The grocery store across the street was wonderful for getting personal items, the fact that it was open 24 hours didn't hurt. The hotel was clean and catered to all of our needs. Pool area  Negative: The view could have been better, next time I'm requesting a room on atleast the fifth floor.

Negative: For a 4 star hotel and the amount that was charged, it was a very average hotel, the room was similar to a room at spring hill suites and the accommodations were subpar at best, not really worth the 4 star price.

Negative: Though the rest of the staff were nice, the only woman we had the displeasure of interacting with majority of our stay was terrible. We were on a friends trip and she made us feel unwelcomed. The lobby restaurant also takes a very long time for dinner.

Negative: The bathroom was bad mostly because of the shower with the black mold/grime growing between the cracks of all those tiny tiles. Negative: Highly chlorinated pool. I stayed for 3 nights and found out that they treat the pool nightly WITHOUT telling the people. My skin got irritated in this pool. I suggest staying at a different hotel. Rude staff. No one cares if you have Hilton status.

/ 5Le 03/17/2022 à 01:00Positive: Great place to stay for short stay. Free shuttle to beach - 5 minutes away. Staff at beach sets up umbrella and beach loungers for you. Hottub at the hotel is great if you have some sore muscles. 24hr market is right across the street for beers and grub.

Negative: The outdoor service could be improved. There was 1 phone to call and sometimes it didn't work. It would be nice if they could have someone walk around outside once in a while seeing if anyone needed anything.

The pool is great and the towel service is awesome- as well as the beach shuttle, chairs, and umbrella service. Negative: Our fridge door didn¿t stay shut the first night, but it stayed shut after that we just threw away our first night¿s leftovers
