  Hôtel avec de très belles vues et dans un environnement confortable. Nous étions à un mariage de famille et nous avons passé un très bon moment. Bonne nourriture, bon service, bon produit et avec un personnel disponible. Vous ne pourriez pas demander plus.

  J'avais une réservation dans cet hôtel, et pour des raisons covid je n'ai pas pu voyager, pour l'hôtel, ce n'est pas une raison impérieuse d'annuler la réservation, et à aucun moment ils n'ont essayé de montrer de l'aide pour un changement de dates , je n'ai pas demandé de remboursement, ne pouvant profiter de la réservation payée qu'à un autre moment, mais l'hôtel n'a mis en place que des obstacles et des excuses. Rien à recommander en terme de gestion.

  Excellent. Nous avons eu la chance d'être les invités d'un mariage organisé dans vos locaux. Et que dire, merveilleux non seulement pour la célébration elle-même, les amis, etc. Pour le service, l'attention, la convivialité et le succès, j'aimerais retenir plus de noms mais Eugenia et Isabel ont fait de la soirée un succès !!!

  Très bonne surprise ! En vacance en famille nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel entouré d’un golf magnifique et bénéficiant d’une piscine fantastique. Le petit déjeuner est extra et le service irréprochable, tout comme le dîner le soir. Le service de chambre est rapide et discret, toujours un mot gentil pour les enfants. Préférez les chambres donnant sur la piscine pour éviter d’être sur la route même si la vue est aussi très belle de ce côté. Pas de kids club à cette saison et piscine non chauffée donc peu praticable (comme la plupart des autres établissements dans la région), dommage. L’hôtel se situe à 15 minutes en voiture du centre historique de Marbella, et 5 minutes de la Marina avec plein d’activités et de balades en famille. Tout autour du golf de l’hôtel des villas magnifiques.

  Nous avons loué le circuit spa et brunch pour 4 personnes via le web. Le brunch laissait à désirer, une corbeille de "pains artisanaux", une planche de fromages et charcuterie, une bouteille d'eau... Il y avait des tables de deux personnes et elles avaient les mêmes montants. J'ai demandé à la serveuse si les proportions étaient bonnes et elle a dit oui. A part le fait qu'elle était seule, elle a mis beaucoup de temps à s'occuper de nous et il lui manquait les bases en éducation, c'est-à-dire bonjour et au moment de nous servir à aucun moment elle ne nous a dit qu'elle servait nous. Cela laissait certainement beaucoup à désirer.

  Très belle surface hôtelière, personnel extrêmement courtois et attentionné, qui agit en second plan. Tous très généreux. Chambres et salles de bains spacieuses. Cependant, il faut aussi mentionner que tout vieillit un peu. Néanmoins un très bel hôtel.

  Would highly recommend for a golf trip. Positives Large spacious rooms and beds with a shared balcony so we could liaise with our colleagues. Excellent service from all the staff. Very good breakfast and daytime menu. Golf courses in good condition with tees and pins moved regularly. Helpful tee time starters kept play moving. Negatives Evening dinner menu and food was somewhat ordinary. Cold swimming pool.

  Bel hôtel. Les chambres et les lits étaient très bien. La salle de bain n'est peut-être pas hyper moderne, mais rien à redire sur la propreté et l'équipement. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Malheureusement, la piscine n'est pas chauffée, mais on se réchauffe rapidement en nageant. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était très agréable avec une belle vue.

  This is review is about the bathroom condition and the advertised services and amenities in the hotel. The hotel staff was exceptional. The staff was the friendliest and most professional staff I have ever encountered. They were very very hospitable. I can't stress enough how great the staff they were. Especially Santiago in the cafe; he made our experience memorable. Now about my stay. We were really looking forward to spending time in this hotel. We had toured southern Spain and we wanted to spend the last few days of our vacation relaxing. But when we arrived we were surprised by the limited services that the hotel is running. On the webpage they still advertise that there is a shuttle service to take you to the city center or the beach. Once we arrived they stated that the shuttle is no longer running due to covid. They ended up offering us a one way taxi ride to the city center area. It is really hard to adjust your travel plans when you built your short trip around the presence of a shuttle. We could have just ended up staying in a resort near the beach. In addition, the bathroom had mold around the faucet and in the standing shower, dirty walls, and broken/chipped tiles. Also, no coffee machine in the room although on their website it clearly states a coffee machine will be in the room. This inaccurate advertisment on Marriotts part and is unacceptable.

  Sehr sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, überall (Reception, Golf, Raumpflege, Restaurant, Spa, Dienste). Schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Verbesserungen sind bei den Temparatur-Schwankungen in der Dusche und dort bei der Halterung für Duschmittel möglich. Die Lichtsteuerung ist bei so vielen Lampen etwas gar alles oder nichts. Im Restaurant ist einzig die Weinkarte etwas belanglos. Aber überall fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen.

  Why have Suite Night Rewards? they are never excepted. i am a titanium elite member, but what does that mean? I am not treated like I have spent over 70 nights each year at this chain of establishments. the Suite Night rewards are never accepted. at the very least it should be encouraged by Bonvoy. I have tried over 5 times at different locations with no luck. I think mine should be extended to the next year so i can have the opportunity to try them again. at the very least.

  Al hacer el check in nos dicen que el desayuno no está incluido. (éramos 2 adultos y 2 niños) luego nos llaman a la habitación para decir que esta incluido para los adultos. El segundo día nos dicen que no , que estaba incluido para los adultos y los niños. Un poco de descoordinación que un hotel de esta categoría no se puede permitir. Nos llamó la atención que para reponer el agua por la tarde llamaron y no nos dió tiempo ni a abrir la puerta, entraron en la habitación y nos pilló por sorpresa. ( error también nuestro quizá por no poner el cartel de no molestar. Un último apunte la señalización en el hotel de que los niños tienen que andar de la mano con sus padres (pegatina con una madre con los niños de la mano) da la impresión de que los niños quizá molesten o no sean bien recibidos, esto deberían indicarlo en el momento de hacer la reserva. Por lo demás el hotel es excepcional, tranquilo, fabulosas camas para descansar, buenas instalaciones y con todo lo necesario para una estancia de 10. Desayuno de calidad y atención muy correcta por parte del personal de la piscina y el bar de la piscina.

  We have just come back from a wonderful 10 days spent at WLQ - our second stay so far in this lovely resort. We were very apprehensive to be going on a holiday in pandemic times, but were very pleasantly surprised with the measures in place - we felt the hotel stroke the perfect balance between keeping us very safe but also not unnecessarily restricted. Our family room was brilliant - spacious, clean, amazing views, and just perfect for a family of 4 including a very active toddler! We enjoyed the hotel amenities and spent a great time by the pool. The service was consistently brilliant, from the reception team to the concierge team and of course the brilliant pool-side and restaurant staff. We are frequent travellers and expect high standards in hotels, but also like to feel ease and friendly vibes, and that's exactly what you can expect in WLQ. We will definitely be returning soon!

  It was a very special occasion for this family gathering and we made the best choice! Since we arrived the staff made us feel special and the suites we had were the perfect ones to keep the energy of happiness we had. Very ample suites, connected so we could be together and with 2 gorgeous terraces facing spectacular views of green lush vegetation, mountains and the sea. The natural light shines in this hotel so interior design and details are according to these exceptional natural elements. You feel relaxed since you enter and the more you stay, the more you don't want to leave. A very big applause to all the staff, that, as said, made us feel very welcomed, specially my nephew that will have for ever the memory of his birthday surprise. With this stay, we have had an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime, THANK YOU.

  This was our 2nd stay at the Westin La Quinta and we were thrilled that the staff had not changed much. From the fantastic team at the reception (Alan, Antonio & Enrique & rest of the team), at breakfast (thank you Adriana & Isabel for always remembering what specialties to bring to our table and teaching our son Spanish...), at the pool (you must try Irene's cocktails!), at the golf course, so well kept by the team of gardeners, hard at work, the pro Juan is one of the best we had, and the staff at the pro shop (Gabi, Manolo and all others). All staff we encountered were better than most staff at top luxury hotels. Aside from the staff, the hotel has a nice pool, you can always find a chair, there are plenty of towels, the 3 9-hole courses are so convenient and very well kept. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the staff will prepare anything else you may want. Also one of the rare (these days) hotels that recognizes Bonvoy Elite well and where our Suite Night Awards actually clear. Needless to say, we are already planning our next trip there, and have already suggested to several friends to stay there. We are sure that they will enjoy it as much as we did. Last but not least, Covid precautions were extremely clear and well followed by all the staff members. We never saw another place around Marbella where the staff was so diligent in following the rules.

  Station idéale pour se reposer. Il dispose de chambres spacieuses, d'installations bien entretenues (golf, piscines, spa, club pour enfants) et de plusieurs restaurants pour déguster une cuisine internationale variée. Un merci spécial pour l'attention professionnelle et attentive de M. Francisco du service de réception où il nous a très bien traités. Merci également à Mme Irene du service de restauration de l'hôtel qui s'est très bien occupée de nous. En tant que membre de Bonvoy, statut d'Ambassadeur, je peux dire que l'hôtel répond à toutes les normes du groupe Marriott.

  Excellent hotel (that takes great care of Elite members), perfect for a golf vacation. The highlights: all the staff (thank you again Alan, Enrique, Olga & Juan), they were wonderful, extremely helpful. They really care about the guests. The golf course is so convenient, Juan is one of the best teachers, the course is well kept. Only area of improvements for the hotel: it would be great to have a heated pool for October, even when the sun was out and the temperature reached 25 degrees outside, the water was too cold.

  Fantastic 5 night stay, hotel clean, stunning, set up great for gorgeous views whilst dining. Great food over by the golf course, lovely spa experience - staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely massage & use of facilities. Transfer to Marbella was great touch. Air conditioned transport. The app chat was perfect to be be able to request things like booking the transfer. Staff recommended great restaurants & a flamenco show. We really couldn’t ask for more: my friend & I were perfectly relaxed & I’ll be sure to return with my husband in the near future.

  This is the best hotel I have staid in this year, the hotel itself is well looked after the staff friendly very welcoming. Great swimming pool with a nice pool bar, very well kept outside space. Room was very nice with a comfy bed and a large balcony over seeing the gardens and pool. plenty of Restaurants/Bars, the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, I would have liked more of a spanish choice on the evening menu but food was good overall. The hotel is a little out of town but the free shuttle to town was much appreciated. A big thank you to all the staff.

  J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Très bel hôtel, la chambre panoramique a une vue exceptionnelle, la literie est d'un très grand confort. Le plus, la machine Nespresso :-) dans la chambre. Le personnel est soucieux d'apporter satisfaction : aimable, souriant avec le sens du service. de l'accueil au petit-déjeuner en passant par le room service. Je recommande, idéal en groupe mais aussi en famille ou entre amis

  The Hotel is a really good choice if you need a few days of perfect rest by the pool and have a good book to entertain you, since the pool is large and the pool area/garden is really enjoyable. It must also be nice to use the hotel as a basis to visit the nearby towns, but only out of the peak period (July & August) The rooms are wide and comfortable and have verandahs for a bit of fresh air with more privacy. The beds are really comfortable. The breakfast is varied and the food is of good quality. The area round the hotel is not inspiring for anyone who likes to take a walk, because all around there is a lot of construction done or going one.

  I organized a National Convention for a group of French business owners (83 people total) and we had the best experience so far in 3 years! Everyone loved the hotel, the staff and food. The service was just so amazing that I would definately reconsider returning or recommending the location to some other friends. The staff were so helpful, friendly and warm so much so that I felt right at home! With the EXTRA service of course!

  We were a party of eight on a five night golf break and we had a fantastic experience at this resort. We were totally spoilt by the staff who went out of their way to make it a special time for us.   The Westin est un hôtel de bon niveau(5 étoiles) situé dans le quartier de la quinta de Benahavis, appartenant au golf de la Quinta. Les équipes de football locales ont la coutume d'y résider quand elles ont un match dans les parages. Pour ceux qui vivent dans les alentours de l'hôtel, je recommande un abonnement au spa, gymnase et piscine, au coût très abordable.

  Exelent Sejour Dans ce superbe hôtel . Nous avons Séjourner 6 jours début Mai 2018 . Nous avons vraiment pu nous détendre en amoureux. Vous avez su répondre à nos attentes et nous faire rêver . Vous étiez toujours à notre service pour nous rendre le Sejour encore meilleur . Vous nous avez conseiller de bons restaurants , et endroits sympa à découvrir à Marbella Merci encore à toute l'équipe .

  We stayed for five nights over the Easter break and this was a perfect place to unwind. Very peaceful, immaculately maintained hotel with lots of Spanish white and light. We had a junior suite, which was spacious and airy. Good front desk staff, very friendly and helpful. We don’t play golf but almost wish we did. Good pool area, decent gym, great food. Go out of the hotel, turn left, drive 10 minutes and you’re in one of the most ostentatious resorts in the world, turn right and within 10 minutes you’re driving on a mountain highway. Recommended.

  The hotel's food is very good and varied, everything is of excellent quality. My room was sparse and well furbished, cleaned everyday. The gym was great, very well-equipped and with good air-conditioning. The pool was also nice. The disadvantage was the reception desk which was rude to me on the first day. One male receptionist called me to his colleague in my presence "chica" several times, which I found very disrespectful and rude. This was probably because I'm only thirty years old and I was wearing shorts on my arrival (temp. 34 C)... Well, don't judge a book by its cover. This is definitely not the kind of welcome that I would expect from any hotel, especially one that highly-rated... maybe such behaviour would be suitable for an inn... This guy was treating me with an ill-covered arrogance on the other day as well. The rest of the staff was nice and very obliging, though. It was just a business trip for me, but I know that I will not go back to this hotel due to this incident.

  Nous sommes venus en vacances pour 15 jours au mois d'août accompagné de deux enfants nous avons pris une suite familial avec une vue à couper le souffle entre mer et montagne. L'hôtel se trouve à tout juste 5 km de Puerto Banus au calme dans les collines de Marbella le personnel est aux petits soins avenant et souriant. Je tiens à préciser que nos enfants sont jeunes et on été accueillis les bras grands ouverts l'hôtel est très familial ils vous connaissent et vous accueillent personnellement et ce toujours avec le sourire. Les professionnels du spa sont excellentes quant à la garderie de l'hôtel les super nounou font passer une journée de rêve aux tout-petits entre maquillage et chasse au trésor merci mille fois pour tout mesdames. Le petit déjeuner est intercontinental et l'hôtel à un service voiturier très pratique et sécurisant. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable leur 5 étoiles ne sont pas la par hasard.

  I enjoyed my stay. Had a one month holiday in Europe and spent two weeks driving around in Spain and stopped by this resort hotel for a night to "recharge". Got larger and comfortable rooms with nice pool view (for both rooms I booked, although no suite upgrade). No welcome fruit. Breakfast restaurant very fine and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to the old town pretty convenient. Yes I recommend this hotel.

  Our family spent a week in September 2016 at this Hotel to relax and we were very satisfied with the Hotel services and its staff. Excellent Platinum recognition. Extra plus for paying attention to my birthday. The front desk and house-keeping personnel were excellent and so were the personnel in in the restaurants. The room, on the 2nd floor facing the pool area was large with a small balcony. The bed was perfect. The bathroom had a shower and a separate bath. In the adjacent club house we appreciated a small gym The indoor parking was free of charge. A hotel shuttle was available for Marbella and Puerto Banus. A few things that could be improved: No coffee machines in the rooms. From 15th September the shuttle tour from the Hotel to Marbella was at 6 pm and back to the Hotel as early as 9 pm. giving hardly no time for a dinner in Marbella, considering that the shuttle took half an hour into town and dropped the passengers 20 minutes walk from the old town. The services in the pool area was not quite up to standard - broken sun chairs, towels were left on the chairs hours after the guests had left and not collected until the end of the day, We do not hesitate to warmly recommend this Hotel to our friends.
