to the couch area to work (besides, the way the TV is mounted it's hard to see from the desk IF there was a light available). Room advertises a coffee maker, and there was with limited supplies, however there was only ONE very small PLASTIC cup in the ENTIRE room (I guess that was intended for water, soda, and/or coffee the next morning?). Lastly, I asked for a wakeup call at 5:45 - glad I set my own alarm as well as the wake up call never came by the time I left the room just before 7:00 am. The bed was comfortable, and the room reasonably clean, but for a Sheraton and the price level the stay itself was unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel in the future....
